"Dos Manos (which translates as two hands, referring to the only respectable way to eat a pita), is a kebab joint with a modern twist. On the surface, it’s a casual spot in Gràcia to grab a loaded flatbread on the fly, but there’s more than just shawarma. Most people order the Aliza filled with juicy beef and red cabbage, but the real star is the vegetarian sabij (or sabich), packed with fresh, herb and citrusy flavors: perfectly grilled eggplant, warm hard-boiled egg, roasted potato, salad, tahini, and loads of herbs (take the egg out to make it vegan).
