You can eat all kind of meat as you can. The meat is nice & delicious, korean style bbq was nice choice. Maybe next time I'll come again. Also service was good.

Google
We had the "Grand Opening Special" for dinner and at that price point, the menu choices and quality of the meal was definitely worth it. Service was a little awkward at times but nothing too bad and overall good. It was usually quick and we had enough food orders going on to keep the grill going for the most part. I'd definitely come back, particularly for the convenience of having a place like this of decent price and quality when in this part of town. I might try the regular menu next time for the added menu options.

I was so excited to enjoy the DTLA AYCE KBBQ and it was my first time to visit this place without going to KTOWN! Honestly, I was attracted by its snacks through yelp pictures. Off course, its price is another attraction since it is only $26.95 for all day no matter weekend or weekdays. If I only want some good quality meat to enjoy at night, I might just take the $26.95 level. However, I took the highest-level $39.95 per person since it has more choices of meat including a limited order of rib eye steak and unlimited delicious snacks and sides. When we sat down, they provide us a house salad, macaroni and spicy tomato chip. They did not provide kimchi like other KBBQ no matter what level. I ordered fried calamari, rose ddukbokki, miso soup, seafood ramen, steamed egg and corn cheese as my snacks while I waited for the meat. Highly recommend ROSE DDUKBOKKI and CORN CHEESE especially the rose ddukbokki. It was hard to decried its sauce, um, like a rich, creamy spicy tomato sauce with butter. It contains sausage, rice cake, bacon and sheet jelly?(I guessed). Anyway, both my partner and me agreed it is delicious. Corn cheese is not only corn with cheese. We could felt that the restaurant add some favor inside and it is tasty. Other snacks are good too but not outstanding as rose ddukbokki. I was so sad that I could not order other snacks such as cup ramen fried rice, kimchi jjigae, Korean fried chicken bites etc.. I was too full to enjoy other snacks. For meat, I highly recommend its rib eye steak that was soft and juicy. Also, their beef belly series are outstanding. I could feel the fat melt in my mouth and the beef belly was fresh(sometimes in other AYCE KBBQ, I could feel the beef belly was not that fresh and the taste was odd). Pork jowl was thick cut!!! It was al dente and tender. Trust me, I thought it is better than pork belly (its price should be higher than pork belly in supermarket). Beef brisket was tasty too but I would mix it with beef belly since I thought it was not tender enough. Rib finger and LA galbi were common and not as my expectation. However, I highly suggest the owner of DTLA KBBQ add beef tongue into the menu. I was a little sad that the menu does not contain beef tongue for the highest-level. Its environment is special and the whole restaurant inside is hallway. Natural draft makes so little greasy dirt. I did not feel hot even without air conditioner. It has TVs in front of tables and I think it is a nice place to enjoy sport game night with friends. Its employees are nice but busy. Btw, street parking is $4 per hour, and nearby there is a parking lot shows $15. At the end of the meal, we can choose one ice cream per person as happy ending lol. All in all, I will come again but next time I might take the $26.95 level since I think this level is good enough to enjoy most of meat under a lower price.

Google
We had a big group and service was exceptionally slow. We were constantly looking for servers so that we could order more food. We were always lacking meat and if you didn’t specify exactly how many pieces of meat you wanted then only 1 piece of short rib would come out when we clearly stated enough for the table limit. Food was whatever and it was expensive. Not coming back.

Google
A wonderful first time experience. A solid cozy but comfortably spacious tables for you and your loved ones to enjoy an intimate dinner together. We came in for their end of the year special although they didn't specify one coupon per person per transaction I really enjoyed the atmosphere and they had a solid selection of protein options. Not the best with their side dishes but I'll give them an A for effort. Special thank you to our amazing and attentive server and team Erick or Derick and friends y'all made our dining experience from a solid 6 to a 8.5! With unique sides like simple nachos with a complex yet savory and addictive salsa topped with cotija cheese, tots, onion rings and more. If y'all get their top menu you'll be able to sample a much larger variety of proteins. Whether it's your first time at Korean BBQ or a seasoned veteran of the meaty arts DTLA AYCE is a great stop for you. Plenty of parking all alongside the building. Make sure to bring your appetite and a few friends! PS black beef brisket all day! We had 3 orders.

Google
This is a new AYCE Korean BBQ place in Chinatown, LA. I am so suprised that how good quality food they provide. They offer premium-quality meats, seafood, and a variety of sides, like black Angus beef brisket, rib eye, Cajun shrimp, corn cheese, Galbi Jim, and a total of 39 dishes, all included for one price of $39.95 for adults and $19.95 for children. We also got their special menu item, the beef clay stone pot. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The decor is very stylish. Great spot yo enjoy the LA night skyline. Service is excellent! Will come back next time!

Google
The food is just ok. But what makes the experience really bad, is that they force you to leave at least 12% of tip. I know why they do that. (I also worked as a waitress a couple of years) But now one wants to be obligated or force to do anything. Whenever I go to a restaurant I usually leave at least 18% of tip, but just the feeling of being forced to do something, makes me feel upset. Also, the service is not good, we arrived at 8:30 and they were saying all the time that they were gonna close at 10:00. Kind of annoying Lastly, forcing people to tip is illegal.

Camly

Google
Everything was so good! They have great options, and everything is very high quality. Plus, love the outdoor vibes. The servers are so helpful, and the plates are a good size so you can try all the cuts of meat. Definitely will be back.

Yelp
Clean eating area, good customer service, cozy, good food. In this restaurant, I was well treated and there were no issues at all. The place was cozy as well, it was my first time eating here.
google avatar

HOUMAN A.

Yelp
C- Food awful Service awful... only two servers for a table of 20 Quality of meat is beneath standards ..... will complete in detail on another time. This is just a reminder.
google avatar

Chris R.

Yelp
We felt rushed. We came in an hour before closing and it looked they wanted to close early. This is an odd space. Kinda built in alleyway. The food was ok, but nothing actually stood out. I felt the one order only items weren't flavored well. They didn't bring out Banchan, but you had to order it as separate order each. Portion sizes were all over the place. I guess it's fine for Chinatown. The good news is there was free ice-cream on the way out.

Yelp
long-winded rant incoming: tried this ayce kbbq restaurant after seeing them all over instagram and was disappointed out of my mind. I genuinely cannot fathom how they have such great reviews when what we experienced was below par! to start, calling service slow was an understatement. without exaggeration, we had to ask multiple times for water, kimchi, or more meat, and after multiple asks, would wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes. extremely inefficient when only given 90 min to eat. the ONLY thing that came out in under 5 minutes was the CHECK. secondly, we noticed our fire going out and that our meat wasnt cooking as quickly. alerted the waitress and she could not help because it was already at the highest heat setting. so we sat and waited for our pork jowl to cook for half an hour and only ate the thinly sliced brisket because that's the only thing that would cook! come to find only AFTER we finished and paid, the grill was OUT OF PROPANE. also-- what kind of kbbq restaurant doesn't have 반찬 ?? the only decent memory was that the quality of the meat was fresh for an ayce establishment and the music was good overall, was not a pleasant experience and I can't say I'd ever be back
google avatar

Daniella P.

Yelp
The service was alright here. It took a long time to get refills and to ask for more meats, and sometimes certain meats we ordered wouldn't come or dishes we never ordered would arrive as well. They didn't offer kimchi as a side which was kinda odd. The spicy marinated meats were very good and were actually pretty spicy. The interior was pretty cool and they gave us free melon ice cream sticks which was nice and also very delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely loved this spot! The service was super quick and friendly here. The meat was high quality and tasted great! We loved that there were tons of options for the AYCE. The beef belly and boneless prime cuts were our favorite! The best part was that they let us bring our dog in the outdoor patio section. Can't wait to come back to this spot :)

Yelp
Had a great dinner date at DTLA last night. I was surprised to see the concept of being sort of in a covered patio / alleyway lol. But it didn't take away from the experience at all. It was actually pretty nice and cozy. They do have heaters that you can ask for if they haven't brought them out yet. I wonder if they have plans on opening up a bigger indoor dining area? The service was great, really attentive and we actually never had to wait too long to order more or ask for a grill change. They kept up a steady pace. Meat quality for the Kalbi and boneless short rib was amazing. Tender, juicy cuts, marinades were perfectly balanced. My only gripe is the 1 per limit on the kalbi. 1 serving per 2 people was literally just one piece of kalbi . Kinda hard to evenly share 1 piece lol. Beef belly is always one of our faves. The pork belly was so so. It had a thick fat cap on the serving we had, and the texture threw me off. They have some really fun sides. The cup ramen fried rice seemed to be the star of the many side dishes. It was pretty good! Love the creativity & the way it's served. They don't have a lot of the more traditional banchan though, but my husband really enjoyed the fish cake! Overall great option.

Yelp
It was me and my partner's first time ever dining at the restaurant. We love the entrance and the lovely art design on the wall. It was a unique look for a hidden gem. We got the second tier for more alternative sides and entree. Safe to say, I enjoyed the appetizers more

Yelp
Went to this spot on a whim with my brothers (all 5 of them) and everyone enjoyed their meal. The seating is mostly outside, which I personally do not mind bc on my way out I didn't smell like BBQ. I liked how you have the option of two prices; each price determines which meats/dishes you have access too. Try the japchae for sure...it's not like grandma's but it gets the job done. As far as service, everything was pretty solid. Many thanks for providing complementary ice cream on the way out. It comes in clutch if you choose to go with a lot of the spicy protein/dish options. I'd go back easily. Location is better than having to go to Ktown, in my opinion.
google avatar

Yelp
It's situated in a narrow patio type setting with several tables to accommodate. We were greeted when we arrived. You can add your info to check in on their keypad but since they were not too busy, we were sat right away. Since it's outside, you don't get that smokiness all over. I'm thinking it can get cold in the winter. They have tvs around and had the Dodgers game on. The servers were all nice and friendly. I loved how they all work together to make sure that we were ok throughout our experience. From changing out our grill, refilling our drinks, and placing our next meat order. We decided to do the special menu for $26.95 a person. They have limited meats on this menu and you choose 3 each time around and 3 sides. I enjoyed the chicken marinades the most. The beef bulgogi didn't taste as I know. The pork belly was good. Do not do the octopus. It tasted much like ocean. I thought it was going to be tentacle pieces of octopus. The white rice was good. The gyoza were greasy as I bit one and it dripped on me. Overall food was a 3-4 but the service made up for it. A cool touch is that they offer an ice cream you can pick up when you leave. They had red bean popsicle or mango. The Mango was good!

Yelp
We've been to a lot of Korean barbecue, all you can eat, restaurants. So when I give my review, it's with full knowledge of how it should be. This was left lacking. Our first plate of meat was so grotesque and fatty. I was gagging and cutting it off half the time. The second plate of meat was really pretty and the color was great, why couldn't they start with that to begin with? The side dishes were very minimal and not at all anything to shake a stick at. Be aware that this restaurant is outdoors, and the heaters only came out when it got frigid. The staff was really friendly and very helpful, and the price that that's the special right now of $26.95 is the only reason we went there. After it goes up to normal pricing, it just won't be worth it.

Yelp
For $27, this was definitely a great spot (even more so because I could walk there from my apartment lol). The options were somewhat limited but they were pretty yummy! The garlic marinated meats were absolutely amazing, definitely try those. The service was great and quick even with full tables. Our server was also a super nice dude! The space was nice and because of the layout there's ample ventilation. Easy metered parking around the area too. And free melona ice cream for everyone too!

Yelp
First time here and they did not disappoint! Customer service is excellent, very attentive. Food is fresh & delicious! Indoor/outdoor ambiance... I will def be back for dinner.
google avatar

Yelp
DTLA AYCE offers incredible food, a vibrant yet cozy ambiance, and outstanding service--Jason, our server, was exceptionally attentive and made our dining experience unforgettable.
google avatar

Ryan L.

Yelp
Didn't expect much but I had a great time eating here. Less than $30 all you can eat bbq per person, with an option to order premium banchans on their own. Along with your meats, I recommend ordering a noodle fried rice which is rice and egg cook with shin noodles and seasoning. There also appears to be a seperate event space in the back too.
google avatar

Lesly F.

Yelp
Place is nice and clean. Food is bad. Meat is very bland, NO FLAVOR! They need some type of sauce, at least. I asked for spicy sauce or siracha and they didn't have it. The salsa they did offer felt like it was more for tacos than for meat.. The sides were also very flavorless. The macaroni salad was so dry. I also never been given chips and salsa at a Korean bbq. Service is ok. I also did not appreciate a tip being adding without my consent! Overall this place is horrible. DONT WASTE time coming here there are better places nearby

Yelp
Amazing food and vibes!!! We've been here a couple times previously to get our kbbq fix and found myself back here again last night(Wednesday weeknight) so it's about time I finally put in a review for this spot. Service: Previous visits, we had Irene and a beautiful lady(I never got her name, but she's gorgeous) as our servers, both super proactive and attentive! David was our server last night; even though it got slightly hectic during dinner rush, he was able to check-up on us with a warm smile whenever he got the chance! Every encounter here has been nothing but good vibes. Food runners were quick with bringing out the food/taking away emptied plates/timely grill changes! Everything was so quick and effective?? Food/Price: Even though their menu had a few changes from our previous visits, their meat quality has been consistently 10/10! Currently, there are two price points you can choose from and I love how it's an all day/everyday option of prices; where-as some other kbbq spots only have lunch/dinner/weekend pricing. The $26.95 menu covers all your cravings for your classic kbbq meats fix, even included a k-mex spin on some other items; but if you want to venture into everything DTLA Kbbq has to offer, I say go for the $39.95 for the full experience of their fun sides and premium meats. You really can't go wrong with either menu in terms of quality. Oh, I didn't see it on their new menu compared to their old menu, but they do still have Maekgeolli (Korean Bubbly Rice Wine) if you're into that! Ambience: Vibes were great, and I loved how they had the Lakers game on! Outdoor seating but makes for great ventilation. Space may look small as you enter, but they can seat a good amount of patrons without the place ever feeling too cramped. Don't worry about it getting chilly in the colder months, there's optimal amount of space heaters and other patrons grilling to keep you warm; sometimes I forget the establishment is even outdoors with their cozy lighting/fun decor. Overall: Service was great, Food was fun, 10/10 would come back again just for the vibes alone!

Yelp
My Favorite new kBBQ spot !! Been coming here since they opened and it's been good every time , service is fast and great , the meat is good comparing to other kBBQ spots that I've been .. also don't be scared to try their side dishes that they have like the kimchi stew ! It's one of the best ones out there .
google avatar

Kelly M.

Yelp
I am not a KBBQ expert at all. But for me, this place hits on so many levels. We had the premium AYCE. As soon as you sit, salad, chips n salsa, Hawaiian macaroni salad are on the table. We had the japchae noodles, cheese corn, galbi, short rib, carne asada, rib fingers. It's a smorgasbord of Everything, which was really tasty. Eating here before the Ghost Haunt Tour in Chinatown
google avatar

Jessica V.

Yelp
Love this place! 5th time coming here and never been disappointed! Best part of it was the ending free ice cream for everyone!!!! Just make sure to bring a warm jacket or sweater because it is cold.
google avatar

Joy N.

Yelp
I love coming here as it's a little hidden gem. I've been two times now and had a great experience both times. I enjoy that it's a bit tucked away as I've never had to wait for a table. Now service on the other hand is hit or miss. One time I got a male server and he was horrible to our table but he was exceptionally great to the table across from us. He was even chugging beer with them at one point. The next time he ended up helping with our table and was a bit more attentive but the women who mainly helped us was great. They do a great job of changing the grill here and the quality is pretty great. I do love that the place is in an open air outdoor type spot so the smoke fumes are not as bad as in a traditional indoor building.
google avatar

Steve G.

Yelp
Best KBBQ in town and for the best prices too. Must try spot found it on IG and didn't know what to expect because its cheaper than most spots, but don't be fooled it'sdelicious. Super fast service and clean. Parking can be a little tough if you arrive when its busy but so far I've not struggled too much.
google avatar

Erin G.

Yelp
First time here, we were sat right away. The atmosphere is half indoor half outdoor. There are two menu tiers and Ala Carte options as well. The meats were all delicious and the corn cheese was my favorite. You even get a yummy ice cream bar when you're done omg the melon is my favorite. Cannot wait to come back. Staff is very very attentive and super nice .

Nadia T.

Yelp
The meat selection here is good! Definitely love the saucy meats! Love that the pork belly is thinly sliced and flavorful! If you want to eat and watch a game, come check this place out! It worth your time!
google avatar

Andy T.

Yelp
Review based on a party size of 9. I called and asked for a reservation 2 days before since my party size was too big to reserve directly via Yelp. The lady that I spoke with over the phone regarding the reservation was very helpful and thorough. This reservation was meant for a Friday night at 8 PM. At that time, there was free street parking at the meters. Upon arriving, check in was straightforward and the table already had tableware, water, and some sides ready. The couch seat was comfortable, but leg space was a bit limited. It was more of an outdoor seating vibe. The service was pretty quick, so we didn't need to wait long to request for items. There was a grand opening menu special that's still going on that my table decided to pick. All of the meats were decent. I particularly liked the soy garlic pork belly. I also liked the melona bar that I picked on the way out!
google avatar

Gerico S.

Yelp
Came by on a Thursday night and it got pretty busy but that didn't stop the staff from being attentive. The food was good like the short rib and galbi, but nothing was amazing compared to other options closer to ktown. They did have some unique sides like the hot Cheetos tater tots.
google avatar

Edwin M.

Yelp
We are used to going to Korean BBQ in Rowland Heights and this is just as good. In fact having Pork Jowl on the first menu is RARE. It's usually reserved for the premium menu. Definitely will be back.
google avatar

Misty T.

Yelp
Was so excited to try this place out. Says "AYCE" But it is not. If you want Galbi or another rib, you have to pay additional, and the menu states you can only get it once. Make that make sense. Also they don't have edamame on the sides, you HAVE to pay the $40 bucks. The bulgogi meat was kind of rough, usually bulgogi basically dissolves.... The waitress we got only tended to us ONCE and we noticed she was kind of ignoring not only us, but other customers as well, and she had the BIGGEST "I don't want to be here face". We asked for water and she told us the single cup with water container was our water. We were a party of three and never got the other two water cups. It was hard to ask for anything since she was avoiding everyone and trying to hide lol. Even when we asked for the bill, she looked at us like we asked her to do a difficult task, and had a big stink face about it. I usually leave 18-20% tip and had to leave no tip because there was basically no service. An older-looking employee ended up helping us but she was also tending to other customers. Despite what it looks like on social media, the service sucked and the price was not worth it. It was also super cold, unless you got seated by the heaters.
google avatar

Kristian T.

Yelp
Service was amazing, food was good and I was really impressed. However I am rating 3* due to the condition the bathroom was in, it's was almost on par with a TJ bar bathroom. I've learned that sometimes the cleanliness of the bathroom is usually the same as the kitchen. Using 30 min after closing to scrub and mop the floor goes a long way.
google avatar

Banjo U.

Yelp
Good service, value prices, great staff, and a laid back atmosphere. The quality of the meat is also very good.
google avatar

Alexis R.

Yelp
Absolutely so so yummy!!! My family and I ate as much as we possibly could and left feeling full and satisfied :) We came around 30 minutes after opening and were seated pretty quickly. Aside from grilling meat, we ordered other dishes that came with the AYCE meal that come as is without grilling. We ordered Kimchi Fried Rice, Fried Calamari, Shrimp Tempura, Beef Gyoza, Sweet Corn Cheese, and Steam Egg. They all tasted so delicious I want to go back. I wish I ordered their spicy ramen and Kimchi Jjigae too but there was just not enough room in me. Next time for sure!!

Yelp
First time here. Will definitely come back for the service, quality of food and ambience!

Yelp
Pros: -$2 for 2 hours street parking and there were plenty on a Friday night. -I like it's ALL outdoors so smoke was not an issue at all. -The cheese corn was amazing, I had 4. -Pork jowl and spicy bugolgi was really good. -The servers were all nice and tried their best. -I loved all the different fried rice they offered. We got the ramen one and it was good. Cons: -The grills they use are awful. It had to be changed every 10 min because it burns everything. -The only side dishes they offered is mash potatoes (not good) and spicy fish cake (good). -The music was so loud you cannot have a conversation, even with yelling. -30% of the stuff we ordered never came out. Maybe the music was so loud our servers didn't hear us? -Warning you all, the shrimp tempura is Chinese style, which means it's a deep fried whole shrimp. -Their spicy rice cakes, kimchi, and stew have a really fake vibrant color like they used food coloring. -I didn't mind the kimchi but if you are a kimchi snob- according to my bf it was not edible. -The ribeye was awful. Even tho I cooked it almost rare it was tough to eat. -Rib finger meat wasn't good.

Yelp
A cool, artsy outdoor kbbq located in Chinatown! I enjoyed the great quality bbq with a variety of side/appetizer options! The price is also reasonable. The meat dishes were flavorful, my favorites being the pork jowl and beef belly. The must-try dish is definitely the cup ramen fried rice! Perfectly seasoned and loved the after taste of the ramen. The owner and staff were awesome! It was busy during my visit but they were attentive. The only downside would be parking. It's street parking or paid lots. It was difficult to find parking over the weekend.
google avatar

Sally C.

Yelp
Wait times can be a little long here. The atmosphere is chill. The waiters are attentive, can be a little cold, but they have many tables to help at once. The food is good. Their extras menu is one of my favorite things about them. My one recommendation would be the ramen fried rice! This rice is my Roman Empire. I think about it often and if I weren't so far from DTLA I'd have it once a week.

Yelp
Long review: I hate to leave a bad review but I feel it's warranted. I really hate the idea of a bad, non-ethical business practice in an attempt to generate traffic to the restaurant. DTLA AYCE BBQ ran a promotion in the month of Feb for discount of $10 off their premium menu if you follow them on Instagram and I quote, "TAG YOUR FOODIE SQUAD." A voucher was sent, but apparently WITHOUT ANY DISCLAIMER, per the 'owner' only the person who tagged the food squad will be able to redeem the discount at the restaurant. The rest of the party pays normal price. Why am I bringing my FOODIE SQUAD if my party only wanted to come to the restaurant and it's premium menu because of the promotion? Make that make sense. It would've been understandable if there was a disclaimer beforehand. I tried reaching out to their social media team on Instagram to ask officially if that was their policy, but was put on "seen" with no response. I would definitely leave 1 star for the bad practice and felt I was scammed (not literally) to come to the restaurant but the food itself passes my AYCE quality standard.

Yelp
If you want to bask in the glory of all the kbbq meats, but don't want to go all the way to Koreatown then this is the right place for you. There are 17 protein options and 22 side dishes which is insane because the creativity of some of these dishes makes it worth visiting for just the sides. I tried the classic like the steamed egg but the others are ones I've never had before or rarely see: galbi jjim, spicy rice cakes, and sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken. The slightly spicy gochujang sauce that it was tossed in was addicting and I couldn't stop eating it although the chicken itself was just alright. My favorite was the steamed egg since it was salted perfectly and firm but jiggly at the same time. For the meat, I tried the brisket, DTLA seasoned short rib, galbi, pork jowl, and cajun shrimp. All of them came in a sizable portion which I appreciated because it let me try out more food without feeling overwhelmed by the amount. The quality of all the meat was good for the price point and the sauces that came in the tray were delicious. I need to highlight the service though because all of them were amazing. As soon as our grill got brown, they would switch it out without even needing to call them over. They also helped cook some of our meat for us so that was much appreciated. They even brought out the heater when it got colder. All of the seating was outdoor and it's nicely spaced out. There's plenty of street parking which you pay at the meter but that was another stress-free aspect that made this place enjoyable.

Yelp
This AYCE joint offers a unique garage setting dining experience. I thought it was quite hip, the decor and atmosphere is lively coupled with a few TV screens. The ventilation system is decent if you're seated next to an open vent, otherwise, even with large fans circulating, you're bound to leave smelling like BBQ. The pricing structure is reasonable - Adults $39.95 and Kids (5-12, $19,95). Only the LA Galbi Marinated, DTLA Rib Eye, and Galbi Jim is limited to 1 order/2 person ratio. The quality of meat here was tender, juicy and lived up to the hyped up expectations. For us, the service needs a lot of improvement. We ran into several issues with order placement. The wait staff would miss our order when he's scrolling through his POS system to enter in our order and half the time we were sitting around assuming it was already placed only to find out that it wasn't. My suggestion to management is to update their POS ordering system by switching it up to a menu order "item number" system. The inefficiencies I noticed was the constant scrolling up and down format looking for the meats we ordered. That took a lot of time and I think "punching in" using a numbering system would improve their service. Our party did enjoy the cinnamon pineapple at the end. It's rare to see that offered at a KBBQ spot so that was a neat touch.

Yelp
This is one of the newest additions of KBBQ in the area. Surprisingly it's located in LA's Chinatown not Koreatown. Free street parking is really difficult here, but they do have paid lots nearby. The restaurant is kinda like a semi-outdoor warehouse, so it's "natural ventilation" (could get quite smoky sometimes). Food is pretty good with a big menu to choose from. There's only one price level so all the meats on the menu is available to order from.

Yelp
So happy either way this place the open concept of the restaurant is *chefs kiss*. The service was amazing we made reservations on yelp which you don't need to do but we had a party of 7. They accommodated us as soon as we got there and were so patient with some of our group showing up later. The food is amazing and so fun to be able to sit and chill with friends while cooking in front of yourself. Very happy with this KBBQ location

Yelp
Came in this past Sunday 6/9 for lunch with friends. Waited about 10 mins to be seated. This is my 2nd time here, and the rest of my friends didn't even know this place existed. The only AYCE KBBQ in Chinatown AYCE KBBQ price on Sunday is $39.95 per person. There are about 56 items you can order at this price tag. ambiance - It's cool. I like their mural. I like the open-air vibe. quality of meats 5/5 quality of the menu 5/5 quality of the steamed egg dish 5/5 quality of service 3/5 + Our server was a tad slow(er) and didn't bother to check on us. Maybe it is due to the large party or people by the entrance. It felt like the server ghosted us. + Waiting for a water refill took 5 mins to even show up. parking - paid lots, street parking overall visit: 4/5

Yelp
Made a reservation for 8:45pm to get to this spot and got there from Riverside 15 minutes early but still took over 30minish to get seated. Saw this spot in a foodie influencer video and was super excited but then got disappointed. This spot is SMALL and it gets pretty busy plus it's outdoors so be warm cause it was super cold that night. If it wasn't for me waiting too long to sit I would've given 5 stars. They truly have some unique sides especially the Tortilla and that Rice, delish. This spot knows how to get you full with them sides that you won't really order so much meat. The Galbi is always my favorite and the Brisket was good, Short Ribs were okay. I don't know if I'd drive out so far next time but regardless t'was a good KBBQ dinner.
