Downtown Summerlin is truly the heart of the community—vibrant, walkable, and full of energy year-round. From shopping and dining to events and farmers markets, there’s always something happening. It's a big reason why I so highly recommend Summerlin to my real estate clients.

Google
I absolutely love Downtown Summerlin! I shop, eat, and enjoy all the events and activities there. But tonight I found another reason to love it. A Security person in a car drove up next to me as I was parking. He asked if I knew I had a flat tire. I was so happy he stopped to alert me. Before I knew it, another Security person came over to get air back in my tire. They noticed a large piece of glass in my tire. They were so friendly and helpful. I never knew the Security staff did things like this. Now I love Downtown Summerlin even more. This happened on July 12, 2025 around 7:20pm. Thank you!

The Christmas parade at Downtown Summerlin was a truly festive experience! The performances were fantastic, with exceptional energy and talent, while the floats and costumes were nothing short of spectacular. It was a perfect evening to celebrate the joy and magic of Christmas.

Google
Great mix of shopping, dining, and events. You can easily spend a full day here without getting bored. The layout is walkable, and there are plenty of shaded areas and seating. I love coming here for the farmers market on weekends or just grabbing dinner and seeing a movie. It can get crowded on Friday nights, so come early if you want parking close by.

Google
Huge outdoor shopping mall. We visited this mall on Christmas parade evening. Huge crowd. But well maintained. Kids can enjoy ice skating.

Google
Very nice area. Very clean and a lot of shops and good bar restaurants. A little more upscale. There are a lot of options. It's also right next to the Aviators Minor League baseball ⚾️ field. There's a Dave and Busters there. A movie theater and even a small play area for the kids. Nice area to walk around and window shop if not interested in spending money. Sometimes, there are events in the park there. Good place to be.

Google
Down town summerlin is a fun collection of stores and restaurants. There is a large selection of clothing, cooking, and toy stores that will capture the attention of every age group. If you are looking for nike shoes or a new pan, then DTS has you covered.

Google
Huge shopping mall complex with famous brands from all over the world. It's all outdoor and very walkable after sunset when its not so hot.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin is a great outdoor shopping center. The area is extremely clean and has countless shopping and dining choices. It's a pleasant experience, whether you want to shop or just walk around. I stopped by the information counter to inquire about any upcoming events and received friendly and helpful service. When they noticed I had my small dog with me, they sweetly gifted her a dog bandana and a Blue Buffalo dog bone (which she loved and I appreciated). There's free 2 hour street parking throughout if you are lucky to find a spot. More free parking is available on the outskirts as well as a parking garage. Love how pet friendly the shopping center is. This is a great way to enjoy the weather and fulfill your shopping needs. I highly recommend Downtown Summerlin.

Yelp
Upscale, contemporary complex featuring apparel and lifestyle boutiques, eateries and the Las Vegas Ballpark. There are numerous family and friend activities to attend. From Halloween through the New Year, various events are scheduled, including themed parades, an ice skating rink, Enchantment, and Lunar New Year celebrations, among others. It's a great place all year round. Howard Hughes has expanded into approximately 200 developable acres in the Downtown Summerlin area east of Pavilion Center Drive with the opening of three luxury, leased residences. This signifies the inauguration of residential living in an area that will encompass thousands of multi-family units, as well as additional office, service, retail, park, and entertainment space.

Yelp
Really cool outdoor mall. Often times these outdoor malls tend to have not very mainstream stores, but that is not the case here. It's got pretty much all the stores you'd expect, and then some. To top it off, the grounds are all beautiful. Even if you aren't planning on buying anything it can be enjoyable to come for a stroll. What's also nice is there is PLENTY of parking. They have a couple parking garages and tons of additional parking.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a very nice outdoor mall with high end stores. It was late in the day on a Jan night and the walk through the mall in some brisk weather was great.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin is nice. I do not care for the congestion and the way the roads are planned out. It's very narrow parking areas, and a lot of one way do not turn, so you have to drive in circles. I only shop at Trader Joe's and Boot Barn. Trying to limit my time spent here. Summerlin Area near 215W and West Sahara.

Yelp
I got my ears re-pierced a month ago, and the earrings are still looking great, and my ears feel good. The person who pierced my ears was helpful, fun, easy to talk to and a true delight! I wish I could remember her name so that I could give her a proper shout out. She had a sprout in her hair - perfect for Halloween or anytime really! The store was super busy, but everyone got helped.
google avatar

Yelp
This place grows more chaotic year by year. Very confused by the removal of bathrooms which makes the place less walkable. Most of the anchor stores from opening are still here; food choices tend to rotate with seasonal booms and busts. It's probably the closest you'll get to an LA parking nightmare, especially in the wing sections (like Trader Joe's). As a local, I tend to avoid going in actual stores aside from Daiso because of the congestion and lack of masks. I feel old saying so, but I remember when this site was just a sandy lot. It absolutely changed the character of Red Rock/Summerlin... still not sure the convenient stores are worth that change.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin is one of my favorite shopping experiences in Las Vegas. It's located off of the 215 Charleston or Sahara Exit. There are so many activities, restaurants, stores, and events that you can go to in Downtown Summerlin. Some of the retail shops include the following Express Fabletics Abercrombie & Fitch Apple Bath & Body Works Banana Republic Gap H&M Hot Topic and so much more! Some of my favorite restaurants are located in Downtown Summerlin, too! There's always a new restaurant! Here are just some of the restaurants in Downtown Summerlin! Benyeh The Bagel Nook California Pizza Kitchen Dave & Buster's Bonanno's New York Pizzeria Frankie's Uptown Grape Street Café & Wine Bar If you're interested in attending an event, you can take a look at Downtown Summerlin's website. Every Saturday there is a Las Vegas Farmers Market at the Pavilion from 9:00 A.M - 2:00 P.M. Some of the unique upcoming events include the Summerlin Sounds at The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin and the New Vista Wine Walk! It can get warm during the summer, but the evening hours are nice! Spring and fall are perfect seasons to shop at Downtown Summerlin! Free parking is available. There are parking spots inside Downtown Summerlin, or you can use the parking garage or open parking spots near Macy's and some of the restaurant areas! If you're a local or just visiting Las Vegas, Downtown Summerlin is a must visit at least once!

Yelp
My FAV shopping place! DTS has a playground for my toddler. And a myriad of restaurants to dine at. Even my dentist is located here, lol! I love that there are speakers throughout DTS, which is a fun variable to the whole shopping experience. The following are my favorite stores: White House Black Market Regal Cinema theater Lush cosmetics The Lego store & Ulta Another cool variable is that it/ outdoors, so a little bit of cardio always helps.

Yelp
We visited here for the first time and it was nice! I didn't really know what to expect but it had so many stores and shops. Very clean and the people were nice. Ample parking that day.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin is super nice with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Super awesome Farmers Marker on Saturdays between 9am - 2pm. Probably the biggest Farmers Market we've been to in Vegas. Super clean and nice. Highly Recommend A must try. "TRUE FOOD KITCHEN" best food in Vegas

Yelp
This place is HUGE!!! I was super bummed when it was built as I was no longer living in Summerlin. This place would be perfect if I lived closer to it. I definitely would go here more often then I do now since I live in Henderson. There are SOOO many shops in here. It kinda reminds me of Town Square but 10 times better since its way bigger. I do get a little lost when I go here and am headed to one of the business's as I'm not familiar where everything is located. If your looking for a day of shopping or checking out a new place to eat or maybe even for Happy Hour this is a great place to check out! Have fun!!

Yelp
If you're ever in Las Vegas and looking for a mini getaway from the Strip, Summerlin is a fantastic place to visit. This charming town offers a delightful Saturday farmer's market that is a must-see. The market is filled with fresh produce, local crafts, and delicious food, making it a perfect spot to spend a relaxing morning. The town itself is welcoming and has a great atmosphere, providing a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of Vegas. It's definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Very nice, clean, family friendly, upscale shopping. Dogs (trained of course) are welcome. Lots of parking on the perimeter and some throughout. One can get in lots of steps if you go through this entire area. Lots of restaurants and a theatre. It has the Cali vibe. Has a variety of stores.
google avatar

Michelle F.

Yelp
Lots of retail stores, Trader Joe's, restaurants, spas, workout facilities. Holiday parades and plenty of parking. A great place for families, adults and everyone in between.
google avatar

Daniel Q.

Yelp
This is an outdoor mall. There's lots of parking throughout the mall. There are parking structures so your car would get shade during the hot months. Not much public restrooms, pretty far apart and not convenient. Lots of different types of restaurants throughout. My favorite is the parades they have on certain holidays. So far I've been to the Christmas parade, Halloween parade, and the Lunar New Year parade. These parades are great for the kids, just get there early because the kids won't be able to see if not in front.

Lissa U.

Yelp
Superb customer service. Hannah at Summerlin Brighton store promptly returned my call and assisted with my issue with exceptional and quick customer service. I'm not one to leave reviews but was very pleased when I received quality customer service and care! Thank you Hannah!

Yelp
My favorite outdoor shopping mall in Vegas. Close to where I live, lots of stores that I frequent, ample parking space. Trader Joe's is here! My favorite coffeeshop Mothership has finally landed here too. Most places here are dog friendly which is a plus. Love all the food options as well, go-to's are: lazy dog, skinny fats, earl of sandwich, makers & finders. They hold free yoga on the lawn some days too, make sure to check out the schedule on their site. Only downside of this place is that there's not many public restrooms.

Marco L.

Yelp
Very good time at downtown summerlin hanging out with my friends and meeting the jonkler

Yelp
This I a beautiful area to walk around and do some light shopping. Not all the stores are of interest to me but I never mind window shopping and to just see what there is to see. My munchkin wanted to head into a few stores. We did that. We looked for some good stores to get a snack at and our favorite was Trader Joe's. I like the very laid back resort kinda feeling that I get from this area. It's a much calmer, smaller, Town Square sort of idea. There's tons of parking and it's free. Yay.

Yelp
This review is for Santa Chalet at Downtown Summerlin: 2023 Christmas Very disappointed with the decorations inside. For as much as they charge ($40+) they should take time and effort decorating. The trees behind Santa had red ornaments just haphazardly thrown on. Not at all attractive. They need to hire a professional, or use someone else to decorate. See the attached picture to see the picture of one of the trees. This is the background of pictures with santa that will be treasured for years to come. Come on, make it look way nicer! Different ornaments, ribbon, lights...

Yelp
Came out here since I was in Summerlin already and wanted to explore the area. Stores - Decent size outdoor mall area with an okay amount of stores, but they could definitely use more name brand stores. Location - It's a ways out from the strip but across the street from Red Rock Casino with a rapidly growing town. Downtown Area - It has a pretty nice outdoor vibe to it with the stores and holiday decorations. Overall it's a chill place and worth checking out.

Yelp
Fabulous Downtown Summerlin...when we moved out of our Summerlin KB development, right across the 215 in 2010 (due to the Real Estate debacle, and all the Commercial Construction Companies going bankrupt), the Shopping Center was only cement pads and standing metal girders! Today...a far different story, in the place of "metal building skeletons, a thriving, FABULOUS Shopping District that represents the finest in urban shopping. Modish Retail Shops galore, Restaurants, and lots of individual "entertainment" attractions (Ice Skating Rink, Children's Play Area's, etc...) are laid out on several streets for the enjoyment of patrons. Parking during the Christmas Holidays can be an arduous process...but eventually, you will succeed. A wonderful place to just, shop, dine, stroll/walk through and enjoy the fact that you're alive! On this occasion, in this Yelper's opinion...Downtown Summerlin gave us the exact experience we were looking for and truly earned this "highly recommend" 5 Star review!

Yelp
There's plenty of shops and restaurants I'd like to visit. Big and beautiful, but barely any parking in the lots. Met up with friends for dinner. Took a good 15 minutes to find a spot to park. There were plenty valet spaces. I parked damn near the ball park. I'll park at Red Rock Casino and walk over. Haha! Seriously.
google avatar

Chelsea S.

Yelp
Love this mall! Came here to see a Christmas parade which was really cute. Plenty of parking, really clean, and a great array of both shops and eating/coffee places.

Yelp
Favorite outdoor mall! Downtown Summerlin is a great place to shop, dine, and enjoy entertainment. It has a vibrant atmosphere and offers a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Always my 'go-to' place to hang out with my friends and family. It definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
This place is a great shopping center and has a lot of local events like farmers markets, holiday parades, etc. it's very dog friendly and a lot of businesses even put out water bowls for dogs. There's a good mix of restaurants here as well as a movie theatre. Love that they added a native foods here (finally)! Parking is nice here and spread out throughout the mall area. It's in a very nice part of town.
google avatar

Trisha V.

Yelp
I love visiting here because there's so much to do. There's so many shops, it's an outdoor mall and there's so many restaurants to choose from. I didn't realize how big this place was. You can literally spend hours here and enjoy a nice day out. I still haven't even explored the entire place due to time restraints but I'm definitely going to go back and can't wait to see what other stores and eateries I've missed. Be prepared to do a lot of walking too.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin is a unique outdoor mall. The area is extremely clean and has countless shopping and dinning choices. It's an amazing experience, whether you want to shop or just walk around. This is a great way to enjoy the weather and fulfill your shopping needs. The shops I visited provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend Downtown Summerlin.

Yelp
This review is only for the Santa Chalet experience. I had made a reservation online and when we showed up to see Santa, it was a very rushed experience. Mind you this is not free. We paid about $42 for this experience. As soon as we walked in, Santa was already asking us to quickly give him our 1 1/2 year old baby. We were a little apprehensive at first but complied. Then Santa was trying to give us directions on how we should pose. Which is fine but he seemed like he was in a rush. After only 4 photos, we left. The whole thing only took us about 2-3 minutes. I don't understand the rush since there was no line outside and they weren't busy. The workers outside had time to stand around and talk story. Last year when I came, I had a much better experience. The photographers had asked if we wanted baby to sit or at least try to with Santa. Santa was more gentle and patient with baby. And it wasn't so rushed even though they had a couple of families waiting. Last year we got decent photos with Santa. This year I'm not too happy with the way it turned out. Overall, this year I am not happy with this paid experience. Especially since they weren't busy or all booked up.

Yelp
Beautiful outdoor shopping center. Has plenty of great shops and restaurants to explore. The lights are so pretty at night. It says it closes at 9 but most shops close at 8.
google avatar

Eddy B.

Yelp
Beautiful location. I love to take the family there and walk around. Lots of stores to shop at. Food options are GREAT, the streets are clean its pretty upscale in some ways

Miranda A.

Yelp
A very nice outdoor mall with a wonderful sense of cleanliness and security. Nice quality of stores and restaurants. The only issue is that, being in Southern Nevada, the heat can be overwhelming during the Summertime. Yet, there is no "ceiling" anywhere in the shopping area. Also, when it rains, the mall is basically unusable. The parking could be a bit better too. Overall, I would recommend this shopping establishment as it provides a wonderful sense of community with all the events it provides, in addition to the shopping and dining experience.

JENNA K.

Yelp
Very nice! Trader Joe's is my FAV. GREAT parking. Nice Apple Store, Right next to Red Rock casino.
google avatar

Joyce T.

Yelp
It keeps getting better and better. Open aired mall but air-con restaurants and businesses. Lots of parking. Lots of open spaces to saunter. Dog park. Lots of seasonal events. Next to Red Rocks Casino. It feels clean and upscale with interesting sculptures, water and greenery. No weirdo's or suspicious people. Overall dog-friendly. Many restaurants have in and outdoor seating.

Stefani I.

Yelp
If you're from out of town, definitely check out downtown Summerlin. I live in Henderson and head up there often. Great place to browse, shop, grab a coffee, and many restaurants to choose from.
google avatar

Charles C.

Yelp
Amazing!!!! I love it here! There are so many places to shop, and it just happens to be ALL of my favorite shops in the same location. There's also amazing food places spread throughout. Parking isn't horrible at all, and the entire mall and areas are very beautifully decorated and laid out nicely. Definitely a vibe!!
google avatar

Adam H.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin is a fantastic destination for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It has lots of dining options with a variety of cuisines and price points as well as plenty of shops. This evening, we were fortunate enough to see a mini pop up concert of Daniel Emmet. He was fantastic! He has such an amazing voice snd it was a treat to see him perform live in this cool outdoor multipurpose space. At night, the lights and the reflection of them on the water features is beautiful to see. As a local, Downtown Summerlin is the place to be. However, parking can be frustrating.

Desiree F.

Yelp
Great shopping center. Very modern and clean. Love the seasonal events and the food and shopping selection.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this mall. My first time there. Great stores and great places to eat Love this mall. Great stores and places to eat

Christion P.

Yelp
SANTA Event We made reservations to take pictures a week ahead and it wasn't free just to me rushed we didn't get to pick the pictures that we wanted to be printed and as soon as we handed Santa the baby they started snapping pictures no time to adjust ourselves at all the pictures are so ugly we look so uncomfortable
google avatar

Maria M.

Yelp
Absolutely stunning shopping center, I came here to meet a friend and she suggested we have lunch here. The shops are beautifully set up and so are the restaurant's. I really enjoyed discovering this area that everyone talks about. I am looking forward to spending more time exploring and doing some shopping.

D G.

Yelp
Great place to shop, walk and people watch. A wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Great place for a family outing. Parking is avail onsite, open market with nice selections of produce and specialty items. Cute boutique shops.
google avatar

Namaste C.

Yelp
I love the stores here but my only complaint is the parking there's not enough parking anywhere especially the stores where everything is walkable there is not enough street parking and it gets very frustrating!!!! I don't want to have to park at Dillards when the store that I want to go to is five blocks away!

Rico H.

Yelp
Ok, so here's the thing about this place. It's a great shopping center with a lot of different stores and food options. It's mostly clean and it's in a nice area. The unsupervised kids and teens though here are a nightmare. They have no respect for anyone not even security. They single handily ruin the higher end experience of this place. It's sad nothing can be done about them and I'm sure they will be the downfall of this great shopping center one day, much like what happened with meadows
google avatar

Candice Y.

Yelp
I love downtown Summerlin. They have all kinds of shops, restaurants, and even Trader Joe's here. Love the fact there's farmer market on Saturday I think from 11-2pm. Even if you are window shopping, it's very nice just to walk around. Maybe not during the summer. My favorite restaurants there so far are skinnyFat and earl's sandwich. I haven't explore a lot of restaurants there but so far those 2 are my go to. There are so many restaurants to try and will definitely explore more next time. Stay tunes
google avatar

Lori N.

Yelp
Downtown Summerlin held it's 2018 Chinese New Year Parade. Truly lasted for about just 5 minutes (no exaggeration), but they get an "E" for effort from me! Having seen the parade live in San Francisco many times, which lasts for about 2 hours, there really is no comparison, but definitely Yay for trying!! Otherwise, Downtown Summerlin is a brand new enjoyable outdoor shopping mall with mid/lower priced shops. Think lower-end though, like Express, H&M, Nordstrom Rack for clothing. If you want upscale quality in LV, still gotta head to the Fashion Show for Neimans and Saks, or Crystals for true splurging. There are plenty of restaurants, though, and a great movie theater with recliners!! And of course, the incessant Apple store...
google avatar

Dj S.

Yelp
Dragons have taken over and now control all of summerlin. The will eat bad children and obnoxious Drunks. They love everyone else!
