Drift is a hidden gem tucked into the first floor of 1 Hotel Seattle. We stopped in not knowing exactly what to expect and were genuinely impressed. The space feels upscale but relaxed — a great atmosphere for both casual dining or a stylish drink at the bar. We shared a few dishes, and everything was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. The beet hummus platter with pita and veggies was simple but flavorful and really fun to snack on. The shrimp wellness bowl was bright and well-balanced, with great textures from the grilled shrimp, quinoa, and crisp greens. The burger and fries? A hit. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — definitely a solid go-to if you’re craving something hearty. The drinks were on point, and the plating across the board showed real attention to detail. Service was friendly and chill — not rushed, but very attentive. We’re currently staying at the 1 Hotel, and having Drift right downstairs has been such a bonus. It’s a stylish little spot that delivers solid food, great drinks, and a laid-back vibe right in the heart of the city. We’ll absolutely be back.

My family & I came to Drift for a delightful Mother’s Day lunch on its very first weekend open. We were wonderfully impressed with the delicious dishes- all so fresh tasting & primarily locally sourced. The ambience is so nice with a focus on natural elements. The staff (Sasha & Jordan) went above & beyond taking care of us & making divine drinks, some even on the house. We live nearby so we’ll definitely be going back again & it will probably become a monthly staple for us cause of the high quality of the food, calm environment, and fair prices. Thank you so much & welcome to the neighborhood. We’re happy you’re here. 🌹

Was going to also say a Hidden Gem is right. I have been here a few times precisely so after Saturday protest went with friends who were visiting from out of town. They loved the decor. Our sever Monika is perfect. Can't wait when Im bad in area for my yummy 7$ glass of glass.

Yelp
I've been excited to see when you'd be open! The ambience is breathtakingly beautiful, from the entrance to the restaurant/dining lounge. Aesthetics are a 5-star as well as functionality and comfort of the furniture. I LOVE the decor. Service was a little slow but likely due to being the first day open - the kindness and generosity makes up for it. The lunch offerings were perfect: a little something for every style (with vegan and seafood options as much as meats). Everything was delicious, and filling. I am so happy to see a new beautiful space to hangout before yoga at DRYP across the walkway. Right on time for spring, and new beginnings!
