Dream Bakery

Finally a great bakery for those that are Gluten free! The pies are wonderful, seasonal treats are fantastic. They even have a gluten free salty treats as well. They have popups all over the Austin area, but this is the main location. Check their official instagram account for hours, as they may change. Highly recommended!

Needed a GF dessert, so we immediately considered Dream Bakery. For today, it was running pre-order only, yet their online store was down. Took a chance and drove to their South Austin location and was (somewhat understandably) turned away. When I mentioned that I did this as their pre-order setup was down they told me to go to their pop up in Georgetown. It was not the most friendly exchange. Pretty poor experience in the customer service department. Thanks for making it my problem that your website isn’t properly updated.

Best gluten free baked goods in Austin! Soft pretzels with beer cheese, croissant, and cinnamon rolls are my personal favorites. Follow them on Facebook to find their pop ups as they’re not often at their store front.

I'm highly sensitive to gluten, I don't even share the same appliances for cooking at home with my hubby's gluten food! This bakery is A-maze-ing!! Their baked goods are delicious! I've never gotten glutened (yes it's a verb - iykyk) here. Dedicated gluten free kitchen and they fry their donuts!!! Got peach cobbler for the first time in 15 years. And the croissants, flakey, buttery, just pure bliss. The staff are absolutely the best, friendly always smiling. Happy to wait or make suggestions if you are overwhelmed with their goods. They are also available at MANY farmers markets so take advantage to try a bit of everything! Enjoy!

The reason for the low rating is because their hours aren’t posted here. I drove all the way over here on a Thursday morning only to find it caused. I was excited to try it out, now I’m left with a bad feeling. Also, there is no sign that says Dream Bakery. The only reason I know it’s here is because the Suite # matches the address.

I picked up several different pastries for a tea party I was hosting- my friends are always very careful to keep me from getting cross contaminated and one of them got so scared he’d glutened me because there was no way the pastry he was eating could possibly be gf!! I could not be more happy

This address is the bougie foodie which is not open at 5:00 a.m. so don't believe this address and don't believe these hours. Excited to come back and try the bougie food during the daytime, was just looking for very early morning bakery food though.

We have ordered from them at farmers markets and in the old Malone location. Always outstanding croissants and sweet treats. The croissants especially are a stand out and have become a staple of our holiday breakfasts. Huge variety at all of their stands at the markets. Always the sweetest people working there!
