I ordered 4 calzones through the app for my friends and me, and I checked in immediately afterwards because I got there by the time I ordered them. I told the staff I was here, and they said someone would call my name when it was ready. While I was already waiting for 40 minutes, a group came in, ordered, and got their food before me, which finally prompted me, after an hour, to go ask where my order was. After being ignored for maybe a minute or 2, the same girl, whom I told in the beginning that I had an online order, finally asked, "Can I help you?" I tried to be as nice as possible and be patient, only to be met with shortness or annoyance. I then told her I am wondering where my order is because it has been an hour, and she said, "Did you get a text?" I told her no, and that it's been an hour, and I don't know why it's taking so long. Without saying anything, she turns around, looks at my order, grabs it, and then talks to another worker for a little. Finally, once she's done talking, she hands it to me and walks away immediately without an apology. Beyond annoyed and pissed at the customer service.
