Google
My all time favorite farmer's market, ever!!!! Great location, amazing variety, fantastic and unique food offerings, fresh produce and locally produced art. Amazing energy here! Totally worth the visit and you'll undoubtedly find reasons to keep coming back. Every Saturday, rain or shine.

This farmers market was small and cute. It was nicely organized. I liked that it could zigzag through and still see everybody. I liked the variety of vendors. The breakfast burritos came highly recommend.

I love this farmer market. The food is delicious and fresh cold drinks. A lot of unique things to check out and buy. Don’t forget those fresh produce.

The farmers market is great, and I try to do my grocery shopping here every week. They have interesting items like fresh cheese, yogurt, chai tea blends, and kombucha. It definitely slows down in the summer, but it's still work going to me. The food trucks are great too- I particularly enjoy Maya's Cajun Kitchen, the burrito stand at the end, and the smoothie truck. Everyone here is super nice, and they've got live 🎶 and are very dog friendly. Great place to shop for food, gifts, and lunch.

Love the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market! It’s a fantastic place for good eats and local products. Our fave place to hit while there is MI Catering - they have the best chorizo burritos! The other vendors also have a lot to offer like chicken eggs, aguas frescas and art! There is a fantastic cold brew vendor. Such a good spot to start the weekend. It is not a super huge market but so much to see. They have other vendors that carry jewelry, ceramics and fresh bread. You can find me at this market most Saturdays!

I absolutely love going to this market. I start by getting an acai bowl at Love Sweet. Then I walk around and check out all the goodies. They have hummus, pita, exotic fruits, flowers, and breads. All of it organic. You can beat that!! Best place to kick off your Saturday.

The first time I ever visited, was about two years ago when I stopped by after taking a coffee sustainability tour. I was used to expensive farmers markets, so didn't have my hopes up for this one. I immediately fell in love with it! The vendors are amazing, the prices are low, and the vibe feels like being in Oregon. I have never been disappointed with anything I have bought. I am a little confused by the previous review, since I have been there in recent weeks and would say about 98% of the merchants are local.

Google
Pretty good little farmers market. Not a lot of veggies and that sort of thing but I think it's because it's basically on campus and people are probably just wanting to take away. There were more drinks and prepared food and manufactured goods then anything fresh in particular. Nice vibe though in the parking was pretty easy.

Yelp
Lots of local vendors who have been featured on AZ's top (insert category of vendor here) or on TV, the food network, etc. I saw a long line at bagel daddies and was thinking it must be good if people are waiting in that long line. I saw they were on a list of top places so we decided to wait too. And did we find out why they made some list? WE SURE DID! We ordered the notorious BEC on a plain bagel which was a breakfast bagel sandwich and just HEAVENLY. I didn't think I was going to finish it (I was right lol) it was just so big but every bite was delicious and I was mad because we were just visiting so we wouldn't be able to get it again anytime soon. We got an Arnold Palmer from the local lemon. Prices were high but it was a huge cup with a cute little straw. I failed to take pictures of what we devoured because I didn't have any hands left or food left because we just inhaled everything LOL LOTS AND LOTS of dogs! Whole place was on a parking lot behind a church compound. Very friendly people. We loved it!

Yelp
It's always fun to come to the farmers market, no matter where. Of course there were lots of stands with vegetables and a few with fruit. There are some arts and crafts, jewelry, vintage clothes, and fresh flowers. This is also a great place to grab lunch, although we didn't do that today. There are lots of different foods to buy and several bakeries, too. Everything looks so delicious!

Yelp
This is such a great farmers market! Has many produce vendors, herbal tea, meats, jewelry, clothes etc. It was medium in size. Plenty of vendors I haven't seen before; which is plus!! Parking was a little challenging. With a-little but of patience I figured it out

Yelp
Great experience got hummus, salsa, sourdough, mushroom coffee, drinks from Chata, and produce. Highly recommend not too many vendors but lots of products at each stand.

Yelp
Great farmers market! I do my best to support small and local businesses when I can. This was a great place to find and meet our awesome local venders. Great coffee, crafts, and food can be found here every week.

Yelp
Being from Sacramento, I was looking for a TRUE farmer's market, not a serious vendor's market. It was extremely hard to find a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. If this is what AZ calls a farmer's market...wellll....

Yelp
I am a hard core uptown farmers market fan but decided to venture out and try something else in the city. The downtown farmers market is a lot smaller. They do have some interesting vendors that I have not seen at Uptown however it's very hard not to compare. There wasn't a good produce selection. I didn't feel like the vendor selection was the best. I definitely won't be coming back and suggest you try either Uptown or Old Town farmers market which in my opinion are better.

Yelp
Maybe I am biased because this is close to home and I am a regular, but I love this market and the people who set up booths at it. There are so many regular friendly faces every week that it is something me and my dog look forward to every Saturday morning. There is a decent selection of things from produce to lotions to snack foods to beverages to crafts. Some of my favorite vendors are Francis & Bee's pet goods, Gift of Chai (which now has a little set up to buy prepared chais and sit and chill on pillows and a rug, which is pretty cool), Planet Beast queso, and Pour Jo's (who is sadly now only there every other Saturday). There are always choices for breakfast, like burritos or empanadas, and there is even a vegan food truck serving Cajun food. It is a nice community event, and I really do look forward to going every week, especially since I can just walk. And come December, Phoestivus is where it is at! Note: This one is now in the lot at Pierce and 4th St, not over by Central/Westward Ho anymore.

Yelp
I prefer this location as it is closer to my home. Otherwise my favorite farmers market in Phoenix is the Uptown market on Bethany home road. This farmers market is in the parking lot across from the Westward Ho hotel. It's lacking in variety. They have Sonoran hand made pasta but not Pasta Rea. They have noble bread but a small selection. Breakfast burritos are sometimes available sometimes not. My typical morning includes the iced coffee at blue house that's free with a bag of beans. A bag of pasta from Sonora, maybe some English muffins if they aren't sold out at noble and a açaí bowl. Coffee $20, pasta $10, açaí $10. It's a nice morning walk and an activity to go to, but if I'm serious about my favorite items I drive to the uptown market. My cat enjoys the morning walk around I. His cat stroller and he's always a surprise to all the dog walkers.

Yelp
So much fun! Came to visit on a whim and did not regret it! Tried Kanfuela Kaffé, the Kenfuela mocha was very rich and had a good chocolaty taste. Atmosphere was so friendly and got to meet such nice vendors.

Yelp
This is really for Mi Salsa. They need their own Yelp page. I love their burritos. I've had the chorizo a bunch of times and the chicken tomatillo. This place is sometimes packed. It's a bummer when sometimes they can't show up for some reason. Super chill staff. The ambiance is the market itself. This is my favorite market.

Yelp
Eh. This market is no longer in listed location off central. It's now near 7th st and Roosevelt. We ended up parking in metered parking a couple blocks away. It is not as large as the uptown farmers market. But there are some great Phoenix staples and farmers present. Check out their website for up to date info. It felt unnecessarily crowded (like the tents were too close together). The highlight was that I got some fairly inexpensive local bee pollen (for allergies). I was surprised to see that they didn't have a recycling option that I could find. Eh, your basic weekend farmers market.
