This was my first experience in this store, i had never been to any type of store like this before so of course i didn’t know i needed a ID to enter upon arrival they did ask for it and my friend went to the car to get hers and we went in again to show it to them and i did explain that i didn’t have mine and if there was anything else i could show (i said this very respectfully) to which a older man that was helping us gave me the rudest sarcastic reply about this not being a movie when i didn’t even argue or give attitude just trying to see if there was anything else i could show because i have not gotten my texas ID.

Very annoyed by the misleading representation of having “warranties” on their items. The item has to be basically broken in order for them to believe you and even then, they will argue you down. Like I really want to spend my time coming in to bring a vibrator in to be touched by a stranger for fun. So far their items are faulty and it is difficult to get them to own up to their warranty. I refuse to spend more money here. SMH

We came to Dreamers and Clarissa was amazing! We were a little uncomfortable coming in for our first time and made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun! She helped us pick out the perfect items we were needing, and stayed with us through our entire visit. After spending hundreds of dollars at Dreamers and being assured that they stood behind the warranties on thier products. We tried to return one that was not working correctly. Even had the receipt. Guess what, they do not stand behind thier warranty. Save your money shop on Amazon .

First time visiting and I have to say they have some great products! Most of the things that you can imagine they have in smaller variety than some stores. However, the staff is very personable helpful and will answer all your questions or help you find exactly what you're looking for! There's also another store directly next to this one same company that has more clothing, shoes, outfits and even cute tulle robes! I do wish they had larger sizes of the robe specifically as well as some of the outfits. Largest size I saw was 2x and one size fits all which may be true, but is not as cute as some of the other outfits in smaller sizes. I went for a very specific product that they turned out to have multiple variations of and help me find my perfect one! That's right I finally got a rose after all of the fuss social media has been making this past year. It's amazing highly recommend 1000%. The items here have a five year warranty and can be brought back any time without the receipt as long as you make an account which stores your receipt!

I love this store! Best sex shop in Austin, and the customer service is top notch. Big selection of any toy, lube, and lingerie you could want and more. Crystal is super knowledgeable about the toys and helped me pick out the perfect Rose- ladies, if you know, you know. Them being open 24/7 is a big plus too! Always a good time here.

I'm such a good wife. After 20+ years of being married, it gets difficult to buy my man Christmas presents. HE has it easy. He usually gets me gift certificates to the theater and some new gadget that he will no doubt get more joy out of than me. After 20+ years of being married, I *know* what he wants. He's a simple guy and consistent. When I ask on a Tuesday nite, "What do wanna do tonite?" He answers, "Porn nite?" On a Sunday afternoon, same question gets "Porn nite?" I wasn't prepared tho for the giant selection Dreamers has, and most were organized by the production company instead of alphabetically. I felt like a real amateur as I saw some customers walk up to the bins and just zip thru the titles with a clack,clack, clack, clack, way faster than I would ever be able to read. They obviously weren't taking the time to read plot lines like I was. Anyway, after a few minutes, I decided to get help. I was surprised and put at ease by the lady behind the counter. She looks like a librarian. Glasses, short hair, older. Not in the least skeezy and all business. I asked for the titles I'd researched and then she went around the place picking even more for me to peruse. You would not be ashamed to tell her your likes and dislikes. Just for, ahem, example, you may like girl on girl but not BDSM (all that titty slapping can be a turn off!). Under the bright lights of the store, you can tell her these preferences as nonchalantly as discussing nail color at Ulta. They also have a vast array of toys and lubes that I wished I'd had more time to peruse. Upon checkout, nice lady checked all the DVD's for scratches and told me about the exchange program where you can return your purchased DVD's and get money off the next ones you buy. Great program, cause really, how many times can you watch the same porn movies?? So, I imagine hubby will be a very happy boy on Christmas Day. And I guess I know what I'll be doing Xxxmas night. Ho Ho Ho, indeed.

Sits right next door to Le Rouge (an adult costume store). I was instantly greeted at the door and was surprised at the amount of choices available. They had edible candles which I'd never seen or heard of until I went here. IN-ter-est-ing!! ;P But what I liked was that even the discounted aisle had a lot of choices. I'm used to the Megaplexxx where their marked down items are thrown haphazardly into a bin... looking like someone used it once and wasn't happy with their selection and just threw it back... stuff hanging out from boxes, missing pieces, you name it. I definitely did not find that here. A lot of choices in movies, toys and what have you. And I also didn't feel like I was going to have some freak come out from around the corner and try something funky... although maybe if that did happen I might've taken him or her up on that offer... hmmm... Ok, I'm kidding, people! ;P

Stopped by Dreams looking for some fun toys, the store is huge with a ton of options. So the help of Daniel was essential to choose the best one for me!

You knew exactly when to leave me alone to explore and browse on my own, and when to check in to see what questions I had. I did not once feel shy or uncomfortable asking for help or testimonials because you put me at total ease. I went in for a few different things and got exactly what I needed - even threw in some extra unplanned items I'm excited to try out! Great staff, great selection, and reasonable prices - especially with the 10% yelp discount or the 15% discount card when you purchase from Le Rouge (sister/affiliate company specializing in lingerie) next door. When you include the fact that the store is open 24 hours a day, there's no reason to go anywhere else.

I have had lots of good experiences at this store! Nicole has always been very helpful and nice!!!! They just remodeled this store and it is much better with new flooring and security! So many nice people it is difficult to name them all caryn, clint, jessica, mercedes, gladys, cecilia, and many more very helpful nice people!!!

There was a night in college that I had gone with some friends to a screening of the first "Lord of the Rings". It was free, and sponsored by the Campus Crusade for Christ. That didn't bother me so much, as I was a nominal Episcopalian at the time and almost naively ignorant of the crazy that bubbled furiously below the welcoming surface of the Evangelical Christian types. The movie or the speech someone had about the Christian themes throughout the film was not controversial. Apparently, he found Christ, and admitted everything to Him, too. I imagined Jesus listening to this guy in a psychiatrist's office, nervously watching the clock so he could tell him his time was up so He could hustle the weirdo out. For Señor Sex Crazed Porn Addict, finding Christ meant never touching yourself again until you find a girl as sexually repressed (and certifiably psychotic) as you are. In the meantime, you scar college kids at free "Lord of the Ring" screenings as some sort of bizarre catharsis for your own internal conflict. Next time, I'd rather just pay $7 for the damn movie ticket. My point? I figured if that's the effect porn had on these kind of people, it was probably something I'd find hilarious and awesome. Ever since then, I've been thankful I'm someone who can walk into a sex shop and be utterly unfazed by everything surrounding me, like any well-adjusted adult should be. I never knew what happened to that guy, but I'd place money that he's probably either come out of the closet, running for office as a Republican, or perhaps both. Jen and I needed bachelorette party swag for her friend's wedding out in the hill country later that week. The fact that the bride was a girl we went to college with who was also a lesbian throughout that time and is now marrying a man is another story for another time. Jen was loading up on dick-shaped cake pans while I perused the dildos modeled after real male porn stars. I know a thing or two about the human body, and honestly, some of these were just not going to work on anyone. You'd save $100 buying an insanely thick cucumber at the market and throwing it out when you realize how uncomfortable it would be in any anatomical locale. My God, this place has a lot of lube. I guess with rubber dongs like that for sale, you'd need it. I showed Jen the Swiss Navy brand lube, which I distinctly remember JB carried around in his "gym" (read: ho) bag. Unimpressed, she bought more penis-tipped items and moved along. I watched an instructional video on a rather complicated sex toy before it was time to check out. Surprisingly, I received a 10% off coupon for my check-in at Dreamers. Sadly, in the middle of our transaction, we forgot to use it. Oh well...next time? Nothing says Saturday morning like pancakes at Star Seeds followed by a trip to the porn store. At least in my world, it doesn't. 4 Stars.

I don't often find myself in the need for direct contact with this particular type of store. With the advent of the internet, I need not carry my bag full of goodies sheepishly to my car, praying that my boss doesn't see me or someone I work with. I will spare the details as to why, but I was in need of a particular device in short order after discussing it with a friend. I get very impulse-buy-ee when I'm frisky, so I summoned up my courage and stopped by on the way home from work. All I can say is "YAY!" Clean, brightly lit, with a woman working the cash register who smiled and said, "Love this" to me after I quickly found what I was searching for to minimize my visibility. I chatted with her for a moment more before another customer walked up, and it was nice. I didn't get any creepy vibes and I found what I was after! So, Dreamers? YAY to you. Another happy customer.

Gary... you might go check out the other store on Guadalupe - it's smaller and a little more organized. As I don't usually ask for help at the pr0n store, I've not had any problems with the customer service. My only problem with this place is the sheer quantity of pr0n they have - The DVD seletion is amazingly vast. Do you want lesbian midget MILFs? Yup - they've probably got a section for it here. You almost have to do some internet research before visiting - I mean how else are you supposed to know that the director on the "Gonzo Teens in Bondage" series did his best work on #4 and then was really just phoning it in for the next 12 installments - so renting #7 is just a waste of time? So... If you don't really know what you're looking for, it might take awhile to find something that tickles your fancy. There's lots of crap to wade thru. The "novelties" section seems huge, but most of the products they carry are junk. Try 365 Days 365 Ways or Forbidden Fruit instead.

Lol at giving a porn store a five star review, whatevs! Their sale selection is AWESOME. I was taken aback and the amount of stuff in it, and it wasn't crappy stuff, either. The store has been reorganized, but I'm not sure when since it's been a little over a year since I was last there. It's much more organized and clean-feeling. Their DVD selection seems pretty dang extensive.

This place definitely wasn't as creepy as I thought it would be, having never been into a store of this sort. I came here with a friend of mine looking for accessories for the veils she was making for a bachelorette party...in addition to other things. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and very friendly in suggesting something not so intimidating. They didn't happen to have it in stock, but I was directed to the other store.

Friend and I went in here looking for bachelorette party gifts and cake pans. We couldn't believe how expensive everything was. Great selection, but prices are maybe the highest they can be. The had dvd's you could rent, toys for men, toys for women, lube, condoms, stuff for bachelorette parties like party favors, wands, candy, and etc. We noticed that there were two light color haired ladies (think one was the manager) were super mean to a girl who was trying to exchange her a broken toy. they stuck their noses up, gave no eye contact to the customer and didn't even give her the respect of looking at her while they were talking to her. They pretended like they were doing stuff and ignored the customer at first. We would actually call them very mean and rude. The customer was actually very nice to them even though they were being super mean to her. From what we overheard, there is no return policy here, so if you buy something broken, they can't do anything about it. You can get store credit but you have to set up an account with them. There was a very sweet and friendly brown a hired girl who offered to help us multiple times. This lady was the one who actually helped the other girl with a broken toy and even tried to fix it for her. She should be the manager because she knew how to deal with the customer in a fair and honest way. Guess the customer service really depends on who services you here. If you need help, go for the brown haired lady. Don't bother talking to other workers. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone. It's just way too pricey.

Went there with a friend and Sarah Lynn assisted us and asked Many questions. She gave me so much advice and was spot on! Showed me around the store, opened my mind to new ideas and purchases. She is def my go to girl now. I went on feb 3rd and have been back already since then. Great job Sarah!

I'll be honest with you. I never thought I would ever be reviewing a 24/7 sex shop but here I am. Actually I was debating whether I should be reviewing it in the first place. I give this place a "thumbs" up. I have been here many times and I don't think I have been there by myself once. It is a cool place to go with a mature fiend or open minded date (after several dates). The prices are fair compared to other spots. Best porn store in the world! I worked here for 3+ years and got to know more about humanity than ever expected. Safe and clean and well-lit, this place is a riot when the bars close on a friday or saturday night. Buy three get one free goes for the rentals too. They take in trades of used smut and buy it back for cash too. They opened a lingerie boutique next door in an old warehouse. Stop in and ask for help finding an obscure 1970's porn with a distant relative in it and I bet they can find it for you. Tens of thousands of titles from under $10 all the way up to the most recent new release and they seem to know where each and everyone is.

Stopped yesterday and was greeted by two lovely ladies at counter. While I was looking around one woman asked if I needed help finding anything specific. There was so much to choose from actually ! Most porn shops just have the jack rabbit and porn videos LOL basic type of stuff.... but this one was great... we were there for an hour and a half and we shopped around and found the perfect thing. It was a comfortable environment as well... no creepy people were there, mostly just other couples. The staff was also very nice!

What can I say about the Dreamers flagship store on I35,....well it doesn't disappoint, that's for sure. The selection of sex toys and novelty items is mind blowing. I was lost for hours.... Had a great experience at Dreamers last Saturday. Been going there many times before hoping to catch a colleague/professor/compatriot there looking for a bo*er. My girlfriend is very shy and she reluctantly agreed to "take the pain" and join me. The girl who greeted and carded us, Rachel was so nice and made her feel comfy and showed her around the collection of sex toys and other gadgets. I was amazed by their 16" dildoes and I thought of buying a black one for my office to scare people. In the meantime I was talking to the other hispanic girl behind the counter (Lori?) and saw their collection of penis glass spoon pipes. I wish my great uncle was alive, I would have bought him one. If i could give this place a 1/4 star, i would! Dreamers = Basically Highway robbery!!! I was "assisted" by an associate, that literately didn't listen to anything I said. In frustration and due to limited time I ended up buying their BS!!! Back to not listening: 1. I asked for ONE garment, However, I was checked out and paid for two of the same product. which both were completely the wrong size. shame on you! 2. I only asked for one of these... "somehow" AND "I'm pretty sure it's common practice in this place. Due to return policy." The sales associate charged for two and I ended up with two. unbeknownst to me! 3, So, as a normal person would, I try to return the UNOPENED, STILL IN STORE PACKAGING AND WRAPPING. However, I was fed a line of BS and was only offered store credit only. HAHAHA!!!! I didn't ask for two in the first place! What kind of racket are you running! Shame on you for this type of business practice! NM.... and shame on you for offering the same kind of practice at your sister store La... Rau...whatever the fuck.... 4. horrible.

WTF??? I had read some good reviews of the place, but when I went there last week, it didn't turn out as well as I had expected. The staff there were in their own world, so forget about customer service. I would have liked some service, but didn't get it. The place could use some spring cleaning too. Rather go to a different adult video store from now on - disgusted. If you go, be warned.
