Bubble tea heaven! My niece and I have been going to Dragon Tea Fantastic Taiwan Bubble Tea for a couple of years now—and we’re still just as obsessed. Lately, we’ve been stopping by three days in a row, and it’s safe to say this place never gets old. The menu is packed with flavors, and everything we’ve tried has been amazing. Some of our favorites include the Strawberry Matcha Latte, Passion Fruit Jasmine Green Tea, classic Jasmine Green Tea, and the Bubble Milk Tea—all with toppings, and all absolutely delicious. The tapioca balls are perfect: chewy, flavorful, and addictive. 🧋 The gentleman who helped us on our first visit was super kind and patient, helping us choose what to try. We didn’t regret a single sip. On one visit, he accidentally forgot the tapioca balls, but immediately apologized, and the next staff member made it right with extra toppings and great service. That kind of care really stands out. We love coming back again and again to explore more of the menu. If you’re a bubble tea fan, this spot is a must-visit. One of the best in the city, hands down! 💖

Got the strawberry fresh milk boba which I thought would have some sort of tea in it but I’m pretty sure it was just strawberry puree and milk which I guess I shouldve understood by the name of the drink but usually at other boba places the drinks with the same name have some tea in it too. Idk it was pretty good for the first half but by the second half all the strawberry was gone so I was just drinking milk by itself

I liked that there was seating but sadly I didn't enjoy my drink. I bought the mango tea with lychee and for some reason it was bitter? I've NEVER had bubble tea that had a bitter aftertaste (even at 50% sweetness) and I sadly found it hard to drink. I couldn't even enjoy the lychee balls at the bottom it was just Very overwhelmingly bitter. In the end I just tossed the drink. Maybe it was just a bad batch but I'm not sure that I'd buy from here again due to that unfortunate experience. Everything else was fine though just...can't recommend the mango bubble tea.

It was just ok. Lemonade was good, strawberry was tangy and I wish they had yakult on the menu. My taro slush was eh. The small taro balls topping were a good addition tho. Options for toppings is vast. A lil bit of indoor bar seating, and outdoor seating with round tables. Friendly staff and cool decors.

This is a great place to get your bubble tea fix! The bubbles were fresh and tasted really yummy. I like that you can customize the level of sugar and ice. The place is really clean. The staff are really friendly. I personally like the Jasmine Green Tea with bubbles at 70% Sugar and light on the ice. The 1 train - Rector Street stop is 50 feet away. Convenient to get to. I definitely highly recommend this place.

Awesome and unique tea shop. They have a very diverse menu, took me some time to figure out what I wanted. Settled on the lychee jasmine tea which was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware they had different options for sweetness and ice. The cashier was very helpful in helping me decide. Will definitely be back to have more refreshing drinks.

Sadly, I don’t remember the name of one of the drinks that we ordered, but the green tea was pretty tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. You have multiple sugar level options that you can choose from. I went with lite which is 30% sugar. I took some pictures from the store but since we picked up our drinks and went straight to the 1 train, I could not take the picture of our drinks.

That kind of care really makes a difference. We're planning to keep coming back all summer to try even more flavors. After two years, it still feels like a treat every time. Parched from walking around, I looked for boba since there are a ton of high quality spots in NY. Well, not that many around Wall Street, so dropped by without expectations. Very pleasantly surprised! Few spots indoors, so could be a workspace. Boba Bubble Milk Tea - good boba, marinated well so there was flavor and decent chew. Surprisingly not old boba. Milk tea was fair, no strong tea flavor but close flavor to many black milk tea. Sweetness adjustments were respected, but slightly on the sweeter side (e.g. 0 sugar would still have a light sweetness).

Being quite parched from walking around under the hot summer sun, I was quite desperate for some boba to cool me down. A quick Yelp search revealed Dragon Tea a few blocks away from me, so off I went. The store itself is pretty small, but there are a few seats available if you prefer to dine in. Additionally, the interior is clean, well-lit and inviting. Arrived during an off time, so my order was prepared pretty quickly. Ordered my usual go-to drink, Passion Fruit Jasmine Green Tea w/ boba. The juice and tea was very refreshing and definitely cooled me down (albeit briefly) from the relentless heat. And I enjoyed the boba and fresh passion fruit seeds as well. Given the boba was an added topping, I would have liked to have seen more boba added. However, they did add in some pieces of lychee which was a nice touch.

price - $7 including tax food - 5/5 service - 4/5 ambiance - 3.5/5 located around the World Trade Center, I decided to stop by dragon tea and get their passionfruit jasmine green tea as I was craving a sweet drink. the drink was nice and sweet but it wasnt the artificial flavoring. I can tell they use real fruit in their beverages because it's not syrupy in comparison to other boba shops! the service was pretty nice as well, but nothing too exceptional. the cashier and bobarista was really nice and sweet. she made my order almost immediately and swiftly! she definitely made the experience better than I expected. the ambiance was alright, but nothing too exceptional. there are a few chairs for customers to sit on and enjoy the view nearby. I like how they played Kpop music within the store, so that was definitely a vibe! If youre nearby, i highly recommend checking this place out!

small & kinda run down boba shop in the fidi area. Stopped by at night and it was empty, menu was kinda all over the place quite literally. We got a fruit tea and a taro milk tea, the fruit tea was pretty good and had authentic - like flavor but the taro severely lacked flavor as there wasn't much taro paste and most milk which was disappointing /: I know this spot has been here for a bit but I hope for better quality next time around

Good simple bubble tea. Had the thai ice bubble tea...good not great. Right next door to Bao Bao Cafe so can sample some good Chinese food and drink together.

Came here looking to get some boba to beat the heat on a Wednesday at 2:15pm... Was shocked to see that they are CLOSED. Someone inside looked at me, then proceeded to disappear into the back. Wanted to try out a new place, but should've stuck with my gut and just went to Gong Cha instead. Won't be returning - don't want to risk them being closed when they're supposed to be open again....

Came here due to thirst after a long walk from the Liberty island. It's was a pretty hot today. Only 1 Tea made it to the photo shoot. If you like pearls with your drink this place has a soft sweet chewy tapiocas. Try this place if you're in the area.

Stopped by after dinner for a quick dessert. The store front is small and there's not much seating. The worker was nice and made my order quickly. I got the lemon tea with mini taro balls. The tea was tart and the tea flavor came through. I liked how this place had taro balls too and not just the usual toppings. The taro balls were chewy and added a nice texture. Definitely going to come back here!

Small space but friendly service. Only two chairs so don't plan to stay and relax. But the product is great.

I typically don't review bubble tea places because I just get taro slushies everywhere I go and have no real authority, but the customer service at Dragon Tea was excellent! I dropped by on a Wednesday evening since I had business in the area. The shop is tiny and only seats two people, with standing room for two more people. I originally got a taro slushie ($8.50). After handing me my drink, the cashier told me that I could try the drink, and if I didn't like it, they would make me another drink at no additional cost. Now, the taro slushie is one of the more expensive things on the menu, but I appreciated the gesture. Since they are using real taro and not a mix, the slushie really had no flavor. I was grateful they let me switch to a mango milk foam ($8.06). The slush consistency uses fine ice, and I enjoy that. The mango had some floral notes in it, which is not my preference, but it was fine. The boba was slightly hard in the center, but was otherwise chewy and sweet. The employee was super attentive, and really wanted to make sure I had a good experience! I would recommend supporting Dragon Tea if you're in the area.

Decent tea place in the area. We stopped by since it was by our hotel room. The service is quick and the teas are refreshing. I would come back again!

Dropped in to tide us over to dinner. We ordered a strawberry lemonade with boba and a taro fresh milk with small taro balls. OMG! The boba are cooked perfectly. The lemonade truly delicious with fresh strawberries, even at 50% sweet. I'm not usually big on anything except boba, but took the suggestion of the taro balls. Wow! Yum! So excellent. Wonderful find!

The best bubble tea in Fidi, in my opinion. The staff member that served us was very sweet and let us come in a little before official opening time because it was cold and we had little kids. Clean shop. Small interior but there is a bit of seating if you're lucky.

I work in proximity to Dragon Tea and every once in a while, I enjoy getting myself a drink as Friday treat. My go to is their brown sugar fresh milk which is always so delicious (make sure to ask for 50% sugar). Drinks typically come out in no time and as a working girl, I appreciate the quick service. This past week I decided to switch it up and try the Taro Fresh Milk. Big mistake. I did not enjoy that at all. I don't think it had a particularly strong flavor and the texture of the puree was so bumpy no matter how vigorously I shook and stirred it. I wouldn't recommend that and I wouldn't get it again. I'll probably just stick with what I know is good, haha.

A little too much of a good thing in the passion fruit jasmine green tea. Lots of real passion fruit pulp in the drink but so much that I barely tasted the green tea and it nullified my 50% sweetness request (pretty tart drink). The assam black tea, another drink that I tried, tasted of high quality tea though. Eh, a miss and a hit. I'd say not a bad boba spot if you're in a pinch and not overly picky.

It's about average for a boba place. Personally, I didn't think there was anything special here. The boba is very sweet, but it's overly chewy and almost tastes stale, even for someone like me who prefers harder boba. The flavors of the teas are satisfactory if you've got a milk tea craving, but again, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place again. The orange jasmine green tea tastes basically like OJ mixed with a weak jasmine tea, which I suppose it is, but I hated that I could easily differentiate those distinct tastes in my mouth. They do offer 10% your first visit with a Yelp check in, which is nice.

(Overall: 52% | F) - This has to be one of the worst teas I've had in a long time. I ordered 100% sweetness in this drink and was astonished to taste something so repulsive as if they forgot to add sugar. The passionfruit and tea is of quality though, so its a shame to see such a mistake ruin it. IG: @amei.eats

The staffs were friendly. Be sure to check in via Yelp to get 10% off your order. We ordered the cold small taro ball milk tea which was good. There's a seating area where you can sit and enjoy your boba. Would recommend coming here again!

bro we got drinks twice in a single day??? omg. we actually were so big backed this week. so first was a place in chinatown we saw on ig and then this random place we stumbled upon because today was like fidi / chinatown / little italy / dumbo day. wow i am actually such an awesome tour guide. we hit sm of manhattan. but this place i got like a mango milk foam and my friend got tea and woah it was actually really good. i liked the cheese foam and i usually don't but this was fire LOL. nothing too out of the ordinary, just a solid place to get boba if you're ever in the area

Cute little boba shop in FiDi! I got the Passion Fruit Green Tea with less sugar. The tea was very refreshing and the passion fruit syrup tasted fresh. The first time I visited they gave me a cute fabric boba holder. The person I spoke to there was very nice as well.

The toppings are great but kind of a shame that the bubble teas are made with powdered milk instead of real milk.

Dragon Tea is a nice spot to stop by if you're nearby. It's nothing stand-out but there are a variety of milk tea and fruit tea (hot and cold) options to choose from for everyone's taste. I got the lemon jasmine tea. It was mostly a strong lemon juice flavor, with only a mild tea flavor. You can customize both your sugar level and ice level which is great. The interior is very small, and was pretty dirty when we stopped by around 3pm. There are two barstools on one side at a narrow standing bar on the wall, but otherwise this is definitely a grab-and-go location. There was only one person working behind the counter but the service was still incredibly quick. The tea cost was $5.50 plus $0.75 for boba. With tax it came to $6.80 which is cheaper than most bubble tea in the city at the moment.

I'm making my review solely on the drink itself because I ordered pickup. I got a Jasmine Milk Green Tea which is usually very consistent amongst tea/boba shops. It was good but I wished the tea taste was stronger. The milk was a bit too overpowering and I'm not sure if I'd get this drink again. Id recommend checking out other boba shops in Chinatown if you have the time, otherwise in terms of FiDi area, it's not too bad.

Ordered this on uber eats priority delivery because I like my boba fresh. It got here quick but they didn't even bother to give me a straw for the boba so I had to eat it with a spoon and as soon as I bit down the boba was hard as rocks and literally inedible. Will never support this business again. Like if you guys are too lazy to make a drink and package it properly don't accept the order. Hire better employees.

Not too far from the Wall Street Bull, it's your typical small boba tea shop. There's about 5 seats inside, but it's mainly a quick stop. I got the Strawberry Matcha, at 75% sugar, it's still quite sweet, so would have opted for 50% next time. mmm sugar and strawberry jam.

Pretty expensive for how low quality it is. Boba is hard and stale, the tea is pretty low quality, all you taste is creamer and sugar. It's very watered down and honestly taste like quicklies but is priced like a high end boba place. Might as well go to heytea if you are spending this much.

There aren't many boba shop options in FIDI, so this was the closest one to me. Quick and friendly service with 2 employees. Small store with indoor barstool seatings and outside table. Cute decor. Lots of flavored boba and jelly topping options! My coworker is always on the hunt for popping boba - which they have! - Passion Fruit Jasmine Green Tea had too much passion fruit pulp in it. The 50% sugar was still too sweet and tarty for my liking. - Black Milk Tea with boba was meh. Tapioca pearls were hard and did not have any sweetness to it. The milk itself overpowered the tea.

Came in a Tuesday afternoon around 1:00pm. There wasn't a wait, and they prepared the drink instantly. I got a bubble milk tea 30% ice, 30% sweet. The drink was a bit watered down. There wasn't a strong tea taste. Sweetness was the perfect amount for me since the boba is slightly sweetened. Boba itself has a good consistency.

I visited the new shop in the bronx. In Little Italy. When this shop opened up I knew I had to try it out. I went the day after the grand opening (I forgot to go) and I ordered the Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea w/ Mango Jelly and the Thai Milk Tea w/ Mango Jelly. I've had the milk tea before and loved it so I knew i had to get it again but it was my first trying the passionfruit. I love Passionfruit so I knew I was getting that one for sure. It was so light and refreshing especially with how hot it has been lately. This drinks goes in my top 5 of the shop so far. I went again later that same night with my sister (she just had to go also) and this time around I got the Bubble Milk Tea w/ Brown Sugar Boba. That just hit something different. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. I've gone a 3rd time already also. My goal is to try everything on the menu (even if I whined up not liking it)

Solid boba cafe in an area that is pretty barren in terms of boba spots. It's on my usual walk to/from the PATH to my office and I finally decided to step in for an afternoon pick-me-up on a Thursday. Wait was a little bit as they were fulfilling a large order before me, but my drink came out quickly once I ordered. They have a large variation of sugar and ice levels, so that's a plus. I had the lychee jasmine green tea and it was super refreshing for the heat outside. Prices are a little steep, but if you're out of options in the area, it's what you get.

I got their coffee brown sugar boba and it was honestly not bad. I think the pearls have been sitting for a bit long so they weren't the best but I have worst. Haven't tried their other drinks but definitely in my top 15. I do think the price is a bit high for the quality but it's about average in the boba industry. There was only one worker who was really nice and a small amount of people ordering. There's a small place to sit and Overall, definitely a place to try.

Watch out for their BOGO deals on UberEats! One of the few quality boba places in FiDi. I appreciate the ability to 50/50 the toppings as oftentimes I want multiple toppings without skewing the topping to tea ratio. Got a passionfruit green tea here with 50% mango jelly and 50% boba and it was solid. The boba is on the harder side, but not in a bad way, and both toppings were sweet enough so that the drink was still sweet even with 30% sugar.

We were walking around and decided to stop by for some tea/boba. This place is soooo small. I cant imagine having more than 4 people in there without feeling cramp in there at the same time. After we ordered, we went back outside waiting for our drinks. My friends got their milk teas while I got an orange green tea. I was expecting to have some tea flavor but it tasted basically orange juice. Not bad. Not great. The drinks helped us with our thirst during our walks.

The milk tea is passable, still on the sweet side even ordered less sugar. Ice slushy was pretty bad. Threw away most of that $9 cup. We also tried plain tea it tasted like the tea sat for 3 days

Simply not good. I believe they forgot to add sugar to my jasmine green milk tea, and then it tasted like pure milk. I also noticed the cashier wait to see if I would add tip (which I did), before anyone started to prepare the drink. Why pay $8 to customize a drink and still not receive what you asked for?

The white honey boba is out of this world! I havent seen this boba anywhere else so that makes this location a bit more exclusive :) We did a fun team walk for bubble tea and all 7 of us loved our bubble tea! The mango green tea was awesome and the cup size was just right! 10/10!

Stopped by here on the way back home. Got the brown sugar 50% and it was really tasty! I thought it was perfectly sweet (to try to be healthy) and typically 50% is not sweet enough for me, but for this place I was genuinely happy with it. I also got the matcha strawberry which was ok, I think it's an acquired taste personally. It was basically mixed with strawberry jam Place is a cute spot with an out door seating

Jasmine Milk tea was fine- nothing to rave about but also nothing to really complain about. It came out to $7 with boba + tax which I thought was kinda pricey but then again so is everything else at this point so who can really say lol. The boba was a little tough- I prefer mine more chewy but they also had just opened and Idk if it's always like that. They had a lot of other really good tasting stuff that I'd def try in the future but I went for something more simple today!

This boba is NOT good I have been scammed !!!! FIRST of all the boba is MID AT BEST it is hard and old tasting !! NOT TO MENTION THAT THERE IS NOT SEATING?????!?!?!?! The service is unfriendly and never talked. the straw always break and over all is a scam to get boba here. DO NOT RECOMEND.......

Walked by this bubble tea shop and finally decided to try it! We got the bubble milk tea and strawberry lemonade and they were honestly both really good! For the bubble milk tea, you can really taste the tea flavor and it's not watered down which I like. I love the strawberry lemonade one in that it's so refreshing. For someone who always go for the tea flavor drinks, the strawberry lemonade was certainly a nice change. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to check out a new bubble tea spot!

There's no indoor seating. I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade, which was a refreshing drink. It had chunks of strawberries in the drink and is carbonated as well.
