Google
I had the spicy tofu pho and it was so delicious and the portions are so big. The workers there are very nice and proactive as well. We spent more than hour with friends and enjoyed every moment there.

Google
Delicious dry noodles. I had the chargrilled chicken and the pork and spring rolls one. Very refreshing when it is hot outside. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The restaurant is not noisy and very clean.

Google
Ive only tried the rice dishes, not the pho. Best value for money Vietnamese spot around. Very generous portions and the grilled chicken is so flavourful and well cooked.

Google
Lovely bowl of bun bo hue. Reasonably priced. I would happily return to try other dishes.

A Vietnamese restaurant with high quality of foods and reasonable good prices. There were around 6 tables in the restaurant and the space was quite limited. Our orders came out pretty fast and they smelled really good as well as the taste. The rare beef tender pho was amazing, you could tell that the soup was cooked but not made by powders. And the beef was sliced into proper thickness and as tender as exactly what’s described. Instead of the small and very spicy chilies I’d experienced at other Vietnamese restaurants, their chilies were the large one without seeds. Will definitely visit again if craving for a decent pho soup.

Nice, quiet, and delicious food. Made for introverts for sure. The wait staff was a really nice guy who was attentive and always helpful. The good was delicious, I got the Chargrilled Pork and wanted more every bite. If they made a portion with more rice and pork, I'd be so happy. The food was never spicy enough for me by they did try when i asked for super extra spice, and I appreciate that a lot. There's piano renditions of pip songs playing the whole time, and that's a cute atmosphere. I wish the song variation included more full band songs. However, I'd hardly call that a bad thing. I'm looking forward to coming back here again.

Google
The restaurant is very small, seats are tight and normally busy during peak hours, not comfortable if you want to stay and chat with friends. Beef Pho is good but not amazing, the soup in the end tasted like there’s lots of MSG added in so appears to be quite salty. I ordered lemongrass noodle salad also but the sauce didn’t impress me too much unfortunately, definitely tried something better somewhere else

Google
Pretty disappointing. Bun Cha was very bland over all, meat and singular spring roll tasted good but hardly any in the dish to compensate for the lack of flavour. Com Chay was also bland. Banh Mi flavour was so good but bread was a little stale. [Ordered]

Yelp
Delicious and fresh food for take away prepared very quickly. We ordered the summer rolls with tofu, bun tofu sa, and bun nem chay all with tofu and everything was delicious. The portion sizes were good as well. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
CASH ONLY! I wish they put a sign out in the front so you're not stuck in an awkward bind to get cash. Otherwise, this place is awesome. Good pho-od, good mood, & good price. The rare beef in the pho was very tender (see pic for the pinkish meat), and the broth was seasoned well. The bun cha also had a nice balance of veggies to noodles to crunchies. All in all, will be back for more.

Yelp
*this is regarding the vegetarian menu* Overall, I would say this place is very mediocre. I have yet to find a pho place near me that is flavorful and authentic. The prices here are good and there are lots of options for everyone. I came in between lunch and dinner so the place was empty. I ordered vegetarian pho and the tofu summer rolls. The summer rolls just had the noodles, tofu, and some herbs. I've definitely had better (La Vietnamese kitchen has great summer rolls). The pho was super disappointing too. The broth had barely any flavor in it. It needed salt desperately. I also noticed that hoisin sauce isn't very common here in the UK. I had to pour a lot of soy sauce and sriracha into the soup to make it taste better. The noodles were good though. They were the closest thing to authentic pho noodles I've had so far in London.

Yelp
Cute, slightly hidden away, little gem in the middle of hustling Clerkenwell! Christoph recommended I give it a try, especially with trying to eat a little bit healthier. We arrived and the place was packed, we were however able to grab a table within a few minutes. The food is cooked fast and to such a high standard which allows their turnover and takeaway to work well. I ordered the mixed meat noodle soup and prawn summer rolls. For just over £10 this was an absolute bargain. The food literally arrived within minutes. The summer rolls were fresh and delicious and perfectly complimented by the plum sauce dip. Now to the soup - I'm got usually a big fan of noodle soup as I prefer my noodles straight up but this was a wonderful change. It was piping hot, with the meats and noodles plentiful. Once I'd added the bamboo shoots, chilli and a dash of hot sauce I was on my way. It was truly wonderful and just what a needed to warm and fill me up. I will definitely be back to give their rice dishes a try as they looked amazing! Highly recommended, I only docked a star because the service was slightly crazy with us having to confirm or order 2/3 times and then nearly giving our food away to others but other than that perfection.

Yelp
This is the perfect spot for a delicious meal that isn't followed with the guilt of a lighter pocket. You'll walk into the cosy little shop to be enveloped by a fragrant warm aroma and will immediately start staring at the plates of diners in the restaurant. Warning that the place is quite small and packed so you may be in for a wait. If you're in for a quick lunch on a weekday I'd recommend avoiding the 12-1:30 rush time or getting takeout. We were a group of three and were seated in about 5 minutes. The seating was a little squished but you don't notice once you're snarfing down the delicious food. Their menu is up on a board and they have 4 main categories; 1) Bahn Mi 2) Pho 3) Noodles w/ toppings & Nems 4) Rice Plates They have a vegetarian option for each which is wonderful. I went with the dry noodles & Nems and it was just wonderful. Flavourful, filling and fresh. The service was extremely quick. My fellow diners raved about the Pho and the quality of the meat in their dishes which was really great to hear. Finally it was time to pay *CASH ONLY!* and it was just so worth it! The food was cheap and absolutely delicious. Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
4 and 1/2 stars. GREAT PHO. I've had a lot of pho in my life and this is one of the most unique experiences. The portion is smaller than usual but the low price makes up for it. The rice vermicelli noodle is the freshest that i've ever had. There is a bounce and a texture to it that i've never experienced before with pho. Most places use dried noodles and this is the first place that i've been to that uses fresh noodles. The broth is thick and not overwhelming. It was DELICIOUS. It was so good that i didn't put in any sauce. Only complaint is the portion. One bowl is kind of too small but two is too much. Perhaps you can ask for extra noodles! Awesome place.

Yelp
I'm glad we found this place. Both the vegetarian and the regular dishes were wonderful, and the prices are very low for London. Might not be the last time we have eaten here on our vacation.

Yelp
I hate to pull out the good ol' Viet-card, but growing up only eating Vietnamese food at home, I'm extremely bias when going to Vietnamese restaurants. I was strolling around the city after an interview looking for something Asian. Obviously being in London you really need to specify which spectrum of the Asian rainbow you want and I decided on Vietnamese. Using the oh so handy Yelp app, I found that I was in a super close proximity to a new Vietnamese eatery. Looking oh so dapper (not relevant), I almost missed the place because they didn't have their banner up yet. No matter and good thing I found this place because it was yum-to-the-my!! It's a super small place, couple of tables, individual seating at the window and the nostalgic smell of home cooked pho creeping from the Kitchen. The menu had North Vietnamese items, so being from the South, I had to ask for my favorite dish, bun thit nuong! They offered me the Bun Cha and I will skip to the part everyone is waiting for... it was so delish my greedy noodle sucking mouth gobbled it so quickly it stood no chance against me!! More than that, the owners, cute couple who just wanted to open a nice small Viet-erie, were super nice! We chatted a bit, told our live stories and bonded over some Da Chan (vietnamese lemonade). Then when it came time to pay... no cards! AAAAAAH!!! With no cash and an empty plate, the couple laughed and told me it was perfectly fine to go grab some cash at the nearby Waitrose trusting that I would come back, which of course I did. A good deed and good Bun Cha should never go unpaid!!! Will I be back here again?!!? Hellz ya as I need to try their entire menu!!! What's the Vietnamese word for nom nom nom?!? no matter! As long as that good food is in my mouf!

Yelp
Amazing pho and bun bo hue for only £6! Soup is deep and flavorful (doesn't leave your mouth dry afterwards), noodles have a good bite, meat portion is generous, amazing for the price!

Yelp
This is absolutely one of the best Viet food I ever had. You know it's good when you bring along a Viet friend and she says it's similar to the Pho that she had this past summer in Vietnam. Highly recommend the Pho. The broth was delicious. The noodles were perfect. The beef was just the right amount of rawness (and there was a lot too). And it was less than £10! I would skip the Bahn Mi (Vietnamese baguette) - I've had better elsewhere. The Viet coffee was on point - they served it in a little coffee press with a glass on ice on the side like how it's supposed to be. The service was excellent too! Btw the hours are wrong on yelp - they open until 10pm for dinner.

Yelp
Good food. Cheap prices. Good services. Definitely will be a regular costumer here from now on

Yelp
Really good Vietnamese restaurant has opened in Angel. Thank god - I'm so fed up of those hipster places in Shoreditch and Upper St (really not authentic anymore). So far, everything I've had has been good. Try the vermicelli with grilled pork & spring rolls, or the pho - and the banh mi is good too. Honestly, I'm Vietnamese and this is where I choose to get my lunch. Nuff said.

Yelp
Quick service but not very good. Low cost, so not a bad value. Wouldn't recommend to a friend. Food was not healthy or attractive. Definitely a spot I would go to if in a rush in the area, but otherwise walk another 10 minutes for a better meal!

Yelp
I read all this reviews and wonder : are this people under the influence of recreational drugs or have they ever stepped foot in South East Asia and tried what REAL Vietnamese food taste like ? Probably the worst Pho soup ever had. Con artists. My mate had pork chop - he's a chef - told me that the cut of that meat he had was not pork chop and was the cheaper cut of meat obtainable from a pig. Very unimpressed.

Yelp
Fast for takeout and tasty but proportion of veg/protein to rice/noodles is disappointing, thus the 3 stars for not so great value.

Yelp
It's really small, so get there early for lunch or order takeaway. It wasn't as crowded for dinner. The vegan pho is really good (and big). And the tofu summer rolls, the peanut sauce was yummy. There are bottles of sriracha around but if you ask they'll bring you a bit of red chili paste from the kitchen to spice things up. The service is really quick even when they are busy and the prices are excellent especially for the area.

Yelp
At £5.80, the Pho chay here is the cheapest and tastiest I have tried in London! There are few places to sit but the interior is cosy. As is often the case, I just wish people would close the door to stop the draft from getting in. The Pho itself comes in big bowls and the broth, accompanied by the herbs on the table, is deliciously fragrant. I just wish they also had Thai basil! The tofu was fresh; soft in the inside, crispy on the outside. On the side we had a fresh lemonade, a bit on the sweet side but still refreshing. I would definitely return when next in need of some good Vietnamese food. Keen to try the bahn mi and other offerings on the menu. Great quick eat for a hungry vegetarian or vegan.

Yelp
That's a five! Excellent food and very good service. I had the nems and the grilled pork. I'll go back to try everything else

Yelp
Very bad attitude from servers, sad for Vietnamese food to be represented by this place.

Yelp
A decent place is somewhere you go back to. A good place is somewhere you want to go back to. This restaurant is a solid choice for lunch around Farringdon. The vermicelli (bun) dish is great with the chargrilled pork. The special fried rice is a favourite of mine. Both are filling. If you are looking for something smaller but still delicious, I would go for the grilled meat sandwich. I haven't tried the soups here yet.

Yelp
Great food with generous servings at a good price. The setting is nice and casual, and the service is fast and very friendly. Highly recommend

Yelp
Very tasty pho. I look forward to trying more from this great place!

Yelp
excellent food, friendly service and all cooked fresh. one of the nicest Street Vietnamese I had for a long time.
