The atmosphere is kinda old school, rustic, laid-back, and casual. No waiting for a table. Once our order was taken, it was less than 5 minutes for the 🍤 shrimp spring rolls and maybe another 5 to 8 minutes for what I believe is the lemon grass chicken bun with jalapeños. The chicken was very tender and the vegetables along with the spring rolls were fresh and crispy. Spacious dining, quality of service, great flavor, and reasonable pricing equals a great value.

Brittany T.

Google
Very good. They have flavorful crispy tofu which is hard to find. The pork egg roll and all the accompanying sauces were delicious.

Ian A.

Google
Food is overpriced, but I feel like that’s to be expected for a place close to the airport if you wanted preflight pho. The combination pho had everything you’d want, and it was pretty tasty, i’m not gonna lie. The tendon was soft, the tripe wasn’t overcooked, and the meatballs were cut into pieces for easy eating. We were told the thai tea was actually brewed, and it wasn’t bad. The service was chill. She took our order, gave us our drinks and food, and checked on us once so very minimal, but in a positive way. I feel they had the “this is keshi” spotify playlist on. I was like whoever had that aux was either in their feelings, or only wanted to listen to keshi. Not complaining, I was just like dang I know this artist. So yeah, nothing much to complain about, just the pricing. I feel you’re paying the premium for the vibes, but at least the food was good.

Google
Food was good, but not great. Noodles were too soft in soup and it was too spicy. Waitress got order wrong also. Will return but needs some improvement.

Kimberly C.

Google
I love this place so much! They offer a wide variety of food and options for everyone. I always end up so full because I order so much. The service is quick, and the wait is minimal since you get your food right away. The pho is packed with fresh ingredients, and the broth is so comforting and flavorful. The grilled chicken with rice and salad is perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. But my absolute favorite dish is the wings – they are so juicy and flavorful! Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving a delicious and satisfying meal.

Google
Yesterday afternoon I visited this place near the airport, and it's the worst place ever. They have a cockroach infestation. I found one in my meatball soup, and I couldn't even finish it. It's outrageous. Their employees are very lazy, and their cutlery is dirty. DO NOT VISIT! I wish the city could do something about it.

Google
Heard about this place from coworkers. I love Asian food, and spent some time in Asia, so I can be a bit of a food snob. Waitress was very knowledgeable and offered tailored recommendations based on eating and spicy level preferences. I opted to go with the spicy chicken sandwich, with creamy Sriracha sauce. Fresh veggies were served in the side for picky eaters. I cleaned the plate, sauce was on point! Friends got tofu with noodles, and lemongrass chicken, both loved them. I should note that my friend who is not vegetarian got the tofu and said she will get it again. Three different people stopped by while we were eating our lunch to ask if we needed anything, great customer service. Also, bonus points: our food was brought to us by a friendly robot! Clean environment. Happy Staff. Will be back.

Google
A diluted Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. (Not authentic or traditional style). Vietnamese dishes made with foreign twist to serve a broader base of eaters. It’s not a good or a bad thing. It depends on your taste. If you’re looking for a more authentic Vietnamese food, this is not the place to try. It took a while for us to get our Pho at the time of my visit. (There were only about 6 people including us). The speed of service is compared to other Pho serving restaurants. It can be improved.

Yelp
I've literally only get one thing from this place and that's the steak com. Always hot and fresh, steak is always cooked perfectly.

Yelp
Last time I was in Dua was over 6 years ago. Today I tried and what a disappointment. Never was waited on after I was given a menu and told to sit anywhere. But it gave me time to reflect on the changes. The interior of the building has been neglected, needs paint and a DEEP cleaning. I didn't get a chance to try the food as I was waited on and had to get back to work. Hope things improve as I'll update this review when I try again.
google avatar

Shawn D.

Yelp
It's 1:00 chilly Sunday stoped in. They handed us menus told us to sit anywhere we did. Left after 20 min when they never came to our table to take order. There were 4 others there. Already eating.

W F.

Yelp
Worthless staff, we were the only people in the extremely warm and humid restaurant. We waited 10 minutes, NO SERVICE. When we decided to leave then someone runs over, yeah no thanks. My poor mom uses a cane and was excited to eat here. 1 star because there is no zero option. Will never return.

Yelp
My friend brought me here as soon as I arrived to Atlanta. Pho is always my go to when my stomach is upset but this pho was not my favorite. The broth could use more seasoning and I was not a big fan of having my meat in the bowl with my noodles as normally it is in a separate bag in Houston. My friend got a pork sandwich which she said was really good. Side note: the building says they are open 11-9 but they are not. We arrived at 4:10 but they did not open until 4:30.

Renee R.

Yelp
Amazingly delicious foods. Great staff as well. Very accommodating. The Vietnamese wings are a winner. Any of the plated meals are excellent and great protein choices. I love the phos too.

Sophia D.

Yelp
Yelp hasn't let me down this badly before :') I chose here instead of a local rec due to the reviews. Be mindful unlike me that there's more than 1 location. The atmosphere seemed promising since there were a lot of people present for pickup and dine in. I am coming in biased because I've had some amazing authentic pho before, but this... My experience: sticky tables/menu, slow food preparation/service (ate around 1 or 2pm), most minimal veggie plate I've been given, broth tasted like Better Than Bouillon, noodles were still stuck together even after wading in the broth, meatballs were sliced for some reason, and the soup spoons were disposable plastic. Ask for the chili oil to help. My friend got the chicken & waffles and said he would've liked the waffle more crispy. That dish was better, honestly. I gave an extra star because having to write something bad about pho goes against my core values. Everything was quite expensive for the quality and what it was. Hapeville location. From out of town so would not go back or recommend.

Yelp
The food was incredible, the service was attentive, and I highly recommend this establishment.

Yelp
10/10 MUST TRY AGAINNNNN!!! Service away top tier very nice and friendly staff! The food was very good especially the pho and spring rolls I highly recommend

Yelp
First time trying Vietnamese food. Food was really good... service was even better!!!! The environment was nice and clean.

Shontay S.

Yelp
I had a PHO shrimp ramen noodle bowl, shrimp spring roll and iced coffee. Everything was really good and I highly recommend.
google avatar

Michael D.

Yelp
Dua Vietnamese was pretty good. I had the house pho soup. The broth was flavorful. The cuts of meat were thin but a little tough. The sprouts and onions are fresh. My soup was pretty good.
google avatar

Carol P.

Yelp
Quick and simple Vietnamese food! Service is always great! Best fastest lunch in midtown!
google avatar

Yelp
I'm surprised to see the reviews are so low for this location. I actually enjoy the food here. Very flavorful lemon grass chicken and steak. I also like the variety of offerings they added with the sides, appetizers and meals like the chicken sandwich and raw bowls. It's been a while since I dined-in (I typically get take-out), but the staff has always been pleasant. I think it's solid Vietnamese food, and I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get it!

S R.

Yelp
Awesome! The pho is amazing and the spring rolls are scrumptious. . The service was quick and courteous.
google avatar

Dee B.

Yelp
Very few shrimp or non meat dishes but the food is good every time. I've eaten inside and I've ordered pick up it hits every time.
google avatar

Nia G.

Yelp
The food is comfort, fresh and fast. A simple menu posted on the entry wall makes it easy to pick your protein - rice or noodle, and each come with vegetables. This location offers both indoor or outdoor seating and I do love the innovative use of a robot as a server! I use this as my "fast food" cheat day- when I want to eat healthy, but quickly! Call and order in advance or have delivered with door dash(the food will be packed well and carries well).

Yelp
Honest review (03/24/23) **understaffed + robot to deliver food, but decent Pho and spring rolls (reference photos for time reference) The server did tell us that food will take awhile, but yeah I was not prepared to wait an hour for three phos. I understand it can get busy, but my friends who came 20 min after got their food first and we waited a total of an hour to get our food. We were just patient since they told us before hand, but we didn't know that they lost our ticket which is why our order took an hour until we asked. The pho was decent for Atlanta. The boba teas that we got without boba(they ran out) were given to us when we were done with our meal. The mango smoothie tasted soo bad that we had to return it. The restaurant has like max 12 tables (inside) with like 2-3 big tables with a restroom(I haven't gone to) plus outdoor seating. There is a parking lot available. Taste 7.5/10 Visual 8/10 Texture 8/10 Service 1/10 Expect to wait and make sure to confirm your order is in and honestly you should have a better experience than me. I will give it another try if I get the chance.

Yelp
I am addicted to the food here. Everything is good. The lemongrass chicken is the only thing that I didn't like but that doesn't so mean so much that it isn't a quality dish just that I didn't like it. The wings! Yes! Grilled pork banh mi?! Yes!! Pho?! Mmmhmmm? Yes! Vermicelli bun?!! Yes!!! See what I mean?! Shrimp appetizer fried egg roll things?! Yes!!! Also cute patio seating and robot service inside. A million things to love about this place. I often find Groupons and they accept them with no issues. Go. now.
google avatar

Alicia L.

Yelp
This was my first Vietnamese experience and I will be back. My co-workers suggested this place. The ambiance is casual. I noticed they had a health score in the 80s, but I spotted that AFTER eating. I had the steak bun and added shrimp. The steak was flavored well and tender. They forgot to bring the shrimp. It was good when I finally got it. I think Ben was the only server, and we ran his behind to death!! He was a good sport though.

Yelp
This is my favorite Vietnamese spot OTP on the south side. The pho here is so good. Fresh. Consistently great broth. And because I come here so much, I know the staff who always treat us so well. If you want traditionally prepared Vietnamese dishes, great vibes, with decent parking, stop by!

Yelp
I'm typically here twice a month. Ordered a chicken Banh Mi sandwich yesterday while dining with coworkers for lunch and my order arrived at the table as a Pho soup of some sort. Once my 5 coworkers finished eating their meals in entirety, a 'fried' chicken sandwich arrived which I simply just accepted if they could wrap it up to go. Waiter apologized for the issue and said he would discount it for me. The 'discount' for not eating with my coworkers and getting the wrong sandwich to-go was $1.00 Thanks for the discount!

Brian B.

Yelp
The ultimate go-to, every time I am in The ATL. Spring rolls, bun, pho...everything is so tasty!

Kenny I.

Yelp
The place is big cool but it was a Saturday morning not as busy or full. I was greeted good and my order was taken at a good time. The girl bought the bowl out I didn't like that her finger was deep in the bowl. i will suggest her using a tray to bring the bowl out then the broth immediately after. This is the first pho place I been to that pour the broth in front of you. I can care less about that experience. Lastly the table had no napkins it took a while for me to get some cause the girl was attending to other tables and it was just her. I wouldn't return don't think the food is worth the price and it's only one size bowl for 16.99. A small size bowl at that so yea won't return. I can get a bigger bowl for less and better tasting than that.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The soup was a 10/10 customer service was wonderful. Only thing the chicken had lots of feathers , but once picked off it was amazing lol!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Food is great. But I'm a little annoyed because lately everytime I come to order either a chicken sandwich or bah mi they are sold out or don't have bread. I came 6/10. No bread. Now today 6/19 @2pm. No chicken sandwich and they were sold out of the bah mi. At 2pm.... You open at 11.

Yelp
poorly run restaurant, all teenagers who need more training, i ordered ahead online and my order was never made i then had to wait another 20 mins for my food with no attention from staff, good food but 45 minutes isn't worth it go to a different location

Dr. J

Yelp
I have been going to this location for over 10 years. I ate the soup at the restaurant and proceeded to take it home. When I arrived home to recook it I discovered a roach in my soup. I contacted the restaurant and received a refund immediately. The staff has always been amazing, the atmosphere is nice. I am deeply sad that this happened and hope they get this under control quickly. I ordered my food on June 4th 2025.

Yelp
I had to administer testing all last week and found this spot for lunch on Monday. I went back 3 more times that week! So good. Fast service. Good prices. Day 1 I had veggie egg rolls and a dish with chicken rice and veggies. And the Arnold Palmer is just the right mix. Day 2 - veggie egg rolls and spicy noodle soup. Day 3- shrimp egg roll and shrimp fried rice. Day 4- shrimp egg roll and wings. I enjoyed all of it!! Shrimp egg roll is my favorite. I could eat those for days. They also had the robot that brings your food to you. Cute touch. I highly recommend this place for great food and service.

Michelle P.

Yelp
Love it here! The food is amazing, and the staff is great! I was a former employee, and the management is kind and understanding - especially Christina! The place has a really nice vibe there to hangout and eat with friends!

Yelp
I used to love eating pho from Dua. But this place has gone downhill quickly. Over the last year, almost every single time I call to place an order, they are out of food I want. They don't have chicken. They don't have shrimp (I've gotten this comment at least 8 different times). They don't have jalapenos. They don't have large-size to-go bowls. I'm not exaggerating, it is very, very, very rare that I call to place an order (something I try to do about every two weeks) and I'm not told they are out of something. Which for me means that I simply don't place an order and move on to somewhere else. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing because I have no alternative nearby in which to get pho.

Tamara P.

Yelp
very clean and great place to come and eat. love sitting outside and watch the view. food is awesome. Lupita was also amazing and staff is so friendly!

K L.

Yelp
The quality of the food at this restaurant has gone from outstanding to terrible . When this establishment opened years ago downtown, the line would be out the door. I had the tofu Mixao and the vegetables were bland and mushy. The vegetables taste like they are prepared in advance; no crunch at all. The peanut sauce for the spring roll was watery and not even a faint taste of peanut. Not to mention the prices are almost triple what they used to be. The only thing that is good is the lemongrass tofu. I'm so disappointed that this legendary establishment has seen better days. Rest in peace Dua

Frances W.

Yelp
Actually enjoy this restaurant. It was a calm, cool and collect place. Good pricing I will return.
google avatar

Kei M.

Yelp
Do not come here. Save your money and go to Pho Dai Loi and get better food. The quality of this place has really went to the garbage. The original Dua should be ashamed of this location. The pork in the spring rolls were grey, the portions are small, the rice was over cooked, everything is overpriced because because the service was absolutely terrible... they have a robot to serve you in a place this small. The servers are literally looking at you while the robot doesn't even come close enough. They do not check if the food is agreeable after the robot drops it off. The cooks in the kitchen are chewing gum, and no one is wearing gloves while fixing food and doing a number of other things other than tending to the customers. No one brought us the check. The location has saved them. I always tip 20-20% and in this case, save the money.

Brian F.

Yelp
Thought I would give this place a try after three years. Ordered Pho. With chicken. I travel a lot and eat at many Vietnamese restaurants and this one is the worst in my experience. Big chunks of chopped up chicken thigh instead of thin sliced chicken breast. Chicken was fatty, rubbery and not thoroughly cooked. Didn't even eat half of it. Waste of money. There are many outstanding options for dining nearby. I tried to give it a second chance but this place failed me again.

Tracey F.

Yelp
The food was great and the employees were nice. Sadly the fryer was broken so no eggrolls. I love Dua Vietnamese!

Steven F.

Yelp
Their food and service is very good. You will get an authentic Pho and spring rolls here locally. They've been around for a while now I go there often every time I'm in Atlanta. Stop by and enjoy Pho!
google avatar

Christiana A.

Yelp
Always great food and service! I like to order takeout, too. Service is friendly and efficient, and the food never fails! My husband almost always goes for the pork bahn mi or spicy pho. Last time he had the meatball pho and really enjoyed it. The eggrolls are great (get the vegetarian, or (if you like shrimp) the shrimp)! I also like the fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls, which I dip into the pho broth! Sooo yummy! Plenty of shrimp in the shrimp pho!
google avatar

Shaun C.

Yelp
I ordered pho and rolls via UberEats for delivery. I have been a Dua customer since I moved to College Park 3 years ago. I've never been so disappointed with the food. Instead of sprouts, cilantro, basil, culantro, jalapeño slices, hoisin and sriracha to go with my soup, I got a box of spring mix with the lime wedges. That's just lame... I'd rather the restaurant just say they don't have condiments and knock a dollar off, or not sell pho at all. They do that with their banh mi... they purchase so many baguettes a day and when they're out, they don't sell more sandwiches. (They don't replace it with Wonder bread!) Worse, the beef I got with my pho was stale and dry. It tastes like it had been sitting in the fridge uncovered for days. I didn't eat it and I got a refund from UberEats. Pictures of the beef and spring mix attached. I know prices for ingredients are going up for restaurants, making it hard for locally owned places to thrive. I was happy to pay a little more to support local business. But I expect good food in return. This was really bad and disappointing. I won't be back. (This is a repost - my previous review wasn't attached with my account.)

Bella L.

Yelp
We had the privilege of having Marquez as our server he brought out the new Brisket burger. Amazing sweet savory wonderful. I would give this a 10/10 love coming here such a welcoming environment. This is a spot you can keep coming back to and the food is always superior quality with a delicious taste

Nathaniel J.

Yelp
Great food for the weather. I'd suggest anyone to come visit and grab the Bun Bo Hue. Super tasty and a lot of flavors.
google avatar

Dee P.

Yelp
This place is okay. It has a great location in Hapeville, lots of parking. It's at a corner, so you get traffic at the intersection if you are sitting outside. There's not really a lot of traffic in this side of town, so you don't get a lot of vehicle traffic passing you by if you decide to sit outside though. The service is a little slow, but it didn't really bother me on this day because I was just outside enjoying the beautiful sunshine. The server was really nice, and eventually took my order. It seemed like he was the only server waiting tables, as the other staff members were busy cooking and packaging food. I ordered a dish with steak and mung bean noodles as well as a dessert. However, I think my server forgot that I had ordered dessert and offered to close out my tab after I was done eating my noodles lol. The food had great flavour, especially the tenderloin steak. I would say the portions might be a little smaller than what a traditional Vietnamese restaurant would have. The meat to noodles ratio was a little off, I wish I had just slightly bit more noodles.
google avatar

LaShawnda G.

Yelp
I haven't had a bad meal or appetizer yet at this place. I literally mean everything taste delicious and is unique in its own way. I tend to go to this location for lunch and they are always super busy which some times can make them slow to make orders. I highly recommend ordering prior if you're visiting during lunch hours. They will have your order ready before you arrive. I've had the beef, shrimp and chicken pho. I just tried the steak salad and shrimp salad this week. I've also tried the steak plate with rice and salad included. Their steak is very succulent and tender while also still being flavorful. They are a bit on the pricey side compared to other Pho restaurants but overall a good choice eatery.
google avatar

Dakota S.

Yelp
I love coming here! I always enjoy their mixaos. All their food is really good. I just really wish they would add sweet chili to their sauce choices... The service is overall good. I would just like them to be more attentive.. I had to ask them to refill my drink. My daughter loves the little robot that delivers the food to the tables. The vibe is very calm every time I go. This is one of our go-to places to eat when I'm not in the mood to cook. We go at least once a month.
google avatar

Bry'hanna P.

Yelp
Love the service here very nice staff. The food was delicious especially the wings and rice my friend got the steak and said it was delicious as well

M S.

Yelp
So much yum! Whether you're hankering for pho, boba or their a la carte steak which is always so delish, treat yourself the next time you're in the area before 9pm!

Yelp
We were recommended to try Dua and it didn't disappoint! Plenty of parking available right around the corner/behind the restaurant itself. I ordered the Veggie Spring Rolls and the H1, which is Tenderloin Steak Hu Tieu Xao. The Spring Rolls came out first and they were fantastic. The H1 arrived shortly after and I enjoyed it. The steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The veggies were mixed with the noodles had great flavor as well. The portion was the perfect size to fill me up for dinner without having any leftovers. My colleague also loved his spring rolls and enjoyed the Pho. Overall, this place checked the box for quality and fast Vietnamese food. The menu had quite a few options and the food arrived in a timely manager. There were a few times where the wrong food was brought to our table and we had to let the food runner know. The front of house was slightly unorganized but it wasn't a big deal. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this location for a while now. Came here yesterday and picked up some PHO shrimp pho to be exact. I walked in a was greeted by this nice lady. I placed my order with her and she told me 10-15 wait. I sat and waited on my food and people watched. My food came out w/o any issues. Food was hot, Service was great and I will be back.
