I should have written this a long time ago but I live in Northern California and while we have an abundance of great seafood here I love the smoked fish from Drifters. Everything is so good and it truly is something that was caught and made by hand that season. I love the attention to detail and respect how hard it is to do this kind of work and create a great product consistently. Haven’t ordered in a bit but will make sure to do so soon. Thank you! Also can’t eat the hats but love them too!

Have ordered 5lb and 10lb boxes of salmon to get us through the winter when fresh salmon is hard to come by. The fish quality is much better than any other frozen salmon I've had. Also, have ordered the 5lb bags of spot prawns. Love having them in my freezer for a variety of dinners.

I am a Drifters Fish addict! I love the tinned salmon. Divine. Anxious to try the flash-frozen products. They look incredible and I just know they are. These folks know their stuff and I admire their ethos and labor of love. You can taste it in the products.
