Restaurant Drei Könige

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. Breakfast was terrific with lots of options (fruit, eggs, meats, assorted breads, veggies, juices, several types of coffees) in a very pleasant dining area. Our room was spacious and comfortable with ample storage space. We also appreciated the extra touches like a welcome note and cookies in our room. We opted to add a coffee maker and that was a nice treat. The hotel is an easy, quick walk from the train station and to the old town area along the river. We would certainly stay again! Great place!

Great little hotel. 12 min walk from the train. Good breakfast buffet. Staff very nice. Rooms were ready early. AC worked well. Beds comfy and water hot. Put little cookies in our room. Would recommend. Nice view out the window. Loved Lucerne.

I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the main train station since we were travelling around Switzerland by train. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Their breakfast was very good with choice of hot food, bread, eggs and even rice and salad to cater to their diverse clientele. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were all very friendly. The hotel even offered free bus tickets for our 2 day stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my passengers. I'm a travel agent

Wonderful stay here in April 2023. We had a room on the very top floor with a lovely view out of the attic window. It was very quiet, spacious and a fabulous way to stay our European holiday. The free buffet breakfast had lots of choices and filled us up for most of the day. ||It is about a 15 minute walk from the main train station and visitor information centre, but there is a bus that will get you most of the way (which we only discovered the day after our arrival). A huge bonus was a pass we were given on check-in that allowed us free travel on local public transport, plus discounted entry to various local attractions. (I think this pass is given to all guests checking into local hotels).

The hotel is centrally located with lots of places to visit during your stay. Buses run somewhat frequently and take you everywhere. |The hotel is super clean and the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. Ready to help you. Gabriela, Front Desk, is great and provided us with many tips during our stay. The restaurant serves breakfast which is included, and again the staff was amazing. The WiFi was slow but it was ok. This is a hotel I’d come back!

My wife and I stayed one night at Drei Konige in Lucerne during our eight day train tour of Switzerland this past summer. The room was fairly spacious. One of the features we appreciated was the buffet breakfast. There was a good selection of breakfast items. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the train station and was convenient to Old Town. We had a good stay at Drei Konige.

Positive: The location was great, just off the tourist path, quiet at night and close to local boutique shops. Transit was easily accessible. We had a lovely view of the mountains. Negative: "" Negative: ""

Traveling with a group. The restaurant offered a wide selection of breakfast items that were tasty and appropriately prepared. Setting was comfortable. Restaurant handled the group with ease.

We love having this restaurant attached to the hotel so we can just hop over during rainy evenings. We had delicious burgers and apple pie. There is a charming atmosphere and the staff is very helpful. Our waiter translated the entire menu to English for us!
