The hotel is great on many levels but I have a dairy intolerance and found meal times very difficult.||I realised at dinner on the first night that the labeling on the buffet is very random. Huge areas had no labels at all. I tried to guess and eat what I thought was safe but I was ill.||I spoke to guest services the next day and they suggested I order something from them. No menu just tell them what I like. That evening it was not a good experience.||I waited for food all my family had eaten and I was still waiting. What arrived was very poor and not enjoyable. I showed TUI and guest services the photos.||The next day guest services said they would goto the buffet and help me pick. We walked around for ages and managed to find a chef who managed to suggest something that he thought was dairy free but just an hour later I was ill again.||I complained to TUI who offered to move us to a different hotel but said in Turkey there’s no legal requirement to label food in buffets so same elsewhere. We stayed as everything else was good.||I continued to pre order dinner for 2 weeks the steak was good but the whole experience was bad.||Lunchtimes at the food trucks was easy, all made to order and I just ensured I only got stuff that had no dairy.||Breakfast was random. Some days they had soya milk and some days they had none. Despite me telling guest services I wanted it and that was the only thing I tried to order for breakfast.||Ice cream parlour had 1 sorbet so there was something I could have but nothing else was dairy free so a bit boring.||Coffee hut made oat milk coffee but all food options contained dairy so no food there but everything was labelled!||The vegan food truck was closed for the full 2 weeks despite the hotel being full. I was told there wasn’t enough staff.||I never tried any of the a la cartes as you had to pay quite a lot of money to use any of them and found the whole dinner experience hard work. I thought maybe given my bad experience and that I’d been ill several times they would have offered a free visit or discount but no if I want to use they can make me dairy free food but I have to pay full price.||I complained to guest services and TUI several times but apart from me having to pre order dinner nothing was ever done.||Over 2 weeks I only had desert a few times and genuinely lost weight on holiday. I missed dinner 3 times as I was ill.||On a more positive note I’ve just been on another holiday elsewhere that was amazing as everything was clearly labelled and I was never ill.||The hotel is good in many ways but if you have food allergies or intolerances I’d suggest going elsewhere for a stress free holiday.||Note to hotel management, just because it’s not a legal requirement in Turkey to label food doesn’t mean you don’t need to. Hundreds of deserts every day and you refused to label just 1 as vegan or dairy free! Very poor decision.||I honestly would never return unless all food is labelled.

This was our first trip to Turkey and we loved the Hilton. |The food was incredible! There was everything you could have wanted. The street food design was so effective and was literally perfect.|There was an ice cream parlour with branded ice creams - all part of the AI.|The drinks were good and there were helpful waiters/waitresses on skates during the day delivering drinks.|The kids club was next level! It was air conditioned and secure and our kids loved it. |The entertainment was good - quite loud for the kiddies but there was a kids cinema night until 10pm.|The beach was lovely as was the promenade. We stayed mostly by the pool with the water slides (be ware the floor gets slippy) my son was 4 and went on them alone but they are quite high. |The coffee shop is amazing and the cakes/pastries there were perfect.|It was about 5 min in a taxi from kemer centre and it was about 1 hour transfer time. |There were lots of little added extras you could do at the hotel, including the cabanas which were about 300 euro for the whole day. The on site shop is good and it’s near to a pharmacy if required.|The staff were mainly nice, it was really busy and extremely hot being Aug so can’t blame some for not being happy all of the time.|The basic rooms are quite small for a family of four but we were barely in there. |We loved it and will definitely return.

Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. It's an all inclusive in the words truest sense. No watered down drinks or badly cooked food. There is even a night buffet that you can tip toe down to.if you happen to get hungry in the middle of the night.||Then I haven't even mentioned the service, which is top notch. From the friendly and helpful people at reception, to the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant...and the services that are not included such as massage, pedicure, manicure, hair cut and candle ear wax removal are also amazing. I had medical massages by Serdar which melted away my neck and shoulder ache. I also had a fantastic pedicure and candle ear wax removal by Zamira and a beautiful manicure by her lovely daughter. ||Don't think twice. Just go there. I sure hope I'll be back there soon!

Lovely hotel stay in Kemer - we had a pool side room view- room was really nice well stocked all inclusive fridge replenished daily. |Good choice of food in the central buffet only disappointment hence 4 * not 5* review is no all inclusive access to the a la carte resteraunts which were extra at 50 euro pp which we found disappointing having stayed at many all inclusives. Loved the food vans during the day serving lots of food choices a good option if u don’t want to eat in the buffet. Lovely pier with sun beds if you didn’t want to be at the pool or beach. Found the service very good staff very helpful and would definitely recommend this hotel

Poor experience in the end. This review will seem like a very moaning negative review, however it was the experience we had in the end unfortunately.||The negatives:||To start with, we paid for a sea view room and had to compain as it was barely a sea view and was more a pool view (Photo attached) and was given a very generic response about the room and the location. I have since emailed complaining about this and they have straight up lied about the complaint and said I was offered another room higher up! This was not the case otherwise I would have taken it and they then lied again saying about a jacuzzi room which we never mentioned to them about.||The guest relations staff don't really offer much apart from a text in the morning which tells you your day plans, they didn't have much of an idea how to get places that weren't too far away. Best thing to do is to ask the Jet2Holiday lady, she was very helpful and a really nice lady too!||When it comes to food, they say they have different types of dishes each night for the buffet, however it almost always felt the same with a small amount of difference each day which was unfortunate. The best part for food is the food trucks as they cooked fresh in front of you and taste the best.||The worst part. I was not feeling the best on the last full day we had at the hotel, I wanted to sleep in to feel a bit better, this was not possible. I had a phone call from reception at 9am asking me when I would be out the room, I didn't have a specific answer so I just said not yet and they called again at 11am telling me I had 2 hours to be out... What kind of service is this where I have to be told to leave my hotel room so they can do work on the balcony (Why could this not be scheduled for the day after?!? Considering we wouldn't have been there that day!!) Around 2pm I went to the reception to see if I could go back as I needed to nap to feel better, I was told the work would not be done for another couple hours. This truly ruined the hotel for me as it seemed like we were not important at all. A complaint was made and a generic response was once again the answer, I had enough at this point and said they do not care and in response they sent up a completely laughable gift of gesture (Picture attached). After this experience I was ready to go home.||The positives:||The best part of this hotel is probally the pier which offer stunning views of the mountains. ||The location of the hotel is about a 25 minute walk to Kemer or about a 5 minute taxi which costed around 200 Lira. You need cash if you want to use taxis and especially the buses, however if you need an ATM, you will have to walk 10 minutes down the road for the closest one.|| For most part, the staff are very friendly and do help out, especially the food service team and the bar/drinks team. A highlight was the people on skates that would get your drink for you if you're down at the pier.

I took my mum for her 60th. Birthday. Genuinely the greatest holiday we have ever had. Premium drinks on tap incredible food. My mum is allergic to meat and was truly looked after at the food trucks staff would clean pans just to cook her food. The lobby bar and gorges bar are both amazing the ice cream parlour was every thing you could want it to be. |The indoor pool was great for a late night cool down. Coffee shops just perfect. |Staff were all so happy to help. My mum genuinely dropped a tear when we were leaving they made such a thing about her birthday we were shocked. ||So good we have re booked for this year.

Absolutely breathtaking place to be, paradise on earth. Very friendly employees, ready to solve even the most difficult problems. The richness, versatility and quality of the food is mind boggling. Bars are ready to mix complex cocktails professionally and quickly. Special thanks to the hotel's photographer, whose cheerful mood and smooth jokes made the photo session especially enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back. Thank you so much!!!

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable. Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels. However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters. One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly. Only downside, it was bloody hot in August but would defo go back after August or in May or June.

During a time of the Covid-19 lockdown in Turkey, the Hilton Doubletree Resort in Kemer is a great escape. I don't quite know how they successfully navigate the changing regulatory restrictions imposed by the Turkish government, but they do, with flying colors! Staffing must be a nightmare, but you would never know it during your stay. The level of service maintained is typical of Hilton plus some more. Excellent bartenders, great food, and always smiling faces with attention to service, service, service. Housekeeping sneaks into your room twice a day to provide clean linens and room cleaning which is nice for a resort where you are changing from swimsuit to resort clothes with no defined schedule. For the Covid-19 averse crowd, Hilton employees wear masks, and provide individually wrapped utensils and frequent disinfecting of surfaces. Even after 10 days of dining, we had still not tasted a majority of the food choices that are offered. If you are interested in a total Turkish dining experience, try the a la carte restaurant, Eat Fish, and enjoy Raki and grilled fish accompamied by Turkish appetizers (meze). Enjoy!
