I love this place! It’s truly a one-stop shop for so many car services. The team is fast, friendly, and always takes great care of my car. Today we got an inspection and a Supreme car wash, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Amie was super helpful, patient, and kind. She assisted us with our inspection, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Chayo did amazing by taking care of my tires and rims. Our car came out of the wash sparkly clean and smelling amazing! Highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants great service and a spotless car.

I’ve been coming to Gleam Car Wash for a while, and overall, I’m very happy with their service. Sometimes I do have to take it back for a spot they missed on tires etc which I dislike but i understand there busy that’s why I give them this rating.What I like most is that they don’t just run your car through the wash they actually take the time to hand dry and hand clean both the exterior and interior, which makes a big difference compared to other places. They work pretty quickly, though it depends on the day you go. I usually stop by on Saturday mornings, and it takes around 45 minutes or so. For me, that’s reasonable considering the level of detail they put into the cleaning. The staff is consistent and keeps things moving along, so even when it’s busy, you know your car is being taken care of. I leave every time with my car looking fresh I love a clean car.Definitely a solid option if you want more than just a basic drive-through wash I hate washing my own car so I will never do.

This is the best place to come and get car washed detailed need oil change or mechanic work done! While you wait you can get your haircut grab a bite to eat shine your shoes or just walk across to the many food places you can go to while waiting need some prayers note it down and put it on the prayer wall ♥️

I’ve heard great things about this spot and wanted to give it a try after work (3pm), I chose the basic wash ($33) and was unfortunately disappointed with the quality. I understand it was the lowest option, but my dogs nose prints were barely wiped off of my windows and dust remained in corners. Would love to speak with someone about trying again, maybe it was an off day?

Always a good experience when coming here they do such a good job recommending going all out no short cuts with these people you get what you pay for. ⭐ 1 Star Review Car Wash – Dr. Gleem I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Gleem. The outside of my car was not cleaned properly — there were still visible dirt marks and spots all over the paint and windows. Inside, they used some kind of greasy product on every surface, leaving everything oily to the touch and with a strong residue smell. What’s worse, I specifically asked them not to clean the screens, but they ignored my instructions, wiped them anyway, and ended up scratching the glass and leaving it even greasier. For the price they charge, I expected a professional wash, but instead I got one of the poorest and most careless services I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Well I wasn’t going to write a view but the woman stood inside my door and wouldn’t let me leave until I scanned the QR to write one. I came in for a basic wash and clean (I have a membership elsewhere that I self clean my car weekly) but just needed an overall deep clean of windows etc. the woman that was checking me in told me it’d be $250, then she brought it down to $130, finally she said $70 which is still not the wash and clean I was asking for. Got back into my car, there is still trash in the sides and dog hair and footprints on the back seat. Would not return and would not recommend.

With the weather in Houston hitting the mid-90s and clear skies for the week leading into a holiday weekend, I determined it was finally time to get my car washed--a task I felt was overdue. When I worked nearby last year, I used to bring my car to this wash at least twice a month, and they consistently provided exceptional service for a great price. There was once a straightforward fee for full service that included an exterior wash and interior cleaning, with optional add-ons for an extra cost. Given that I hadn't washed my car in a few weeks, I chose the "Super Clean" package, which claims to offer nearly a thorough detailing of the interior (minus carpet shampooing). I regret not taking a photo of the menu before leaving; I might consider returning if I'm in the area, but this experience has soured my impression significantly. The regular full-service wash is $27, while the Super Clean package for my Toyota RAV4 set me back an additional $60. I was informed that the Super Clean package would take about an hour to complete, so I went to grab lunch across the street and returned as expected. Upon arrival, I found my vehicle near the back of the building with the front door left open, which was concerning. The young lady who checked me out gave me a thumbs up and claimed my car was finished. As I approached, I noticed several stubborn spots on my vehicle. My initial assumption was that those would require extra attention at an additional charge. At first, I didn't mind because I expected the interior to be spotless. However, once I entered my car, it was clear that the dashboard and some areas that had been dirty before my wash were still untouched. It was evident that I received nothing more than a regular full-service wash, despite paying for the Super Clean service. I called the young lady back to wipe down my dusty dashboard, which had clearly been neglected. Given that I was in a hurry, I chose not to make them redo the entire car. Overall, I am outrageously disappointed. I will not return to this establishment. It once was one of my favorites, but if there's been a change in management or quality, it's unacceptable. Today's experience was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, while they promote a free basic wash (exterior only) within 3 to 5 days after the service, I have no intention of coming back.

I just paid $54 for a terrible car wash. Look at the photo to see the extremely subpar vacuum job. Its like this throughout my entire vehicle. I would have driven back around to the vacuums and asked for them to redo it, but the lady working the vacuums wouldn't get her face out of my 8 week old babies face. She kept touching him and picking up his car seat / pushing me out of the way of the stroller to stroll him over to others. I will not be back.

I feel like I was scammed. They talked me into a $250 full detail clean. They never ran my car through the car wash. They left it so dirty. They did such a terrible job that my husband was PISSED when he saw my car when I got home and found out how much I paid. He took the car back to give them a chance to do right and they still did a terrible job. My car was still filthy.

The lube center did a fantastic job, I was in and out in 10 minutes Amie and Russell took very good care of me.

I love Dr Gleem. their team is friendly and service is predictable. Theyre in the neighborhood so it's easy to drop by and have my car cleaned up. Wilson knows my car and my preferred fragrance when I drive up. I asked them to make sure the seats were wiped properly and they pulled it to side to make sure they addressed my concern.

I'm extremely unhappy with the service received for the price paid. I did their 5* package that was $250 + tip. Before I left, I was asked to inspect the car and I pointed out a few areas that were clearly not vacuumed. The team was nice and took care of that (I thought). However, this was in the shade so I didn't notice everything. When I got home, I realized that major areas had not been wiped down nor vacuumed. I have a light interior so it was obvious. Even after driving back to ask them to vacuum the spots missed (which they kindly spent another 15 minutes on the car), there were STILL areas that had not been vacuumed, and the door panels / radio panel / parts of the rims were not cleaned. It was like they had just run a rag over it quickly or missed altogether. Back at home, I spent another 15-20 minutes after round 2 (at 38 weeks pregnant) to finish wiping down the interior / vacuuming my car floor and seats / wiping the tire rims. It truly took nothing but a little wipe w/ soap and water and/or vacuum to get the basic expectation of clean. I hate to complain, especially since the Dr Gleem team is very kind, but for $250 + tip... I expect MUCH better attention to detail and a very clean car. I know there is a 5-day guarantee window, but I already came back and spent my time giving feedback 2x today. I didn't take many photos before I started vacuuming myself but have attached a few for reference. In the future, I will give my business to a small independent car cleaning business.

Asked for Detail services including buff wax and stuff of side of car removed. At paying g was advised interior detail, not what I requested. Called in seviceperson, again, went through what I wanted exterior detail, buff wax and side.cleaned. PAID, Less than 10.minutes after cat put wash wa told of stuff on of car. Yes I told about than..... Didn't hear than. Would be additional $30. No, no and no as I stated request.twice.. And no buff wax was done. Seriously? Went through again with Supervisor? Said will fix. NOT Spare yourself go elsewhere.​

Paid $150 to get my truck deep cleaned. My brother had an accident in the passenger side and threw up everywhere. They recommended I get the $150 package. It was supposed to disinfect my seat and everything but a week later the smell hasn't gone away and now I know why.

Be wary of getting your oil changed Here. I had mine changed and after 1500 miles my oil filter 'came loose' and blew out my engine block which is apparently not down to them. Oil filters don't come loose unless they are fitted incorrectly.

They cleaned and vacuumed my truck for a reasonable deal and didn't take long at all.

Amy listened to me, and the service was quick. In and out in record time, and now, my car, Foxy Brown gets a much needed wash.

Not a service oriented business. I went in with a bit of salsa drop on the trunk of an SUV. I had cleaned the salsa at home and only seeds were scattered. The lady that received the car wanted to jump the price from $25 to $70 because an area 6 inches by 6 inches was wet and she said that the vacuum cleaner could not work with a carpet with the moist. I have been bringing my car, my husband's car and my son's car here since they opened. I will finish the set of purchased tickets I have but will never come back. I am tired of being scammed!

So unprofessional and disgusting, i drove 40 min to get to this car wash because a friend recommended it, i pay 275$ for the full service and it wasn't what i expected, my seats still had stains everywhere they didn't vacuum my carpet so i came back the last day of my warranty and Ms. Alma said she couldn't accept my receipt because the young lady that sold the full service so she told me to come back the next day. Im not driving 40 min again just for nothing.

I've been coming to see Ricky and the crew for years. I drive 20 min away from my home just to see the smiles on this teams face. They always take excellent care of me and my vehicles. Not only is the actual wash amazing but the love and energy they give back to me while I'm there is why I drive so far. And the 3 day guarantee NO ONE in this city can touch. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for me to escape to in my daily grind.

Hey in the Auto detail business, flirts off I know it's not that easy especially on some vehicles suck as 4x4s and so on, but to say that the staff is trained to actually preform a quick detail is just not a true statement, it's one that to go through the automated wash but when the vehicle is done, most of the staff is either in a rich to get to the next vehicle which causes lack of attention to certain vehicles. Issues that I and you will see when getting your vehicle cleaned here is, your wheels are almost never cleaned and if they are, the staff will wipe the wheel with in detail terms a (wheel) towel then proceed to wipe the body, which is a huge mistake in automotive detailing, not to mention the windows and windshield what are always smeared. This place has been here for years and I continue to give them my business because it's very convenient. For the price a person pays for a quick detail it's not adequate, and clean the wheels and stop using a wheel towels on the body of customers cars you guys are causing damage to the paint.

I usually take my families cars here (4 cars!). For just a normal car wash they do an above average job, but don't ask for their extra services. They fall FLAT. Today, I brought two of my cars in for work. One for a Banana Wax, second (the PROBLEM) for them to polish out some scratches. The Banana Wax was OK, they did it really quick, and I watched, it didn't have much wax, if I did myself, i would have used significantly more wax, and buffed longer. But the really BAD experience was when I returned with a second car asking for them to buff out some scratches. After we agreed to a price, they washed, waxed, and buffed the car with some extra filler wax, but did VERY LITTLE to get out the scratches. For the extra fee, I got NOTHING, same looking scratches. If they could not get them out, they would have known before we started, they looked at the scratches and assured me they could handle. They are supposedly "pro's". But NOT. They are always gracious, and efficient for a regular wash, but again, DON'T do the upgrades, apparently, they assume you'll just take what you give you.

went to get an oil change and manager was very very rude. Only because I asked for a veterans discount which note in February 2024 they allowed it. However, car wash service was excellent.

These folks used to do a great job and I have taken my vehicles there for years, but in the past couple of years they are faltering. Inside wind shield is continuously dirty and I have to clean it when I get home, I have to point out dirt left around the chrome name badges. Now, for the basic car wash, they have raised their price to $25 when other places like Sparkle only charge $17. They claim to be Christian based but I think they need to pray that they get guidance because everything might be going up, but pay checks are not.............

This place is great. They do a full service basic wash and vacuum or offer upgrades as well. The service is quick for what is received. On the weekends, there is a cantina opened until 3pm with a wood fire grill and beer and soft drinks. There is also a salon offering haircuts. Talk about full service!

They always remember me and always have a kind word.. Ricky and Antonio Riveria are knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I have a question they have the answer. I HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Gleem for your auto needs. They even do inspections, oil changes and have a mechanic.

I waited for 10 minutes in my car nobody ever came that's why they get one star because I can't give negative stars. This a neighbourhood fixture. I am not sure why or why keep driving too many other places who want your business.
