At age 30 signs of osteoarthritis appeared, by 40 symptoms were widespread, particularly in my spine. Dr. Simcha Weller and his staff are wonderful and have always been available, especially when my back has been at its worst. Having been his patient for over 12 years, his skills as a Neurosurgeon have allowed me to enjoy life. My arthritis will not go away, but I have total confidence that under Dr. Weller’s care I will continue to get the best medical care possible. He continues to be my rock.

I went to see Dr. Weller with hopes to the end of a years worth of pain in my left side. He was excellent to work with. Reviewed my MRI and gave me a few options and ultimately surgery was the fix all to my situation. He performed ACDF surgery to my C4-5 to C6-7. I woke up in recovery with zero pain in my left arm and left side. Dr. Weller and his team are top notch! Highly recommend them!

This man, Simcha Weller gave me my life back. I could barely move with such horrible back pain and sciatic nerve pain. I had done everything someone can to do try to repair this. I had surgery elsewhere that did not work and when I met Dr. Weller he felt confident he could reduce (not fix, but reduce) my sciatic nerve pain. Well, soon after the surgery I had no more sciatic nerve pain and no more back pain. It was nothing short of a miracle. I am forever grateful to this man who helped my back and my life. Backs are tricky and my success does not mean you will find the same success, but he helped me and hope he can help you.

This September 20th, will be my 1 year anniversary of my ACD with Fusion! After my diagnosis of center stenosis, I interviewed several top docs in NH and Boston to learn more about the surgery and surgeons. Dr. Weller is an amazing Neurosurgeon. Very professional, compassionate. The quality of care we received under him was outstanding. Highly recommend him.

He made it so I never have to see him again....That's too bad! Great doctor, not pushy, explains everything in detail so you can understand it and his staff is awesome. My whole experience with Tufts hospital was the best I've ever had. Thanks Doc!

After 5 years of pain I'm glad I choose Dr Sincha Weller for my L4, L5 microdiscectomy surgery he was a blessing to me !
