Downtown Nashville Wine and Spirits. Beer, Cigarettes, and Cigars

I love coming to the store. I come specifically to this one for the employees. They all have a very good attitude. In particular, Nikita. She has always very helpful and kind. As a business owner in downtown, I really appreciate the customer service. If she was not already employed, I would hire her on the spot.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nikita Hall, one of the store managers. She was being overly flirty which made me uncomfortable , she was unprofessional, unhelpful, and very rude disrespectful. Her unprofessional conduct made the visit frustrating and inappropriate. I would not recommend interacting with her. The interaction crossed professional boundaries and made me feel uneasy. Management should seriously review employee conduct. She mentioned that she had recently used substances such as shrooms, weed and other substances The night before or so. The same day before work talking about her personal life randomly like she was going through it plus She was vaping inside the store including in front of customers. This is particularly concerning because some customers may have health problems, including asthma I feel like these behaviors violate store policy, create potential safety risks, and are inappropriate for a workplace setting especially Working in a tourist environment were it could be someone’s first time in this country or state to experience that

Solja was the absolute BEST!!! Not from Around here but would absolutely come back again because of how amazing he was to us!!!!!

Best liquor store we’ve ever been to! Solja was the most helpful friendliest person we met on our trip here, will definitely return!

This place was insane. The cashier was cursing at us the whole time demanding we stay silent in order for us to be served. DESPITE having masks on.

After 3 days in this amazing city, I was looking around for some good whiskey to take home. I asked around and no one would really help me pick a good whiskey. David, Thank You for helping me not only select a good whiskey but giving me a little back story. I could have bought a lot more if I was sure they would allow it on the plane.
