I wanted to commend Eddison at the UES location. My online donut order was mistakenly sent there instead of the Times Square location, where I needed it for a meeting. If I had to go to the east side, it would have seriously delayed my day and made me late. When I called about the order, Eddison was incredibly helpful. He empathized with my situation and was exceptionally kind. He started by contacting the other location to see if they could fulfill the order. When they didn't have enough inventory, he quickly came up with a solution: he offered to courier the donuts to the correct location. I was deeply grateful and impressed by his assistance. Thanks to Eddison's kindness and quick thinking, I will definitely continue ordering from your establishment.

I was SO happy with my Dough delivery! I’m in Rhode Island and I sent this to my best friend in NYC -they added the message I asked for on the box, delivered it within 30 min, and they arrived GORGEOUS. My best friend says they are DELICIOUS!! Thanks so much, Dough!

Donuts are so fresh and coffee was delightful. The young man, Chris was very polite and kind, accommodated us with all our needs! If there were more than 5 starts I would have given him more. Thank you!!!

Dough Doughnuts on the Upper East Side is a must-visit! The donuts are out of this world—perfectly fluffy, rich in flavor, and absolutely worth every bite. But what really makes this place stand out is the amazing customer service. Carlitos, Chris, and Edison go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

Total Disappointment. They definitely taste like dough, plain boring dough. I bought 4 donuts and aside from the frosting every single one tasted like plain bread. My Boston crème was especially disappointing, the doughnut was so large so I figured it would have a good amount of cream, nope I swear it had 3 tablespoons of cream in the entire huge doughnut. Ended up throwing the rest of it away bc the doughnut itself just tasted like plain bread. Also got a cinnamon sugar, cheesecake and coco nib fruit. The cheesecake was fine, but when I asked the employee about it, like what is it? Cream cheese? Actual cheesecake? And I was told it’s cheesecake. It also looked like a filled donut bc of the way it was frosted over the hole so that was a disappointment. Tried the donut as a whole and again the doughnut part was not good. Ended up licking off the frosting and tossing the doughnut. I really wanted the doughnut itself to have flavor and I saw specks in it as if there was vanilla or something but all of them just tasted like bread & not even sweet bread or wonder bread just plain crappy unseasoned bread. At least the place was pretty & seemed clean.

Yelp
I found this place walking by and only walked in after seeing a sign that said vegan donuts! This place is great! They have an extensive array of donuts with fun flavors and pretty nice vegan options. At the time I went, there was vegan cinnamon sugar, glazed, passionfruit, and a blueberry jam one. They were large, fluffy, and one of the best *vegan* donuts I've had! Also, one of the few places in UES that even offers vegan donuts. The shop is pretty small with counter seating, so it's definitely more of a to-go place. The donuts are ~$6 each. I noticed other reviews complaining about the price, but it seemed reasonable given the donuts are large, it's a shop located in UES, and this place is legit marketed as "Artisan" donuts. Whenever I see any business described as "artisan," I know it's going to be a bit pricey. I overall enjoyed my experience and would definitely return!

Yelp
Four Stars because I need a seat! Rainy day overdue review. Dough on Lexington Avenue is a definite stop for me and also not far from my home. I've been eating these donuts for years. My favorite is the plain with sugar or the Coconut. Definitely any kind of Coconut. I'm not big on the Chocolate flavors but they do look decadent. Sometimes I will get the Peanut Donut. I get the donut and have a seat somewhere in the hood or I take it home for breakfast the next day. It's definitely so huge it's a meal. I'm definitely recommending when you are a neighborhood with a Dough Donut Shop. Dough has a lot of locations.

Yelp
Walked by this new Dough Location on Upper east side. It is one of the smaller locations but it seems to be clean and somewhat spacious. There is no where to sit and eat your donut but there is a bar by the window where you can stand and eat. These donuts are pretty big and doughy. If you want to splurge on a treat this is the right place. Each donut is 6.00 +tax and tip if you do tip. So this is not a spot I will come to alot but on special occasions or if I have out of town friends and they want to try out the donuts. When I was here there was only one person working so the service was a tad slow with a few people in the store placing orders. But it was not too bad. The guy who helped me was nice and apologetic about the wait. I had the chocolate with cacao nibs donut. It is my fav one there. All the donuts here look beautiful and delicious though.

Yelp
Beautiful looking and luxurious donuts. If you are in the mood for a splurge and a few calories then drop by. Amazing colors and flavors (Lemon, Passion fruit, Nutella). Each one is around $6 so maybe that will keep you from ordering too many!

Yelp
The shop is beautifully pleasant to go and very modern. but the doughnut is very over priced. The cost of one doughnut is about $6. I had a strawberry shortcake. There was nothing much about the strawberry just the Frosting. There is no filling, it was very doughy. The doughnut was very big BUT where is the filling ir something. I would not go back again. I would rather go to Dunkin and get a doughnut. Service was quick because only one person there.

Yelp
I had heard the Dough's donuts were the most exceptional and so unusual that it would be virtually impossible to return to what we previously thought was a good place to get go for coffee and donuts. It's one reason why I hesitated to visit the new store that opened near my home on the upper east side. However as a food connoisseur, I felt I had a responsibility to taste and draw my own conclusions. When I first arrived, I met Edison who helped me explore the incredible new kinds of absolutely delicious flavors! And here's the good news, no matter which ones you choose, you'll be exceedingly happy!! And they also make delicious lattes and cappuccinos!

Yelp
I work across the street at the hospital. The customer service is always very friendly. The donuts definitely live up to the dough standard. The donuts are large in size and are very filling. My favorite ones Dulce de Leche. Definitely check out this place.

Yelp
I normally do not leave reviews but doing so for others to avoid wasting your money. Stopped by Saturday morning and the place was empty. I have had Dough donuts before and it was underwhelming but figured I would give it another shot. Guess what, still underwhelming, $6 plus dollars for a donut that really isnt that good is insane.

Yelp
Customer service wasn't good and donut was not worth the price. Skip this one. Very expensive.

Yelp
I got the hibiscus and lemon poppy seed. What a disappointment!!! The donuts are mediocre plain yeast donuts with glaze that taste like plain sugar. No flavor, no pizazz. Maybe the chocolate one may be good. I won't take the chance though.
