Dragonfly Coffee House Orcas Island

We came here very early on a Thursday morning, and thank goodness this place was open! The coffee was absolutely delicious. There was definitely a line, but it was easy to see why. I ordered a lavender latte—one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time—while my wife had a vanilla latte, which hit the spot perfectly. Despite the line stretching out to the street, the barista handled everything with efficiency, warmth, and a big smile on her face. The atmosphere inside is adorable—immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated (you can see in my photos). Prices are very reasonable, and there’s plenty of street parking nearby. This was the only coffeehouse open at 7 AM, which made it even more of a gem for us. If you ever get the chance to stop by, I highly recommend it!

Have come here every morning our trip. Great coffee, charming atmosphere, lovely people, incredible art. What more could you ask for?

Worst matcha of my life. She left big lumps in the drink and didn’t feel sorry about it at all. I showed her that it was full of lumps and that I couldn’t drink it, and her reply was, “It’s ceremonial grade.” Even if it’s ceremonial grade matcha, you can’t leave lumps in it. I’m very disappointed. She refused to refund it and was very aggressive. This has never happened to me before in my life. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. My husband ordered a coffee as well, and it wasn’t great either.

Easily the best coffee on the island—and I don’t say that lightly. My coffee was so good that future me was already sad knowing I’d eventually finish it. It was so good, I ended up coming back the next day 😅 The cafe itself is cozy, with a warm interior that makes you want to linger. There’s a generous amount of seating both indoors and outdoors, and even on a weekend my friend and I had no trouble finding a spot. Perfect for slow mornings, catching up with friends, or just stopping by for a great cup of coffee. I’ll definitely be back!! ☕️

Cozy, cute, and welcoming! The chai was fantastic, spicy and sweet just like the chai I’ve had in India.

Best coffee in Orcas! This place has it all, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, plenty of seating and delicious coffee and pastries. Would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I came in for a sweet treat later in the afternoon. They had a good array of options which I appreciated. Both my items were delicious and had a cool flavor profile. Everyone was friendly when I was there. I'd like to come back and hang out longer, and get a drink.

This coffee shop is fantastic! Great atmosphere inside and a nice outdoor area as well. The gals working are very kind and helpful. The almond croissant cookie is incredibly delicious! I highly recommend.

It's a cute small place. My favorite drink is Diana's Dream. You should give it a try.
