I stayed at two Driftwell Properties in between leases. Charles was an amazing host! I stayed at two different locations as my move in date kept fluctuating and Charles was super helpful in finding me lodging! The homes are very well thought out and decorated and are very well located through the Montrose area. Would for sure recommend!

They use a third party billing company which billed me for my stay as a recurring charge which meant I had to cancel my credit card and have a replacement ordered. Also, spent about an hour at the property calling VRBO over and over again until they were able to get a hold of the property manager so I could get into my one-week rental. Unsafe property, plants growing through the stairs up to the back units. AC intake filter in unit 5 was absolutely filthy! Someone in another unit on the property said the AC was not blowing cold air. I did contact the Houston police department regarding real estate fraud involving this property/company as well as the city of Houston Fire Marshall’s office. Beware and stay away from this property!

I stayed for about two months across two Driftwell properties. The homes were clean, with comfortable furnishings and hip decor. Highly recommend Driftwell to others visiting Houston. Charlie is a responsive and very professional host.

Highly recommend this gem very centrally located to so many great spots. Traditional fourplex on the outside, anything but on the inside as the unit is spectacularly appointed with the nicest appliances, fixtures and incredibly quiet. Nice neighbors and easy parking for one car. Walkable to many great spots and an easy Uber to others. Tremendous service checking in and out and terrific answering any questions. Enjoy your visit! We definitely did.
