Downtown Summerlin is truly the heart of the community—vibrant, walkable, and full of energy year-round. From shopping and dining to events and farmers markets, there’s always something happening. It's a big reason why I so highly recommend Summerlin to my real estate clients.

The Christmas parade at Downtown Summerlin was a truly festive experience! The performances were fantastic, with exceptional energy and talent, while the floats and costumes were nothing short of spectacular. It was a perfect evening to celebrate the joy and magic of Christmas.

Huge outdoor shopping mall. We visited this mall on Christmas parade evening. Huge crowd. But well maintained. Kids can enjoy ice skating.

Down town summerlin is a fun collection of stores and restaurants. There is a large selection of clothing, cooking, and toy stores that will capture the attention of every age group. If you are looking for nike shoes or a new pan, then DTS has you covered.

Great mix of shopping, dining, and events. You can easily spend a full day here without getting bored. The layout is walkable, and there are plenty of shaded areas and seating. I love coming here for the farmers market on weekends or just grabbing dinner and seeing a movie. It can get crowded on Friday nights, so come early if you want parking close by.

Cool place to stop, dine, or just stroll. It’s the best of both two worlds because it delivers both large suburban parking lots/garages that surround a mock downtown district. On my visit, the holiday decorations were up and the outdoor soundwaves were filled with festive music.

Very nice area. Very clean and a lot of shops and good bar restaurants. A little more upscale. There are a lot of options. It's also right next to the Aviators Minor League baseball ⚾️ field. There's a Dave and Busters there. A movie theater and even a small play area for the kids. Nice area to walk around and window shop if not interested in spending money. Sometimes, there are events in the park there. Good place to be.

It's easy to spend leisurely time walking around with plenty of tempting restaurants or just treats to indulge in before during or after shopping. The outdoor, open street layout hints towards a bit of a piazza type feel with a maze that lets you walk through easily for shortcuts as well. Highlights are the specialty stores featuring home goods or furniture. Dillard's and Macy's anchor as the large department stores. Smaller, independent name brands also retail there as well. It's a fun neighborly kind of place that has specialty themed events throughout the year. At night the atmosphere changes and it's a nice place to stroll and enjoy a special dinner at one of their better restaurants.
