The pizza at the Woodstock area brewpub seems to demand other brewpubs to step up their pizza game: Pies come fiery hot out of a brick oven that approaches 750 degrees, and it even features a collaboration with local wing champs Fire on the Mountain: a pizza with hot wing sauce, bleu cheese, and chicken breast. The margherita, though classic and simple, is an absolute winner and pairs perfectly with Vaporizer Pale Ale, a dry and light ale with herbal notes from the addition of challenger hops. We have always liked the food and service here. However, this evening things were different. We ordered pizza, salad a side and drinks. A few members of our party of 5 wanted some fried oysters from across the street. A waitress whom I don't recall her name, who appeared to be Asian American with leg tattoos said We couldn't dine there while eating food from another establishment. We were seated outside at the picnic tables. I explained We have food and beverages from Your establishment. She said again there policy is that You can sit here and eat food from somewhere else. We have eaten at Both of these places for years! It was awkward and off putting.

Why does every brewery have pizza??? Probably low cost. With Ruse + Assembly nearby doing the exact same thing, maybe try something else (I know, you guys were first haha). Didn’t try. I’ll go to Atlas or another local spot for pizza. Still, beers here taste great, better than what I’ve had in bottles (do they even can?). Nice grainy note to the Hop Lion, which is hard to find in IPAs. The outdoor seating is very accessible, great for wheelchairs + the COVID conscious. Wish it was heated though. Bougie, corporate Hood River vibe as expected. Not bad, but nothing stands out. Apparently fairly basic breweries like this make enough money to get by… probably funded by bougie, corporate Hood River venture capitalists…

Got a gift card to this place for my birthday. Wife and I decided to give it a try. If i wasn't using a gift card, I would have demanded a refund. 31 bucks for a "large" pepperoni pizza that was the size of a medium anywhere else and tasted like cheap frozen pizza. The crust was bland and a really off putting texture for a thin crust. I have never seen a place skimp on the toppings so much. Would not recommend, huge rip off.

Brewery out of Hood River in the Columbia River Gorge that opened this taproom about 5 years ago. This place has good beer and pizza plus it definitely has a neighborhood bar vibe. Hop Lion IPA, Killer Red Fresh Hop IPA, Ayhaze Hazy IPA

Everything was just really solid. Really solid beer and tasty pizza. Pretty no frills but I really appreciate that these days. The service was also really great. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a solid beer and a nice slice of pizza.

Just grabbing some suds with some industry colleagues was a great experience. I ordered a beer, and when the waitress saw that it had more bubblies than it should, she brought me a fresh one, no questions asked. Always refreshing to get to notch service!

Loved it! Plenty of outdoor seating, and a really nice location on Woodstock! I had the BLT with the side Greek salad and they were both delicious. Very happy with my choice to pay the $3 for an “upgraded” side salad. The bacon on the BLT was perfectly crispy, and the tomatoes were fresh. And I was super impressed by their house-made ginger ale! The menu was a bit limited for my friend who is vegetarian, but we made it work. Loved the QR-scan menus so we didn’t have to worry about touching menus that other people had used, and there was all-around a very respectful vibe regarding Covid safety.
