"We’ve tried Dough Hands’ self-proclaimed ‘London-style’ pizzas from the kitchen of Hackney pub The Spurstowe Arms—and think they’re some of the best slices in London. Now you can find them at Peckham pub The Old Nun’s Head, where we’re hoping for more stracciatella or ‘nduja and hot honey-topped pies. The dough is rolled thinly and cooked to a wonderful crisp, and the marinara sauce actually tastes like tomato (which in our experience is often not the case).
