What a fantastic addition to historic new castle! We tried many things. I absolutely loved the almond croissant and chocolate almond croissant. The cinnamon roll with an orange glaze was excellent. It really was dreamy. My kids loved it. Can’t wait to go back and try all of the breads!

Excellent bakery. A must try are the almond croissants. Absolutely Devine! Their breads are amazing as well. I've had the Italian foccacia and the sourdough, both top tier. I cant wait to try more of their products.

Unreal how good their bread is. And I was skeptical seeing how long the line was at the farmer’s market, I was sure it would underwhelm. It's the best baguette I've ever had in my life. It's on a totally different level than what else is available locally. If you got bread this good in a big city you'd be blown away by it, let alone in Delaware.

We visited from out of state. Joey was absolutely wonderful! So inviting and fun to talk with. We got cookies and croissants. They were so delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Hey I have found a GEM in Old New Castle Delaware that is soooo worth the shout out!! Dream Bakery! At 222 Delaware St. Run don’t walk! Service was amazing. Cute little bakery decor! But the homemade fresh bread 🥖 is to die for! The croissants sandwich was sooooo tasty! I see they are going to get all my money! And the prices are beyond reasonable.

I got loooots of love for the Dream Bakery. Classic European baking, cream of the crop quality. And they are only getting started. 🥖🥪🍪👩‍🍳 Love their baguettes, sourdough and the buckwheat breads. Focaccia is to die for. S’mores cookies are to die for. Caramel is to die for. And my new favorite, the chocolate chip. This stuff will knock your socks off!

The baked goods were amazing. I highly recommend the almond cookies and chocolate croissants. I will definitely shop here again.

Tasty croissants! We had the chocolate orange croissant today- fresh, flaky, flavorful. Service was outstanding. The counter person can communicate in sign language as well. Beautiful cozy clean organized space.

This is a wonderful bakery where everything is homemade by two experienced Ukrainians. The man at the counter is worth spending time with for many reasons, originally from Maui. My favorites are the buckwheat and sourdough breads, while the croissants are special. You can tell that everything is meticulously homemade. I plan to return whenever I am nearby.

It's no dream, ladies and gentlemen this place actually makes the best croissant outside of Paris! They are buttery layers of deliciousness. I can also rave about their bread! And don't get me started on those delicious butter cookies. If you're going for a walk in battery Park, you might as well go to the bakery first get a cup of coffee, delicious croissant, and enjoy the view. In case I didn't make myself clear, I highly recommend this Bakery. And of course, Joey will serve you with a smile and wonderful conversation.

Excellent crusty organic fresh sourdough breads, cupcakes, and other treats, all handmade locally. they also have coffee & hot chocolate. i bought the flaxseed sourdough bread and it was so delicious. also bought the Poppy cooles- very good, and a tasty Honey Cake. definitely worth a visit & i will be returning

A wonderful bakery with a lovely host from Maui. Stopped in for a quick refresh and left with breads, cookies, and a delicious eclair. Can't wait to be back!

Definitely stop by and enjoy some tea and fresh pastries beckoning you from the window of this gorgeous little corner bakery. We tried a still-warm-from-the-oven almond croissant and a matcha white chocolate cookie - both heavenly. Joey welcomed us in and filled the place with his big smile and friendliness. We will definitely be back to try more fresh menu items.
