Dover Street Market London is one of the most inspiring retail spaces I’ve ever visited. Each floor felt like stepping into a different world—carefully curated, beautifully spaced, and full of unexpected creativity. The clothing is displayed like art, offering endless inspiration for anyone interested in fashion or design. The staff were warm and welcoming, even opening both doors as I entered, which added a lovely touch of theatre to the experience. After exploring, I stopped at Rose Bakery on the top floor—calm, relaxing, and filled with design books to browse while enjoying a pot of tea and something sweet. A brilliant visit from start to finish.

This mall is a unique blend of art and shopping. The one-of-a-kind decor creates such an inspiring atmosphere. I especially love the cozy cafe on the top floor. It's the perfect place to unwind after a shopping spree

Walking into DSM felt like walking into a friends home… from the warm welcome, Comme chats, and mutual love for each other’s outfits, by the impeccably dressed doorman Davinder (and of course when he offered sparkling water) to the guys, Max and Keenan from the Supreme counter, who were happy to assist in organising my Noir Kei Ninomiya pieces, taking garments off mannequins and ensuring all my needs were take of.. Cristobal finalised my purchase of 2 new Noir Kei pieces and to perfectly wrap up a casual, high end, experience where the professional and social vibes were simply all on point.. Like minded individuals who are true followers of this niche style recognise, respect and engage and it’s been a truly gorgeous experience.. Thanks Dover street market London 🇬🇧🇯🇵🫶🏻

Really cool shop plus great experience visually, first time visiting with my wife. Staff were very friendly. Probably the best shop in London if I'm honest . Can't wait to visit in the future .

Whenever I'm in a city with a Dover Street Market I try and pop in because not only are the clothes on another level but the stores basically function as fashion museums. Seeing some of these runway and ready to wear is such a treat, especially when they're less common in whatever place you may be from.

My friend loves this place so took me for my first visit. Beautiful building both inside and out. Interesting designers if you are looking for something different. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice cafe on third floor and lovely clean loos!

I love the clothes here, but I came in today for the sale and had multiple staff members assume I was stealing. I was holding two shirts on the basement floor, was approached if I needed help by a male employee, and then immediately after a female sales associate quite forcibly took the shirts from me to place in the single cubicle-like dressing room where a security guard was standing in front of it and was watching me walk in. Left that floor and was greeted by two security guards two separate times while looking around. By all means do your job but the second female sales associate was genuinely so unfriendly, did not smile, and did not appear approachable to even ask a question; you can provide good customer service while preventing shrinkage without assuming people who are actively looking at clothes are stealing. I came back to the floor later and saw her directly watching people try on shoes about two meters away from them. Also had a prior interaction here that I emailed a complaint about and never received a response so this rating is quite overdue. The cafe staff were very sweet though!

Yelp
I stopped in here during my time in London today and I had a great experience. The displays and installments are absolutely gorgeous. I've been to the NYC location and found the staff to be more professional and helpful in London than NYC. When I asked to try on a pair of trousers in my size, they brought out that item in the closest size to mine they had and ALSO went above and beyond to bring out a similar pair that they did have in my size, which I ultimately ended up buying. I don't know their names but there was a tall blonde woman and a brunette from Australia who were super sweet and helpful. The brunette even threw in a free Loewe magazine for me after I expressed how much I love the brand. I think some of the people leaving bad reviews don't understand what luxury shopping is. Yes, they're going to make sure you're not stealing and that means watching you. No, you can't return a designer item once it's been on your body/used at all, sorry! My experience at Dover Street was the epitome of professionalism and class and I look forward to returning before I leave.

Yelp
I recently purchased a Commes de Garcons wallet last month and it is already falling apart. After contacting them they put me in touch with their sales associate Kirby who had sold me the wallet. In his email he told me that my wallet was designed to be less sustainable than the other wallets and that I should have gone with a more classic and luxury item. Basically, better luck next time. This wallet was over £200. I clearly remember Kirby telling me that in order for the surface to come off, I would have to aggressively scratch at the wallet and that it was incredibly durable and not to worry. Well, he lied in order to sell me the product. It really troubles me because I believe everything in this store to be a luxury item and the customer service should be impeccable. I hope CDG knows that their products are being so poorly represented.

Yelp
On 19th March 2016, Dover Street Market has now officially moved and relocated into, what was the Burberry showroom on Haymarket. The company's HQ was originally based on Dover Street itself, located in the Mayfair area (right near Green Park tube station). For me, I have always been a serious fan of Play Comme des Garçons - which is why I've always been looking forward in visiting Dover Street Market. However, due to my negative experience with the retail staff at Dover Street Market, I've always found the staff at DSM incredibly rude, extremely pretentious and very hostile with dark-arts preconceived attitude towards their affluent clients and the staff seem to be out of their depth. And also, the security staff, I find them to fairly over-zealous and extremely pretentious. My theory of most of the staff at Dover Street Market are basically failed fashion designers and failed actors (who once had the potential in that pathway of a chosen career) and they cannot seem to find everyday work meaningful.

Yelp
Possibly the worst staff anywhere. They're much too busy gossiping, singing and dancing -or looking just plain bored,to help you, the common customer. Clothing is a mixed bag of ultra- high end quirky edgy designers mixed in with a few big names like Balenciaga and Prada. The first few times we went it was quite exciting to see what was going on, but over a few visits things get dull quickly as the same designers are represented each season. It's a real Mecca for younger design fans and popular with kids and Asians. Bring your best credit card. Oh, and inspect your purchase carefully as your garment could have been touched and tried on many times before you purchase it. There's a good little cafe with not too sweet goodies on the top floor. And managers, PLEASE teach the clerks about customer service.

Yelp
Had a great time spending an afternoon here. They have many cool brands. Some brands you might find at other department stores as well but the collection this place has, is truly special. Worth a visit IMO.

Yelp
Worst place to shop ever again, Agne and Melissa with worst attitude toward their customers, they don't accept any returns if the cloth been wear outside, excuse me?? Is that a joke? Don't buy anything in this pathetic place.
