I'm highly sensitive to gluten, I don't even share the same appliances for cooking at home with my hubby's gluten food! This bakery is A-maze-ing!! Their baked goods are delicious! I've never gotten glutened (yes it's a verb - iykyk) here. Dedicated gluten free kitchen and they fry their donuts!!! Got peach cobbler for the first time in 15 years. And the croissants, flakey, buttery, just pure bliss.
The staff are absolutely the best, friendly always smiling. Happy to wait or make suggestions if you are overwhelmed with their goods. They are also available at MANY farmers markets so take advantage to try a bit of everything! Enjoy!
