Google
Matt is the owner of Dot & Dough. He greeted us hello and wished us goodbye when leaving. Cute little whole in the wall, a great tasty menu but ultimately Matt made the experience special. He let us know what he has and such. Definitely going back! Their Vietnamese coffee is amazing!

My-Lyn W.

Google
The owner is the sweetest! The boba was well made and the drink was very good too. I usually get disappointed when ordering Jasmine milk tea but this one was really good and flavorful. The mochi donuts were also perfect texture and taste!!

Jeff K.

Google
First time having a Mochi donut… they were good! Definitely different from traditional donuts. The staff was kind and very informative. My Horchatta Latte, was not great - it was powder mix .. which I know places do, but the powder was not dissolved. BUT they were so kind and emphatic to ensure I left with the best experience. They offered to remake all together or another drink - no questions asked. Their great service from beginning to end is 5/5!

Google
Loved this place!!! Fresh tasting and super flavorful without them being too sweet. Way better than the super popular place in Newport. Customer service is also awesome. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend it. Update: Came back to order donuts for my bridal shower to put on a donut board and they looked absolutely beautiful. The colors really made the board pop and they were a big hit with all the guests.

Google
The service was amazing and I liked the matcha drink. But the dubai chocolate donut looks and tastes nothing like dubai chocolate. Very disappointed.

Google
Love, love these donuts! I Always order the for my family and company events. Everybody loves them! The frosting on some of them is a bit too sweet for me but my kids like it. This family owned business tries their best to deliver exceptional customer service. Good job guys!

Google
I love the mochi donuts, they are not sugary much as other donut brands. I love the texture of those, soft and fluffy. Fit to people who loves less sweetnesses. Also, I love the packaging

Google
Good place to hang out with kids when they are after school. The shop offers “buy one drink get one donut free” promotion for every Monday through Thursday between 12 - 3 pm. The owner, Mat, is very nice and considerate. The doughnuts are also very delightfully delicious; the drinks are also very good too. Overall rating is 5 star. I recommend this place.

Yelp
I had ordered food next door and decided to stop in to check out the donuts. I had never tried a mochi donut before. As soon as I walked in I was drawn in by the giant sign that said Diet? I dough care. The older gentleman that helped me pick donuts was friendly and patient with me as I asked him questions about the donuts. They had so many options I couldn't decided what to get. I ordered 6 donuts and I got one for free. The flavors I ordered were: strawberry funnel cake, pumpkin, matcha, taro, milk & cereal, ube, and strawberry pokki. My favorite was the strawberry but they were all good. Mochi donuts are not soft like a regular donut. I think they're best described as a little more chewy? Either way, they're delicious! I'll have to come back to try their malasadas. They don't have any malasadas ready to purchase. They're made fresh and take about 8 minutes to make.

Yelp
Customer service was on point and the $15 deal is a deal! Any drink, any Korean corn dog and any mochi donuts. I love the chewy mochi donuts If you're into Labubu, you can get them here along with the outfits etc.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a great dessert spot if you're craving a drink or some donuts! It's definitely a guilty pleasure but luckily it doesn't seem extremely sweet ! I tried the Chocolate Pocky Mochi Donut, Matcha Filled Malasada , and Belgian Chocolate Filled Malasada. All very good filled with creamy filling with sugar coating. Also ordered a Vietnamese coffee with ube cream. It's a good flavorful caffeinated drink.

Yelp
After having a delicious lunch at Noodle St, I was intrigued by the biz name, Dot & Dough. Of course, I had to come on over to see their offerings. Btw, they are right next door. Quite a spacious shop with inside seating. They have some neat looking metal seats. Guess what they sell? Mochi donuts plus made to order malasada. They have other items, too, but I don't remember them at the moment. My eyes were on the mochi donuts. Got 3 of them and 1 malasada. Please note the malasada may take about 8 minutes to make. 1. Milk N Cereal - I didn't try this one, but my daughters said it was good. 2. Oreo Chocolate - This one shined so bright, it's the top winner! Very delicious!! 3. Dubai Inspo Chocolate - I did not care for this one. The top layer was way too sweet. I peeled it off and just ate the mochi donut topless LOL. 4. Malasada Belgian Chocolate - Ooh la la, chocolate oozing out of a light and crispy malasada. Winner in my book! The lady staff was nice and helpful. Thank you miss! Parking is plenty as lot is shared with other businesses within The Merge shopping center in the City of Eastvale. If you're a mochi donut lover, this spot is for you!

Yelp
Mochi Donuts after hand-pulled noodles sounded amazing. I spotted Dot & Dough right next door. Destiny? Maybe. Financial mistake? Also maybe. These were the Gucci of mochi donuts!! I nearly had to Venmo myself an apology as these were pricey!! However, as the Donut Queen, I had a reputation to uphold. Crowns aren't made of restraint, so i dove in and got my dozen. Naturally, I paired my overpriced royalty rings with a Matcha Latte... which turned out to be a coffee in matcha cosplay. No, no, no... I didn't order confusion, but I got it on ice. Thankfully, the Vietnamese Coffee came through like a caffeinated knight, and was exactly that, a bold rich Vietnamese Coffee (without catfishing), and strong enough to keep me awake all the way back to San Gabriel... and possibly through the next fiscal quarter!!! Clean shop, friendly and helpful staff, great vibes. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!! Just bring a donut budget if you're feeling bougie.

Yelp
If you're a fan of mochi donuts (or even if you've never tried them), this spot is a must try! Their donuts are not only cute and Instagram-worthy, but every bite delivers on flavor--crispy on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside, and they have a great variety of fun flavors to choose from. The shop itself is spotless, with a fresh, welcoming vibe. You can tell they care about every detail, from presentation to cleanliness. And the customer service? Top notch. Matt in particular made our visit extra special--super friendly, helpful, and just a genuinely nice. PS - If you're into Labubus, they've got a variety for sale!

Yelp
5/11/25 Excellent customer service and a delightful experience overall. The Vietnamese Coffee with Matcha was flavorful, and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the Mochi Donuts.

Yelp
Been coming here since they opened, love the doughnuts! Always fresh and cute new flavors to try along with my tried and true favs taro and cereal one. Always exciting to try their new menu items and this time i tried the popcorn chicken and it was SO good! It's the Asian kind with spice and flavor, a must try. The service is always great as they as super patient when picking out flavors and explaining them since I got kids that have a hard time making up their mind sometimes. Definitely check it out if you're in the area it's worth it.

Yelp
The store is clean, modern and well kept. The display of donuts are really pretty, lots of colorful toppings and options. The texture of the actual donut is strange for me. Very chewy/rubbery. But the toppings and fillings are not bad. It's good if you're in the mood for something sweet that's quick though !

Yelp
Just had the pleasure to visit dot & dough recently. We came in the morning just right as it was opening for the day. It was empty and the place is kept neat and clean. There was so many different donuts ready to be enjoyed and on display. They had a buy 6 get 1 free so I took advantage of that. All the flavors that I've tried so far has been great! There isn't one bad donut that I've had here. I still haven't tried the donuts with the fillings yet. Maybe on my next visits! I also ordered the iced coffee here and it was huge! The price is very fair for the quality of donuts and coffee here. I hope this establishment thrives for years to come!

Yelp
I was visiting a friend in Eastvale and we stopped for some mochi donuts. Mochi donuts are less sweet and slightly chewy (like mochi!) rather than cake-like. I've had mochi donuts at other places and admit I prefer "regular" donuts but these mochi donuts are definitely the best I've had. What makes them better at Dot & Dough is they are not at all oily like I've experienced at other places plus the flavors are more pronounced. We ordered 4 and shared so we could both sample the flavors we chose. The Homer chocolate (chocolate glaze with colored sprinkles) was good but probably my least favorite of the four. The double chocolate (chocolate glaze with tiny chocolate chips) was my favorite because, well, chocolate chips! The strawberry pocky (strawberry glaze on 3/4 and 1/4 with pocky stick dust) was excellent and really did taste like a strawberry pocky. The cookies & cream had a delicious cream glaze with Oreo crumble on top and came in a close second in overall enjoyability. The fellow working here was very nice and quickly got our order together from the mysterious back room. Prices were in line with what I expected - these aren't truck stop donuts. But even if you prefer those I think you'll enjoy what you find at Dot & Dough (they also have malasadas).

Yelp
Was craving a sweet treat so I walked on over and was greeted by the staff in such a welcoming and friendly manner. The donuts looked amazing ! They even have a Dubai chocolate donut cute spot and so pink !
google avatar

Shei A.

Yelp
The donuts were stale. I tried the mochi chocolate donut and the one with the Oreo cookies on top. I don't see myself going back there.

Madelaine P.

Yelp
Popcorn chicken was burnt. It used to be so good and the bowl used to be filled with popcorn chicken, now it's all burnt and only gets so little. We paid $9 for this! Will not recommend.

Yelp
Cute and clean store that plays K-pop music on repeat! I haven't been here since they opened a few years back, so I was excited to see they added several new items to their menu! My friend and I tried their new corn dogs, the cheesy potato dog and the beef corn dog. They were a bit on the greasy side, with the potatoes tasting a bit overly-fried and not "french fry like" as I've had at other places. Drinks were OK as well, pretty much what you'd expect from a fruit-flavored refresher! Overall, sweet treats here are just OK, but the ambience of this shop is what makes it a cute spot to hang out and chat with friends! Service here is always quick, so that's a plus!

Yelp
So, I finally decided to treat myself and visit Dot and Dough, thinking I'd be indulging in some heavenly donuts. Spoiler alert: the experience was more of a doughnut disaster. I ordered the highly touted Apple Pie round thing, only to discover it was essentially a smooth pudding with a hint of apple flavor. I mean, if I wanted pudding, I would've just raided my fridge! To top it off, why on Earth does a doughnut shop feel the need to branch out into chicken nuggets? I thought, "Hey, maybe they'll surprise me!" Spoiler alert number two: they didn't. For $8, I expected at least a hint of flavor, but instead, I got rubbery nuggets that even the dipping sauce couldn't salvage. I didn't want to write a bad review, but when three of us walk away disappointed, it's hard to keep quiet. Good luck, Dot and Dough, but you won't be seeing me again. Looks like I'll save my appetite for a place that knows how to do donuts--and chicken--right.
google avatar

Michelle N.

Yelp
i love to come earlier in the morning because they still have a lot of flavor to pick. the texture of the doughnut was just perfect today. crunchy outside and chewy inside. my new favorite is the lotus! you have to try!! super yummy and the lotus biscuit was still crunchy too. service was nice and ambiance was clean and quiet. not too busy. make sure you give this place a try

Yelp
Very disappointed in their "malasadas" they really need to take that item off their menu because it's a disgrace to what true malasadas are. Being from Hawaii and knowing what the standards of malasadas are I didn't have high expectations but I was expecting these to taste similar to what a malasadas is BUT WAS I WRONG the dough was overly crisp on the outside with almost raw dough inside but THERE WAS NOOOO FLAVORRRR SMH. Malasadas aren't supposed to be hard and flavorless. This was very disappointing especially when I was intrigued by their malasadas sign, but boy was this a huge disappointment. You won't ever see me stop here to get malasadas at all. Side note: service was good and the workers were friendly and had a good interaction with them. The vibes in the store was nice and clean and very inviting. Just the malasadas were terrible.
google avatar

Christine N.

Yelp
Fresh malasadas with your choice of filled cream! There's a slight wait for these but it's worth it to be hot and fresh. It's so good when we want to satisfy the craving for one that's similar to an experience from Leonardo's in Hawaii. Tip: devour right away and don't leave them in the fridge overnight! Their mochi donut and ube milk tea were all right in a pinch, but the stars go to the cream filled malasadas. Service is always friendly and fast here.
google avatar

Lea C.

Yelp
This place has an awesome atmosphere! The staff is super friendly and nice. As soon as you come in, you get greeted warmly. The malasadas tasted so yummy! It was light, airy with oozing warm ube filling! It's actually better than the malasadas from Maui. Also, since it's Mother's Day, they gave mom's special drink ic you buy 6 donuts or mochi! If you're close by Eastvale, this is a must go place for mochi and malasadas.

Samantha M.

Yelp
The employees are super nice. I've been going to this spot for a couple years now ever since I moved to this area. I really love the mochi donuts here. This is my go-to spot when I want a little sweet treat. I also love that they have indoor seating areas as well. The ambiance is super inviting. I bought a dozen mochi donuts yesterday to my work, and my coworkers love it
google avatar

Joselyn D.

Yelp
Such a cute Mochi Donut spot! If you've never had a Mochi Donut (like me) I think it's worth a try at least once. It's not an "everyday" kind of donuts to be fair. Not because of the taste but because of their price. Thats the first thing I noticed when I was deciding on what to get. For just 6 mochi donuts and 3 drinks it was ~$45. Give or take I can't remember. I just remember slightly gasping haha. But I'm all for experiences and I HAD to try a mochi donut, so I did not hesitate. If I could describe a mochi donut I'd say: they are fluffy, airy, soft, and light. Its not like a normal donut that is dense. My favorite flavor was their Strawberry Pocky and I don't normally like strawberry flavored things. The other flavors were also good but the Strawberry pocky had my attention! Glad we have Dot & Dough as an option here in Eastvale!
google avatar

Nani R.

Yelp
First time here and the donut with filling was very tasty and warm! They also have great customer service which is a plus. Will definitely be coming back again! Also had the taro mochi-nut and it was also very fresh and tasty.
google avatar

Elena P.

Yelp
Came here on national donut day and was given a free donut with my order. Which was so nice! It's such a cute place to walk into and the people behind the counter were very friendly. The donuts however were not very good. They were a little hard and stale. I'm used to this type of donut being soft and chewy but these were not. The toppings were just ok, with the few that had cereal topping also stale as well. I'm tempted to give them another try so maybe I'll be back.
google avatar

Yelp
I don't know why I keep giving this place another try but tonight might be my last visit. The donuts are expensive and the service is mediocre at best but tonight proves it's getting worse and worse. Tonight around 6pm my wife placed an order for pickup via Grub Hub through their website because they don't have their own ordering engine. We already put in a web order for the restaurant next door so this place was going to be our dessert. When I arrive, I walk up to the young girl and tell her I'm picking up a web order and show her the screenshot my wife texted me of said order (pictured). Girl says, what's the name? I say "xxxxxx" (my wife's name). She then says "can you scroll to where it shows the name." I tell her it's a screenshot that my wife sent me. She then says, "I have to see the name so that I don't give you the wrong order" kind of condescendingly. I tell her, "the order on the name is xxxxxx" She turns around to the back counter to which there's only one order sitting there, which is obviously mine. Then she says in an even more condescending tone, "I'll give it to you this time but next time you have to show me the name. Next time tell her to save it with the name showing" like I was stupid or something. This is what set me off! You'll give it to me this time??? What kind of a comment is that? I PAID for these donuts! Seriously, at what point does logic and common sense go out the window in favor of operations? 1) It was the only order on the back counter waiting for pick up 2) If the purpose is confirm that I'm getting the right order, she could have simply looked at my screenshot and looked at what was in the box 3) If she just checked the name on the order and the name matched with the name I gave her, then how is that different from actually seeing the name on the screenshot? This person was so hell bent on being "right" that she stopped thinking about WHY she was asking for the name in the first place! Case in point - after she handed me the box I paused and asked her, "would you like to confirm you gave me the right order?" followed by me holding up the screenshot of my order. She said "no." I didn't say anything to her to point out how ludicrous (and condescending) her behavior was because a large party walked in and I just wanted to go next door and get my dinner order and go home. And wouldn't you know it, when I walked into the dinner spot and told them I was picking up an order for "xxxxxx" they looked at their MULTIPLE to-go orders and pulled the one with the name I gave them. Dot and Dough could learn something from that.
google avatar

Tiffanie K.

Yelp
Donuts were dry. Not the best tasting. Place was clean. Place appeared a little dead with no business.
google avatar

Travis N.

Yelp
Solid spot to stop by for a quick boba drink and mochi donut. Several tables to sit at and chill in the store - the pink walls are a nice fun touch. Glad there's a spot nearby to grab some boba.
google avatar

Helen D.

Yelp
I love mochi donuts and don't get to have them often. I got excited when I came across Dot & Dough which is not too far away so we took a drive to check it out. The one thing I like is that they do allow you to purchase one and not force you to buy 3 or a dozen like Mochinut. We did end up buying 6 because of the drive and wanted some for later. Unfortunately they were just a tad bit hard. Not as soft and moist as Mochinut. But if I'm craving mochi donut, I'll still stop in and maybe try their malasadas.
google avatar

Shaheen N.

Yelp
The Mochi donuts are as visually satisfying as they are tasty. I recommend the Taro, milk & cereal (fruity pebbles), and the chocolate Homer Simpson donut, which were delicious. My wife and I really enjoyed these. As their name suggests these cool looking donuts are made with mochi, which gives them an enjoyable, chewier texture. Also the little composite donut balls are badass too look at, and I suspect super trendy right now. But the main event are the Malsadas. Malsadas are a Portuguese style donut popularized in Hawaii. These are made hot, fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and made fresh to order. I recommend the vanilla and the Carmel macchiato Malsadas. These aren't exactly as good as world famous Leonard's in Honolulu but they're pretty great for the California mainland. All in all, get some Malsadas from this place, you'll love 'em.
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
Have always had pretty good and consistent service in the past year. We tend to get the mochi donuts, but plan to get the malasadas at some point! Love the different flavors they have. I think my favorite is the hot Cheeto one! The other ones are pretty good in flavor, but they kind of all taste the same after awhile. I really like that they try and get you the freshest ones possible, so there are occasions where we wait as they make more. Service has been fine. Haven't had any issues. Parking is okay. You're sharing with Sprouts and the other small businesses in the same strip mall, and there are more incoming businesses, so it can become a pretty busy center at peak times. They also now have the bucket of mini donuts (donut holes, essentially) that you can buy, too, but seems to be in two flavors only: glazed or cinnamon. Will likely return.
google avatar

Ryan C.

Yelp
I've had quite a few mochi donuts from LA and OC and was super happy they brought a location so close to me. But while the mochi donuts are good. The malasadas were the star of the show for me. Both the Taiwanese brown sugar and Belgian chocolate. Superb. Will be visiting frequently.
google avatar

Cassidy F.

Yelp
This is a super cute shop! I've passed by the other locations multiple times before but never stopped by. I decided to stop by after eating lunch next door and was pleasantly surprised. Im not that into mochi donuts so I was excited to find they have malasadas!! I ordered a vanilla malasada and they heat it up for you so it comes out tasting super fresh. I was worried it'd be too sweet but it was perfect!! Service was super friendly too! Overall definitely recommend!!
google avatar

Raquel L.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Everyone know how fattening and oily donuts can be. Well, this place is the opposite. I purchase the double chocolate, taro, and banana chocolate donuts and all were absolutely delicious. I haven't had donuts in a long time so this was a real treat for me. All donuts are freshly made, so be prepared to wait at least 10-15 mins. When you bite into the donuts, it is not doughy and is very light even with the different flavors you have to choose from. I was so impressed how it was not oily! No oil after taste at all. I also love the shape of the donuts being little round, singular donut hole size attache to make one round donut. One might find this a bit OCD, but I like to eat each little round donut so it last quite a bit longer instead of eating the whole donut in 3-4 bites. Really enjoyed my visit and will come back again.

Yelp
Loved the D&D in Monterey Park. Tried this new location and they have a lot of flavors to chose from. D&D used to be in a good area in Rodeo X also in Eastvale. It was a good stall similar to a food court but they were so busy I'm glad they now have their own stand alone location. The decor of the store was pretty and matched this desert boxes. The signage inside the store...so cute! (Attached picture). Malasada/Filled Malasada - made to order It takes about 20 minutes to make but worth the wait. When they brought out the box, it was still warm. Mochi Donut - oh the possibilities of flavors!! I bought a box for a friend and she loved it so much. I couldn't resist getting 2 for myself. I got the classic sugar and the strawberry pocky. The dough was a little harder than the other mochi donuts o have tried but the flavors were spot on! The strawberry pocky tasted just like a strawberry pocky stick. They also have Hot Cheetos!!! Dang....soooo good. Check them out! The banana white chocolate sounded interesting but it meshed well together.
google avatar

Melani S.

Yelp
Took the kids to finally try the famous mochi donut. This little restaurant is adorable, cute tables (not a lot of seating), great vibe and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Since we had never been we asked lots of questions, and they were great about helping us make our decisions. We ordered some of the mochi nut donuts, as well as the malasades. Everything is made fresh and was delicious. We also had the passion fruit fantasy drink, the lychee fantasy drink and the strawberry refresher, which were all yummy. We really enjoyed the donuts and experience and we will definitely be back. They are light, airy and just so flavorful.
google avatar

Jami A.

Yelp
Cute little mochi donut spot to fulfill your sweet tooth! Staff is was kind and very welcoming. My favorite donut was probably the taro filled mochi donut. Next would probably be the strawberry pocky. Would give a 5 star rating but the regular donuts tasted like they were a day old. Definitely would come back to try more of the filled mochi donut flavors.
google avatar

Anisha D.

Yelp
Such a cute little establishment!! I have been wanting to go inside and try it out for some time. I treated myself today and got the vanilla filled malasada. I loved that it was very warm ! Although I cannot say I did not enjoy it, it was not as delicious as I expected. I also got the cinnamon sugar mochi donut for my husband and daughter. Next time, I'll try the dark chocolate mochi donut. Nonetheless, a fun little place to take your friends to ! I will be back. Do nut think otherwise !!
google avatar

Nick S.

Yelp
Order the mochi donut and malasada's which were very good. Malasadas were pretty on point compared to Hawaii . Service was great, be prepared to wait for the malasadas being that they make them fresh.
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
This place is really cute, I appreciate that they make them when you order them so they're fresh. They don't taste like they've been sitting out all day. The customer service was really good too. I wish they offered a box at a deal but it's okay. I shared with my family and everyone enjoyed. The malasadas were light and flaky, the mochi donuts were light and chewy. Really really good!
google avatar

Marvin R.

Yelp
I'm sorry but I'm more shocked than anything. We recently got 6 donuts around 6pm. We were excited to try them out because we had mochi donuts before and wanted to get some. But once we got home, they were nothing like the mochi donuts we had before. This batch was all hard and seemed over cooked and way too gummy. Wasn't even edible. I had to throw the rest away. Even my oldest daughter noticed something was off with the donuts. Not going to lie. That was a waste of my money.
google avatar

Samantha M.

Yelp
The atmosphere was super cute and the customer service was great... but the donut, eh, not so much! For a nearly $4.00 donut you'd think they'd be heaven. As my child stated "tastes like they've been sitting out for 5 days..." needless to say, although they're appealing to the eye, they weren't a hit in my mouth.
google avatar

Brian H.

Yelp
What a great place. Awesome donuts. So delicious. They are addicting. I tried their hot Cheetos, matcha, and strawberry poky donuts. So good. So fresh. Employees are friendly. Ambiance/atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Support this place. Highly recommended.

Dominic R.

Yelp
It was so good we went back for another box after trying it for the first time. Caitlyn helped us and she was so sweet and kind. Definitely going to come again because these were THE BEST doughnuts I've ever had in my life.
google avatar

Bonnie S.

Yelp
Nice place to get a yummy dessert after dinner. They have many flavours to choose from. They have filled donuts and mochi donuts. The donuts were delicious and not too sweet. The fillings are very similar to pudding imo. They are a little pricey in comparison to other donuts but these ARE novelty and great for special occasions. The Filipino man and woman working here were so sweet and cheery. They definitely lit up the place. I would definitely come back!

Shelby L.

Yelp
the cutest little mochi donut shop!!! i was able to meet the owner today and he was the sweetest! they even have labubu's and lulu's for sale! the donuts are super soft and fresh! love this place
google avatar

Jessica T.

Yelp
I have been meaning to stop by here for so long and it did not disappoint. The decor and layout is so open and clean and the owner Arielle was so sweet, kind and has a great memory! The donuts were made to order and were delicious! They also had such a cute presentation. I am looking forward to bringing the rest of my family to try this place out.
google avatar

Lili W.

Yelp
Stopped by this place while waiting for the restaurant in the same plaza. It was very cute and I was curious to see what was inside. I ordered the Belgium chocolate mochi donut because I've never seen anything like this. I was expecting a Nutella like texture filling but the first bite in, I was very disappointed. The inside was cold and had a mousse like texture and kinda like a cream but hardened jello. The flavor was okay. I wish I gotten the regular malasada or a mochinut.. But the strawberry pocky mochinut was delicious. The service is nice too. 1/5 for the Belgium mochi 5/5 for the pocky flavored one

Yelp
This place just opened up in Eastvale so I had to try it... The decor of this little Mochi donut place is so cute and very Chic... Its a great place to have a girl date to grab some Boba and donuts... Dot & Dough sells Mochi donuts, and in my personal opinion I think they are so much better than regular donuts..They are very soft and fluffy and just melt in your mouth ... I have tried a few mochi donut places and so far Dot & Dough is on the top of my list ... This location has very friendly and helpful staff..So if you have any questions about the flavors they are the best to answer... I would recommend going earlier in the day if you want to try the more popular flavors, because they do run out for the day... I have been here twice already and I have not been able to try the mochi filled donuts because they always run out by the time I get there... Overall it's a great place to go to for dessert, and if you haven't tried a Mochi donut stop by Dot & Dough to discover what all the hype is about they are amazing...

Yelp
Moving from the OC to this area, it's hard to find places to get treats that are similar to some of the locations in OC. It's basically rare. Lol This mochi donut place is pretty hidden and hard to see from the street at first. We only noticed it because we were heading back from Dutch Bros, which is literally down the street from this plaza and happened to stare into the plaza and yelped the name. We came in the morning right after doors opened at 9am. Kids were excited since again, moving to this area, there's not a lot of places to take them for treats like we used to in the OC. Staff was nice. The only thing about this place is every is priced by donut/drink. There's no half dozen or dozen pricing like most places in the OC. Would've been nice if there was but since it was by donut price, we order only a few to try. Prices vary so make sure to look at the menu before ordering. For the regular mochi donuts, we tried the double chocolate, Oreo, banana, chocolate sprinkles and taro. The donut wasn't as chewy as I would expect the mochi donuts to be but it was decent and a good treat for living in the area now. The banana and taro was my favorite. My kids of course loved the Oreos and chocolate ones. For the stuffed donuts, we tried the matcha and caramel macchiato. These were ok. Nothing special to us. A lot of filling inside and wasn't to our liking unfortunately. Overall, cute shop and we'll probably be back for a treat.
