Drenched Bar & Grill

Reserved a cabana this past Tuesday, 4/22 and Danielle was our server. She was absolutely wonderful! She had a lot of ground to cover at the adults only pool as there were a decent amount of people there, but she was always timely, incredibly nice and everything was always correct. My husband had the chicken tenders and fries and I had chips and salsa to keep things light. The prices were fair for the portions we received and we were definitely full for awhile after. Everything about our time at the pool was perfect, and we couldn’t thank Danielle enough for being so great to us during our time there!

Used for the pool area. The drinks were refreshing and the service were good. Food was just okay.

The price for drinks is high but no worse than every other pool bar on the strip. The atmosphere makes up for it. Two hours with a drink or two here is almost always cheaper than being in the casino.

Rude service on a Friday afternoon. They listened where exactly I was at at the pool and yet didn’t mention they don’t deliver. Until after 30 min I showed up to ask about it, and only then they showed me the nachos that was waiting there for 30 min + and needless to say I could not eat it. It went to trash. Terrible.

The server, Danielle, was exceptional. Very pleasant and professional. She had a lot of area to cover around pool area but she handled it very well. Got my drink and brought it to me fairly quickly. Definitely glad she waited on me.

Rude bartenders. This was experienced by not only me, but others around me. Bartenders by the poolside appeared irritated and inconvenienced by helping customers. One bartender charged my sister’s husband 5.50 for a soda, and when she went back to get another drink for her daughter, they charged her $16 and had a major attitude about it. Inconsistent and rude!! They are here to represent the company, and make sure you are having a good time.. not provide what we experienced here today!

Our server was a girl named Jacqulyn she is horrible. She saw that we sat at the table looked over a few times and walked by like we didn't exist. I called her over asked for a menu her response sorry don't have any they are out at cabanas you can go inside and look my mom uses a walker takes her a minute. After i said forget it we can look into something else she tgen offered to bring a menu took like 15 minutes by that time i walked in and took a picture of the menu. My daughter requested a strawberry piña colada she came out with a piña colada instead of saying no strawberry to add we would have ordered something else. 25 minutes to bring a cup of water. Go in to check on our order find her chit chatting and our order just sitting there. Never again.

Over priced and it closed way too early! Why is the pool open until 7, but the bar closes at 5?

This is the bar right next to the pool at Excalibur. The outside bar was nothing super special and the bartender wasn't impressionable. She didn't do a bad job but I can't give an experience with her. We got a frozen drink that could be Filled up in a reusable cup and the machines that had the frozen drinks didn't give us fully frozen drinks but that's no one's fault. It was equal to the pool experience being half closed and upgrading to a room that faced a wall with machinery at the bottom of the area haha. Like just part of the mediocrity. don't feel like I had a full enough experience to give a more detailed review but i would still go back to get a drink in the future to be at the pool again

Visited this bar two days in a row while at the Excalibur pool. The frozen drinks are so good! They're actually virgin and can be spiked, so my kids were able to drink a strawberry "daiquiri" while mom and dad drank piña coladas and pineapple whips. The food was just way too expensive, but I did order French fry as a snack, and those wedges were delicious! Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to take pics because I was too busy enjoying my poolside drinks!

If you need a break from the sun and pool then go in here to eat. You order the food as takeout then they bring it to you in the dining area. BLT was delicious Tater tots were delicious Cobb salad was drenched in ranch dressing just the way I prefer I went in my bathing suit so I thought I'd have to grab my cover-up to sit but they said it was needed. Tables had signs that said they've been sanitized. They gave extra napkins and all the right condiments in case you choose to eat at your beach chair.

Dope atmosphere. Pool water was cold but the sun is veaming down right at you. Definitely a family hotel. Definitely a vibe. I had got that I'm on an island feeling.

The food was just okay. But the service was so bad. I asked for a margarita slushy and he made me something red and I'm allergic to red dye and he said it was a margarita slushy but he poured strawberry margarita. I just asked for him to make a regular one and he resumed so I walked away and didn't pay cause I didn't take the drink and he started yelling at me saying I have to pay for the drink! I'm ALLERGIC to red40. I will die and my throat will swell shut. After insisting I pay for the drink and chasing me to my chair i told him to get a supervisor cause the audacity to make me pay for a drink that he made wrong. I would almost change the whole hotel and never stay here again

Waited 40 minutes for an over priced drink that our server forgot to bring. They only brought it out conveniently after we had gone up to the bar and reminded them that we had ordered drinks and mentioned our specific chair numbers... they had no idea they were even requested

Bought one drink on Saturday which was great but was then charged an additional $20 and no one will pick up the phone

I don't normally write bad reviews as the taste of food is highly suggestive, however this bad review is strictly for the price gauge To charge $5 for a tiny fountain drink with NO refills is criminal when it is 110 degrees outside. The food mediocre, $12 for a burger is overpriced but expected for a pool side joint- the Caesar salad was DRY and wilted for $12. Eapeciallly when they serve it up in a plastic to go container, even if you are dining in... the funnel fries at $6 had a burnt oil taste about them, like when oil is re-used and it tastes burnt. Also, they barely have POWDERED SUGAR on them, and we all know that is the best part. The strawberry dipping sauce they provided was good... all in all, I would say go upstairs and get food at Excalibur foood court BEFORE you come to the pool MEH

Customer service is lacking. Chris and Joel at the bar are rude and unfriendly. I waited patiently for 25 min on Joel (only two customers ahead of me) who then decided it was his break time. He told me to see Chris. This bar tender just ignored me and proceeded to wait on people just walking up to the bar. Ridiculous! I will not give them my patronage! Go elsewhere

If you want to come and eat breakfast while enjoying the outside this is probably not the place to come. I wanted to enjoy breakfast while having the pool view. So came here saw nobody was inside the restaurant. So I proceeded to go outside by the bar still no waitress in sight luckily the guy at the cash register give me a menu went outside with my menu hoping the waitress would see me and come to me. Sat there for a few minutes still no waitress. Ended up ordering my food from the guy at the cash register. So now I'm eating in a to go container and still no waitress in sight.

Very friendly staff Charlotte was the best , had an amazing hamburger and fries , was quiet and fairly quick

Great, funny bartenders!! Try the mangotini!! Stay away from the watermelon flavored drink, it was really watered down.

Unbelievable. Staff is really sweet and its clean, but I (unknowingly) had to pay $48 for some slushed down drink in the Excalibur cup, but nowhere on the menu does it list the price. I'm currently waiting for a refund then Ill pay for a regular priced drink...I'll post an update later....

I bought the $25 frozen drink on my first day as refills were only $16/$17, got my cup refilled the next day and noticed they charged my card for $43..scam much!!

I'm not much of a swimmer, but it was effen hot in Vegas Last Saturday. Had to take a dip. I actually like this place. They had like 3 different pools. It wasn't packed like every other Hotel pools in Vegas. It was huge and there was room to swim laps if you wanted to w/out bumping into people.
