I visited The Dubai Frame this morning, and my first tip for travelers is: book your ticket online and arrive early! I got there just after opening (9 AM), which was perfect. I had plenty of time to take photos outside, and when I went inside, there were virtually no crowds. Because the elevator to the top is small, only a few people can go up at a time — as it fills up, you’ll have to wait for others to come down before the line moves again. The earlier you arrive, the better chance you have to avoid this. By the time I left, there was already a long line forming outside.
At the top of The Frame, you’ll experience panoramic views of Dubai. One of the coolest shots you can take is looking straight down through the glass floor — you can see directly to the ground below. It’s a little nerve-racking at first. I took a video of myself walking across the glass floor. Fun experience!
What is the point of The Dubai Frame? It represents Dubai's past and future. When you look north, you see Old Dubai, When you look south, you see Modern Dubai.
