The 16 Best Restaurants & Hotels In Saratoga Springs - Saratoga Springs - The Infatuation

"This brewery is constantly busy, with an often packed taproom and plenty of people hanging out on their sprawling patio next to the tableside heat lamps. The taps flow with everything from their craft IPAs to golden ales and sours, and when it’s time for something to eat (we’d estimate that’s after your third beer), there’s all kinds of drinking-friendly food on offer, like Bavarian-style soft soft pretzels with beer cheese dip, a loaded grilled-cheese sandwich stuffed with pulled chicken and bacon, and macaroni and cheese served in a hot skillet. You might even catch some live music on their patio if you stick around long enough." - lauren breedlove

Nice spot worthy of a stop with a simple varied menu. Good with kids. Our part of 6 enjoyed Steak Frites, Mac n Cheese, Salads and other apps.

In an alleyway, tucked away, the flagship of Druthers Brewery stands in the center of Saratoga Springs. Walking up to Druthers felt like it had been there for a century. The iron gates, the outdoor wooden roof, and tables filled with people cheerful and creating memories. Once inside the Brewery, there was a nice subtle but familiar feeling with the openness of the bar but booths snuggled away for privacy. The staff is making it feel like visiting a friend's or family's party. They were present and always wanted to make sure that you were comfortable. Giving out recommendations on new and old products on the menu helped make the experience better as Druthers has so much! The food and beer did not disappoint! The beer was flavorful, enjoyable, and poured beautifully with a great head of foam at the top. If you can't decide they offer a flight to try 5 of them. The food came out steaming and ready to eat. Appetizers are very unique and fun to have as they have normal ones like Mozz sticks or unique ones. The main dish (that is a staple) is always the Mac and Cheese. This dinner never disappoints! It's creamy, savory, and so delicious that it's hard to leave any to take home! The overall experience is absolutely wonderful! From atmosphere to staff to menu to price. If you're a beer lover, horse race fanatic, or in the area, you have to go to Druthers to get an amazing experience.

Love this place. Great customer service. Friendly and chill environment. Huge selection of beers. One of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. Definitely worth checking out for a quick bite.

Druthers hits the spot! Their IIPAs in my opinion overtook Treehouse for balanced deliciousness. The fries with my burger were perfect Belgian crispy style; I mixed buffalo sauce into the “burger sauce” to make a Belgian Samurai Sauce for them out of respect. Food came out time warp fast. The smash burgers were a little fatty instead of crispy, but yummy. Do not skip this place.

Visited while in town for the Phish show. Was there on Saturday, 7/26/2025 (around 4PM if you want to look up my transaction.) It was busy, but not full. We walked in and got a couple of bar seats immediately, so nobody was in the weeds. Overall... Great place. Fantastic beer selection. Amazing atmosphere inside and out. However, bartenders both looked and acted like someone just ran over their dogs. Wait staff all wore frowns. Nobody was friendly, smiling or happy to be there. Bartenders were clearly unhappy, and the most they would grunt to us was 1-2 word sentences. I would imagine this is a result of poor/inexperienced/prematurely promoted management - based on my experience in the industry. As we know, poop rolls downhill. Clearly what is happening here given EVERYONE on staff was wishing they were somewhere else. Shame, it is a gorgeous facility with an amazing product. We just didn't feel like we were wanted there. So we had a beer and left.

Final stop during our weekend getaway to Saratoga and this was a killer spot for a Sunday afternoon. The beer flight was wonderful. Terrific patio space and really great service.

We have been to their Albany location several times and I don’t recall ever waiting for a table, but we came on a busy Saturday afternoon and we waited about 25 mins. That’s not the end do the world. Service was good, food was, too. We sat in the outdoor area which is pretty cool. Very nice area. We shared one of their famous Mac n’ Cheese dishes, a pizza, and cheese curds. All were really great. I don’t at all like how hard it is to find parking in Saratoga. It’s super busy during summer (which I guess I should have been more aware of). We had to loop around a few times before we finally found a spot. On a positive note - parking was free. Other than that - it’s a 5 star restaurant.
