The 14 Best Restaurants At San Francisco International Airport - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"Having a TSA agent publicly rifle through your entire packing cube of intimates (only to find nothing) will have you seriously contemplating ordering an IPA at 7am. And hey, if that sounds like your jam, you can get it done at Drake’s. Love this place. My first time and I was not to familiar with the menu. Maria was so welcoming and very friendly answer all my questions before my order. I order the Hamsy, with grill onions with a nice sourdough bread and potato chips made fresh. I'll go back again. Maria it is the manager, OMG you talk about proffesional, so frienly and great knowledge of the menu. They are great! It is a big portion. I'm a flight attendant and ate one half ,and the other half after landing and the sandwich wash perfect. Thank you Maria

Google
Very chill atmosphere for breakfast dining at my gate. My breakfast quesadilla with sausage was delicious- it had a great spice mix that was sweet and savory in the sausage, and the arugula salad and salsa gave a great acididc balance. The French 75 was the perfect morning cocktail- I really enjoyed it

Google
Not a bad airport spot! The bun was a little firm, but the burger itself was juicy and flavorful. Fries were hot and crispy—solid for a quick bite before a flight.

Google
It was excellent all around, seating was easy, we had Jose as our server and he was excellent, made us feel very comfortable. Ordered a burger and the veggie pizza, they were delicious, we added the garlic fries and they were excellent. Prices were very reasonable for an airport restaurant. Food came out quick and the place was very clean.

Google
Great burger and fries. Great quick service. Food delivered very fast and it was hot. Wish they had a wider selection of their beers, I like Porters and Stouts.

Google
Ordered a draft Blue Moon ahhhhh refreshing. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. More bare bread than pizza. For the cost I would suggest trying another spot. Tried to order several classic drinks like a Godfather and Sidecar but they did not know how to make one. I say keep on walking.

Google
I taste onions. I ordered a burger... medium. What i got was an onion sandwitch. I write this with no flavor of burger to be found.

Google
This restaurant is located in the Harvey Milk Terminal 1. So, at SFO if you’re about to retrieve your bags from an inbound flight on Delta and you’d like to try Drake’s Flyaway, turn left. You’ll find many nice new venues. I decided to dine at Drake’s Flyaway and I’m glad I did. For an airport restaurant, it’s simply fantastic. You’ll find it a tad on the pricey side, but you’re not gonna eat here every day. If you choose to eat here I do recommend the potato leek soup as a side dish.

Yelp
I am a beer geek and I like Drake's and have visited the brewery pretty much every time I've flown into OAK so I was drawn to Drake's Flyaway at SFO expecting to see just their namesake beers on tap but holy smokes, this place is a gem with lots more taps than the usual airport bar. Maybe 20? AND BLIND PIG!!! (Russian River Brewing Co.) That and the number of decent beers on tap are why I give this place 5 stars. I ordered a 20 oz. Drake's Juicy Hoot IPA ($14.50) followed by a 20 oz. Blind Pig ($16) and both were great. The price, not so much, but typical of jacked up airport prices. I didn't order any food but people seemed to be enjoying theirs. Service is good and I had nice conversations with others at the bar while the Dodgers whooped the Brewers last week. I'd definitely go back.

Yelp
September 20, 2025 Stopped in because it is a very short walk to gate B 25. 18 beers on tap and the Drake's nitro is delicious!! The drinks are measured pours, so make sure and go for the double!

Yelp
Convenient and very good pizza and beer, even at 9am in the morning. I got the Hefeweizen and the junk pizza (forgot its name) - both were tasty and the beer seemed to be a touch too much on the lemon, but that's okay. Service was adequate with at least 2 wait staff people around - need something, wave them over. Ambiance? It's okay, for an airport, so it's noisy - whatcha gonna do? Decent service, good food and drink, I'm gonna be back!

Yelp
Appropriately, my last stop was at an airport bar having arrived early to return the rental car. On past trips to SFO, I've frequented other bars in the airport that were too far to go this time, but was pleasantly surprised Drake's Brewing had a tap room in the airport. It was bright and open, with friendly bartenders who were quick to set placements and welcome in people. They had a large selection of their beers on tap, plus some regional favorites like Russian River, and classic macros. Beers only come in one size: giant. Prices are crazy because you're in an airport, but the seating is comfortable and they have outlets everywhere. I didn't have any food, but those who did around me seemed pleased with giant burgers and things. If you're a beer fan and nearby in the airport, Drake's has solidly good beer.

Yelp
Drake's Flyaway is a restaurant/brewery that is in the Harvey Milk Terminal. It's closest to the end and was near gate B25, which was my gate for this day's flight. I was searching through the terminal to decide what I wanted to eat and was craving a burger so I decided to eat here to wait for my flight. I got the Drive-In Burger which was described as a blend of short rib, brisket, & chuck, cheddar, drive-in sauce, pickles, onion, shredded iceberg, and tomato (which I took out). I also got a side of fries to complete this meal. The service was prompt and friendly. Although it was busy I got my food so fast and it was fresh and hot. Not sure if I was just super hungry but this was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Not just based on taste as it was a pretty normal burger but it was exactly what it said it was. The fries were also shoestring, which is my favorite. I was checked on constantly by my server and she checked me out swiftly, which is great for anyone that might be in a hurry for a flight. Great spot to grab a bite (& maybe a beer next time) in this terminal.

Yelp
So Filiberto, bartender, was very nice and quite adept at handling entire bar. Our first drink wasn't what we expected and he took good care of us. We ordered an 89 Pizza ... unbelievable for an airport pizza. If it was down the street I would be a regular. The crust was insanely good, the pepperoni perfect, the peppers had incredible flavor. I highly recommend...

Yelp
I arrived two hours before my boarding time for my flight, so I decided to stop by. I Ordered a IPA and an order of Garlic . The garlic fries were delicious! The server was "just ok", but overall I enjoyed my dinning experience.

Yelp
Located near gates B19/B20 Drakes is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. I had a few hours before I boarded my flight so I decided to get breakfast. There is a podium in the front with a sign that says please wait to be seated. I was greeted within seconds and walked over to my table. I decided to get the So Basic meal. It comes with eggs, your choice of bacon or sausage, hash brown and salad. I asked for my eggs to be scrambled with cheese. Cheese is an up-charge of 50¢. I went with the chicken sausage and said I didn't want the salad. She offered to sub for toast and the option was wheat or sourdough. I chose sourdough and that was a $2 up-charge. I was a little shocked by that cause she offered so I thought she was swapping that for the salad. I also got an apple juice. They carry the Martinelli brand which is the superior apple juice. If you know you know. The food came out hot and well presented. I really enjoyed my meal. The only thing I didn't eat was the hash browns. I'm not a fan of the shredded kind which is what they offer. I had asked initially how the potatoes were cut so I knew in advance that I was getting the shredded kind. I figured I will give it a try, but I just don't like my hash brown that way. Other than that I was so excited that they had the chicken sausage. It was really good paired with the eggs and then the sourdough toast. The restaurant was super clean and the staff were very friendly. Not a ton of seating in my opinion, but enough to make it work. My check came up to $30.37 that included taxes and 5% employee benefit surcharge. Not something I'm familiar with and didn't notice until after I left smh. Overall, good experience and based on the other restaurants in that gate area the better option if you want to be seated.

Yelp
My favorite place in the airport. Leslie is phenomenal! Always kind! Services are very fast and food is great!

Yelp
I had a memory of enjoying a meal here once so when I arrived early for a flight last week, I choose to come back here since I had enough time for a sit down lunch before my flight. I was seated quickly and got my order in almost right away - a pizza and a beer. The pizza is a bit confounding. I wish the toppings, in this case onions and peppers, were better integrated into the whole dish but the flavors as a whole were good. But the dough/crust left a lot to be desired and was a bit soft. I would have loved another drink but by the time my server came around to check on me again I decided it was best not to chance another 10-15 min absence to wait for the check. If I come back, I have to remember not to get a pizza or be in a rush.

Yelp
We are making Drake's our regular breakfast stop as we make our return flights on Delta from San Francisco. Drake's is right at the end of this very long concourse, so is super convenient for us. Their menu is excellent with a reasonable number of options. Remember that they are dealing with customers coming to or from flights, so simplicity rules. They also have a full bar, if your occasion permits. Their something Basic ($19) is an egg dish with starch. A nice easy breakfast. Wife had a pastry ($4.95) and we had juice. Served quickly and hot, ready to eat. I resent the 5% EE Benefit Surcharge, but that is California. I have no idea where that money goes. If you are in the Harvey Milk Terminal, give Drake's a shot.

Yelp
Last night I was taking a red-eye out of SFO and had some time to kill, so my sister and I stopped at Drake's Brewing Co. Flyaway for a drink. Unfortunately, the bartender's behavior left me shocked and disgusted. We patiently waited at the bar while he slowly closed out two customers' tabs. Nearly ten minutes later, when we asked if we could order, he rudely told us they were closed (it was 10:58, not 11:00). He reluctantly agreed to serve us, but with an attitude that made it clear we were an inconvenience. After paying, I still chose to leave him a $2 tip, despite the curt service. Instead of showing professionalism, he began harassing us. He made repeated negative comments, kept walking by our area shaking his head and muttering under his breath, picked up my sister's $20 bill off the counter and said "this should be my tip," He said I stayed open and served you and you give me a $2.00 tip? At one point even lifted my drink while I was only halfway through it to ask if I was "done," before putting it back down. He had absolutely no business touching my drink. When I asked him to stop, he taunted me by sarcastically saying "I love you," and even complained about my bag being on a chair. By this point, his behavior made me regret not giving him a zero tip in the first place. This was completely unprofessional and hostile behavior. A bartender is in a customer service role -- if you're unwilling to serve people respectfully, you should not be in that position. I have no doubt that if I were a man, I would not have been treated this way. I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a disturbing experience that I felt compelled to document it. I sincerely hope management addresses this immediately because no customer should ever be treated this way. Yelp should have a 0 star

Yelp
For a quick grab and go at the airport, this place is pretty good. You can tell the patty in the burger is pre-made and reheated in house, same with the bun. The menu also advertises a patty with three different types of meat, but it just tasted like a regular frozen beef patty. Aside from that, the melted cheese and jalapeños on my burger were good, and service was decent.
google avatar

Renee Z.

Yelp
Much better food than most airport venues. This was a refreshing break with one of my favorite beers, Denogginizer, and something to keep my stomach busy during my next flight. I'm so glad you're here!

Yelp
It's always a challenge for me to find decent airport food at a reasonable price. I really scored by choosing Drakes's Brewing Company at SFO Terminal 1. We're talking pizza, salads, sandwiches and breakfast choices. I ordered the Classic stone-fired pizza ($18) with pepperoni (+$3.50). Without exaggeration I can say it was very filling and as good a pizza as I could ever hope for. The crust was thin and crusty. Cheese was mozzarella with Pecorino Romano and a sprinkle of oregano. The pepperoni was an add-on for $3.50 and worth it. Scrumptious. I think 2 people might be happy sharing a pizza. It's good sized. The coffee was not too bad either. Better than most restaurant swill. My server was attentive and pleasant. Located between gates B19-20 and B26-27 in Terminal 1.

Yelp
SF airport breakfast. I never have high hopes and expect to overpay for mediocre food. So in this regard it lived up to just my expectation. Service was friendly, timly and wanting to please. I ordered the basic breakfast. I opted for the maple turkey sausage in place of bacon. I recommend the bacon as the sausage was not tasty. Eggs were fine...a tad rubbery. Hash browns were good. Reminds me of the McDonald's hashbrowns as it is like a patty. Coffee was good and hot. Refill was timly. Overall...it is fine if you find you want breakfast st the airport.

Yelp
Location At the end of B terminal-thankful they are open! Service Very attentive. Fast service Food and beverage Extensive beers on tap and bottled. Nice variety of cocktails. Red wine better than white wine. Don't call me turkey sandwich was wonderful! What is that sauce? .The bread was whole grain and toasted perfectly! Was thick as others but just enough. The house made chips were simply the BEST-not too salty. Summary Great food, great service, great price!!
google avatar

Vivian Z.

Yelp
Not bad! Ample seating and they have quite a lot of charge ports which is handy. I got the burger and garlic fries, the garlic fries were bomb!!! Burger was alright, nothing to write home about, lettuce sad and sparse, but a good size and much better after a heavy dose of salt and pepper. Staff and service quick and efficient. Great for solo travelers looking for a quick bit in the otherwise food-desert-ish terminal.

Bryan R.

Yelp
Great place to eat . Food is not your average airport at a decent price Service is excellent

Michael M.

Yelp
Drake's is always our go to spot for food or a drink before flying. Shoutout to Leslie for taking care of us.
google avatar

Yelp
They tout themselves as a pizza place. For $24: Raw, soggy dough, with canned tomato sauce, 4 (four!) pieces of pepperoni The chili peppers on top were ice cold and so were the "marinated" onions (more on that later) The pizza spent barely enough time in the oven to develop any crust. Silly. Don't make pizza if you don't know how to use an oven. When alerted, the manager came by and said that the "marinated" onions (raw) were marinated with olive oil, salt and pepper... ummm no. It was raw, cold and I spent the rest of the day burping up raw onions. Mostly, the I-Don't-Give-A-F*ck response to what is generally just garbage food. The older Chinese waiter was super nice. He had nothing to do with the food. Which is good. Go eat at the Filipino place down the hallway or grab a sandwich from Proper Foods.
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
Nice bartender but $14.95 for an 2oz pour of absolute vodka? Yikes. BYOB.....IJK...
google avatar

Allen S.

Yelp
Drakes gets a solid four today. While in the airport I don't expect a lot. Most of the places near Drakes have pre-packaged food which isn't my first choice. Drakes is known for pizza and the brewery which wasn't attraction today. Then I saw the handful of breakfast items. We got the classic and had them substitute poached eggs soft. Normal airport found places might laugh at you for asking for poached eggs and might ask what do you mean soft:-) Our server was helpful and friendly. The restaurant is modern and nicely laid out. Today the entire terminal was empty so I cannot comment on how they would deliver when busy.
google avatar

Jordan C.

Yelp
One star off for 5% service fee. If you're operating a monopoly at the airport you are not justified charging 5% more. Also they calculate the tip based on that 5% so they want you to tip on the service fee. Food mediocre for $19. Two eggs backn hash browns and no toast. $4 extra for coffee. Service was fine.
google avatar

Apit L.

Yelp
Not the best but they have food and of course hella expensive but what do you expect from eatery at an airport. Will we return? Maybe if all the other restaurants are closed. Price:$$$ Service: B Quality: B
google avatar

Yelp
Service was great and attentive , the wings were basic, even with the hot sauce in the side, Denog was refreshing. Had to hurry, flight was boarding.

Yelp
The place is a typical bar and sit down set up at the very end of the American Airlines terminal (B26). It was a bit pricey, I got the California Veggie, which had eggplant and squash, with chips on the side. My family ordered a thin pepperoni pizza and a burger. Honestly, I had low expectations for my sandwhich, but WOW! It was warm, the veggies tasted amazing and melted in my mouth, and the chips were super tasty (with ketchup of course)! We all licked our plates clean! I am super surprised how good it is, especially with it being airport food. Even the waiter was extremely nice. My parents LOVED the pizza they had, I tried it as well and it was good for a thin crust! My brother licked his burger plate clean. My burger and chips were $16! So 3/5 on the pricey side, but it left me feeling full but not bloated full. If I go to SFO again (with American Airlines) I'd def come back here and order the same thing!
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
Male server gave very bad service, never said hello or checked on us. Food was not very good.
google avatar

Keith C.

Yelp
Beers alright, been to their Oakland location, so you'll see their base line up like Pils, Amber Ale and Denoginizer DIPA. Odd in the menu it makes no mention of price for the pint apparent. I got a 20oz pint of Hopocolypse Hazy IPA, total for that was $16; so yea... not too surprising by airport upcharge. I'm here to babysit this beer till my flight boards happy travels folks. PS bonus points to this bar for having power outlets spaced out every 2/3 seats
google avatar

Randy B.

Yelp
Drake's is a rather decent option for grub or drink while at the end of Harvey Milk Terminal 1. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizza, breakfast...they got it. The burgers look grande and people around me were ordering, but it was near 11am and I was still hankering for breakfast options. BREKKY SANDY -- egg, cheese, bacon, onion jam on a fresh and fluffy bun. Delish! The bun was a little too big for the contents, and therefore, too fluffy too. Otherwise, perfect. [4.0 stars] Very nice service, good coffee -- Airport grub winner.

Michelle H.

Yelp
Would give this -100 if I could. Stopped here in Phoenix on March 7th. It was pretty late because my flight was delayed. I bought 1 margarita and was charged over $26 for it. Then the credit card charge came through and it was for $59.34. For 1 Drink!!! I have never been ripped off this bad in my life. This is complete highway robbery. Don't ever stop here.
google avatar

Sonya L.

Yelp
I had the best, toastiest sandwich at Drake's in SFO. I was sad at first as their menu is very limited but the Hamsy sandwich I ordered was so good with that siracho mayo. My mom ordered the Who You Callin' Turkey, she said needed some bacon, sis ordered the California Veggie but didn't finish so IDK if she liked it or not. Fries were a tad over salted but other than that everything else was great.
google avatar

Evelyn M.

Yelp
Not bad at all for an airport! The pizza was wood fired on site and great crust!! Service was quick and we were checked in often even water refills... that really doesn't happen in the airport. The chips were warm!
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
Four stars, not for a restaurant in general, but in the setting of an AIRPORT restaurant. Located at the end of the B gates in Terminal 1 at SFO, which you probably already know because you're physically there and looking up the options, this was the only sit down restaurant open at around 8:45pm on a Thursday evening. It was absolutely PACKED but fortunately a table for two happened to open up while we were waiting to ask for a table and we were taken immediately. Contrary to another review on here, I thought the staff was very nice. Our waiter was remarkably attentive given how busy it was. Drake's is a San Francisco brewery and most of the draught options are Drake's own brews but there are a few other usual suspects like bud light and stella artois. I didn't put two and two together that this was a brewery restaurant and stupidly ordered a mixed drink to start, their Don Julio margarita which was very enjoyable. GF ordered gin and tonic, nothing to write home about there. For the second round, I got my wits about me and wanted to sample the brews. I decided to try their amber ale, which was just OK. I'm not an IPA fan and Drakes' non-IPA beers on draught were slim pickings. Regarding the food menu, they have a pretty good appetizer menu including chips and guac but notably a giant soft pretzel which is my mother fucking achilles heel. I will probably order that if it is listed on ANY menu, even probably a Chinese restaurant, although that would raise some questions. It was surprisingly good. It was MASSIVE which is always a plus and a nice, soft, pretzel-like interior with the perfect brown on the outside. Only problem was the complete lack of salt which is probably better for my blood pressure anyway. They only include a grainy mustard, which was fine, but didn't last for the entire pretzel. We also ordered one of their pizzas to share. The crust was soft, without any crisp whatsoever, but my taste buds detected more than one type of cheese that was very generously spread over the sauce. Not the best pizza I've had by any stretch of the imagination but more than adequate and exceeded expectations for an airport meal. This is a decent spot in the terminal, especially if every single other thing else is closed :)

Yelp
I stopped into Drake's Flyaway the last couple visits to this terminal, as the food and drinks are better and healthier options than the other fast food locations in this immediate area. Drake's is a local Bay Area brewery with great beer. I can highly recommend the 1500 if you like a nice Pale Ale (5.5%), Best coast IPA (7%), and the Denogginizer for a hefty double IPA (9.75%). Drake's Flyaway also offers a full bar, beer, wine and mimosas and a variety of canned beer and beverages. It's also a really relaxing place to hang out to enjoy a drink pre-flight. I personally enjoy the Ciders in lieu of a brunch cocktail. The staff is friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. I always enjoy my time here prior to my flight and look forward to it on each trip.

Olivia W.

Yelp
Drink selection was just okay. The bartender was very attentive and actually cleaning all those bottles in the back/displayed over the bar! Never seen them actually go through the trouble of doing that, lol. Since drinks are a divisive topic, I'll just review the food I had (was waiting a while). I ordered the chips and guacamole, and the dips were actually really good - salsa definitely isn't made in house but the guacamole was chunky and delicious. Like shockingly so for an airport guac. Impressed. Chips were super cold though. :( it would have been perfect otherwise. Pretzel was gross. Do not get. Wrong kind of mustard and the cheese was cheez whiz, not beer cheese lol. Maybe if you like eating plain pretzels for a lot of money it'll be okay. But god I forced that thing down out of a starving place. (I did like the hopocalypse just a side note. Pay attention to the IBU levels if you're experimenting. The higher the IBU the more bitter, if you're new. I think it's neat that they put that on the menu.)
google avatar

Sophia H.

Yelp
Good breakfast option with friendly and quick service. As another review wrote, this was the healthier option in the area for food with my early morning flight. The eggs, sausage and hash brown were tasty and hit the spot.
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
Quick service. Plenty of beer and food choices. Loved the size of the beers they offered! Only ordered the buffalo wings but they were pretty good. Would probably make this a regular spot when at the airport.
google avatar

Joe W.

Yelp
I'm at the airport location inside SFO. The garlic fries are delicious which is unfortunately the only thing I enjoyed. The service is absolutely horrible. No one says hello upon entering and I had to grab my own menu. It took 45 minutes to receive my drink, and there were quite a few people that came in after me and were served first. I believe it was because I was by myself which means smaller tab = smaller tip; so they think. ‍ nice location and lots to look it. It is very busy so I would give them a pass for the slow service, however I have made eye contact with a bar tender and waitress and they just didn't get the hint that I needed help or speed there service. Very disappointing since this is the last restaurant open at this time of the night. Good thing I didn't have a flight to be at, I would've been late or never gotten my food and drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
Garbage food. Garbage drinks. Subpar service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here and go to Bourbon Pub. I wish I could give 0 stars.
google avatar

Olivier D.

Yelp
This is a review for the location in Terminal 1. The table was sticky. I asked if it was possible to clean it, but was replied with: that's the way this wood is. It was clearly cleaned with a dirty rag that had sweetener leftovers. The food is average tasting. Large portions but little flavor. Service felt like I was in a sloppy cantina. I had the Western Omelette and an orange juice. The OJ comes out of a gallon non-brand jar Our food was just randomly dropped off at 'some' location on the table and we had to figure out ourselves what had to go where. It wasn't super busy so that's not an excuse. Anyway, if you're ok with average food and service. This is the place to be. I think there are way better options out there.
google avatar

Kristen L.

Yelp
The service here was pretty good. The pizza was alright. I thought the slices were cut weird. Instead of the traditional cut they were cut in rectangular shapes or squares instead of traditional triangles. I don't think the pizza was knock my socks off good. I did think that the fries were delicious. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside with enough potato still left inside. Sometimes at other places I have been to the fries end up being dry and empty on the inside. Sometimes they are soggy and other times they are overcooked. The fries were also not too salty which was also very good. They had ketchup in packets which was nice because it is a bit more clean. However more packs would have been better. Drakes Fly Away is a full service restaurant with a full bar and brewery offering breakfast items, pizzas, burgers, salads and sandwiches. It was pretty crowded with a lot of people there. Sitting at a table to eat was nice. It was also located fairly close to the airport restroom.

Yelp
Drake's Flyaway is located inside Harvey Milk Terminal 1 Boarding Area B near Gate B19 at San Francisco International Airport. Drake's Brewing Company started off as a wholesale-only kegged beer seller in 1989. Now they have a few taprooms in SF plus this location at the airport. Drake's Flyaway is a full bar and brewery and offers breakfast items, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. I got the The '89 pizza and paired it with their Best Coast IPA. Good food and good beer.

Yelp
We all know airport food is horrible and expensive ...it's given. We can see they're trying to change the stigma, especially at SFO, terminal 1. Harvey Milk terminal known for having a better selection. Picked Drake's cuz it looked promising. Being a "brewery" i ordered bar food. Maybe i needed to be more drunk for the block of salt that was considered food. Got the wings and fries...what could go wrong? Let's also say service was mediocre...also not a big deal. First bite of the wing, nearly shot it right back out with the intense vinegar buffalo sauce. I was still ok at this point. After 2 pieces in and chomping on the fries...i realized the salt was so intense...how does one make fries this salty??! Generally i always add salt to my fries. I'm going to power my way through this, who doesn't love wings and fries...but also...how do you mess this up so bad??!!! Couldn't finish, finished my wine and the pint glass of water though....$50 bill and tipped 15%. This review isn't about being mean, it's a warning to have low expectations and maybe the restaurant can re-evaluate this situation. The neighbors pizza looked good though...should've ordered that.

Yelp
I am on business travel. It is 11:30pm and I am waiting for for a 12:35 flight. You guys close at 11:15. 11:20, the manager was sweeping the floor "into" customers to get them out ( I am assuming). What happened to customer service? Why do people get wound up? Because corporations have given up on training staff on good service. Man was I pissed. Guys, many people fly a reddys have spent a day or days, away from home, this their last memory of CA, way to disappoint. Hands down this is a training issue. Fix it. You staff sucks.

Yelp
As someone who's worked in the food and beverage industry for over 10 years I have to say Michael is supper rude. He harassed me at my table multiple times and even followed us as we were leaving the restaurant. Not sure if he does this to all customers or just all the women who come in and dine while waiting for a flight. But was not okay, welcome, or warranted.

Yelp
This is my first time in terminal 1 within SFO and I must say that it is very well constructed. I ended up trying Drakes Flyaway, which is located at the very end of the terminal near gates B21-B27. I was greeted by a woman named Carol who was very friendly. She gave me a choice of where to sit and I chose to sit on the counter facing the open space. I was then shortly greeted by my server Sada and he was very fast to approach me for drinks as soon as I sat down. After looking at the menu, I chose to try their pizza with a side of their garlic fries. The fries were hot and crisp which is just how I like them - delicious! The pizza came and it was also piping hot. It has peppercinis on it so the tart juice from it definitely balanced the savoriness of the pizza - a good balance. I would describe the crust between what you would consider a regular tossed pizza and a thin crust pizza. After I ate, I sat here for another 30 minutes waiting for my flight to start boarding and they did not rush me to leave. Overall, excellent service and great fare - shoutout to Carol and Sada! I'll stop by here again if I fly out of terminal 1 at SFO.

Yelp
This is a great place to grab a meal before your flight. Just make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy your meal and a beer or two and go to the restroom before you board your flight. It's worth it!
