I highly recommend this restaurant and give it a five-star 5☆ rating due to its consistent excellence in service and attention to detail in fulfilling orders. Specifically, I appreciate that they always provide large amount of fries for my daughter, despite the higher cost. The restaurant also ensures that each plate is generously portioned and treats its customers with respect. They are Not cheap with the food at all Furthermore, the establishment prioritizes cleanliness and serves outstanding food, courtesy of its talented chefs and varied menu selections. 👍 👨‍🍳 Thank you. My place to go, I ADORE this place. Their dumplings were my pregnant sister's craving during those whole 9 months. And I cannot even blame her, I at least crave one or two items a week from here. Don't get me started with the fried rice, ok now I mean I love fried rice in general BUT at dragon it's way to yum🤤

Good place to try Chinese food. Best I ever tasted before. The tall guy in the front treated my food with respect and was polite the whole time. Would recommend and try again soon.

I have been ordering my meals from Double dragon for 10 years. Always get delivery. The food has always been fresh, and hot. The Dragon has always prepared my orders exactly how I wanted. No veggies,xtra onion and bean sprouts,no soy sauce only duck sauce etc.. Well this evening I ordered my favorite egg foo yung and I asked for the egg too be cooked well so it wouldn’t be soggy. My favorite delivery man came and when I started to prepare my plate the egg was super soft and soggy. Called n spoke to the manager and they sent me another order but the second order was even worse and it had a weird taste and thin hard black pieces like burnt bones. I appreciate the fact that the manager and the staff tried to make things right but in my opinion they need to get rid of this chef because the chef that was there b4 made the best food ever.No matter what I ordered it was always fresh and cooked to perfection.

This restaurant does not want customers! I called for delivery and the person who answered denied my order. She lied and said I was too far at 1.5 miles away. I checked Google maps and told her it said I am 0.9 miles away. She lied again and said now I’m 1.1 miles away which is still too far. Don’t waste your money, call a restaurant that wants to take orders.

Let me tell you. These guys are very clean, professional, and have good customer service. Fair pricing, good delivery packaging, and good amount of food. Delivery service is fast, may take 30-35 minutes but your food comes in hot. Please keep up the good work!

Had a whole caterpillar in my food, then they had the nerve to want to offer me store credit instead of a refund. Never again!

Poor service . Order placed and never received waited 2 hours. Contacted resturant and delivery.com. Finger pointing between the two with both sides promising to return calls and never going so. I would not order from the resturant or use delivery.com

Order half a chicken with tostones and asked for my chicken to be cut into smaller pieces. After being placed on hold for 2 minutes the girl gets back on the phone and tells me that the chef refuses to cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Needless to say I canceled my order.

Ordered food directly from Double Dragon's website only to be called by Uber driver and hour later to have the "manager" yelling in the background that she's not making the food because she has no order as he's confused as I am on what was going on. Then called the website that processed only for them to say that she was rude to them as well. And I got a refund. When I tried to call back my call was going straight to VM. Needless to say I'll NEVER ORDER FROM DOUBLE DRAGON.

Good delivery and great food. They the real mvp. Come to your door at 1 in the morning to save you !

We ordered from this place and it was pretty good. I liked their chicken with broccoli but wasn't impressed with the sesame chicken. I would order from them again.

I got Singapore Chow Mein Fun at this place which was pretty good. The portion was very big with about 8-12 shrimps, one egg (could be 2, but I think they add just 1), some pork/chicken (I'm bad at defining the meat). Noodles were tiny and pretty easy to eat so you don't have to bite the endless noodle with your teeth or try to fit a huge chunk of noodles with one shot. Took me 15 minute to finish. Egg roll was too crusty and I can't say it was so fresh. I guess they just heated it. The place is small but can accommodate 12 people sitting at 3 tables. They don't charge sales tax which was good. I paid $8 for chow Mein Fun ($6.75) and the egg roll ($1.25) and was full for the rest of the day.

They're the best most consistent restaurant in the area. Their food always taste amazing and their house special fried rice is the best in the neighborhood.

Each time I order from Double Dragon it's AMAZING! I must say I've never actually been to the establishment and always order takeaway but the food is always great

Decent Chinese food, very clean establishment. Sometimes it seems they rush the cooking process and the food is sub par some days .. overall a good place to grab some Chinese food in the area , its better than the average .

I personally love their Chicken and Broccoli - which is tied for BEST EVER with Szechuan Garden on Creston ave. - however, their portions and customer service are always superior. Their General Tso's/Sesame Chicken is well made, along with every other dish I've tried. The only dish I've had better elsewhere is the Egg Foo Young, not to say it's bad - but nobody's perfect I suppose. This is the best Chinese food location OVERALL in the area, hands down. If you're giving any other place your money, you're missing out.

Very unsanitary. Guys touching their nose, sneezing and then without even washing hand he touched my food with bare hand. No gloves nothing. Other time they are touching, cleaning stuffs with bare hand, and next moment touching the good. Food is okay. Price is cheap, but feels nasty.

When I moved to the Bronx from Queens after I married my husband, I was worried I wasn't going to find a good Chinese food spot. Couple that with the fact that most Chinese food restaurants in my area don't deliver, I thought that I'd never enjoy another spring roll. Enter: Double Dragon. Thanks to another Yelp user's review, I found this place. So far we've only ordered twice but we're impressed with the crab sticks, BBQ wings, fried rice and Sesame Chicken. The service is fast and the people in the restaurant are friendly. If you're vacillating, stop. Pick up the phone and give them a call.

Wow, Horrible delivery is not the word! Ordered at 6:40 and its 8:34 and still no delivery... 7:50 I called (not mad because it's raining and it was 8 orders) and the lady had the audacity to say the delivery just left... already frustrated, with hungry family. I just called again 40 minutes later to cancel. Unbelievably, she again says "delivery just left" WHAT?! Horrendous!

So basically, I've ordered from this place tons of times and have had a few slip ups. Except today was my last straw, I will never again order from that place again. I ordered chicken and broccoli with rice and my chicken was rotten. It was crunchy which was weird considering it wasn't fried chicken and had a disgusting taste to it. I called them to say something about it and they just brushed it off and took it as a joke. I've decided to never order from that place again.

I lived in the neighborhood a long time hadn't been able to find a good Chinese take-out restaurant. I saw the reviews for Double Dragon on Yelp and I decided to check it out. The food is perfect for take-out. It's how I remember take-out used to be. For the price, you can't go wrong. Suggestion - chicken with broccoli

This is my favorite chinese food restaurant hands down !! Their wings dont be burnt , there fries and boneless spare ribs be delicious, there food is just delicious

I ordered food over the phone. It arrived over an hour late and was cold. I then called to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone named Edwin, who was just as bad as the service they were providing. Not only would I have to pay for the food I would have to wait for more food to be sent back out to me by the same horrible driver

i wouldn't change this place for any other is the best plane and simple i started oredering there about 2 months ago and every time they deliver excelent food dont matter if its late or not u still get good food not like other places giving u stail rice and stuff, i dont eat out every day but when i do double dragon is my spot

Always a good meal here. Speedy delivery. Try the singapore mei fun. Can't go wrong with the sesame chicken or general tso chicken. Lunch special is generously portioned. Restaurant itself is small but does offer seating.

Service was bad ordered over the phone they got my order wrong then they told me they were going to charge me for there mistake horrible customer service skills all around bad experience
