My husband and I are regular customers who live within walking distance, and we usually enjoy your food. However, our most recent order was absolutely unacceptable. From just two bites, you could see bones in the dish — right in the lid of the container. The rice was served in a hard, clumped mass, impossible to eat. The entire meal was inedible, and we ended up tossing it out. As loyal customers who dine with you often, this experience was shocking and disappointing. We expect far better consistency. At minimum, we believe a refund and a complimentary replacement meal are warranted. We sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, as we’ve always supported your restaurant and want to continue doing so — but last night’s experience was horrific and should never happen again.

I really wanted to like this place for a regular sport viewing venue, but man it was a horrible experience from the second I walked in. Made a 945 pm reservation and the reservation wasn't honored. I was notified via OpenTable that my reservation might be delayed because of a college hockey game, ok fine I get it. But to see people not ordering anything and sitting and watching the game is not ok. I am a paying patron that orders half the menu so I can make google reviews with pictures. So to see people sitting for 30 minutes without ordering kind of makes me wonder about the business model. Stood at the front waiting to be acknowledged for about 20 minutes. Manager comes over and says there's seating available around 1020 pm at a low top table so just to be able to get food in my system we agreed. Seating was ok for a view of the TV. We waited for them to clean off the previous patrons meal. We were greeted by our waitress and put in a drink order and some appetizers (nachos, pretzel, and shrimp tacos). Drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. Then the apps arrived about 15 minutes after seating. They were busy so I not upset about timing. The part where they dropped the ball, no water was offered or brought to the seating until we asked. No utensils for the apps, no plates or napkins either. Went to the bar to get napkins. These simple items are brought to the table at all dining establishments but this one. Asked for these and they brought them. Shortly after about 1045 was told the kitchen was closing and if I wanted to place an entree order. I decided against as the kitchen was closing and I didnt want to place a massive order of food before they close. I felt like I waited all night long on them and now I'm being forced to rush to order. Didn't sit right with me. Being upset we didn't order drinks the rest of the night, and just watched the UFC event. Tipped waitress 20 percent on a 70 dollar bill and she didn't seem to happy about it, but that's me making an assumption she could have been tired. She would have made more had I not had the kitchen close on me. Food was average bar food. Pretzel had butter on the outside cheese side wasn't warm and may have been sitting as we couldn't dip into it without a forceful effort. Shrimp tacos made a mess. Nachos were a large portion but don't add chicken as it was few and sparse for the additional charge. Not a place that I would come back too, and I'm sorry about that but I was more upset through out the night than I should have been. As a person that frequently heads to dining establishments this place was made more for socializing then it is to eat and drink apparently.

The bartender Mallory was AWFUL ! Attitude really bad and her drinks was even worse . With a attitude like that she need to be in the back doing the dishes ! Food was bland and not worth the trip. The only reason to come here is for half off sandwiches on Mondays during happy hour. Other than that don’t waste your time . We came into DraftKings as a party of eighteen and were immediately met with an unpleasant experience caused by the manager, Robert. Five of us arrived first, and he approached us asking, “Where’s the rest of your entourage? I have people lined up waiting for these tables.” There was no line, and the comment felt unnecessary and untrue. As the rest of our group arrived, we were simply talking and getting settled like any large party would. Robert repeatedly claimed we were “blocking the lane,” even though everyone was within our own space. His tone throughout the interaction was confrontational and unprofessional. When one of our friends politely asked if UFC could be put on, Robert became visibly upset and brought over another large staff member. Without any real cause, we were asked to leave—despite being prepared to spend $3,000–$5,000 that night and having spent thousands here on previous visits. Even the police officers who were called unnecessarily told us outside that nothing had happened to justify the situation. No one raised their voice, touched anyone, or made any threats. We were simply trying to enjoy our night. To be clear, the rest of the staff was amazing. Our servers were kind, attentive, and even mentioned that this manager is new and can be difficult to deal with. We genuinely appreciated their service and professionalism. Unfortunately, because of Robert’s behavior and the way our group was treated, we will not be returning to this location again.

Came in to watch UFC 314. Our friend made a reservation one month in advance at 9:45pm. When you first walk in, there is no one at the host stand. No employees anywhere to be seen really, they also don’t wear a uniform so it is difficult to determine an employee vs. a patron. The possible manager came up to use at the host stand around 10:20pm, just to tell us that no one was leaving due to the hockey game. We told him we had a reservation a month in advance so he told us, “we usually don’t take reservations on days like this”. Finally after nearly an hour after our reservation, they sat us at a high top next to the kitchen and bar stating that “when a regular table/booth opens us we will put you there”. We sat at the high top the whole night. Looking around and observing the dining room was disgusting, no employees to be found, EVERY table was dirty, glassing piling up around the bar rail. Food was okay. You’re better off watching sports at Art & Jake’s or Bdubs. Wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend.

DraftKings Troy is a great spot if you’re into the full sports-night atmosphere. The staff is on point and the food always comes out good, but the high-energy game-day vibe just isn’t really for me. My friends are big fans though, so I still find myself there with them from time to time. If you love a lively sports scene, you’ll feel right at home here.

Place needs more staff. More servers. Bartender did their best, but for a table of more than 5 to try to flag down a busy bartender for a whole lunch shouldn’t have to happen. Also, curious why (in this case hip hop) music blasts in between football action on the main screen. Made it hard to chat to person next to me.

We had a reservation for a group of 18, and from start to finish the experience was shockingly poor. When the first 6 of us arrived ahead of schedule, instead of being greeted with a simple “hello,” the manager, Robert, opened with an abrupt: “Where are the rest of your guests?” - a tone completely uncalled for, especially given the restaurant was maybe 10% full at best. As more of our group arrived, Robert continued to take issue with frivolous, nonexistent problems - including guests briefly standing near our tables, despite the empty dining room. His attitude only escalated, ultimately ending with him kicking us out of the restaurant over nothing more than his own hostility. For a place that was nearly empty, the lack of customer service and basic respect was unbelievable. We came in excited to celebrate with a large group, and instead were met with rudeness, poor management, and an experience none of us would ever want to repeat. We will be escalating this to senior leadership, Gabe, Scott, and others.

Came here for the Tigers game in the wildcard series and it was packed in the best way! The energy was flowing and the team did a great job of getting everyone a seat. Usually when a place is busy like this you sacrifice food quality or it tastes like it's sitting under a heat lamp ... but not here, everything came out hot and fresh. The team was hustling hard and it was an epic game that the staff really showed up for. Highly reccomend the bbq chicken pizza and their addicting French fries. I noticed they had nightly specials, Monday night is 1/2 odd handhelds and Friday is trivia

We came here for the Big 10 championship and had a good time. The venue is great and the TVs are huge. You can see the TV from anywhere you sit and the layout was planned very well. The food is decent. We had several appetizers. The pretzel, nachos, and boneless buffalo bites were all good. We had the mozzarella sticks, the menu makes it seem like there is something special about them because it says they are "giant" but there is nothing special about them. They weren't bad. They are just normal mozzarella sticks. But don't get them just because you think they are going to be huge or something special. It is a normal mozzarella sticks the biggest downside of it all, and the reason for the 4 stars was the service. About half the staff was friendly and the other half was passive aggressive and not very pleasant.

Cool place. We got there for a late lunch and they were getting ready to close for a private event (great place to have one!). Our server was friendly, helpful and not rushed, which was appreciated. The food was good and drink menu described the options well, even though it was lunch and normally not into day drinking the Paloma sounded too good to pass up and it was delicious. Taco Tuesday had $4 tacos with a few options to try. That and our crispy rice spicy tuna app rounded out a great lunch in a great sports environment. Looking forward to going back when the place is popping for a game, any game!!!

The service was horribly slow. The grilled cheese was delivered burnt. The wings were good. The good part was the wall of TVs otherwise stay away.

Private parking lot.. Plenty of space.. Plenty of TV's, full bar and sound... Solid menu but not any options but the food is good.. Service was amazing! My service name was Sam, we had the private room to watch the March Madness games and she was amazing. So much love and hospitality! Pretty good spot to come watch games...

Okay, so I've been here twice. I didn't post my review because I really wanted to try the happy hour. So the first time I came, 10/10. My waiter was great. I had the crispy tuna rice, the rice was little hard.. seemed stale but it wasn't bad. I would get it again. This second time that I went, yesterday, 0/10. My bartender was horrible. She acted like she was purposely avoiding eye contact with us so we wouldn't ask for anything else. I got the happy hour quesabirria eggrolls and the cacio e Pepe aricini. 0/10. The consumme for the eggrolls was disgusting. It was so strong! Like too much pepper or something idk but i hated it. The aricini had no flavor. I had to get extra sauce for both just to enjoy them. I don't wanna say I'm not coming back anymore because I really do like the place, I just don't want that bartender and I won't order those appetizers.

I was a big fan of Draftkings Sport and Social until today. Food was still great. Service was decent, a little slow at times but it's possible they were understaffed. So the effort was great but unacceptable to but understaffed on a Saturday in March. The main problem and the source of all the confusion. The main game of the day was not put on the big screen until 5 minutes of the game had passed. Then once the game was on it was about 3 minutes behind the same game on the side TVs. Also the sound was on a different game completely. Once the main screen was fixed it was other ten minutes until the sound was fixed. Then for some reason the exact same problem occurred to start the second half of the game. At that point most people there were visibly bothered and one server was slightly rude in her explanation of the problem which did not provide an answer at all. Also the request of manager resulted in a manager never showing up to help explain the issues. All in all the issues were finally resolved with two minutes left in the game. My disappointment mostly lies in the fact that you are sports bar that did not know how to show sports. Nor explain why they were struggling to show sports. Was hoping to bring a large group of people there for Matych Madness. May have to reconsider because we would want multiple games which could be a struggle.

Went to watch the NFC championship football Game. We reserved the private room and it was worth it. Comfortable couch seating with great service and games for those that are not really interested in watching game. For food I would Recommend the "Signature Tower". Comes with loaded nachos, signature fries, traditional & boneless wings, homemade potato chips, & cacio e pepe arancini. For the money best deal on menu for a group of 4+

Great set up for watching games, but the last few times we have gone they are woefully understaffed. Sloooow service, food is pretty average bar fare. Not great other than the tvs.

Wish I could give it a negative score This place is an absolute joke in every possible way. The food is bland and tasteless, and the service? Don't even get me started. It's laughable. It's supposed to be a sports bar, yet they can't even get the TVs working properly when the place is packed with people trying to watch sports--especially during March Madness! How can you mess that up? This place is a complete failure, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I sure as hell won't be back. If you're considering coming here just because of the name, save yourself the disappointment. You're going to regret it.

First time here and I had a great time! Be warned that if you don't have a reservation, you're gonna have a decent wait time! I do believe they may be short staffed as there is an entire bar that wasn't being efficiently used and that will highly irritate you! The hostess seemed to be overwhelmed and he was just into the sports on the tv as the patrons which was a little annoying as well. Though he was nice, he wasn't really good at communicating with the ppl and paying attention to what was going on Some friends and I only went for drinks but did end up getting the wings and boy am I glad I did! Our server OLIVIA made my experience impeccable! She was super super busy but never made us feel ignored not 1 bit. She brought us our things promptly and checked on us often. We could tell she was a little overwhelmed but she handled it perfectly. No attitude, all smiles and we let her know we see, we understand and she was grateful for our understanding. The wings were amaze balls. Hot in temperature, crispy, a decent size and the bee sting sauce is excellent! We had a great time watching the boxing event and the experience as a whole! I will only ask for Olivia when I come and you should too! Try to make reservations! If not, be understanding of the wait if there's a major sporting event going on

The food here is great. However, the service is AWFUL. Each time I dine here, there is no one ever at the host stand. You wait at least 5 minutes before anyone greets you to take you to a table. They also charge a fee for having you as if you are a burden to them, which by the way they treat you, makes you feel like you are. It sucks that their service is the worst you will ever receive when their food and amenities are great.

I never even knew this place existed, until now. They have a nice partially closed-in patio. It's in the parking lot behind Saks Fifth Avenue. We stopped by for a business network event for a bit. Hung out for a short spell. It was mostly bar food. The network group chose the usual bar food finger food fare for the event. The food looked okay for bar food, but we weren't feeling like bar food tonight.

Boston University had an alumni gathering here to watch the Beanpot final and I finally made it up. It's a long drive for me, but I wanted the chance to hang with fellow alumni. It was pretty dead for a Monday, but with the Super Bowl being the day before, folks might have been a bit over bar food. Our server was fantastic and did great rotating between the different pockets of people there to watch the game. We had the final set up on the biggest screen with game audio going during the action. The food was fantastic. My mom got the Philly cheesesteak, and inspired 2 others at our table to order the same. I got the southwest bowl. It was huge and the portion was easily enough to make a second meal with leftovers. BU sponsored some apps which were all good too. BU winning probably helped my mood, but this place was a nice venue to watch the game. Not sure I'll be back, since it's almost an hour drive for me, but it was a nice experience.

Been here a couple of times now. It is a really nice sports bar. To be expected from draftkings. Food is not bad. The poke nachos is too sweet for my liking and needs more avocado and peppers, I personally felt. Wings are your average wings. I got the shrimp tacos and I really liked it. they put a lot of shrimp, kind of messy and the tortilla was toasted so it had a nice crisp to it. But it gets heavy. I couldn't finish it. I would like to come back for a nice night of drinking. Their cocktail menu seems dangerous. Especially if you're into sweet things. Seems like a hangover. But I've tried wake the dead and wasn't sure how I would like it since it was tequila but it was really good. Not too sweet and not strong tasting. You first get a scent of tequila but after taste is really nice. The service here so far a great experience. Everyone was really kind and had a smile. Even our waitress who was unfortunately taking on many tables on a busy football night and she kept it positive. What a trooper! Definitely recommend this place for a fun nicer vibe with good bar food games and drinks.

Great spot to watch a big game! Went to watch the Rosebowl, and it was pretty exciting. Huge screen in front of the bar, around lots of energetic sports fans. There's also a private room to watch a game with friends. Food exceeded my expectations for a sports bar. They also take reservations on OpenTable!

Service was awful. First, if you take a table of 7 and don't write down any part of their order, you're setting yourself up for failure. And the split of the check as it's asked, and to run each split on the correct card, none of which was done. It wasn't even a complicated split. But again, if you aren't going to bring a pen and paper to the table, you'd better get everyone's order right. And in what world does it take 30 minutes to bring out an order of chips and salsa? We timed our main order, 45+minutes from order to table. The place was busy, not full by any means.

My favorite spot to go and watch an NBA game (Go Suns!). Screen wise, they have the best setup with medium size monitors surrounding one big XL monitor for whatever is considered the main event for the night. The beer selection is pretty decent with mostly commercial stuff with some local sprinkled in. The hot honey wings are deliciously spicy yet sweet and the Korean nachos could feed an entire village (or bored 2 chubby boys). The vibes are always decent and the space is super clean. I am curious though, they have this lounge in the back that I've not seen used yet with an old school dart board. This is definitely our go-to spot in Troy for a game night out!

Not my cup of tea but I'm glad I tried them. It's a fulfilling appetizer and reasonably priced just not what my palate wants. They are very popular tho'. It's a simple spicy ketchup, deep fried wonton, with very thin sliced steak, a few peppers and onion.

Went in to gamble on some afternoon games and wasn't able to. They don't have betting kiosks on-site. Place was empty. Off to the casino

Great ambiance. I love the big screen tvs. The perfect place to go for a game night with friends and with some drinks. The appetizers were perfect and honestly the French fries were on point and possibly better than McDonald fries which says a lot. The wings were nice as well with juice and good rich flavors. I wouldn't recommend the chicken sandwich, unfortunately for me it was dry. I think their highlight are the drinks appetizers and big tv. Only reasons you need to come here tbh. Great parking right outside.

Wow!!!! What an awesome addition to the Troy restaurant scene. I've been waiting for Draft Kings to open for quite some time. What a great place to watch sports and the food menu is fantastic. Currently, getting ready for the USA to kick some soccer booty! Update to follow.....

First time to a Purdue Alumni Game Watch. Had a private room with nice comfortable seating. Ordered appetizers and enjoyed the towers! The service was stellar! Olivia went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome. She was so friendly and fun! Our group is looking forward to the next group game watch. Thank you Olivia you are the BEST!

The food and drinks were good, but IMO it's significantly overpriced. The inside and décor is awesome however.

This is a great place to have lunch and a beer. The atmosphere is fantastic and the TVs are off the chart. My only question and no one could answer. Do they have the NFL package to catch all games. This is a great place to enjoy all sports.

It was such a good vibe in the bar. There were huge tv screens and lively everyone watching the game. The food and drinks were amazing. The Moscow mule was really well made and the nachos were so big that I could not even finish them. The food portion was huge and the service was amazing.

TV screens are the best part of this place. The service and food were great too! Loved that they have some games you can play.

This place seems to be tucked away a bit. Also if there's a big game this is the the place to go. They have plenty of options to watch sports and a large viewing screen at the bar with a few other large screens at the bar. We were greeted quickly and sat quickly. We arrived on a Friday night. There was plenty of seating options, a large bar and a private room. It take a bit for our waitress to arrive and get our orders. The margaritas are very plain overall. I would skip them. We ha e the cauliflower appetizer was great. We also go chicken ranch tacos. They would be much better with some sort of sauce. They seemed very dry. Over all the service was subpar with their being good potential for the food. I would come back for sure and give it a try again. It was a fair experience.

Made a reservation 2 months out to watch the Lions game, but they cancelled the reservation a few days before the game out of the blue stating "the lions game is at this time". Clearly, hence the reservation.

Overall a really nice place. Obviously have tons of TVs up so you can watch any game. They also have their betting odds. There are 2 bar areas which is nice and they're very spacious. There is also a lounge area with couches, chairs, etc to watch games that you can hang out in. Food was decent. I wouldn't say it's anything super special but it's good and I thought fairly priced. They have special Cajun seasoning fries that are very good. Nachos were also topped with tons of toppings, which I appreciate. The hostesses were awesome and super friendly with us. They said we might have to wait 30 mins but ended up getting us a table in 5 mins. They also were courteous and asked if we were doing just drinks or food too, so they put us at an appropriate size table. Our waitress was nice too, but didn't give us our checks for awhile. *Note: they don't take same day reservations! But you can make a reservation a few days our

Baked crab dip and giant pretzel was amazing!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!! Large size for many people!

Nice place, friendly service..... Great place to watch sport on TV However, the food leaves much to be desired as it was just blah. The food looked fresh, but the chicken was overcooked. Chicken wings, grilled chicken salad was just not good. They were nice enough to remove the wings from the bill as I could barely eat any of them.

They've done a really nice job with this place. Definitely if you want to watch sports this would be a Haven. The nachos are absolutely huge, and the rest of the food that I have tasted has been good. The atmosphere is lively and can be a little bit loud if you have a problem with that I definitely would find a smaller sports venue. The bar can be a little overwhelming sitting in front of their Megatron screen but other than that the chairs are comfortable and the beer is cold.

Only things this place has going for them is their Atmosphere. Big screen TVs, nice bar, and private area to rent out for watching sports. However, food was not good. Nachos were just okay. Burger and wings were terrible. Disappointed to say the least, food is barely sub par. Lastly they put a "facility fee" on ur check supposedly for watching their TVs.

They did a great job transforming that old steak house into a hip, modern sports bar. Menu is an upscale twist on bar food. Like most restaurants these days, they seem to be experiencing wait and kitchen staff shortages. My advice to anyone going into a newer establishment these days is to have a bit of grace and if you catch them on an off day, try it again. Let the staff know what the issues were in a constructive manner - if you don't mangement will never know.

Went there one time and won't be back. The manager SCOTT was RUDE. He made unnecessary and disrespectful comments any time he could. Which was twice when he came to our table. It was very unprofessional and made our table uncomfortable. Drinks were decent Food was okay TVs we're awesome for games. Wish it was worth to go back...

Zaatar chicken wrap. It was good, but I wouldn't order it again. The harissa flavor was overwhelming.

Checked out the new DraftKings Sports & Social Troy location on their second full day of business. The hostess, manager and wait staff were all pleasent. Tables are spacious, atmosphere is fun, food was very good, portions were plentiful and prices are reasonable. We will be back.

When my friend and I could not get a table or spot at a bar at any of the local restaurants, I suggested we stop here. Not the best place to be able to sit and chat given the noise on top of the very very very, very, did I say very, loud TVs. With that being said, we both had a really good time. The bartender was super nice and attentive, and the nachos were delicious. I have to say, I was super unimpressed by the mixed drinks they offer, but I assume it's because it's more of a "beer" place. I will certainly go back with friends.

The staff seems to want to talk in the back then serve the customers. Our bartender was cautiously rude and not seemingly wanting to be at work. Maybe working with the wait staff is more pleasant, but if you come I would not recommend sitting at the bar. Food was good though.

Do not trust that your reservation means anything!! We were really excited about watching the Michigan vs Michigan State game here. I came in about an hour before the game started and asked if there was any room. The hostess said she'd put my name down for an hour later and we'd have a table. She even pointed to the exact table we would be sitting at. We came back then and she said "Hmm, the table didn't open up. I can't guantee you're going to get a table." Ridiculous! It would have been fine if she would have told me that there was no guarantee for a table an hour ago. We ended up going to Grand Tavern down the road and had a great time with great service.

The food was ok, I had the wings. The problem is their prices. Waaaay too much for beer, wine and liquor. No Miller lite on tap. No specials or deals on anything Biggest tv outside of a casino SportsBook but unless you want to drop $80/ per for several drinks and decent food look elsewhere

Fantastic food and great game choices on the big screen! The Korean short rib tacos were fantastic

1st time here and had a great date night! Enjoyed the food, huge televisions in all areas so there was no bad view! Service was A1. Food was good as Ty, hot & fresh! Shrimp was spectacular!

Really large order of nachos, not bad beer selection. Could use a draft kings betting station.

Came here with my cousin for Christmas break. Place was SOLID for watching sports. I heard it gets packed for local games so just beware of that, otherwise we went Friday night and had a blast

Oh boy ! This place needs work. The restaurant is nice. Lots of TVs and games. The service and food is horrible. There was 6 in our group so we decided to order a beer tower. The beer was flat so we sent it back. Our server brought a new one but no glasses to drink. Then when our food came, only 3 meals came out. Our server said it would just be a minute for the rest. 10 minutes later another meal comes. We told her we were still missing another meal. She said she would check the kitchen. We then waited a half hour and we were finished with our meals when the server brought the last meal. She complained to us the cook said it was not on her ticket so don't blame her. Half our food was cold and the rest was lukewarm. I hate to say I will not be back.
