Thanks to Dough Hands’ kitchen residency, it’s also serving some of London’s best pizza. The pizzas pair a thin, NYC-inspired base with pillowy, charred crusts, and balanced toppings. "We’ve tried Dough Hands’ self-proclaimed ‘London-style’ pizzas from the kitchen of Hackney pub The Spurstowe Arms—and think they’re some of the best slices in London. Now you can find them at Peckham pub The Old Nun’s Head, where we’re hoping for more stracciatella or ‘nduja and hot honey-topped pies.
