Went there for brunch with friends. It was pretty busy on a weekday. However, they fixed us a table quickly. The ambiance is beautiful. The service was quick and the food was good. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Fantastic bustling cafe, busy almost every day of the week. Recently attended and sat inside, plenty of heating my only negative is the inside area is a little too cozy! With customers/staff often having to squeeze past you Food was delicious and service fast despite it being very busy. Cafe is dietary requirement friendly charging $4 for GF upgrade. My coffee wasn’t the prettiest coffee I’ve seen but also understandable considering they were pumping them out, taste was fantastic (all that matters) Staff are very friendly and helpful, the owner seems to take the time to get to know his customers. Definitely recommend and will return

Today, I had a delightful late breakfast/early lunch at Double Shot in Deakin with a colleague. Let me tell you, it was a great experience overall. I ordered a smoothie and opted for the granola, and I must say, both dishes hit the spot! The granola serving was generous, and the taste was spot on. It had the perfect balance of crunchiness and sweetness. Paired with the smoothie, it made for a satisfying and refreshing meal. In terms of price, it was reasonable. I didn't feel like I was breaking the bank, considering the quality and portion sizes. It's always nice when you can enjoy a delicious meal without having to worry too much about the bill. The service at Double Shot was good. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It's always a plus when you feel well taken care of during your dining experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend Double Shot for a tasty brunch. The generous portions, delicious food, reasonable prices, and attentive service make it a great spot to enjoy a meal with colleagues or friends.

Ah, Double Shot… thank you for your service. Stumbled across this place this morning and decided to stop for breakfast. The tables were full and there was a queue to order.. kinda felt like it was too busy, but was easily proved wrong. A table was made available immediately for us, and we were able to order shortly after. Ample seating inside and out.. and we got an option to choose which we preferred. We had a lovely breakfast, the boys got eggs Benedict and I went for the ham and Gruyère toastie. Very pleased with our choices.. everything was tasty and made fresh. The service was prompt and lovely. Everyone engaging with a smile and politeness. Enjoyed our coffee so much we decided to get some take away also! Thanks Double Shot! We’ll be back when we’re in Canberra next time!

We had our wedding hosted by Double Shot & Localé and it was so incredible! All of the staff are so kind and generous with their time. They looked after us so well. It was a beautiful venue, so beautiful, natural and lush we didn’t even want to set up further decorations. Everyone commented on how delicious and amazing the food was! Thank you so much team, we appreciate everything you did for us!

Coffee was disappointing. Ordered a latte, but half of the cup was just harsh milk foams that felt more like a cappuccino. Wish the milk froth was more silky Banana bread was nice tho Also the staff weren’t unkind but most definitely did not feel welcomed. I’d like to think that I just visited on a busy day when they were burnt out :( Dog friendly seating outside + no cash only card
