I went to Doughnation with a friend and was pretty disappointed. The location is great but other than that, there isn't much going for it.
In terms of the atmosphere, it's a cool spot but it wasn't busy and the servers were moving tables around so it wasn't comfortable.
Even though it was pretty empty, the service was slow and annoying. Drinks came out pretty promptly but we weren't offered any water and our empty glasses weren't cleared; our pizzas took 20-25 minutes to come and our plates sat on our table for 10 mins after we had finished, and when we asked for the bill, it took 10 minutes to come and we ended up going up to pay because we wanted to leave.
The food was fine but nothing special. For those with an allergy, I would steer clear. I ordered a gluten free base because I have an gluten allergy and the waiter didn't know much about it which wasn't very comforting.
Ultimately, I wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
