I visited this place unexpectedly while dropping off a friend who was taking a bus to Abu Dhabi. As we were looking for a quick bite before the journey, this shop caught our attention. We ordered a half-grilled chicken and shawarma, and it was well worth the price. The highlight of our visit was the excellent service provided by one of the staff members, a native of Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu (unfortunately, I forgot his name). His warm dealings made our experience even better. Overall, a great spot with good food and friendly service. Thank you!

On March 2, I had 2 shawarma but they deducted extra shawarma price. I approached today(19th Mar) to let them know about the deduction for them to be careful next time, but instead of apologizing, the manager and staffs argued with me, which I found very unprofessional. I don't mind paying extra money for 1 shawarma, but their attitude was disappointing. Mistakes occurs to anyone but they should handle it professionally and apologize.

Very Disappointing Experience I visited this café recently and was extremely disappointed. Despite having many staff members, no one bothered to take our order. We waited for a long time, and the service was completely unorganized. It felt like the staff were just standing around without any coordination or interest in serving customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

The services has become worst. Food orders are always delayed. When followed up after 01 hour, got to know the food was being sent to the wrong address. Quality of food has drastically went down as they simply don't care. I do not recommend anyone ordering from here anymore and I will not do it anymore.
