Dragon Hotel

It's like a mini city!! What a fabulous hotel, recommended by friends, its was a total surprise to walk into the beautiful reception and check -in. |The room was lovely and comfortable, although the see-through window into the bathroom was an amusing surprise. Every area was impeccably clean and well-maintained. |I don't think we fully made the most of the facilities so would love to go back and check out some of the restaurants.

The staff is amazing, and the beautiful zen garden is an oasis of serenity near the renowned West Lake. This hotel truly embodies the essence of a 5-star establishment.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Dragon Hotel. The hotel is outstanding, from the service, pleasant staff, and beautifully decorated rooms and ambience of the entire hotel. The hotel is extremely clean. At every step, there are works of art, which are for sale. A hotel that promotes art. The hotel also has gardens with artificial lakes full of fish. Everything exudes peace and is extremely pleasant. Everything is made with great care. This is the best hotel I have ever been to. All recommendations!

Great value for money! A very large hotel conveniently located right by the Metro station Huanglong Cave and SongMuChan bus stop. It's a luxury hotel but not the most premium one. We opted for their "glamping" room for fun, which was quirky. Overall a pleasant stay.

I love this hotel's location and its Chinese style landscape designed and maintained for its beautiful courtyard. room is clean and all staff members are friendly. the only trouble i have with my stay is people are smoking everywhere - in the lobby, in the room. though we asked for non-smoking room, we can still smell smoke inside our room at night. if hotel has non-smoking rule posted, it should ban smokers instead of just looking away.

Amazing place to stay with your families. Close to Gong Yan, which is a must to go! It is also close to west lake where the view is amazing.

We only stayed here for one night but there were many aspects that really wowed us about this hotel. The location of this hotel to the west lake is only a 20 min walk or a brief 10 min bike ride. Definitely go by bike, there’s good bike lanes all along the way. The breakfast at this hotel really blew us away. A ton of freshly made (literally in front of you) and high quality food with a lot of choices. They recently opened a bar and they had live music at night. We got a complementary drink because it’s new and trying to attract new customers and it was tasty.

Great hotel, located near West lake with walking distance to metro station around 3 mins. The room is big, nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Excellent service. I had a great stay for 3 days in this hotel during my holiday in Hangzhou.
