Like a lot of coffee options near the canal, this is a spot that does a good job catering to cyclists.
Coffee was fine but unmemorable, which is the theme for most of the 6 Montréal coffee shops I tried (Crew Coffee, Osmo x Murasan, Dispatch, Noble Café, Aube Boulangerie, Dreamy) with the exception of White Heron which was striking. Likewise the pastries.
So when all things are otherwise equal, you look at other aspects.
The service was very pleasant and helpful. The staff bilingual. The interior space is divided from a much larger industrial space, so it feels like a coffee shop in a warehouse -- but they did enough to delineate the area. It would've been nice to see more outdoor seating or low-tops.
Overall not a bad neighborhood coffee shop but I wouldn't rush to go out of the way to go here.
