This review is based solely on the customer service I received at this location. I went in to pick up an order and was greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who was working on an order. I told him I was there to pick up my order, and he said it would take two minutes. I agreed and waited.
There were Hot Wheels near the register, so I spent some time playing while I waited. About ten minutes later, I returned to the register to check on the status of my order. The same gentleman was still busy working on another order, so I stood at the register waiting for him to notice me. From a distance, I heard a woman say, “I’ll be right with you.”
When the gentleman finally noticed me, I asked about my order. He told me to check with the woman instead. When she came over, she told me the exact same thing—that it would be two more minutes. I mentioned that I had already been waiting for ten minutes after being told the same thing earlier. She snapped at me and said, “No, you haven’t been waiting for ten minutes.”
I responded, “Yes, I have been waiting for ten minutes,” but she denied it, walked away, then returned a few seconds later and took my picture with her phone without my consent before walking away again. This made me extremely uncomfortable and upset. When I asked why she took my picture, she said I was rude and that she needed to report me.
At that point, I was very frustrated and did swear at her before canceling my order and leaving. That reaction is completely out of character for me, but the situation escalated unnecessarily and left me feeling disrespected.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
