This used to be our go-to, with consistently excellent service and excellent coffee. In the last few months they've hired some new staff (particularly the young white male(s?)) and it's gone drastically down hill. Twice when my partner brought my coffee drink home it was inedible and got poured down the drain. And the lack of warmth/customer service, when I've gone myself is a STARK CONTRAST to how it use to be. So disappointing :(
EDIT after company’s reply: This review IS about your drive thru. I have been a regular customer since moving to the area 3 years ago. This is not a “random 2 star review”. Firstly, I have never once, in countless visits, been encouraged to taste my coffee before pulling away so that’s interesting that you say that… Secondly, is someone who is picking up coffee for me (as was the case in my two incidents where the coffee was in one instance SO bitter it was inedible, and in the other instance so much almond milk and syrup that I couldn’t taste the espresso at all) supposed to taste MY drink before pulling away? I hope that’s not what you’re suggesting is necessary for quality control of your products! And for context about (who I thought was a white male, and I’m sorry if I’ve misidentified them) the less than satisfactory customer service and overly sweetened overly milked drink I received from this particular worker was most recently last Tuesday 3/25 if that helps you identify the worker in order to better train them.
