Omg. Idk where to begin! Dr. Lo has phenomenal bedside manner , he has great interpersonal skills, and a terrific sense or humor! I have not been to one doctors office who has a staff like this one. Tammy, Lilly, Ally, Emily, Nicole and Kadja are the sweetest most generous people I’ve ever met. Doctor Lo performed my first surgery, & I was a nervous wreck. Tammy and Nicole spoke often and then helped in unimaginable ways. They listened to me, never judged me based off my requests (no matter how silly or small) they put me at so much ease and im extremely thankful for them . Also, Lilly is phenomenal. Dr. Lo is amazing at what he does. My have virtually no scars from my transaxillary saline implants! They blend perfect with the natural creases of my armpits. The team is super helpful and make the process as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Lo mammoplasty, especially transaxillary!

Dr. Lo and his staff (Gina and Margie) are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are very thorough, caring, and prompt. I went in for consultation in August of 2011 and was on the fence about having the procedure done. I was quoted at a price and just needed to set the date. In October I decided I wanted to set a date. When I called they allowed me to keep my original quote price, even though prices had risen. They were incredibly accommodating and a date was set for January 2012. As the surgery approached I was given all of the necessary medications and items to be completely prepared. Since I elected to not use financing, I was allowed to pay up the balance until 2 weeks prior. On the day of my surgery I was incredible nervous. The procedure is done at an actual hospital and the anesthesia staff is also very kind. Gina was there and made me feel 100 times more comfortable before going in. Within minutes I was asleep. When I woke up there was minimal pain - My boyfriend was with me and Gina to make sure I woke up okay and not in a panic. Dr. Lo came to see me out. The follow ups were easy and very thorough. I made sure I followed up on all exercises and follow-up appointments as instructed. Dr. Lo made calls to me to make sure things were healing and I was feeling better, it was incredible personable. Things could not have been smoother. It will be a year in January 2013, and I could not be more happy with the results. I feel everything was done catered to my own body, he would not let me go outrageously large because he wanted the size to appropriate and balanced for my body. The scars are almost completely gone (under my armpit) and I feel very natural. I would recommend Dr. Lo and his team to anyone thinking of augmentation surgery. Consultation: A little uncomfortable - but very professional. Dr. Lo is very short, but not in a rude way. He is to the point, honest, and a realist. Follow up: Even better. I felt they were actually concerned with how I was healing. I made sure to attend all follow-ups to the 6 month mark and continue to practice the exercises. I will be honest...at first they were hard, look displaced, and definitely was not what I expected. THIS TAKES TIME. You will not see the complete and finished results for months later. Your skin has to stretch! They have settled perfectly almost a year later. You also have a 10 year warranty on the implants, so that is a plus. Office: Small, but up to date and private. It is part of Penn. Hospital system so it made me feel even more assured. Staff: Gina and Margie are dolls. Loved seeing them and getting the phone calls from Margie checking in. Always felt like it was a positive and personable experience.

Dr. Lo and his Staff have been great to me. My first visit to his office was one of the best. I felt very comfortable and valued as a patient by Dr. Lo and all his staff. They explained the procedures, complications, answered all my questions in a language most can understand and no medical jargon. He is a phenomenal surgeon who isn't cocky or arrogant. They have the latest technology in their office to give patients a more realistic view of the outcome for Augmentation procedures. He did a great job on my two procedures one being a Breast Augmentation. He listened to my concerns and my wishes and after 4 weeks post-op I am 100% satisfied with the results. I found Dr. Lo on RealSelf.com. He was highly rated and has a background in oral and craniomaxillofacial surgery. He is really skilled at chin osteotomy which in my opinion is better than chin implants, but he does both. I went in to discuss different options for my face, particularly my nose, and I'm so glad he had 3D imaging to show me what the possibilities were because what's possible in our minds is sometimes different from reality and I'm so happy I could figure that out with imagining beforehand. I was a bit disappointed with what the simulation looked like but I definitely didnt lose anything in going. It was a free consultation with professional 3D imaging and a great surgeon. And I got a quote on rhinoplasty, which by the way is around $5k. Not bad at all. And FYI, he takes cash, checks, money order, visa, MasterCard, Discover, and he even does financing through Care Credit. I get the impression he does work mostly on the body like tummy tucks, liposuction and breast augmentation, but he does have a strong background in shaping the structure of the face. For the consultation, in the beginning, he was a bit curt. Not rude, just direct and professional. He wasn't rushed at all and answered all my questions. And I was a bit surprised how kind and caring he was when we did the imaging. He was very patient and reassuring. He was even very honest with me and told me that although he saw the imperfections that I saw, he thought I was pretty and didnt need it. Very refreshing to hear but at the same time somehow disappointing. Nonetheless, he was very compassionate and I definitely trust him. In the future, if I decide to do a chin osteotomy or something for my body or skin, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to go back. Also, Mildred and Gina are very friendly and smiley! There is parking directly nextdoor in the hospital parking garage. When you get the sticker from Mildred, the ticket is free. The one and only complaint that I would have is that the building needs to be renovated- the lobby and elevator are outdated and his office could use a facelift. But everything that is important is stellar!

I cannot say enough about Dr Lo and his staff. A few months ago, I decided I wanted a breast augmentation. After extensive research, I met with Dr Lo for a consultation. He was the first and only Doctor I met with...I knew right away he was the one for me, and thank God I made the choice. The entire team, Jamie, Tammy and Dr Lo himself are so warm and caring. When you undergo such a surgery, you need to feel cared for and not just another number. I am grateful to him and will definitely be returning in 10 years for my "touch up!"

Dr. Lo is amazing. I finally decided that I was going to take the first step to finally getting a breast augmentation and scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Naturally, I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Lo answered all of my questions and informed me on the types implants he offered. He explained how each implant would shape my breast differently and had examples that I was able to hold and feel. His team was amazing and the day of my consultation I was able to see a 3D image of what my future would possibly look like. I was SOLD and couldn't contain my excitement. I had my surgery in Sept 2018. The surgery process is painful, but Dr. Lo and his team took amazing care of me. Dr. Lo called to check up on me and so did his office team. I am extremely satisfied with my results. I am so thankful that I took the first step, and that Dr. Lo was able to guide me and provide me with the results I always dreamed of. 10/10 I would recommend him to any and all of my friends. Well I'm going to start by saying I think reviews are not easy to write. Being an owner of a top rated hair salon in Center City Philadelphia I've seen bad reviews be created because emotions were running high and they weren't able to look at the facts from beginning to end because of emotions being in the way. I was recommended to Dr Lo by a fellow hair stylist who had breast augmentation. Her breasts were gorgeous and she had started from a very small size and after he was finished with her she was on the larger side and looked very natural. So I went in for a consultation because I was starting with basically nothing. I previously had gone to several other surgeons for consultation and it seem like their answer was yes yes yes to everything. But this doctor was different he was direct and told me the truth and sugar-coated nothing and that is exactly why I picked him. When I was so hung up on how big are they going to be his answer was exactly this " when you come back to me in 6 months bitching that they're not big enough I'm going to tell you that it was your anatomy that decided how big they were going to be not me we are only going to do what your body will allow you to do". Finally somebody to tell me the truth. He did finish with saying he would try to go as large as he could. Then explained there was a method that could show him how big they could be while in surgery and was very confident that I would land with a larger C or at least a D. So I scheduled. Of course when I woke up from the anesthesia and other meds I was very foggy but was still able to ask the question.... How big are they? He explained to me that he got the largest implant in there. Then the healing process began. Everything he explained to me has come true for the breast augmentation. I've entrusted him with injectables also. We've used Botox for wrinkles and Voluma for check volume over the past year and I really believe that the his back ground in facial reconstruction makes me really trust him with injectables. My God I've seen nightmares with that stuff. So now the latest procedure that I am still recovering from is the tummy tuck. Today marks the two weeks. So needless to say I'm still a little sore still waiting for swelling to go away and everything else to clear up but already I see and feel a difference. I did other consultations for tummy tuck as well and no other doctor mentioned leaving with a pain pump so the incision could have 3 days to heal and be numb so I would be more comfortable. This was very appealing. The girl who does my eyelash extensions head the same procedure from another doctor and did not have the pain pump and said it was barely tolerable for the few days after... that really let me know that I would be okay after the procedure with Dr Lo. So I will check back and leave more feedback after the tummy settles down. Also on a side note his staff is great they answer questions and really let me know what I needed to do. The doctor called me the night of each surgery and his staff called the following day. Ok...I'm finished gushed.

I went to Dr. Lo for a tummy tuck with abdominal liposuction in March 2016. I just had my last follow up. I am thrilled with my results. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Lo and his whole staff were courteous and professional. I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time. I will definitely be back there if I need any more procedures in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Adrian is the best! I had a tummy tuck December 30, 2014, and up to that day had second thoughts of proceeding with the surgery (never had surgery before, and I am 57). I took the plunge and am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Lo did an amazing job. My scar is thin and my pain level on a scale of 1-10 was a 2. A friend of mine who is a nurse and teaches at Hackensack Medical Center said that's "the sign of a good doctor". Dr. Lo and his staff, Tammy, Gina, Jamie and Mildred, were extremely considerate, knowledgeable, and concerned after the surgery and called to check on my progress. Dr. Lo is extremely honest and will not move forward with a procedure that is not necessary, whether it is a surgical procedure or fillers. It's not all about the money with Dr. Lo - it's about his reputation, which makes him a success. I respect his ethical practices. My niece recently had a breast augmentation by Dr. Lo, and, she too, is extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Lo to anyone is considering cosmetic surgery. Deciding to see Dr.Lo for my plastic surgery procedure is by far THE BEST thing I've ever done for myself. From start to finish Dr. Lo and his staff have been nothing short of amazing. So my name is changed for privacy BUT I just had my one week post op Breast augmentation appt today! This was an on/off decision my husband gave me his card since I wanted to get Botox and well I got a breast augmentation instead and the staff is AMAZING!!!! I LOVE the results. I was borderline for lift needed and did have to get it done. I trusted Dr Lo to make that judgement since he explained to me he did not want me waking up unhappy if he didn't do it. I still need to let the stitches and everything heal but I must say when a Dr calls you the night of your surgery to check on you shows how caring he is and to remind me to watch the Eagles game! (He knows who I am) from beginning to now I cannot say enough great things about Dr Lo, Tammy, Jamie and Mildred I hope I didn't miss anyone :/ they listened to what I wanted and they showed me options with 3D The best is I had it done Thursday and was back to work Monday!

I got my boobs and nose done here when I was 18 Jan 2006. I love my breast augmentation. They look natural. My nose I was not happy with. I am going to have it done again. Dr. Adrian Lo is a very nice and helpful doctor though. Very professional, very nice, non judgemental. When I had questions, I emailed him even years after my surgery and he got back to me very promptly. The staff is super nice too. I've known like 5 or more girls who have had breast augmentations by Dr. Lo, and I've only seen one bad job, but who knows, it's plastic surgery stuff happens. My best friend had hers done by him too a few months before me, and hers are great she loves them a lot. I give the place 5 stars for my boobs, but 2 for my nose. I just think Dr. Lo is a body doctor and not a facial doctor, but that could also just be my experience as all cases are different.

I did see Dr. Lo ar one year post surgery, and asked for revision at 6,and 12 months? Seriously, then I made an appointment with 2 other plastic surgeons. And when I asked the amount of fat liposuctioned it was 2-3 litres I had abdomen, flanks, circumfercial thighs all done.

Love going here,everyone is so helpful and always having my skin work done here,forget California clinics, you are the best in the world! They take their time, talk SLOWLY and methodically and listen to your questions. I really am glad I found this place, Thank you!

Dr, Adrian Lo is amazing. I was considering breast augmentation and everyone I told seemed to be against it because my boobs weren't extremely small. I went against the grain and went for it because it was what I wanted. I really did my research and just decided why not! Best choice I've ever made!

I would never recommend dr Lo to anyone for liposuction!! Do not go to him!!! After 2 revisions and thousands of dollars later my stomach area is still lumpy and uneven ! Another side note . His nurses are rude and do not have follow through info to get you ready for such a operation, such as letting you know that you have to buy an corset for after the operation. Completely avoid this place.

I was extremely hesitant to have an elective surgery of sort. I almost 6 months out of surgery and I continue to be absolutely thrilled with my result daily! He is absolutely skilled surgeon and artist. I could not have been more happy with my results and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. My only regret is I should have gotten surgery sooner!

What an amazing experience!!! After researching local surgeon's in the area, I decided to go with Dr. Adrian Lo for my breast augmentation surgery. I knew as soon as I had my consultation that I not only trusted his opinion, but I knew I was in great hands. We had discussed and tried on some different sizes to accommodate my body and I knew I was ready to sign the dotted line! Dr. Lo is right to the point, he knew what I was looking for and listened to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. Lo is a no nonsense guy- and I really liked that! I decided to go with the silicone gel implants and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! I am now 2 weeks post-op and had a smooth and speedy recovery. I was previously a 34 B (kind of saggy) and just wanted more fullness and less droopiness. I am now a 34D and whoa, they are amazing! I was nervous about getting back to work, the pain post-op, and how the armpit incision would feel after. I was back to work in 5 days, pain was gone after 2-3 days and my incisions look fantastic! They are small armpit incisions (which leave my breasts completely scarless!!!). I am now fully functional at 2 weeks and I love my new breasts! They are falling into place perfectly. I feel like Dr. Lo really listened to me, and really understood the look I wanted to achieve. I thought the only way I was going to be able to get the look I wanted was through a breast lift and an implant and Dr. Lo was able to do it with an implant only (WOW!) . I was so pleasantly surprised! His office staff, Tammi, Mildred, and Jami, are amazing as well! They made me feel super comfortable and walked me through every step of the way. Seriously, after being on the fence for so long about having a breast augmentation, I'm glad I went with Dr. Lo. I would go back in a heartbeat. (Not to mention I now have the cleavage I've always wanted even without a bra!!!) Thank you Dr. Lo!

What a jerk. Took me longer to get dressed and undressed than he took to look at me. After 5 seconds of looking at me he chose a series of surgeries that would leave me with huge nasty scars that I know I do not need. He also said the surgeries he chose were the only ones he would do and if I do not want to do them there's nothing he could do for me. I do not care how good of a surgeon you are, you have to listen to the patients wants and needs also. Rude, with no bedside manner. You go to a plastic surgeon to feel better about your body. Not leaving feeling like you could cry. Horrible experience.

Great surgeon and staff. Doesn't rush or talk you into procedures. Very concerned for safety. Have recommended Dr. Lo to friends and they were beyond happy!!! If you are considering any kind of plastic surgery, try Dr. Lo.

I am happy to report that my initial impression of Dr Adrian Lo has completely changed. Things were certainly bumpy in the beginning with my initial unpleasant consult and what I perceived to be defensiveness in answering some questions, but I can now say that I would highly recommend Dr Lo. I had my surgery with him one month ago. He, Gina and the entire surgical team were superb-- very reassuring and capable. He calls the night after the operation and a patient is provided with cell phone numbers of his staff. His office was great overall regarding post op follow up (although I was told I would be called to schedule my first post op visit and I was not called but rather, had to call in during the first week, when a patient is still in the very early stages of recovery). One never waits long to see the doctor. Also, he will happily see a patient for non-routine post op visits if there are concerns, as he did with me. I had a concern and Millie suggested that I come in the next day, a Saturday, and I was able to see the doctor. He has seen me multiple times post op, even more frequently than I was initially told pre-op; this is not due to any complication but because he wants to stay on top of the recovery process. Dr Lo sees a patient at every post op visit, unlike some surgeons who have a nurse see patients for some visits. He does not spend a long amount of time with a patient during a visit but one does not feel rushed either. During the visits, he is friendly, answers questions, offers suggestions and even cracks a joke or two. Gina is a great asset; she called several times to check up on my progress and she has great amount of knowledge. Dr Lo is highly experienced in transaxillary incision and I am happy thus far with my result. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lo. 4/2015-- I wanted to post a follow up because with a surgery like this, post recovery months and years after are crucial. It has been over a year since my surgery and no long term issues. I initially had scar tissue near the incision (that I had to faithfully massage) and Mondor's cords but those are both long gone.

Dr, Adrian Lo is amazing. I was considering breast augmentation for several years but was afraid to make a life altering decision. I was so unhappy with my breast size and lacked self -confidence. I was away one weekend and was telling my friend about my dilemma and she recommended Dr. Lo to me. I made an appointment and during that initial visit, I was convinced that he was the perfect surgeon for me. He gave me a thorough evaluation, was honest about the expected outcome but above all was extremely professional. He has a great demeanor. It's been four months since I had surgery and I can tell you that he helped me regain confidence. I am so pleased with my results! It was a minimally invasive procedure with a slight incision under my arm. I had very little pain and only a few days of down time.....EXACTLY what he told me to expect.
