We had our first trip to Dry Fly while family was visiting us. We had such a good experience with Jill that we returned again only a couple of days later. Logan was just as wonderful and it was also nice hearing about the quality of food and high standards from Avont. We will definitely keep returning because of the great customer experience from staff and also the great food we've had (hot honey/pepperoni and pulled pork/peach flatbread)!

Wonderful people, great service, fun atmosphere and really neat to see the works behind you. They must stop on your adventures, and they have a great huckleberry vodka.Although it does kind of taste like tequila, you be the judge.

Google
At the FLY for a weekly PODcast 'Friday Conversations' Had a chance to stick around and try their Twisted Caesar Salad.....excellent. Then came the 3-taster flight.....wow what a treat! Very chill atmosphere Spence and TEAM go over the top to accommodate. Jillian is the BOMB....ask for her

We arrived about 45 minutes after it open so it was pretty empty. My husband got a flight and another drink, I tried the lavender lemonade and it was too dry for me but I did drink it. The waiter was very helpful and even let us know that they could come out and speak with me about my allergy needs. My husband ordered the jalapeno burger and I was able to speak directly to the cook given my allergies and was able to have more than one option on the menu and I ended up getting the Chipotle chicken wrap, and got a side salad with the chipotle vinegrette which was amazing. When we left we grabbed two things from the gift shop the port barrel finish whiskey as well as a bar matt. It was a great experience overall and we will be back!

Google
I was there about a month ago! We had incredible food, and a fantastic waitress. Can not remember her name, because she needs mad props! We did a tasting and she stay an hour and a half past her shift to give us a private tour of the distillery. We had a great time and lefts with lots of stuff. Bar Matt’s, a few bottles , T-shirts, tasting board, glasses, and stickers. Super cool place, will definitely visit again!

Google
I had to plan a dinner for my company. There were corporate officers that attended from out of town. Although I was not there the feedback was amazing. They loved the server who had an outstanding personality. They enjoyed the food and drink. I heard the flat bread was a hit along with the burgers. They asked on their return to go back there. I am very thankful it went so well! Big thanks to the staff! My boss said 10 out of 10 service!

Google
It's a nice place to pick up a bottle and have a meal. Had a ceaser salad with grilled chicken. The salad was one of the better ones I've had. The grilled chicken was cooked nicely with no seasoning at all. Pinch of salt, dash of pepper, I would think is the norm for grilled chicken. The service was very nice. I would come back to chill and try the other stuff on the menu.

Brian L.

Google
Absolutely loved this spot. I came in right after they opened on a Friday. Staff was extremely friendly and inviting. I sat at the bar and chatted with staff from various parts of the establish as well as fellow patrons. We discussed their cocktail classes, moving states, raising kiddos, tastes in food, and about recent events in spokane. I felt welcomed in as a part of a community despite only visiting and being there by myself. The food was fantastic, the flight i had was superb across the board, and the cocktail recommendations exceeding expectations. I snagged a bottle heading out the door for sure. I dont normally write Google reviews but this was such a positive experience that I wish I had more time on my parking meter to hang out.

Yelp
What's not to love about Dry Fly? Seriously the atmosphere is mesmerizing I love the big glass floor to ceiling windows you can sit and watch the process. As you sip one of their many cocktails combinations. I told the bartender to make me something that showcased their gin, something that would make it shine. She made me a honey basil gimlet. It was delicious floral botanical flavored drink with a tinge of juniper sneaking through subdued by the basil and honey, so easy to drink, dangerously easy. My husband ordered a whiskey flight. He is a huge whiskey bourbon collector, he wasn't impressed but that's ok I am a gin collector and I love Dry Fly gin. We didn't eat but the menu look delicious and I heard they have incredible burgers, next time!

Yelp
It took over an hour to get our food. There were only 4 tables with people at them. The cooks were just standing around in the kitchen. Sure didn't look busy. The waiter was rude and unresponsive. We were given the excuse that there was an event upstairs they were cooking for but like I said the cooks didn't look busy at all.

George P.

Yelp
We have been going to Dry Fly for years but this is twice in a row we have had a bad experience. The last time was a Sunday and there were only three occupied tables. After waiting an hour, our food never came out. So we walked out. We tried them again tonight. The pours were very generous but the food (steamed mussels) took over an hour. When we complained the sever told us that it was our problem and if we wanted to complain to post a review to yelp. So here we are. The food, (when it finally came out) was very good, but the service is exceptionally slow and rude. Find somewhere else - anywhere else to go out. I like the spirits but the service was not good at all.

Yelp
Dropped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised - friendly service, fun atmosphere, good shareables. Loved the flavors of the chipotle chicken salad! I omitted the chicken since I'm not much of a meat eater. The roasted red peppers were a nice touch and the homemade dressing was flavorful and spicy- loved it! The flatbread offerings are fun! Although messy and sticky, we enjoyed the pepperoni and hot honey flatbread. The feta pizza went down nicely too! I'll definitely return to try their Old Fashioned, get the salad and another flatbread. Street parking is tough so allow time.

Yelp
This new gnocchi dish is some of the best food I have ever had. Such an amazing dish.

Yelp
Solid distillery. Solid alcohol options available. I dont know the name of the location but felt downtown. Parking could be an issue, I think there are some lots within walking distance, plus you are around a brewery or two as well. I really like the merch and togo options here. I think a different day, not on our way out of town we would have tried more and maybe even purchased something. We did a flight and it was nice, but there were like 3 other whiskeys I would have tried, but we were leaving shortly, so it didnt make a ton of sense. For me I would recommend.

Yelp
Jared N was the server identified on my receipt...worst customer service ever. He had a chip on his shoulder from the very beginning and there was only one other party present at his business when we went in. Jared was was very dismissive and talked over us when questions were asked about 2 separate menu items. We couldn't figure out why he seemed ignited from the start but he seemed to just want to hang out at the bar and talk with his coworker. I loved Dry Fly until recently. My family will not return. Just remember, when a bad experience of customer service occurs, we all tell 10 people. It's really too bad that 1 person can change all that for a business when previous experiences were great.
google avatar

Michele G.

Yelp
This place was cool! Service was friendly and attentive. Great aesthetic and the drinks were so good! The food was delicious! Burger was so good! Great merch section too!
google avatar

Kurt G.

Yelp
Very personable service. Great drinks. Good prices, even better with happy hour. A tasting flight of 3 whiskeys is a better $5. Even more, you can probably get a few free tastes at the store. Happy hour is $1 of of drinks and $2 off of some food. We didn't try the food, but it smelled Delicious. No televisions, which is actually appreciated. The staff is happy to talk about whiskey, cocktails, food. All very friendly. The windows into the production area make for a cool view.

Brooke R.

Yelp
I recently rented the mezzanine space for my husband's birthday. Everything from start to finish was top notch! From the amazing event planner, to the food/drinks and bar staff. I can't express enough how wonderful it all was. I definitely recommend this place for hosting your next party! Zero complaints on my end. Thank you so much Dry Fly!

Austin N.

Yelp
This place was a great find for us. They had good food and reasonably priced drinks. We tried a couple of cocktails as well as a flight of their liquors. We also had the flatbread which was very good. Our server was friendly and responsive.

Yelp
Dry Fly is my 256th brewery/distillery. Yes, I'm mixing breweries and distilleries on my list. It's my list I'll do what I want... Dry Fly has been on our to do list for awhile now. SWPFTD has had their gin and liked it so we figured we had to check it out. We were meeting up with my cousin and her husband for lunch and Dry Fly was a great choice. It wasn't very busy on a Friday at 1pm. I started with a three taster flight of whiskeys which were all good. The port barrel aged was my favorite. I ordered a smoked pork sandwich with elote corn pasta. Both were really good. SWPFTD went with a cilantro lime chicken salad, which came with lots of avocado. Very tasty! I finished up with an old fashioned which wasn't the absolute best I've ever had, but was still quite good. We will definitely come back to Dry Fly. The food was great. The service was great, and the cocktails were damn good too! If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! https://www.yelp.com/collection/-8iscFkpiiCI563-FDfwGg and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you!

Yelp
Fun Very nice place to go for the distillery experience. Everyone is very friendly! Food came out quick and was very tasty!

Yelp
Steams clams were excellent. Bourbon 101 is my favorite. Quiet setting but that can vary on events going on.

Yelp
Visiting from Kentucky aka Bourbon Country, I had to visit Dry Fly Distilling. My luck, a tour was taking place and I jumped in. The distillery is beautiful and the storytelling is amazing! Where can you get $5.00 Bourbon tastings?!?! This Distillery. Jill made me feel like I'm back in Louisville . She is super kind knowledgeable!

Donald K.

Yelp
Great food and drink. Our server Spenser bestowed a vast amount of spirts knowledge upon us. We will definitely be back soon.

M G.

Yelp
I'm not sure if you can review a place more than once, but here goes. AWESOME AS ALWAYS!!! Jill sat us again and took our orders. She is spot on and a wonderful person. Always great to see her. Their whiskey is some of my favorite! Always get a couple of bottles (Caldonian). Can't go wrong with that one! Now let's talk food! Which is one of the main reason I'm writing this review Avont is the chef and he puts out INCREDIBLE TASTING FOOD! I ALWAYS start with a 3 Taster Flight for $5. That's not a typo....$5. Then we order one Hot Honey Pepperoni flatbread pizza to split. It's SOOOOOOO GOOD! The pics look good, but don't do it justice! Ridiculous is a better word. Then there's the Linguini and Clams! Perfectly cooked clams (tender) and the linguini also perfectly cooked! But then you are left with all that amazing sauce . The solution? Order some additional toasted bread and soak it all up! Then we order another Hot Honey Pepperoni flatbread pizza. Tops the meal off perfectly! Jill and Avont are two wonderful people that always take care of us when we come in!.....despite me being a big Steelers fan . HUGE thank you to both of you and see you soon!

Yelp
I'm always proud to go home to visit and brag to people back in Texas how friendly people are in Spokane. Unfortunately, 8/31/25 this wasn't the case my first time visiting your establishment for the Huckleberry Lemon Drop, which was delicious. The guys ordered manhattan's and noticed the cherrys were missing and asked the server and he replied yeah we're out of them. The burratta was served and the menu mentioned hot honey. I went to the bar and mentioned that the menu called for hot honey and it was missing. I was thinking like mikes hot honey. Our server said he didn't make the food. I left the bar. Our server, the only one besides the bar keeper never checked on us throughout the visit. He reluctantly stopped as he walked by for the request of the bill. I tried to get his attention with an excuse me while he was at our table but resisted my attention until I said excuse me sir, I'm sorry but he cut me off mid sentence and barked I don't need this. What I wanted to apologize for the hot honey, that there was warm honey on the burratta and in Texas hot honey means spicy honey not warm honey and that I misunderstood this but he was dismissive with his reply. I, along with my party, was shocked with his word choice and rudeness. We were never rude with our server to warrant this behavior. We settled the bill with proper tip. Once we got up to leave, he sarcastically snapped from the bar you all come back. His tone wasn't delivered warmly or received well at that point. The servers poor behavior was met with like response. My party of 8 ordered drinks and food. We tipped. We had 2 questions regarding our order the whole time we were there to be met with someone who didn't want to be apparently bothered with questions he was serving food and drinks. It was a sad day for Spokane and us. He made it the worst experience along with the bartender that went along with it. He too never tried to make the situation better.

Richard P.

Yelp
Neat local distillery. Be sure to try the ciders(they do samples). Food and service were both great.
google avatar

Carlie L.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about this spot. The drinks, atmosphere, food, and staff are all top notch. Whether you like whiskey, vodka, beer, wine, salads, flatbreads, or seafood, they've got it all and they do it well. The old fashioned is one of the best I've ever had. I'll be back soon to try more!
google avatar

Marlene V.

Yelp
Just flew in from California to celebrate my wife's Birthday in her hometown. On the way to her parent's house we decided to eat here. The food was really good. I recommend it. The chipotle chicken wrap, burger, and chips were awesome!!!! Very friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!!!

Karen L.

Yelp
Came by while waiting for a show. We just had drinks, but the food looked good. service was very good And they weren't crowded on Valentine's Day.
google avatar

Alden C.

Yelp
Impressive location near the downtown area of Spokane! The tasting room is large and sleek! Plenty of room for seating! They have an equally impressive gift shop as well where you can get various kinds of apparel and get some of their signature drinks in cans to go. For this distillery we tried two of their popular drinks. One was the Gin and Tonic and the other was the Moscow Mule. I liked the mule most of all but I'm very biased towards that particular cocktail! Excellent distillery and well worth revisiting when in Spokane!
google avatar

Jill M.

Yelp
One of hubby's favorite spots when we visit Spokane always have to pick up a few bottles. The staff is helpful and will let you try almost everything before you buy

Paul S.

Yelp
They have awful customer service. I placed an online order to be a Christmas gift. However, I notice the delivery address was incorrect on the confirmation. I immediately called, ended up with the answering machine. Called three more times leaving messages about the order number and error. No response, the next day I called a couple more times, finally they answered. I explained the problem and was told they would take care of it as the bottle would not ship for a couple of days. Well, I received a text this morning and it is getting delivered to incorrect address. 75$ wasted on incompetence.
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
The location is really cool looking. Has a nice lunch there. Not inexpensive though. I'll need to go back for dinner and drinks.
google avatar

Lucy M.

Yelp
Trendy & tasty drinks. A good place to have a drink or two! Great for intimate or group gatherings. We went this past Friday (after thanksgiving) and they were having a free tasting flight, unfortunately the waitress did not hold this up and I was very upset and commented on their instagram post- luckily someone did reach out to me and offered to make it up and a free 4 pack. I was unable to stop by as I had to fly back home but next time I'm back i. Washington we will definitely be stopping by!
google avatar

Jacques I.

Yelp
Washington's first small craft distillery! We visited Dry Fly Distilling, as we saw that it was next to Lo-Fi Brewhouse. I've had their liquors before, so was pleased to find that the distillery was so close to where we were. With that said, we decided to pop in for a drink. You immediately smell the barrels of booze when you walk in. The space is open with large communal tables and a full bar of people. I loved how social the staff was with all those sitting in the bar, as you could tell they really care about the work they do and the products sold here. The menu features tasting flights and cocktails. For a cocktail I saw there was an Old Fashioned Bartender's Choice, so I told the bartender I wanted something with vodka. She came back with a vodka-based old fashioned with chocolate bitters and some Kahlua. It was an unexpected concoction, but was fantastic! I really enjoyed it, as it with a smooth drink with a high-quality vodka. I definitely recommend visiting Dry Fly while in town! The liquors are really good and well-balanced, and love that you can try them in different cocktails. They also do tours here on certain days and times and serve light snacks. It was a fun place to visit; I'm glad we checked it out.

Lindsey V.

Yelp
We highly recommend Dry Fly! Spencer is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about everything Dry Fly has to offer. We had a wonderful time chatting with him and tasting their excellent whiskeys and cocktails.

Samantha E.

Yelp
The ambience was great in that you could see the distillery itself from your table and have your drink at the very place it's created from start to finish. The flatbread with pepperoni cups and honey was the perfect amount of spicy and sweet, while also being a light snack to share! The chef was really friendly, had a great sense of humor, and our server, Jill, offered to take a picture of my friend group directly in front of the distillery! To top it off, the whiskey drinks were smashing! We even bought some cans to go!

Frank H.

Yelp
went there last night and they had one server tending bar and serving tables. we waited 15 minutes and he never even acknowledged us. and the cook stood in the kitchen scowling. there was an order up that was on the counter the entire 15 minutes we were there. we finally left and went across the street. we've been here in the past and the food was great as were the drinks and service. seems the place has really gone downhill. we will not be back.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Went with some friends for a fun night out. The staff was super friendly and helpful informing us about the different whiskey to try. Food was great. I had the grill cheese with pulled pork wife had a flatbread with pork and peaches. Both were very good . We'll be back
google avatar

Shana C.

Yelp
This place is a must! The vibe is awesome! The space is so cool with huge windows into the distilling area! As soon as you walk through the front door it's so bright and inviting! Drinks are fantastic and unique! Food was flavorful and plentiful! We had the turkey sandwich, mussels, clams, grilled cheese and jerk chicken salad. Presentation was beautiful and everything was delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Dry Fly is just plain and simple AWESOME. The tasting room had been on my bucket list for months, as I love whiskey and love to support local businesses. Finally my husband and I checked it out this weekend, and it was worth it. We began with tasting flights, and it was really special to note the differences, especially in smell, between the different styles (corn v. wheat, etc). The best sipper was definitely the coffee-infused wheat whiskey. We ended up buying an "adult lunch box" of three spirits. You can mix and match any of the smaller-sized spirits for $50. We did vodka, bourbon, and the coffee-infused wheat whiskey. Deliciousness in a box! We also had a cocktail afterwards, and they were both delicious. He did the vodka-rita, and he really liked it. The only bummer was that the bartender adds a touch of honey for sweetness, which isn't on the menu. My husband doesn't eat honey, so he wished he had known this up front. I did my old favorite, the Manhattan. They don't make vermouth, so they use a bourbon-soaked cherry juice instead. WOW! It was such a great Manhattan. I truly love this place and am happy to see it thriving.
google avatar

Mackenzie O.

Yelp
If you are looking for a great spot to grab a cocktail, look no further! Dry Fly is fantastic and I stopped in during happy hour with a girlfriend - both of us were extremely impressed! The distillery makes all of their liquor in house, so it was fun to be able to sip our drinks while watching some of the distilling process ensue. I got the Whiskey Smash and it was delicious. As someone who does not typically like whiskey, there was not too much of a bite to the drink and the added berries were a fun touch - definitely recommend. There is a plethora of food options as well, so come by and grab a drink ($1 off cocktails during happy hour!) and some snacks and enjoy an evening with friends or family!

Scott M.

Yelp
We very much enjoyed Dry Fly Distillery. I had Randall's Burger and elote pasta with a Spokane mule to wash it down. Wife had the 3 cheese flatbread with a Huckleberry Lemon Drop. All of the food drinks were great! Definitely recommend this place.
google avatar

Catherine C.

Yelp
A cool spot to grab a drink to go or dine in. They have a great selection of classic cocktails made with alcohol being distilled right next door, it's like farm to table but with drinks they have a small bar for seating but plenty of table top options as well. I was surprised to find they have a kitchen as well and might have to go back to try their food.
google avatar

Patty E.

Yelp
Jason best bartender ever!!! The best old fashioned drinks in town! We have tasted at least 10 different restaurants in town, and Dry Fly is still the winner! Totally check them out!!
google avatar

Dayna C.

Yelp
As the first customers to come in, we were greeted immediately by the bartender. I wish I could remember his name! I'm terrible with names! In any event, they can do flights for you here as well as make mixed drinks for you. Everything was going great until a very large crowd of people came in as an unexpected 'Tour'. There was only one guy on the clock on a Saturday! So we didn't stay too much longer after that, as we didn't want to give the bar tender much more work as he needed to take care of a large group of about 13 people. The drinks were very tasty! I enjoy their vodka and gin options. I often use their spirits for my mixed drinks as they are pretty smooth.

Marla W.

Yelp
I ate the best cheeseburger today at Dry Fly! The custom cocktail was awesome too. It was today's special. I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Casey H.

Yelp
Dry fly was a huge supporter of the community during the pandemic (spokanitizer ) so we wanted to support local. We went to their new distillery and tasting room to check it out and have a drink. The tasting room is super cool and trendy...lots of seating available. My Moscow mule (requested huckleberry vodka) was disappointing. It tasted super watery and had little flavor. Hubby's old fashioned was solid. They also have food here but we didn't try any. Next time to support this place, I'll buy a bottle and make my own mule!

Craigery H.

Yelp
Genuine terrible service. If you like to the feeling of being an inconvenience this is the place for you. Similar to when you're really sick and need help doing something but you feel bad asking.

B H.

Yelp
A friend and I came in a few weeks ago. Food was good but service was slow and rather rude. You must be accustomed to complaints because you were quick to hand us a drink coupon to be used at other time. I thought I would give you a second chance by coming back in yesterday. My other friend and I sat and waited while the wait staff walked by our table several times and waited on three other groups that came in after us. This all the while your manager (guessing) sat near us and saw it all happen...or not happen as it turned out. Friend and I left. Got too big for your britches?

Phil B.

Yelp
This is our first meal here. Have had many drinks and ALWAYS LOVE the drinks and staff. The meals AMAZING.... OMG !!! Bloody Mary spiced hummus A+, Pac NW Salmon A+ Dry Fly Tandoor Oven Plate A+ Really a great selection and wonderful time
google avatar

Sandra A.

Yelp
First things first this is a distillery not really a bar so if you are looking for multiple drinks then this is not the place for you. Now that that is out of the way ... this place is fabulous and I really wish it was a true bar because I would love to have more thank 2 drinks (the max) when I go there. They distill their alcohol on-site and if you call ahead of time they might be able to give you a tour (they just need more than one person working at a time to be able to do this so that is why they need a heads up is what I was told). They also have a back room with all their barrels and you can rent it out for events ! They currently have a drink called the " basic witch" which has whiskey and pumpkin it might not sound good but it is amazing and would highly recommend. Every time I have family or friends come to visit from out of town I always make sure to bring them here and everyone so far has fallen in love with Dry Fly.

Yelp
Great staff amazing food and unbeatable drinks. I hit dry fly whenever I'm in Spokane and the nee location is really great

Erika G.

Yelp
Wow! This whiskey is so good. Can't wait to come again. Came on a Friday and got to hear live music as well. We got some bottles to go. Burger was also delicious. I'm not a fan of the Mac and cheese but the burger and drinks were all good

Michael L.

Yelp
In town for business, I saw that this was a short walk away from the hotel, The Davenport, and thought I would give it a try. I had tried the Dry Fly whiskey previously and was impressed. It was early evening, so a light crowd, but service was top notch and attentive. I ordered a flight of a few whiskeys and the Stewed Mussels, your whiskey is vey good but the food is excellent. You guys are knocking it out of the park with your menu all of the dishes that I saw going to other patrons also looked great. The Triticale whiskey is really nice it's like a great balance of a mellow wheat whiskey with a spicy rye flavor. Overall Great Job! Keep up the good work!

Lynn S.

Yelp
Very disappointed in service. Took 45 minutes to get lunch. Frustrating watching the cook wander around while you wait for lunch!
