So good! Tons of TV’s, a great bar and really good food. A perfect place to watch some college football. It was awesome that they asked what games we wanted to watch before we were even seated. Really loved the Double D BLT & E - plenty of bacon and great taste. We will definitely come back.

Google
Great ambiance even for outdoors! Great outdoor tent for Covid19 dining! Great servers, very attentive and fast service. Food was hot and everything tasted excellent. The dishes all had their own flavor profile, not like some places where the food all tastes the same. Fun vibe! Dogs welcomed on a leash.

Compared to the average sports bar, Double D’s is like a luxury stadium suite. With a couple of dozen large screen TVs showing every major sport simultaneously, there’s always something to watch even if there isn’t an important game. This place has become so popular that you can’t even get in the door without a reservation if there’s a major event like the Super Bowl. The massive menu offers a large variety of traditional American comfort food including salads, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, and large plate entrees. The portions are huge and priced accordingly. Appetizers/starters (wings, garlic bread, calamari, etc.) are in the mid-teens. Sandwiches, burgers, pastas, and pizzas are around $20 and up. Main entrees and pastas are in the high $20s. This spot definitely isn’t for you if you’re expecting cheap bar food. I met a friend for lunch and we sat in one of the spacious indoor booths. He ordered a hot pastrami and cheese on rye which he said he enjoyed. My French dip was good too. The thinly sliced prime rib on a sourdough roll was tasty but a little bit fatty. Both sandwiches were served with crispy fries. Their draft beer selection leans heavily towards IPAs. We opted for a couple of glasses of Guinness with our sandwiches. Unfortunately, the beer was served ice-cold in small tulip glasses. These guys should know better. Our tab for two sandwiches and four small beers including tip, tax, and a living wage surcharge, was just under $100. Yikes! Imagine spending fifty bucks for a simple, casual lunch. Service was adequate but could have been much better considering that the place was nearly empty. They recently added a permanent covered patio out front, with TVs, heaters, and sun screens. Surprisingly, it doesn’t match the architecture of the building that the owners were so very proud of restoring after their 2016 fire. In fact, it’s so massive that it almost completely blocks the front facade. It’s also near the street at a major intersection so it’s hard to hold a conversation above the traffic noise. Double D’s is a family-owned business, run by local brothers Dean and Darin Devincenzi (the “double d’s”) who also own the upscale Forbes Mill Steakhouse a few blocks away. It’s consistently been voted “best sports bar in Silicon Valley”. I’ll probably go back to catch a game once in a while, but at these prices I won’t be a regular customer.

Google
So many TV's showing different kinds of sports: baseball, football, basketball and hockey. Happy me :) the dip appetizer with spicy pita bread we got was the winner for me. It was really good! It was huge as well that we finished it and could only eat half of my bowl soup. Too bad they don't do half pours for beer (only 16 and 23 ounces).

Google
Great customer service, but their food was 6 out of 10 in quality. The food taste was not anything special (I got their special burger without cheese). It was heavy on fat for me, I could taste fat all over my mouth even hours after dinner.

We came here for Super Bowl for the first time this year since our beloved 9ers didn’t make it. What a great place! Been here many times for games and always a good time but this was next level. The entire evening and everything included was well planned out and all the goodies involved. Kudos to Danika and Darren for organizing and thank you for their communication since I can’t always answer my phone at work. Our waitress Anahi M. was PHENOMENAL!!! I can only imaging how busy they were tonight with all the parties but she was great in every aspect. Extremely attentive and friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. Hard working for sure! She deserves a raise or promotion Double D’s!! The raffles honestly were questionable and how all the entries were chosen but whatever. One table won legit everything plus the grand prize and seemed liked the later arrival entires were sitting on top. Would be nice to have it random draw like a bingo table and wheel or digital game next year for fairness and the amount spent for a ticket but overall fun times. If they can improve the raffle would consider coming back next year with a huge party and coworkers.

Good place to stop in for a game. Nice that they have an outdoor patio too

Google
Tired of restaurants adding deceptive 4% "living wage" fees. Stop complicating our lives and simply adjust your menu prices to properly pay your staff. I had chicken with rice and vegetables and the rice had uncooked kernels in it. 20% tip was automatically added so with tax and fees my $12 beer became a $16 beer. I had their featherweight entre (a piece of chicken, a little bit of rice, and a little mixed vegetables) and one beer and my bill was $47. I left still hungry.

Yelp
Great visit to Double D's last week with my brother and his wife. We came in for lunch and it was exactly what we needed. I had the Patty Melt with onion rings, and it all tasted really good. My daughter had a massive Double D cheeseburger, and it was cooked perfectly. My brother and his wife split a Philly Cheesesteak and it was very good as well. Our server, Sammi was so nice and friendly. We would definitely come back when we are in the area.

James L.

Yelp
Saturday morning bike ride ended with a stop for lunch. It's been awhile since eating here so wanted to check out the new outdoor dining area. The food was SO good and the presentation exceeded my expectations. This will now be our stop for all future rides and of course our Saturday server will be requested (Kaylee?)

Haley M.

Yelp
We love coming here to catch Sunday football. Get there early if coming on a game day because it gets packed! TVs on every wall and fans at every table. Their wings are a must if you like your wings nice and crispy!

Katie M.

Yelp
Cozy atmosphere for a sports bar, lots of tvs and a full bar. A very large menu with everything from salads, to sandwiches, to burgers, to steak. The double d burger is delicious and the fries are really good. Service is great, they are very attentive. This restaurant has lots of space!

Shanitte N.

Yelp
I love love love this place! The customer service is spot on and the food is sooo good and fresh. I love coming here with friends to watch sports!

Domenica R.

Yelp
I was very comfortable at Double D's Sports Grille together with my coworkers after work yesterday. It was a nice time and drinks are refreshing and good. Place is nice and clean. Our service was very kind as well as making sure we had what we need. I definitely coming back to try the food

Aaron L.

Yelp
Had a blast going here with family and watched the Niners preseason game. We ordered appetizers and drinks. Although every single dish that we ordered had jalapeños in it, we still enjoyed the food. Waitress Sophia was awesome and made our experience fun. Booths are roomy and comfy and all of the TVs allow you to see a game no matter where you are sitting. Gastro Maestro Approved!!!

Vivi B.

Yelp
Really friendly service! Accommodated a very large birthday party and they split the bill which was awesome, except it took about an hour to figure it out. Ordering is random, and food comes out at different times. It's really loud on the patio with all the motorcycles going by after dark - recommend going on the earlier side. The food is heavy on the bar food and I wish they had more healthy options.

Valerie K.

Yelp
They're back! Redid the menu and it's so good. Apple pecan salad, burger, pizza are really solid. Great service, great hang out spot

Abigail S.

Yelp
This place deserves a much higher rating. Id imagine some of the ratings are from the sticker shock of the prices, but you can't beat the food for a sports bar. It's delicious and good sized portions. Here are some or the things I like: - can accommodate large groups and kids are welcome - they're very patient with "kids tables" and always have been helpful and friendly to my nephews various sports team's dinners - dozens of tvs - you cannot beat the sports selection and you cannot have a "bad seat" in the entire restaurant. It's designed for sports fans. - foods excellent and they're also revamping the menu constantly and keeping it interesting/ fresh - friendly owner and servers who take care of their table and the neighborhood vibe - I don't drink alcohol and they have multiple non alcoholic beers available. I love that they include those options in their menu If there's a big game to watch, this is the place!

Carol R.

Yelp
Heads up for Take Out Salads here. Ordered 2 salads, the Charbroiled Salmon Salad and was missing the potatoes and capers. The Apple Pecan was missing grapes and had small amount of pecan and goat cheese. Very disappointed since all that adds to the salad flavor and experience. Couldn't send it back since it was take out and did not want to drive all the way back there. The Pesto Chicken sandwich was good tho.

Arlene M.

Yelp
Food was delicious, but a little too spicy for me. I ordered the Lettuce cup and it was delicious but too spicy. In fact, just about everything we ordered was "spicy". Our server Sophia was amazing!!!

M R.

Yelp
Sadly I can't rate as zero cause that's what they deserve. We were greeted by the hostess and promptly seated with menus. We reviewed the menu and made our choices. We waited and waited and waited. They had sufficient wait staff yet no one would help us. They wouldn't even make eye contact with us. We didn't even get glasses of water. After about 10 minutes we left. Extremely poor service.

John G.

Yelp
Popped in for a quick drink after a meeting. The inside is really clean, looks like it's been remodeled recently. Sat at the bar around 3pm on a Friday, relatively empty. Bar tender was friendly and made some good recommendations on drinks. Would be a good spot to come back and watch a game.

Pat L.

Yelp
They did not support the College Football Playoff game for the Penn State Alumni group so needed to host at alter venue. The Brittani Arms was so accommodating to our group for a successful event and onto the quarterfinals!

Shayna O.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch, the restaurant wasn't very crowded, we sat on patio. Service was slow, it took an hour and 15 minutes for lunch for two people. We ordered wings and salads. The wings had good flavor but the skin wasn't crispy so that made the texture not very desirable. The salads were mediocre the dressing tasted watery. Everything was just okay. Not sure I'd go back with so many other options in Los Gatos.

Christie B.

Yelp
BEST Sports Bar in Los Gatos! We order lunch here at least once a week and I've yet to have anything I didn't like. Ordering online is super easy and my order is always ready when it says it will be. Service is super friendly and the owner Dean is always there with a smile and a "hello" when I see him. Shamelessly I go in so often that the staff know me by name. LOVE IT! There's a ton of TV's scattered all around the dining room and bar area. They have a private room off to the left of the entrance which is a really good size and as if it couldn't get better, they've added a permanent covered patio for customers to enjoy a great meal, the game and some fresh air. The ONLY issue is parking. It can be a crapshoot to find a spot in the public lots since the restaurant doesn't have its own parking lot but be patient and persistent and one will open up. We've eaten pretty much everything on the lunch menu but there are are typical go-to's for take-out: WEDGE - a literal wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce covered in blue cheese dressing topped with crisp bacon, sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chunks of more blue cheese. I order this a lot in the summer time and makes a perfect light lunch. CHOPPED - Anther perfect salad with all the typical toppings but these ones are super fresh. Love this one too! AHI POKE - I think is one is my favorite. The ahi is fresh and the avocado is creamy and delicious. Love the ginger soy sauce and those won tons are perfect to scoop it all up with. CHICKEN TINGA QUESADILLA - Super tasty and large enough to share with a friend or save the leftovers for the next day. Get this! *New Item* - Adult Chicken Tenders. These are really good you guys! Get them! Sticky and sweet but juicy and tender too. FRENCH DIP DELUXE - Solid sando. Tender beef with gooey cheese on a nice roll. Plenty of Au Jus to dunk it all in. Perfect for those cooler days. BAJA WRAP - My boss is a vegetarian so she struggles with things to order but this is her go to. She subs Avo as her "meat" and they put in a whole one! Even though there's other options for her, she sticks to this every single time. DOUBLE D - Simple straight forward burger that's always perfectly cooked and never disappoints. *New Item* PATTY MELT - My other boss said this was one of the best patty melts he's ever had! THAI CHICKEN PIZZA - This is my co-workers FAVORITE pizza! Peanut Butter on a pizza sounds off but this masterpiece is FIRE!! THE VETEREN COMBO PIZZA - Another favorite of the team. It just hits all good flavor profile notes that keeps them ordering it again and again. Bottom line is this is not only a locals favorite but also a favorite of those who live in the surrounding cities. They're family friendly so bring the kids too!

Yelp
Best service, fun neighborhood, great environment, yummy food. You come here for a relaxing night out to watch the game or catch up with friends. The owners are two down to earth guys who have been involved with the community for close to 30 years. We got to sit down with them and just get to know them for half an hour. Every dish I've had here has been solid. The sweet potato waffle fries with the Chipotle Ranch are amazing! Highly recommend. They've got high quality tvs with any and all sports games on and can be seen easily from every seat in he restaurant.

Yelp
Hey there Party People Was walking the boulevards of Los Gatos with Hubby and decided to stop for lunch at Double D's Sports Grille, just wanted the sports bar vibe. The service was great we got great suggestions from the waitress, of course we tried everything she recommended. We started with chicken tinga quesadilla. The chicken was marinated and so flavorful that you didn't even need to add the salsa that came with the dish. This was no throw away salas either it was delicious on its own. No lunch is complete if you don't throw some super duper mega cheesy garlic bread. Boy howdy did it deliver but to take it out of bounds in flavor town just add a pinch of the salsa We could decide on what entree to get so we split everything. The beef Philly cheesesteak was off the hook delish. The meat was so packed with flavor it was like a party for your mouth. The 3 Alarm Fire sandwich definitely came through with the heat but it was in need of something crunchy to take it to the next level. The age old argument "Onion Rings" or "Garlic Fries". We went with both. I am an Onion Ring Snob and generally never care for beer battered rings because they tend to be greasy. I have to say these weren't greasy at all and had a pleasant sweetness. The fries were on point also. Hubby and I decided to go out of our comfort zone and ordered the Di Marcos Pizza. It had pesto, goat cheese, artichoke hearts and red onions. I think we were being to ambitious the flavor just didn't appeal to either of us but it may be great for someone else. This is definitely a place we will come back to. So many tasty items to sample from the large menu. Not to mention it's a great place to watch a game and have a pint. Be kind to one another

Danny N.

Yelp
This place is hit or miss. Our server was friendly this time. You usually get a high school kid with no social skills. The flavor of the food was decent, but all 3 dishes came out luke warm. We mentioned it to our server and they took off the wings. Food should come out at appropriate temperature with no excuses.

Patty C.

Yelp
I only sat at the bar and had drinks and apps but the bartenders were always on top of things and knew just when to ask if we wanted another drink. The pretzel with mustard and cheese was so good and the bruschetta was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely order them again.

Sanjali P.

Yelp
Exactly what you would expect from a good sports bar. Several great screens, good surround sound (even in the bathrooms), fast service, and lots of seating. Good for groups, families, friends, etc. Highly recommend for warriors games, niners games, and so on. Food here is very standard- exactly what you would expect if you were to order classic game day foods. Mozzarella sticks were good. Loved the house salad- huge portions and came out super quick. The chicken sandwich was also great and came with a side of fries. Fries were okay.

Linda B.

Yelp
Here we have the best possible sport's bar. Beautifully done... spacious and comfortable with excellent viewing. The menu is interesting and diverse. There is something for everyone. Everyone at our table was pleased. The wait staff is superb... friendly and efficient. The interior and exterior patios are beautifully and comfortably appointed. The entire facility is sparkling clean. Parking can be dicey, but the lots are spacious and there is street parking as well.

Adam J.

Yelp
I'm actually taken aback that I've not reviewed DD's yet. This is my local sports bar and it's in LG so please expect accordingly. Specifically the prices are higher than your regular sports bar, but due to the fact that the place was rebuilt due to a fire it's in pristine condition and not divey in the slightest. When me and the wife come here we usually feast on the apps - which are great (but pricey). The beers here are also great, they rotate Alvarado, Russian River and Fieldwork If you're here to watch a game, never fear the screens are EVERYWHERE! (Seen pic) Long story short this is a great place to catch a game, food and drink!

vinny l.

Yelp
This was a great hang out for lunch. I have visited 3 times now and each time the service was fantastic. The whole team seems to gel well and the foods were great. Definitely recommend.

Suzy S.

Yelp
Good food and great service today. They have a great selection of choices for sandwiches, salads, and dinners. Lots of TVs for any sports show. You want to watch

Thomas F.

Yelp
Great food; great service. Plenty of TVs to watch sports. However parking is limited.

Yelp
Atmosphere is very good, especially for watching a game or two. Food was very good. Korean wings are top notch and, I found service to be friendly, prompt and professional. Only issues I have are 1) they charge a "living wage fee" of 4% on you bill so, keep an eye open for that. I think that's BS so, I just deduct the 4% from the tip. 2) Their liquor pours are tiny, pathetic. I got a nice "sipping tequila" and the pour was so tiny I was shocked. I got a bourbon later and, same thing. Pathetic, tiny pours. They didn't hold back on the bill though. Charged full price for the tiny pours there. Because of these two things, I'd probably not return there, even though food and service is very good. A "Living wage fee"???? That's woke, 2020 BS. Gimme a break.

Michael S.

Yelp
Great sports grille , good place to go watch the games and fun environment. Had the blackened chicken pasta and have to say it was perfect, portion was very good and the service was exceptional. If you like to go have a drink , burger , pasta and much more , this is the place Parking is a little difficult but the location in Los Gatos is great to check out the local businesses Thanks again for our waitress who did a great job Give it a try , if nothing else the food is A+

kalia a.

Yelp
Me and my family come here ALLL the time!! The food and service is excellent!!! We always ask for Kayla as our server because she's amazingggggg!!! The cutest and sweetest ever!!

Ria S.

Yelp
My Family and I went here the other day, and we had the best experience!! We got Kayla as our server, and she was amazing!! We didn't even have to ask and she knew our every need. She was best server I could ask for! Definitely ask for Kayla when you eat here!

Erin W.

Yelp
Great place to run into friends and have sum yummy eats. Never been, and now I've tried it twice. Drinks are great, the bartender is very knowledgeable. The meatball appetizer was very yummy! I'd go again. We sat outside on their deck, and it was a great ambiance!

Tina C.

Yelp
Decided to try DD's as I had not been there prior to the fire. AMAZING. I walked in with a friend that only eats meat and I don't. It was so clean and organized. We were greeted by Sophia A..who ended up being our waitress. What a knowledgeable waitress. She was professional, friendly and knew the menu to help me. My friend had a burger and is from New Orleans..said it was the second best burger he has ever had! So it must be GREAT. I had the Chinese chicken salad that was FRESH crisp and dressing was YUMMIE. I couldn't eat it all and Sophia actually boxed it for me and put some dressing in a small container for me. Prices were not over the top and for the two of us for a GREAT experience and fabulous food was like 55.00. Seemed like others are regulars and it was very heartwarming to see that. Can't wait to go back.

Suki M.

Yelp
First time back since the fire burned down the previous incarnation. They rebuilt and the pandemic hit. Totally not their fault. But I felt the prices for this outdoor "sports bar" were extremely overpriced. Are we covering the expenses of the fire, the rebuild or the pandemic? AND... although the tent is big enough for social distancing its pretty comfortable, it's hard to get a wheelchair a knee scooter or slow shuffling elderly into the tent because it covers the handicap curb. Just FYI. Also no TV's in the tent for sports... At the sportsbar... We ended up just having appetizers & drinks. It was okay but crazy expensive. Our server was amazing, the receipt said her name was Sammi. Not sure what was wrong with the minestrone soup, maybe the cooks used pasta sauce instead of making a broth... but it was bad! I don't think we'll be back but, We're glad they rebuilt and are doing well. I don't think a $18 salad and $12 onion rings are my thing...

Charles D.

Yelp
Great sports bar terrible Caesar Salad. Beef Jerky chicken and balsamic dressing. Definitely trying to hard on this salad. Come here and enjoy the venue and game but don't order the Caesar salad.

Tammye B.

Yelp
Nice place to watch the Warriors game. The energy during games made a big difference. The food came out really quick. Good bar foods. We also got the Cajun pasta that was good, but needed just a dash of red chili peppers.

Nicole B.

Yelp
Came here for the first time with my husband for lunch today. They were running a special breakfast menu for the game. I ordered a breakfast selection off the special menu, my husband ordered their Philly cheese steak, and he also picked up an order of their cheesy garlic bread. We also ordered two diet cokes. Service was great (they had a lot of workers probably in expectation of the big 49ers game later) and the food was solid. Price was a little steep compared to other places we frequent, our bill with tip came to a little over 70 bucks. Inflation sucks... this is kind of an everywhere thing... but the menu items seemed to range in the 20s for near everything with sodas being 4/ea. Street parking was a bit difficult this morning but we managed. The establishment itself looked very modern and updated, several screens playing the game. Probably be a great spot for happy hour or after work apps and drinks.

Rick R.

Yelp
Great food, friendly and helpful staff. Get in early place fills fast! I guess I haven't written enough characters to satisfy the app. I had a difficult day today. My work truck ran out of oil due to a new unexpected leak. The difficult part was I was traveling, and two hundred miles from home. On, great! They accepted my character count

Tram N.

Yelp
This place was on my bookmarks for years but never tried until recently. They were closed for quite some time due to fire damage. I am not exactly sure when it reopened but I'm glad I finally had the chance to knock off this bookmark. They have plenty of outdoor seating; they are using their parking lot in the front as their dining area. The tables are spaced more than 6 feet apart, it seems. If you need to use their restroom facilities you will need to wear your mask. As always, wear you mask upon entering (yes, when you are approaching the hostess booth) then take it off when you are seated. Service was slow at first but it was a Saturday so we didn't rush our server; she took our drinks orders and appetizer order long before she took our order but everything came out pretty fast despite the delays. I thought the Skins Game was presented in a cute way; loved the dollop of sour cream. It was loaded w/ cheese! Absolutely filling and a satisfying teaser. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak.. the ribeye was seasoned well. My only gripe was that it came w/ American cheese. I did not ask if they have provolone or Cheez Whiz because I didn't want to be that customer but cheese gripes aside the Philly was absolutely delicious. No complaints from my 2 lunch counterparts. I'll be back!

Prashant K.

Yelp
This has been a Los Gatos icon for a while. We have grown up children - they enjoyed visiting the place when they were teenagers. So did we. The place has a welcoming posture and the servers there have been great. I have been disappointed with the food recently . This was my 3rd instance of sub standard food. I am unsure if the chef changed, but something is not right. The wings were very chewy, the calamari was like rubber, the Thai pizza was just out right horrible and the chicken in the lettuce cups appeared to be out of a can. Even Applebees can put this place to shame. I urge the owners to bring back the old glory and serve A+ food The drinks menu is still great and we enjoyed their beer on tap.

Gaia O.

Yelp
Came to watch the football! Mozzarella sticks were very good as an appetizer. For the main I got the patty melt with added avocado, and switched out the rye for sourdough bread. Sweet potato waffle fries for the side which were so good. The burger was cooked perfectly, delicious. Despite how busy they were, the service was good and the food came out quickly.

Cristina S.

Yelp
Addicted to their Ahi Poke appetizer! It's sooo delicious! With the crispy wonton chips! Simple yet scrumptious! Place is cozy for business meetings too! Love how the booth tables along the window have outlets to charge laptops. It's not too loud. It's just right. Good atmosphere

Bonnie K.

Yelp
The atmosphere, vibe and cocktails were all great! The food was absolutely blah. I had the poke because someone else on this thread said they loved it. It was so marginal compared to other places I've had poke. And the molten lava cake was spongy and could've come from a store-bought box. Yuck. Of course the prices are outrageous, so there you go.

Yelp
We decided to try out Double D's to watch the Warriors game and because we did not have power at our house. It was busy because I'm pretty sure everyone else had the same idea, but the staff were still all very friendly and attentive despite all the people. I really appreciate that they had sound for the game! Not many places do that. It was a fun vibe for the game too with most people watching and cheering. My husband got the deluxe French dip which he said was one of the best he's had and I got the Turkey burger which was a good lighter option (but still a huge portion!). The menu is pretty extensive and I am excited to come back and try out the other food! We also shared the molten lava cake which was a big portion for two people and has the molten chocolate on top rather than inside. It would be great if they had milkshakes (it seems like the kind of place that would have them but they don't). Seems like they have a lot of regular customers and I think we'll definitely come back again for another game!

Yelp
So this is one of our "go to" places.....the BEST wait staff of any restaurant in town and always reliable good food. Tonight our waitress was "Ally"....She was so on top of her stuff. She is pleasant, intelligent, knowledgeable, attentive, aware, organized etc. I am surprised that she is not the manager. All of their wait staff is great, but Ally took the cake tonight. So impressed. If I had my own business, I would steal her away as I am sure that she could adapt to any situation and own it.....Bravo

Yelp
A very fun & energetic place. Good food, good service & a nice lay out. Lots of energy and noise during the games may be a drawback for some as well as difficulty finding parking nearby so be prepared
