I did not have a pleasant experience at this establishment. Ventured in with my mother, my sister and my son. My mother ordered a Reuben and very specifically asked that they not put thousand island dressing on the sandwich. she asked for mustard and ranch on the side instead. My sister and son each ordered pizzas. I ordered a BLT and nachos for us to munch on while we wait. More than half of an hour passes and we haven't seen our waitress, Christina, since we ordered so we were convinced that she must be the only person there and she has to wait on people and make their food orders. She comes back with the sandwiches and the nachos and tells us that the only cook they have today is the owner and they have two kitchens and he is trying to run them both so he made the sandwiches and nachos and was now making the pizzas. But, she didn't want our sandwiches and nachos to get cold so she brought them out to us first. We are in a bit of a time crunch to get my sister back to work on time so she asks if we can just get the pizzas boxed. The nachos are cold. The fries are cold. The sandwiches are not only cold, but they are also incorrect. There is thousand island dressing on the Reuben, And I have never had a BLT with anything extra on it unless I ask or it is posted on the menu. I had a BLOT. Bacon, lettuce, onion and tomato. I cannot stand onion. Had i known there was going to be onion on a sandwich that traditionally is not served with onion, I would have asked for NO onion. The bacon was under cooked and still cold. Christina did not come back for another 20 minutes at which point I reminded her that we needed to leave and needed boxes, to which she replied, "Well we didn't know it was going to be this busy in here today and the pizzas are in the oven so there's nothing else i can do." And she walks away. (When we walked in, there was one couple in the establishment, and the four of us.) When she comes back with our boxes, the pizzas, and the check, she says,"Well, I took the two pizzas off of your bill, but I'm not the cook you know?" Wow. Not one apology. No kind of effort to make us feel like we are anything but a burden for having walked in to this restaurant. What terrible service. She never once checked on us so that we could let her know that our food was cold and made incorrectly. So her attitude was based purely on the fact that we were in a hurry and voiced it more than once. I will never go back there, nor would I recommend that anyone else do so.
