Doughnuttery Time Out Market New York

Nothing spectacular but it wasn’t terrible either. It was a quick service. Not sure it’s a place I’d go out of my way to try. You can buy a regular size donuts and be more satisfied. The strawberry tastes like sugar donuts.

Went there at 8:15am on a Thursday. We are the first customers. A simple transaction of buying 6 mini donuts took 15 minutes. The guy clearly didn’t want to be there, like we were troubling him. And we weren’t worth speaking to so he just kept pointing at signs. Your machine reading Apple Pay is not working, a little help wouldn’t kill you. Can’t imagine when there are more customers. The donuts were good when eaten fresh though.

Fresh-made heavenly doughnut perfection! Miniature doughnuts fried and topped right in front of you. Soft, hot, and fluffy. No clue what the negative reviews are talking about. The people were pleasant and helpfully explained all the toppings.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My husband and I recently visited this establishment today for the first time. We ordered six donuts but were unsure of the flavors and other options available, as it was our first time there. Unfortunately, the employee at the front he was very rude and rushed us while we were trying to decide. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and the lack of patience and courtesy was disappointing. First impressions matter, and this experience has left us unsure if we’ll be returning. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and addressed appropriately.

Basic mini donuts with subpar service. There was no line I was a first timer so I asked about flavors and was kind of brushed off for what seemed like some midday employee training. I ordered two flavors and was surprised that they both were basically sugar flavor despite the flavor descriptions making them seem a little more impressive. A donut is a donut and for the service, you can go elsewhere.

I was excited about them being closer to Brooklyn. Echoing sentiments of bad service. I got the classic glaze, hard to mess up right? Wrong. They mixed up my classic glaze with remants of previous sprinkles, chocolate dust, etc. I wished their pans were cleared out more often. The way they do it is inconsistent & one was its just a blob of the glaze. And I find their price point too high for what you get.

These doughnuts are delicious. Was looking for something sweet and warm and this was even better. They’re warm puff balls that melt in your mouth. Insane

I'm not sure about the "in shop" experience, because they were ordered/delivered for a birthday party. But the donuts were so tasty and sweet...a perfect mouthful!
