This gem is tucked away in SunCoast casino. It wasn’t super busy and they were able to accommodate our large group. We ordered family style and I have no complaints about anything that we ordered. We ordered fish and chips, chicken tenders and fries, tuna melts, gumbo, chicken noodle soup, stacks of pancakes, steak, hash brown, eggs, and toast. Service was fast and they even have robots that deliver your meal in conjunction with the servers. I can’t wait to go again.

First time here and ordered the meatloaf plate. Huge portions and would say it was home cooked comfort food. The only miss was my sever. She was an absolute glib, low energy waitress. She really shouldn’t be serving guest as this would keep me from returning to avoid her. The casino could’ve done a better job at designing this place as it’s nothing like Du-Par’s at the Grove in LA. Another thing, before being seated, I asked if the corn beef was “homemade,” as stated on the menu or was it canned…she immediately said made fresh, I questioned that, so she went to the and came back…”it’s canned.” LOL!! Don’t guess, just be honest.

Google
This place is great food is very very good. I always saw a line here. To get seated it took about 20-25 minutes but it was around 11pm on January 1 2025. They were short on staff. I saw the place has a robot Wally type of thing rolling around the restaurant. Would still highly recommend to everyone.

Google
Ok, yes, the legendary pancakes were so delicious, as claimed! The chill, leather-boothed cafe atmosphere allows the customer to relax, sip coffee and eat this large, hearty, yes served-hot breakfast. My fried over-easy eggs, perfectly flavorful soft-on-the- inside yet crispy-on-the-outside hash browns satisfied this girl! My man devoured his flavorful, gravy-coated hot sliced turkey and mashed potatoes dish lined with a bit of cranberry sauce. If you live in Summerlin and have time for a leisurely meal with kind but take-your-time service... come to Du-Pars.

Google
I came here for the pancakes and they did not disappoint. Food quality was very high, service was good, although they were probably a little bit understaffed which is understandable. Tons of parking in the casino that it's located in. We had a big group, got there early and had no problem getting seated.

Google
Food and service were amazing. Plenty to choose from . Staff is friendly and prompt. Maria our server is great this is our second time here and definitely will keep coming .

Google
I ordered the country fried steak. It came with 2 eggs which they got right. The steak was insanely tough with a rubbery texture. Someone obviously didn't spend enough time beating the meat. This is the worst piece of meat I've had in quite some time. I had to spit out a large tendon and there was a small bone that hurt my tooth. I only eat one meal a day so typically I'm very hungry and most things will taste pretty decent even if it's not. This steak was absolutely terrible. Steer clear.

Google
Lauren sat us at a nice size both and Ruby was on top of our water. Robot brought out our food and Ruby served us. Great tandem they are. We need more Laurens and Ruby's and less Robots. After all this is Earth not mars. People will get lazy and fat because of the Robots. Will eat there again. Especially if we stay at Suncoast Motel and Casino. Also a nice place.

Yelp
One of our favorite places for breakfast has been Du-Par's for many years. Usually the food is great and the oversized booths are very comfortable. Prices keep increasing so I don't enjoy that part as breakfast for 2 shouldn't cost nearly $50 with tax and tip. Ouch Today our food wasn't prepared correctly either like over medium eggs came out entirely cooked without any runny yolks. My girl requested crispy bacon and hash browns but those weren't crispy, and she requested white toast but received wheat. Typically this doesn't happen. Tonight was a really off night. My 4 star review is from many previous visits and if it was based on tonight only it would have most likely been a 2 star review. Service is always slow, that isn't great either and you can tell many guests are waiting around for a server to give them what is needed. Hopefully they staff properly and the kitchen crew needs a reminder to follow requests as breakfast is by far one of the easiest items to make correctly per everyone's requests.

Yelp
When a craving for BOMB PANCAKES hits, Du-Pars is all you need to know. Not IHOP,not Babystacks, not Casa El Desayuno, not Blueberry Hill, none of that! If you gotta top your pancakes with lots of toppings, you have a mediocre pancake below as far as I'm concerned. Bomb Buttermilk pancake recipe since 1938, cooked in butter, more butter ladles on top served with warm maple syrup? That is all you need! Service is always great, and I love the old school diner vibe. The best glass of fresh squeezed VALENCIA orange juice goes great with your pancakes too. Pretty pricey at $6.99 a glass, but worth the splurge. Every other breakfast spot serves you pasteurized NAVEL orange juice out of a jug or carton.

Yelp
If you're looking for a giant plate of the butteriest, fluffiest, and tastiest pancakes in Vegas, you better run over here. I'm generally not a big pancake orderer when I go out to breakfast since I like more savory offerings, but this is a must get. My husband ordered their Oreo pancakes and it was so good. And giant. The service is excellent. Greg is so kind and efficient. But really all the staff greet you with a smile.

Yelp
Try the chicken fried steak! Filling, and delicious ! Du-Pars set inside the sun coast casino provides an old-fashioned, feel with coffee pictures on the table and homemade jam. The servers have made relationships with customers over the years and know their customers by name.
google avatar

Yelp
Located inside the Sun coast Casino and hotel. We love to come here for breakfast. The pancakes are fluffy, delicious and huge! The orange juice is freshly squeezed and a must-have. The omelette plates are flavorful with a great raspberry sauce. Please skip the fruits bowl which costs $12 with cut-up small pieces of fruits, not pleasing at all. The biscuits and gravy are ok. My daughter ordered the Hawaiian rice dish with spam and sausages, it has no flavor at all, she only ate a few spoonfuls of it. The server is great . love the spacious dining area and the robotic delivery device.

Yelp
5 stars for the pancakes only.@ Possibly better than Cracker Barrel or Original Pancake House. 0 stars for the Corned beef hash. The cook should be ashamed of sending that crap out to the customer. It was crunchy and void of anything else that made it homemade as described in the menu. Disgusting!!! Bacon was burnt around the edges. This is one of the few remaining restaurants from the Dupar's chain originating from Los Angeles I i remember frequenting when living in California. The pancakes are super good. The food is generally good. Except for today.

Yelp
Was out for the evening and had late dinner. I ordered the salmon with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the dinner came with rolls that were shaped differently but were warm and tasty. My fiancé ordered the lemon garlic chicken breast with roasted potatoes. The waiter Luigi was kind and made sure our drinks were always full. It was quiet for a Friday evening but we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Tasty food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff at fair prices - what else do you need ? You need to be here

Yelp
Du-Par's is located in the Suncoast Casino right next to Taste of Asia. It's one of the few options available for lunch. We went on a Thursday and there was no wait. We sat in an old school booth which was rather comfortable. The menu consists of many comfort foods. My wife got the blueberry pancake special (Du-Par's is known for their pancakes) and I ordered the patty melt with potato salad. Both orders were pretty tasty and were good sized. The potato salad didn't have much taste and the pickle was dry. We've been here previously and the food is definitely on par!
google avatar

Yelp
This is now a top 5 breakfast place on my list! Wow - every bite of food was delicious! And I can totally see why their pancakes are "best of". I had the homemade corned beef hash with hashbrowns and toast. BTW - they make their own jam! I had the strawberry and it was fab! My husband had the turkey eggs benny and he cleaned his plate. We shared a short stack - and even though we were overly full, we continued to eat those pancakes! Yum! Then we decided to take home one of their gigantic pastries for later - it was amazing! HIGHLY recommend Du-par's and we can't wait to bring our family and friends back with us!
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty tasty food. The service was ok and the ambiance was only ruined by the smell of cigarettes because it's located in the casino. If that's not a problem to you, you'll probably enjoy it.
google avatar

Yelp
Food is good here - it's open 24/7 and the service is excellent. Loco moco - great hamburger patty Pancake - super yum We'll be back especially for those butter soaked pancakes!

Martin M.

Yelp
Food is standard cafe' and pancake hype over played..ITS A PANCAKE!. We're you lose points is in the service. Workers are very laxed as we never seen our waitress until we flagged her down. Many empty tables and a line to get in. We are locals and had Dipars on our must visit list, check this one off.

Yelp
After movie dinner at Du-Pars at Suncoast. American fare since 1938. My Mom & Brother had Roasted Tri-Tip with mashed potatoes, rich brown gravy, mixed vegetables and a large dinner roll. I enjoyed my Eggs Benedict (canadian bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, on toasted english muffin). Good food all around.
google avatar

Marc K.

Yelp
Food was delicious. I got an egg white omelette with all the veggies and it was perfect--they precooked the veggies so they were soft. Speaking of the veggies, they were generously proportioned to the bulk of the eggs whites. The fruit cup on the side was a little paltry in terms of cantaloupe and honeydew and overly included with blueberries. The place was very well lit The noise level was a function of the casino in which it was located , which was ok but for the occasional cacophony of bells and jingles intermixed with screams of joy, or groans of dismay. The service was a little slow but almost acceptable. Honorable mention to the OMG cinnamon rolls. I did not order one but mooched a taste and they were the best I ever had!
google avatar

Rhea C.

Yelp
Food was subpar. Service was poor, when my mother had asked for malt vinegar for her food, waitress AUDIBLY sighed as if she was annoyed that we asked for it. She could definitely improve on her attitude as a waitress. Won't be coming back as everyone who works here looks like they hate it.

Yelp
My three adult children and me have wanted to dine at Dupar's for a long time. They are famous in Southern California. My husband is from Orange County and dined at Dupar's there as well as this location in Las Vegas. Their food is delicious and the service amazing. They were busy when we were there. The atmosphere was busy. The employees were friendly and polite. The service from the time we placed our order to when we received it was quick. I believe they are successful because people know the name is associated with quality. It was a treat for us and we enjoyed our visit. Thank you Dupar's!
google avatar

Jessie G.

Yelp
Pancakes are the main event. Go to Du-Pars and enjoy super fluffy, extra hot, slathered in melted butter pancakes. Delicious.
google avatar

Henry L.

Yelp
Came here with a party of 5, and the experience was mostly good. I ordered a mango cronut and a loco Moco. The Loco Moco plate was flavorful and the beef patty was cooked to my desired temp (medium rare). I have to subtract a star because the cronut seemed forgotten about, and I asked for it 20 mins in. Likewise, my girlfriend ordered a side of fries for our son, and after the groups' entrees came out, again we had to ask for the missing food: the fries. The woman who brought it apologized, but it was just twice in one meal.

Michele M.

Yelp
Food was great, but service was awful. There were lots of Opened tables but still a wait, several servers so it must have been kitchen staff. We sat and it took our server 10 minutes to come over, she was not friendly, in a hurry, after our order she did not check on us at all, we had to go to the front to get our check, no water refills, she did bring a small pot of coffee but it was so far into our visit we barely had time to have a second cup.
google avatar

Nai L.

Yelp
The restaurant has a lot of tables available. Everyone was friendly but wow was service slow. They took out beverage and food order right away but the food took forever to arrive. I ordered a BLT add cheese and the cheese wasn't melted. The fries were cold. My husband and BIL ordered the breakfasts and also was luke warm. The pancakes were very good and warm and would possibly be the reason I go back.
google avatar

Tisch H.

Yelp
Went here breakfast/lunch. There was a line around the outside it's started off slow but we got seated after about a 15 minute wait. The waitress Cynthia was nice and cheerful. The food offers large portions but not over the top. They are known for the pancakes so we got a short stack of two (9.99) to share and they were gobbled up pretty fast. Yummy American comfort food cooked perfectly, moderate pricing, nice staff. It's a good place when in the mood for hearty comfort food. They also have a fresh bakery case when you walk in. Worth a try!
google avatar

Corran C.

Yelp
Stopped by late on a Sunday night as it was the only thing open. We were attended to in a reasonable time and we were served our food fairly quickly. I ordered the oven roasted Turkey, onion rings as an appetizer and pumpkin spice latte. The food tasted decent and was pretty filling. As far as the pumpkin spice latte is concerned it came lukewarm and didn't have much flavor. Overall it was a good experience and being served by a robot was pretty cool.
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
Fantastic onion rings and Reuben !! The Staff was warm and welcoming. I've tried the pancakes in the past but not this trip.
google avatar

John P.

Yelp
Had a great dinner here before a show. We ordered the turkey dinner and prime rib special which both were great. The portion sizes were hugh and we wish we would have split a plate and left room to split a pie (they have a incredible selection). The only downfall of the food we ordered was the turkey gravy was a little on the salty side. The service was attentive and great (consistently refilled our ice teas). Mr. Roboto being out our food was kind of cool and interesting (Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto!). Dining room is a nice setup and prices reasonable for portion sizes!

S N.

Yelp
Food was good. They seemed understaffed but servers were very friendly. I'd return. The robot was followed by a server so that's ok.
google avatar

Yelp
LOVED the pancakes and how it is soaked in butter and served with a side of melted butter!!! The corned beef hash was also very delicious. We were sad when they left the Golden Gate hotel downtown, but so happy to find them at the Suncoast.
google avatar

Leanne R.

Yelp
Pancakes hands down the best! I love how buttery they are and while I have tried several options ie. Omelette, Benedicts, hash (all very good) the pancakes the most. The ambiance celebrates the diner feel that I remember from the original locations. Lots of vintage photos. The staff can be a hit or miss in terms of friendly due to how busy it can be. They can get the food to you super fast though with the help of the handy robot to hold the food. A regular stop for me.
google avatar

Amber Z.

Yelp
Wow, wow, wow How has this place been around for almost 100 years, and it is still a hidden gem within Las Vegas? I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a long line when I went for breakfast on Christmas Eve. I ordered a short stack with one egg on the side And water to drink The staff was attentive and attentive to detail; the personalized little warm syrups that came with the buttery pancakes were delicious. I generally stay away from restaurants within a casino because of the smoke, yet you could not tell that this hidden gem was located inside Suncoast casino If you are a pancake eater or just a general breakfast person, this hidden gem is a place for you.
google avatar

Jeff H.

Yelp
Would avoid.... I have eaten here twice. The first time I had the burger. Not good at all. Over cooked and the fires were super soggy. Figured I give it a second chance since I know places can be off their game from time to time. Went in again and got the fish and chips along with chicken strips. Fires were soggier than before and worse yet the fish and chicken strips were soooo soggy as well. Food here is not good and overpriced for what you get. Gave it two stars instead of one cause the servers are very friendly and on top of it. Too bad they can't work at a place with better food.
google avatar

Luke K.

Yelp
The Food I Had For Lunch Was Amazing, My Compliments To The Chef And Also Finally Was So Great To Get Me Pumped Up To See Transformers : One (Film) Today At Suncoast.
google avatar

Glenn L.

Yelp
this place is a joke a straight up rip off they charged me $35 for five egg whites and two pieces of bacon and then when I went to tell him about it, the manager came over and didn't do shit. I am a local they don't give a fuck fuck this place and every motherfucker in it I can't believe they wouldn't even do shit, I wouldn't go in the fucking place again if I was dying and needed to eat for a week, I urge every person that goes to that Suncoast Hotel to stay the fuck out of there
google avatar

Denise V.

Yelp
Still the place to go for the best pancakes ever. The service was quick and prompt on a Friday morning. When you first walk into the restaurant area you come face to face with the desserts in the window cases showing the incredible desserts that they offer. Nothing like a nicely over sized heavily glazed cinnamon roll that is almost as big as my head. I was so hungry that morning that I couldn't wait to have a cup of coffee and my extra oversized pancake with the warm melted butter that they put in a little metal server for you to pour over it. I'm sorry I didn't take any picture but please be sure to go and check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. This place tends to have a wait line on the weekends but if you go any day during the week, you are guaranteed to be seated and served promptly. Enjoy.

Shieka S.

Yelp
Food is just not as good as it used to be. Pancakes used to be crisp around the edges and had a Southern flavor.
google avatar

Deca K.

Yelp
Great food love the pancakes. Will come back for sure. Service was fast and reliable nice sports book nearby
google avatar

Don C.

Yelp
The best pancakes I've ever had! Worth the drive from the strip downtown! Great service but you will never find better! Great parking! Free!
google avatar

Bri A.

Yelp
Food takes insanely long to come, very limited substitute options besides what is on the menu, was told they didn't have certain things I asked for, once I brought up a manager all of a sudden they can bring it out for me. Don't believe them the first time if they say "We can't do that" or "We don't carry that"

K F.

Yelp
I don't see what all the hype is about? This was mediocre at best. Maybe the California location is better than the Suncoast one? I'm not sure but been there twice and been very disappointed both times.
google avatar

Dee S.

Yelp
We stopped for the nite at the hotel:casino Sun coast plaza like we always do on our way to Denver. We always eat at Du Pars restaurants/bakery. We ate dinner last nite there. Waitress screwed up our whole dinner. Then we went for breakfast this morning before we left. Wanted their great oatmeal that I always have with the crust of sugar and pukes of fresh fruit. It was god awful. Runny gooey mess. No crust sugar and a few strawberries snd blue berries. No bananas. Terrible service. Waiter never came back to see if everything was ok. Never need To go back there. Du pars was always known for their great service and food. I'd check Du Pars off the list. The hotel is great snd beautiful clean

Artur A.

Yelp
Nice place, very friendly personal, delicious food, definitely would recommend for dinner or other events
google avatar

Anthony E.

Yelp
Great place for breakfast! Service was great considering the size group we had! We had a room in the back away from the casino crowd so it was just our conversation were heard.
google avatar

P Y.

Yelp
Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes!!! The best I've ever had, hands down. From LA, have several breakfast spots both on the Westside and in the suburbs, this place has the best pancakes. If you've ever had cos & pi pancakes in pasadena, these are on the same level of quality, but better... trust me.
google avatar

Arnel D.

Yelp
Definitely worth the visit if nearby or while staying at the Suncoast. Excellent service and prices. Garry was our server. Friendly and welcoming. Our food was out in less than 10 minutes and was delicious. Portions are huge and shareable. I enjoyed my pancakes, super fluffy and flavorful. The bacon slices were thick and crunchy. My eggs were cooked to perfection and my hash browns were just the way I liked them- in my tummy lol. The toast was heavily buttered - perfect for me. My wife enjoyed her spinach omelette too. I'll be back for sure when visiting Vegas and staying on this side of town.
google avatar

Dee H.

Yelp
My hubby and I stumbled upon DuPar's only because the restaurant that we were headed to wasn't open for another 45 minutes. (BTW, who accepts reservations for 11:00 a.m. and not open until noon?!) Anyway, we were hungry and went in for lunch. Nice restaurant with breakfast and lunch options. This is SunCoast's 24/7 coffee shop. As always, I have to have my tuna melt which their version was one of the best. Very tasty and the fries were REEEALLY good. My husband opted for breakfast. I would rate the food as five stars. We'll be back. With that said, our service could have been much better. I had to ask for water refill and our server probably had too many tables to give us what little attention we usually need. I would have rated this place four stars deducting for the service. BUT!!! They have the most delicious house=made strawberry jam that we have ever tasted. Add a star for that! The next time, and there will be a next time, I will have to inquire about buying some jam to take home and perhaps give as gifts. Yes, that good!!
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
Came in on a weekday morning so place was not super busy but getting acknowledged at the host station was unusually slow. Once seated the staff was really nice at tried to stay really attentive. Decor is typical old school diner style. Pretty on par with the original and location was clean. Only thing that was unusual was i had my first encounter with a service bot. It was funny and kind of odd watching the little bot with trays of food come out to tables. Not sure i like this new trend at restaurants. I ordered my usual (the short stack pancakes) and a side of turkey sausage. The pancakes here never disappoint. They are so big buttery and yummy. This was my first time getting their turkey sausage and was pleasantly surprised bc they were links instead of patties and the flavor was really good. I know i only gave three stars but it was due to the slow service during a none peak time. Food was good as usual so Du-Pars will remain in my rotation as one of my fav pancake spots.
google avatar

Audie H.

Yelp
We are staying at the Sun Coast in Las Vegas. Went here for a quick bite. The tuna melt was really good. So was the mushroom burger. Our waiter Reggie was so nice & always smiled. He took care of us immediately. The place is like an old school diner. I would return there & hopefully Reggie will be my waiter again
google avatar

Santa S.

Yelp
I wish Mrs. Claus could cook pancakes this good, but I think if she did Santa would not be able to fit in my sleigh. This is a must stop for us during our trip visiting kids in Vegas. Warning you will find yourself dreaming about these pancakes so make sure you order the big stack so you have some later that day.

Clayton D.

Yelp
David is an amazing waiter! Friendly, professional and attentive. He made sure that our food was to our satisfaction. I'd recommend Dupars and ask for DAVID!!

Leonard M.

Yelp
This is probably the last time that I will be going to this breakfast restaurant the previous visit the hashbrowns were overcooked sent them back .This time my over medium eggs there was no yolks left. I sent them back the server brought me the new eggs they were barely cooked - 11/2024 at 8am
