First time here & first for this kind of food. Loved it! Big variety, vegetarian too if you like, Gluten free if you like. Spicy if you like. Healthy if you like. My family loved it too. Clean & pretty restaurant with good service and quiet, not crowded. In a strip mall on Blue Diamond Road across from Costco, with many restaurants!

I had an amazing experience at Dragon Tiger Noodle, thanks to Sebastian! Sebastian went above and beyond with his service — checking in to make sure everything was great and making the experience feel personalized. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back — and hoping Sebastian is working! Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for Sebastian if you want top-tier service!

Ordered thru Door Dash>>was Full of flavor. The to go bowl was definitely different. 🥣🥣🍜🍜 meal was very filling. The beef was tender & veggies semi crunchy which is good>>better than soggy (must be bc the bowl) next time I'd probably go Done in>>so I can add more veggies & broth. But all in all>>Nice!! The packaging was a treat>>i wasn't expecting such a nice looking delivery order lol 🐲🐲🍜😋😋Yum!

I am so happy I stopped here to eat! I was here once before and it was good then and now it was just so wonderful! I had two pork belly bao and two shrimp tempura bao to start. What fabulous contrast to each other!I built a soup (feels wrong to call it a soup) meal in a bowl, there we go, I made it with the hand-made inhouse protein noodles, Haikkado beef broth, mushrooms for protein (whish is a mix of various exotic mushroom), bok choy, shredded carrots, a whole ramen egg (oh my gawd that was good) mushrooms and roasted garlic oil! This was light and good! I think i will try it with a different heavier flavored broth. But this time, i needed something lighter! So good. The Yakisoba I got to go home (pork belly, had it before, yummy)! This place needs a Go Here arrow on Google maps. Ps-coke zero but with a bamboo fiber straw? Interesting

It was our first time here and we enjoyed ourselves. The food, service, and ambiance was amazing. We will be back.

Google
I appreciate the vegetarian ramen options, and the soup was tasty without being too salty (though it was only kinda warm, not hot). Service was fine, if a bit indifferent. The dining room was pleasant and modern, but I did notice a few tables left uncleared (not sure if we are suppose to bus our tables ourselves). I would certainly try it again, but wouldn’t necessary go out of my way to do so.

Google
Prices were fair. They let you sample the broths which i really appreciated. They offer military discount as well! Atmosphere was cozy. Ingredient options were great in my opinion except the broths were a touch on the salty side and the only aroma oil options they had were only garlic oil or black garlic oil - i wish there were more. I love the fact that they had fish cakes as a topping. Staff was friendly except they had a tendency to whisper to each other and laugh while my wife & i were ordering but aside from that they were great. The manager was very nice and welcoming and the food was a 7.2 out of 10. I truly believe if they reworked the broths a little bit, and included more aroma oil options, I could easily see it being a 8.5 out of 10 regarding flavor. The egg i ordered was marinated which I would expect although I think taking the time to cut the egg in half would make it easier to eat like most ramen spots I've been to do but not a huge deal. We received our cups for soda but we weren't sure where to go get them filled. They showed us where it was located but some signage would've been nice. The establishment seemed clean and well-maintained. The tables have built-in bowl warmers to keep your food hot, which was a super nice addition. Between my wife and I, we purchased 2 regular sized bowls of ramen and 4 pork bao buns and it came up to about $45. We were stuffed! Staff was friendly and food was good.

Google
Everything was SO GOOD! We’d never eaten there before and they were so nice and helpful. The birria noodles were delicious.

Yelp
Everything was really good! The team members were extremely nice and it wasn't super crowded so my family and I ate in a peaceful setting! Will be coming again

Yelp
Absolutely atrocious service! I made an order for pickup, showed up at the time i was slotted for my order to be ready and proceeded to wait 45mins more for my food to be done. This place is awful...I've never been given so many excuses by a food service employee on why he can't fill my order, he basically told me that he's incompetent and he needed the other worker to fill my order while he stood there and didn't really do much except walk back and forth and argue. The food was mediocre, but judging by whatever was defrosting on the sink next to all the dirty dishes...I definitely won't be back. I can express to you enough how much I wanted to jump over the counter and show the half-wit how to fill orders, they were not busy, I've worked in restaurants for most of my young adult life and I can tell you that this place was completely disorganized and when I asked for a manager, I was told that he was there...wtf?! Seriously? Don't waste your time with this place-great concept, but if you trust those that you hired to run this place, you're either stupid or want your place to run into the ground. F*cking awful.

Yelp
I ordered a strawberry Japanese soda, pork belly bao, and the pork belly tonkotsu ramen. The guy at the counter forgot that I ordered the bao and I had to remind him when we got to the register, and it wasn't until after I was served the ramen and paid that he told me they were out of soda, and that the bao would take another 5 minutes. Really bad customer service. Not that he was rude or anything. Just needs to learn how to do his job. The ramen noodles were cooked to perfection, but the tonkotsu broth was a little dilute. The bamboo shoots I added on were a lot sweeter than they should have been and kind of altered the broth flavor in a strange way. But I was given a very generous amount of pork. The bao was pretty bad. Although it was relatively fluffy, it still had a bit of density to it, along with an overwhelming carrot flavor and not enough sauce. The pork was very greasy. I will say that I saw another customer was eating the birria ramen and that looked really good, and not dilute like mine was.

Yelp
I got the fire ramen, chicken broth, chicken. This was my first time and it was delicious. It is a nice place to go on a windy weather day. It is my next go to place. The service was good and I love all of the extra menus options they have

Yelp
Food: The food was decent overall. The broth had a good depth of flavor, but the braised pork fell short--some pieces were dry and tough, and the seasoning didn't quite hit the mark. My husband tried the ribeye house-made ramen with tonkotsu broth, and he rated it a 3/5 for flavor. The concept is there, but the execution could use some improvement. Ambiance: The restaurant is cozy, with about 7-8 tables equipped with burners to keep your soup hot, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the soup itself arrived lukewarm, so the burners felt more like a necessity than an option. The setup is "Chipotle-style," where you pick your size, noodles, broth, protein, and toppings at a station. The idea is cool, but it felt a bit chaotic and crowded. Service: The staff were friendly, and it had a family-run vibe, which was nice to see. However, it seemed like there wasn't enough planning, and things got a little hectic. Overall, Dragon Boat Noodle has a cool concept, but there's room for improvement in both the food and the overall experience.

Yelp
Being from Seattle, we are obsessed with soup and are always looking for great options to get it in our new community, which is not exactly a place where you need a piping hot bowl of soup to keep you warm on a cold and rainy day. It's rarely actually cold when it rains in Las Vegas. We have all but given up on finding consistently good Pho, which was our favorite back home, but we have found a lot of great Ramen and, of course The Magic Noodle, which is the top requested spot that out of town friends request when they come to visit us. My wife had brought me takeout from a different location once when I was home sick and I liked it but this was the first time I had really had an opportunity to come in and eat a fresh bowl while sampling some of the other offerings. Both of us loved our soup, the fried rice and the Bao buns. The service was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, aside from the insane heat in the front from the large window facing the sun. The prices honestly kind of suck but I can't penalize them too much for being on par with similar local offerings. I've just come a long way from the $6.50 I paid for a half gallon of Pho in WA for the last 15 years before our move to the desert.

Yelp
I love this place ! Wish they would open one in old Henderson ! So yummy . Their bowls are huge ! The pork belly is awesome

Yelp
Service was great. Staff was friendly and quick. Food was super delicious and hot! Hit the spot. This was exactly what I needed today!

Yelp
The staff was friendly and they let us try the broth! It's great to have a lot of options for toppings!

Yelp
Fun atmosphere, great and quick service, delicious food! Free iced tea if you order a hot pot, which I did, just didn't take a picture. Everything was delicious, and if I lived closer I'd be aback regularly!

Yelp
This was our first visit and we loved it. My only complaint is the price, the $12 bowl of ramen ended up being $25. It was all delicious, the price just went up quickly. The service was fast, it did seem like they were training someone on our order. The place is cute and clean, but if you look close at the brick wall, the chopstick holders are left in there. I thought that was kinda gross.

Yelp
Just yummy! We were at Tropical and figured why not see what was going on here. Having food at home and just wanting to try it we did the pork belly bao and mild chicken wings. We had to wait about 10-15 mins, so I got to look at the menu and read about the business via the videos. Neat business model and the shop is cute. Food smelled SO good! The baos were absolutely amazing. The flavors popped and they gave healthy portions of meat in each one. Despite 4 stars, I wouldn't order the wings again. The mild was too hot for me. The sauce was also a lot. I feel like there might've been msg or something as I didn't feel great and didn't want anymore after 2. This only impacted me so I only took away one star as the bao was so good I already want to go back, just writing this. I like how they do the ramen taps and want to try that next. Bummed I took so long to try them.

Yelp
First time here. Blown away by the unique experience. I got the house made ramen with Hokkaido beef broth and wagyu, 10 out of 10. Don't forget to add the black garlic oil
google avatar

Yelp
Great food. Super hot wings if your into that. They are called the Dragon wings they have a ghost pepper kick on them very fire. Also the broths to choose from are good too. I got the mix of all three. The service was great too the people were very welcoming and helpful. The ambiance is chill very dark with red lighting. Overall good food specially if your a ramen on a wing person.

Yelp
The food is amazing! And the dragon wings. .. so frickin ! Glad we got them. Now I need ice cream ...

Yelp
Way overcharged! Got cold noodles and the veggies tasted like dirt. Definitely not going back to again.

Yelp
Food is great. Service is not. Poor girl working front on her own while the other person was on her phone the whole time. She finally came out and cleared tables and then made one of our dishes wrong. The girl doing all the work was working hard but the reality is she was taking care of 12 customers.
google avatar

Yelp
I had the birria ramen and even the small size was more than I could manage. It was very flavorful! I would definitely come back!

Yelp
6/18/24 My husband and I stopped here for dinner on our way into Las Vegas. He was excited to try it out since he is vegan and they have a vegan broth and all their noodles are vegan. We both tried the fire noodles. I ordered the tonkostu pork broth and he ordered the Thai yum broth. I chose the thin sliced beef as my protein and my husband got the grilled tofu. It was a a real treat to pick out what toppings to add to our ramen bowl. We both felt the restaurant had a great selection of toppings. On top of the ramen bowl I also ordered pork belly bao, which was tasty although the actual bao needed to be heated a little longer. Both bowls were tasty. The tonkotsu broth was full of flavor and wasn't overly salty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his bowl but commented he felt the fire noodles tasted a bit artificial. I think we would opt for just the regular ramen noodles next time and add our own spice to the dish. The young man helping us was also very courteous and friendly and even helped out his fellow colleagues when they needed assistance. It was a great start to our Vegas trip. We will definitely be back.

Jonathan T.

Yelp
Mid for the prices, saltiest ramen I think I've ever had. With all the wonderful ramen spots in Las Vegas I'd have to say I suggest going anywhere else
google avatar

Yelp
Food is fantastic, fire udon noodles were deliciously spicy and they did not skimp on any portions of meat!!

Yelp
Our hopes were set a little high for this place from the raving review from my sister. Sadly, we weren't impressed. We went in on a Saturday afternoon, and no one else was there. We were in and out in about 8ish minutes or so. The restaurant was pretty cool because they had little hot plate tops on the tables for when you are dining in. The employees made us feel pretty awkward as we were ordering, like half of that team absolutely did not want us to be there. It seemed like one was training the other, and only the trainee spoke to us even though the other worker was taking my order while the trainee was helping my husband. It was just a super weird vibe from the moment we walked through the door and we could not leave fast enough. We ordered the noodle bowl that you build and the chicken chinese teriyaki rice bowl. The noodle bowl was ok. It was pretty bland for being fire noodles and spicy broth. The rice bowl was good to a point. The sauce to rice ratio is way off. The rice bowl is pretty big for the smaller drizzle of the 2 sauces and they give over top. The meal was really nothing to write home about and I doubt we will go back.

Yelp
Our first time and what a delight. Great service, so helpful and explained everything. We will definitely go back again! Magical heating element on your table rewarms your soup to perfect temperature..
google avatar

Yelp
I left a good review the last time I visited here. The 3rd time, I was taken advantage. Charged me a drink that I did not order and an egg that I did not get. The employee who made the soups seemed incompetent. $35 total just for two bowls of soup. Way overpriced and will definitely not eat here ever again!
google avatar

Karissa S.

Yelp
Many varieties of broths and topping. Staff was very nice and helpful! Also very clean
google avatar

Chrisjan Y.

Yelp
I been wanting to try this place for so long and finally I got the chance. I tried the tonkatsu broth, shirataki noodles, pork belly, green onion, red onions, nori, chili paste. The broth was good. I already love shirataki noodles so I knew I would love em. Pork belly was soft and melted like butter after each bite. Service was good and friendly. Loved the bowl warmers on every table. We didn't use ours, we were starving. It was kinda dim inside but I did like the decorations. I did enjoy choosing toppings so every time I go, I want to try something new.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is amazing! You can't go wrong with anything you order. Delicious broth, delicious meat, delicious ramen!
google avatar

Roxanne C.

Yelp
Ramen is one of my favorite "go-to"especially when it's cold outside. It was highly recommended on Yelp so I thought I would check it out. We were greeted by a helpful server who asked if it was our first time there. She immediately explained the process of creating our own Ramen dish and offered to give us samples of the broth choices. There are a handful of noodle and broth choices available. Next is a protein choice which ranges from beef selections to chicken and then a myriad of toppings. I appreciate the flexibility of developing your own meal. I went with my regular choices at a Ramen restaurant which are Tonkatsu broth, pork belly, yummy ramen noodles and egg, corn, mushroom and bean sprouts. It was exactly what I had hoped to enjoy. The broth was flavorful. The meat juicy and tender. The boiled egg delicious. I have found my new favorite Ramen place! Not sure how long their pumpkin bao will be on the menu but it was a great dessert as a finish to the meal.

Yelp
Amazing place, definitely an addictive place to eat. You can order anything from here and I guarantee it will be fireeee! I love the udon noodles and mixing the chicken and thai yum broth, with pork belly of course! Ambiance is BEAUTIFUL! Their aesthetic is literally so gorgeous, even their napkins and to go bags are pretty.

Gilbert F.

Yelp
The dragon wings with ghost pepper is spicy! It cleared my sinuses! They added new toppings which is amazing. Their food never disappoints. Will definitely come back
google avatar

Yelp
This place is our go to for late nite grub. Recently the staff has been so nice. Likely come back in a few days.
google avatar

Elle O.

Yelp
The place is like the chipotle of noodles if you will. It's not bad but it definitely could be better. The soup was just warm. Not hot. Just warm. Thankfully we ate it there and they had warmers on the tables to reheat the bowls. It is fairly dark towards the back of the store. If you want to see definitely sit up front near the windows. The portions are pretty big. The service was just ok. They don't really explain anything if you're a new. So prepare to just hope for the best flavors lol. I will say the spicy dragon wings were the best thing we had. I'd definitely go back for that.
google avatar

Nancy S.

Yelp
I had the birria ramen and it was very good. If you've had birria and like ramen too this is a good choice. My kids just had noodles with chicken and they also liked it.

Morgan G.

Yelp
Delicious, especially on a cold day! Staff was very friendly as well! Tables have warmers for your soup so it doesn't get cold which is helpful for slow eaters like me :)
google avatar

J D.

Yelp
If you wanna get full, this is the place to go with great portions for the price. This will definitely get you through the night. The food is great and highly recommend.

Audree V.

Yelp
Best ramen spot iv found on this side of town! So flavorful. I got the chicken broth which was delicious. The service was outstanding and super friendly. The inside of the restaurant is small but has nice lighting and a good vibe.

Jadee S.

Yelp
This spot is great and has delicious food, quick service, and a cozy space. The Birria Baos was perfect and packed with flavor. The portions are generous but not overwhelming, so you leave satisfied. The staff were super friendly and efficient, and the cleanliness and organization of the space was much appreciated I definitely would recommend this place!

Yelp
Food= is good Service= is BAD as in super bad. 30% of there menu is not available. Ambiance= it's like eating at you house without lights, too dark. I like some what good food combine with great service I'll come back with this one maybe not, the crew needs some more training, oh let me say that again. The whole restaurant employee need some more training. Music is too loud that employee cannot even hear what you want on your noodles you have to raise up your voice for them to hear you. I don't know.If this is a noodles place or a night club. The 3 star is for the food only.

Kelly Q.

Yelp
Food was good! The braised pork belly is really tender and flavorful - the broths are tasty! And it's great that you can heat up your soup at the table! It was a new experience for us. We really enjoyed the restaurant vibes and all the employees were really kind. Definitely worth a try if you're ever in the area!
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered the ghost pepper wings and mild wings. Spicy but not make your head sweat spicy. Really good.
google avatar

Hannah M.

Yelp
This place was fun! Some of us were under the impression that you pour your own broth based on some of the videos that were seen but it is all done by staff behind their glass. We ordered three different ramens, very flavorful and fun but we wish there were more noodles. We also got the dragon pork belly bao, very delicious, needed more sauce and maybe shred the meat a little, it was hard to take a bite. The desert bao was also delicious, we got the Ube flavor - so, very colorful. But not for those who don't like to chew ice cream. The bao bun is hard (fried maybe?) but tossed it sugar and cinnamon like a churro. Needless to say, YUMMY! Gyozas were fine, nothing spectacular. Lastly, Korean fried rice, HUGE. Way too much for a regular size, definitely could not finish in one sitting. Loved the egg and green onion on top, would love more kimchi. My first complaint is that when you get ramen, it's given to you to eat right after it's made, like subway; but the person who ordered the bao and Korean fried rice didn't get their food until everyone was finished with their ramen. My second complaint is that the lighting is white dim. We can't wait to go back and try the other items and bring new friends!

Krystal G.

Yelp
We decided to try Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. for dinner, but unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment. From the moment we walked in, the service--or lack thereof--was appalling. The employee at the front, whose job it was to take our order, blatantly ignored us despite seeing us standing there for seven minutes. Instead of doing his job, he busied himself with everything except helping us, even grabbing a piece of meat from the back and disappearing to snack on it. When he finally returned, we let him know we were ready to order, only to be met with an attitude as if we were the inconvenience. Meanwhile, the other employees were visibly swamped with online orders, leaving one person (wish I caught his name!) trying to keep the place running. He was the only redeeming part of the staff, actually hustling and doing his job. Adding to the frustration, another customer had been waiting over 45 minutes for their pork belly bao. We'd ordered the same thing and eventually found out they'd run out of pork and were cooking more. No one bothered to give any kind of heads-up, and when asked, the excuse was that online orders took priority over walk-ins. We get that places can get busy, but prioritizing online orders while ignoring customers standing right in front of you? No thanks. Do better, Dragon Tiger Noodle Co.
google avatar

Rome J.

Yelp
This place was awful, from the food to the customer service! Pork belly was all fat with no meat and was chewy. Wife spoke to the manager and she was rude and absolutely clueless of how to manage a restaurant. Won't be coming back here and Id recommend going elsewhere. Plenty of other options in the area.

Yelp
Great customer service food is perfect good taste the birria ramen is the best thank you much!!!
