USA DESTINED FLIERS - EAT BEFORE GOING THROUGH CUSTOMS. Once you make it through customs, food options basically disappear completely, leaving you with potato chips and candy bars. There were plenty of options once we arrived to terminal 2, but we figured there would be options at the gates which was not accurate. Otherwise the airport looks nice and is well updated, we make it through security and customs quickly. But having no food options was pretty lame, especially because our flight is 8 hours with a belly full of candy bars.

Mixed experiences here! Landing was very straightforward and finding public transports was super easy as everything is divided into zones! Flying out of T2 in the morning was a breeze! Really nice terminal, clean, modern, fast and friendly security, lack of outlets, but everything worked out really well. Getting a rental was also fine. Flying out of T1 in the afternoon is a different story! No sign where security is, only one big sign right where you have to be. Security was crazy busy and not the friendliest staff, with some unnecessary stuff and nothing for you feet when you have to put your shoes through so you have to walk in your socks through all the dirt! Terminal has long walking times and is crazy busy! Didn’t enjoy it!

Google
Dublin Airport exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was clearly signposted and easy to navigate. Security moved quickly despite the crowds, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The airport is modern, clean, and offers plenty of food and shopping options, including local Irish products which made for great last-minute gifts. We especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas, charging stations, and free Wi-Fi. Passport control and baggage claim were also efficient, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Whether you’re arriving or departing, Dublin Airport offers a stress-free and pleasant experience. Would absolutely recommend flying through here!

Dublin Airport (DUB) — the gateway for over 33 million passengers annually, and the busiest airport in Ireland: ✈️ Overview • Located approximately 12 km (6 miles) north of Dublin city centre . • Handles over 33 million passengers per year as of 2024, with continuous efforts to expand capacity despite regulatory caps and growing demand (). • Operated by daa (Dublin Airport Authority).

Google
Pretty good airport, they have free Wi-Fi and it’s generally a pleasant experience. I’ve been there multiple times and haven’t had a bad experience and I’m sure that you won’t either.

Google
Very easy entry and exit from this airport. The airport is quite big. I flew out of terminal 2. Very close to Swords, so if you have a few hours between flights and don't want to hang about an airport, it's worth the effort. Usual food courts and duty-free, both of which were quality.

shanaka jayatilake

Google
Best airport experience! Today was a bit chaotic at the baggage drop-off, but the staff handled everything with incredible professionalism. I had just one hour before my flight, and they still managed to get my bag loaded in time for an on-time departure. If this had happened in Germany, chances are the bags wouldn’t have made it—or I would’ve missed the flight entirely. Huge respect to the team for their efficiency and calm under pressure. Really great work!

Google
Dublin Airport is smooth and well-run—clean, with lots of food spots. You hop on a bus to get to the plane, but everything else goes just how you'd expect.

Yelp
After a smooth landing in Dublin, Ireland, from Amsterdam, a bus will pick you up from the airport. Then, a train is provided for international flights to the terminal, taking you to the planes headed back to the United States. Facial recognition is the new ID for airport travel. No papers are necessary; just you, with no sunglasses on your face. There are lots of checks and balances. Even though facial recognition is available, passports and boarding passes are still needed, but friendly, efficient delivery is provided at all checkpoints.

Yelp
The only reason I am giving it 3 stars and not 1 star is that arriving at the airport was a breeze. Our flight landed an hour early, and we got our bags and went through immigration and customs super-fast. Everyone seemed friendly at 8 AM. The flight back to the United States was a completely different experience. Everyone at the security checkpoint was absolutely rude; they could not be bothered to answer questions. There were a bunch of people who made mistakes and left liquids in their bags. They are still using the liquids in plastic bags rule. This includes lotions also, so do not forget the hand lotion in your purse or even the cold meds that have the gel inside them. Even going through US immigration at the airport was an issue; they were not listening to the fact that I had the tickets for my aunt and Mother, and they kept trying to separate us into other lines since we did not live in the same household. The weigh stations at Aer Lingus do not give you an option to print the boarding pass, and the line to be seen was going to take at least an hour to get to the front, so we were using them on my phone. I wish I could have had the same amazing experience as the day I landed.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my experience at the Dublin airport. It is a medium sized airport with a small airport feel. Everyone we interacted with (employees) were incredibly kind and helpful. It is extremely clean and easily navigated. The bathrooms were fantastic (especially as compared with most of the airport bathrooms in the US). Both the Irish Customs people and the early access US Custom setups were great. I would happily use this airport in the future when flying to Ireland.

Yelp
On both entering and leaving Dublin, the experience going through the airport was great. Extremely quick and effect. Well signposted and easy to navigate. Through security in less than 5 minutes and did not experience and long lines on either end. There are a couple of lounges, duty free shopping, and restaurants and bars.

Yelp
Landed today at the Dublin Airport in Ireland. We took the RyanAir flight which unloads everyone onto the tarmac then a long walk through the airport to the luggage area and secured the bags immediately. There were several coffee spots near the exit but the main emphasis was on Guinness beer, with their advertisements posted everywhere. In 1759, Guinness was founded at the James Gate Brewery in Dublin. I felt like this was the beginning of a great trip. This airport is definitely smaller that most so navigation to the taxi pick up was simple. On our now to Scotland and purchased an Ireland duck from the Duty Free for $6.00.

Yelp
Great selction of bars and restaurants and stores before the US entry checkpoint. Only one restaurant/Bar after the check point. It took over an hour to go thru the US entry checkpoint.
google avatar

Yelp
Honestly, pretty easy to navigate! Good signage throughout. The uber pickup area was far though. You have to walk all the way to the end of the pickups. Buses get prime real-estate. Then taxis and after Ubers. The airport felt small and didn't have too much going on. Compared to Los Angeles International Airport, anyway. Very clean airport. The restrooms were stocked up with toiletries. I would fly in to this airport again.
google avatar

Chris D.

Yelp
Very busy airport and beware, it's a bit of a walk from the shops, restaurants etc to the gates. But plenty to sit of places to sit and wait. Easy to get into to Dublin on the dublin express bus (15 mins to the 3Arena area).
google avatar

Eduardo V.

Yelp
The airport was good. I don't remember too much because we went through it very quickly, but no complaints.
google avatar

Yelp
My mom and I transited through Dublin and it was also one of our 'hubs' on our trip last month. It was a pleasant experience. It's easy to get overwhelmed at International airports sometimes, but we didn't feel overwhelmed here. The rental car garage was extremely close by, which is always nice. And the attendant was very helpful. There's also great signs throughout the airport, which makes like easier. All in all, this was one of the better International Airports that I've been to recently.

Yelp
Leave time for tom foolery. The "officials" searching baggage are Low IQ goons. I had a small angel in my bag with delicate gold foil, I warned the "officer" about it being delicate but he ignored me and wrecked it. When I told him he had damaged it he accused me of filming him, told me I had to delete it, which I didn't have to delete so he delayed me "to bring the police. ". At that point I called for a manager, and a very large lady appeared that was excited to slow things up. They are not on your side and they know you don't want to miss your flight. The cops finally came and told them to give me my stuff, which was all in taters. Low IQ #1 had dropped one of my socks on the floor and I didn't bother to ask for it. It is very unlikely the sort that wanted to see the pretty angel will ever prevent a crime. Just bullies with plastic badges. Dublin is amazing but that lot leaves a bad taste. Avoid DUB if possible.
google avatar

Mei T.

Yelp
I had a connection flight in Dublin before heading towards Prague, Czech Republic. Maybe it was just my connection flight, or maybe the airport seemed really small??
google avatar

Weston P.

Yelp
If you arrive in terminal 1 and have a connecting flight give yourself time to allow going through security again. If you're going to the USA plan on doing it once more. The terminal 2 for international departures sucks in terms of amenities. There are very few food options. I love Ireland, but this airport could make things easier.
google avatar

Tanya J.

Yelp
Easy to navigate and clean. When you check in there's an area with shops and food, and this is your best bet to grab something before heading to your gate. There are other options at each gate, but more lighter fare.
google avatar

Yelp
I've flown into and out of Dublin Airport for two separate trips now, so I've been here four times total. It's a small airport compared to some of the hub airports in the states, but it's far from the smallest airport I've been to. It's fairly easy to navigate in this airport. Pickup and drop off is easy and clearly labeled. There are bathrooms throughout the airport that are clean and big. Customs was quick and easy entering the country but takes longer when leaving to the states. That's probably more due to how strict the US is with customs and less about the airport itself, though. Make sure you check the preclearance screen before going to it - they don't seem to allow you in until about two hours before your flight. I don't mind going through this airport and I'm sure I will again in the future.

Yelp
I never thought I'd ever have anything nice to say about an airport. This airport was clean, easy to navigate and the people were so friendly! As someone from LA having to deal with the horrible attitudes of the people that work at LAX this was such a nice experience.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
I've flown in and out of Dublin airport at least four times now. This airport is pretty seamless and easy to navigate. The signage if very clear and there aren't a lot of confusing twists and turns. Not to stereotype but everyone is always very friendly and helpful. When you need to be pointed in the right direction there is always someone there to help you and have a smile on their face. I don't always feel so confident or helped by staff in the states. Very friendly vibes and when needing an airport that you can get in and out of with ease, it's pretty good. For example, today I got off my plane and walked to baggage claim. I don't know how it's possible but within 10 minutes the carousel was turned on and everyone's bags started coming through. It was so easy and quick! Even one of the security members clarified if that was really my bag that come off from the California flight, told him yup, and he was like "wow so fast". Haha. Glad we were both equally as impressed. Long story long, I don't know many people that love the airport and I personally hate flying so any kind and/or easy interaction to make my travels less painful is much appreciated. That's how I feel time and time again after leaving Dublin airport, it's a pretty good one.
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
Not the what I was expecting. It was very ordinary. I guess on the plus side it was mostly efficient. The employees certainly skipped the message about the friendly nature of all things Ireland. I guess the grind of working at an airport gets the better of staff.
google avatar

Howard L.

Yelp
DUB is a pleasant airport to connect through. The big airlines here are Aer Lingus and Ryanair. The whiskey bars here may be a giveaway but you definitively get the sense that the Irish enjoy their liquor. The airport logistics were uneventful, and that's always a big thumbs up.
google avatar

Ron H.

Yelp
Very up to date airport Unfortunately, we arrived at 4:00am, and waited to 5:00am -- very little open Lots of potential Easy 20 minute ride to city Immigration very well signed and a breeze (much better than (Heathrow)
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
Dublin Airport (DUB) was one of the easiest airports I have been to. Going through pre clearance was a breeze, there are decent food options that will not rip you off. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the airport itself is very clean. Lines move fast and there is plenty of assistance at every turn. My flight was delayed (no fault of the airport), and they really do a great job with the turnarounds. I have heard rarely are flights cancelled out of this airport, and I just liked the overall positive vibes of the place. One negative; there are absolutely no places to charge your phone. Now I have to see how this pares up with the other airports in Europe.
google avatar

Yelp
Flew Aer Lingus at Dublin airport terminal 2. The airport only has two terminals. The waiting line for Aer Lingus check in is long, but there are self service kiosks to weight the check bags and drop them off. staffs are available to help by the kiosks. On a Saturday early afternoon, the security line was not long. There are no staff to organize the lines which makes the security line move slowly.

Yelp
Tidy airport that is extremely easy to navigate. I traveled internationally through here and the experience was a breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Pash Lee L.

Yelp
Smooth and easy process when we left to go back to the states. Was smooth or organized going through customs, global entry etcetera. Staff were very professional and well organized.

Yelp
Had two layovers in Dublin recently, both were fairly smooth. On the outbound, we stopped here between America and England. This was a really quick and easy process, as there were no lines and the passport checks were straight forward. No fumbling around with extra paperwork or questions. Security was fine as well. With the relationship that Ireland and the UK have, it's definitely easiest traveling in this direction. There isn't an abundance of seating, so many people (including us), spent a fair amount of time standing around waiting. Our flights, and two other gates near by were all delayed - which I know is an airline issue, not an airport issue - but this seems to be a trend lately so be prepared. While you're waiting however, there is a good size food/shopping area upstairs (open limited hours). We wondered around there and grabbed a coffee and scone from a really nice vendor. Bathrooms are clean, no complaints there. Very appreciative of the large, private family restrooms as well, which we used a few times with our 10 month old. Good size changing table area, sink, and stall all included in this space. Very well-kept. On our second layover here, returning back to the US, it was definitely more hectic. If you're traveling to America, get ready to be shuffled downstairs in a big ol' long line through customs. Oddly enough we had to go through security a second time as well. Don't get me wrong, the process was pretty easy and quick considering, but definitely prepare for extra time ahead of your flight. Because our flight was delayed (again), we had to basically run after we made it through. Luckily for US citizens, like myself, the line is much shorter. Also so much less chaotic then going through customs when you land in the US... I preferred this for sure! All in all, it's a clean, easy airport. Not much more you can really ask for.
google avatar

Yelp
Very nice airport, entry into Ireland was easy, a couple of questions and they stamp your passport, leave was just as easy preclearance for US customs before you board the plane, super easy. Like all the rest of Ireland everyone was very friendly and polite. Taxi stands are close to the terminals and easy to access. Airport staff is super helpful. Highly Recommended.

Yelp
This airport was a struggle to enjoy. I'm a big fan of airports but this one is just so.... badly organized. They advertise 24/7 food but everything closed at 8pm so I was struggling to find a meal or a sandwich or chips even because I had about 2 hours before my delayed flight. The shops are also very spread apart so by the time I located my gate and saw everything was closed and walked by to the other half of the airport, everything was closed. There was also quite a few escalators and electric walkways that were out of service. Trash a bit everywhere and just overly loud. Just felt very chaotic and slow. At least security was pretty fast and I didn't have any trouble except that they flagged my 30ml bottle of hand sanitizer even though it was in a separate bin and properly stored. Even the agent was confused why the bin got flagged.

Yelp
Nice, easy, convenient airport. Good food, shopping and places to work. Live the Irish atmosphere!

Yelp
The Dublin airport was fine when we flew in and out last weekend. I really appreciated the express bus you can take to and from the airport to the city center! Otherwise, an okay airport in all the ways that matter (lines for security/customs, bathrooms, food options, etc.).
google avatar

Lindsay H.

Yelp
Fast, efficient, well-oiled machine for arrivals. Clear signage. Great amenities. Clean bathrooms. Immediately got our bags upon arriving to baggage claim. There are shuttles galore and several Dublin Express bus hubs to take you and your luggage into the city. Departure was a nightmarish ordeal, however. If you are flying back to the US from this airport on a weekend, absolutely allow at least 3+ hours prior to scheduled takeoff. We erroneously assumed 2 hours would be enough as it is every other country we've flown in/out of. The desk agent we checked in with immediately freaked me out after looking at our flight time and saying "Oh no! You must hurry and not delay." Gahhhh! Not fun for an already anxious flier. Once we got in the initial (very long) security line up the escalators, we were optimistic. Nope. Once you have your ticket and passport scanned by the first person, they funnel you into another very long line past the wall for the actual TSA baggage checks. The thing that makes it take forever? They only had two lines open for hundreds of travelers and they make you take everything off and out of your bags: liquid of any kind or size, shoes, belts, jackets, sweatshirts, jewelry, all tech. It was even more strict than U.S. airports. After you go through that first security check, you must make your way across the terminal to the U.S. checkpoint where you do A SECOND FULL BAGGAGE CHECK. We told a worker our flight was currently boarding and he said they will reach out over the speaker if they needed us. We were lucky to have kind people allow us to cut lines or we would 100% have missed our flight. After we make it through the second full check (complete with my bag being tagged for an additional explosives scan), then we had to make our way to the passport check. They ask a number of questions and also take photos of you. We heard our names being called over the speaker at this point, as the plane is about to leave. We ran towards the gate and realized that the gate we needed was on a different floor, 29 gates away. The speaker then called us again with a different gate number on the lower level. We finally reached the gate and were told our plane was departing from the upper floor and the escalator wasn't working. This scenario is like a comedy movie at this point. We sprinted up the flights of stairs, wove our way through the maze of jetways and JUST made it onto the plane. We were the last people to board and way in the back. So very lucky. The good news is that as the last people on the plane, we had less time sitting during a very long flight. Please learn from our timing mistake. It was...special.

Yelp
This is a good international airport. Security and customs were easy to get through. The Checkin process was a bit crazy but that was due to the computers for the company being down. The airport is relatively clean and the personnel working are friendly. I wouldn't mind going through this airport again.
google avatar

Daniel H.

Yelp
Clean and easy, the airport employees were all helpful and polite. This was a once in a lifetime trip. Thanks everyone at the Dublin Airport!
google avatar

Erica C.

Yelp
4/10/23, landing and will check out the airport and facilities. Looks like a large terminal with many different airplane carriers. More to come. Here are photos of the airport and bus services after you obtain your checked in baggage.
google avatar

Yelp
I rather like any place you can get a Guinness at 6 am and take it to your terminal. Here, we passed through, got stamped, the signage was easy, the doors automatic, and the googly eyes about! Lol, I guess this is the kind of review you get after a red eye flight, no sleep, two bad movies, and a Guinness and a cappuccino. Perfecto!
google avatar

Bri S.

Yelp
It was not bad no real problems no major complaints. Security was fine, ticket counter was fine, gate was fine, luggage handling was fine. Seats in the terminal were fine and bathrooms and wifi were fine. I also got a COVID test in the parking lot and while inconvenient having to go there at 2am for a 5-6am flight, it worked out fine and got my results within 30 minutes. Did a little shopping while waiting to fly to Spain. Flew in via Air France to the main terminal a few days earlier. And out via Air France again when leaving to do the rest of the trip. I only wish the tax refund counters were more readily staffed and maybe a few more food options. It also could have been a bit clear which tax refund service to use because there are 3-4 but not clear which one applies.

Yelp
Coming back to the States was a breeze, really efficient security and the customs pre-clearance is a huge benefit when you've landed and you just want to get your luggage and get out. They funnel you through a few different lines, but we waited only minutes in each one. Personnel is helpful and pleasant, no problems whatsoever (hey Heathrow, are you listening??) This is how an airport should be run, international travel is hard enough without the additional hassles in an airport. The only minus, and it's pretty small, is upon getting to our gate, I searched and searched for a drinking fountain to fill up my bottle; none was to be found. Most airports have filtered water stations, I didn't see one anywhere. And, I didn't really want to fill up in the bathroom, yuck.
google avatar

Yelp
When we arrived from Copenhagen to Dublin (EU countries), we were able to leave the airport quickly. Dublin Airport is one of a few airports outside North America that offers a US Preclearance. Departing from Dublin to the United States, you have to go through four lines: 1) Dublin Airport security screening 2) Present your boarding pass to enter the US Preclearance area. 3) TSA security screening 4) Present your passport and boarding pass to a US Preclearance officer for inspection OR Global Entry. The benefit of US Preclearance is having U.S.-bound flights arrive at domestic terminals instead of international terminals, which allows passengers to avoid immigration lines upon arrival. Connecting passengers in the US will have their baggage checked through to their final destination. It may seem hassle, but it's better to go through passport control sooner rather than later.
google avatar

Kim S.

Yelp
Immigration was a breeze - super friendly and fast! The taxi line was long but moved very quickly. We were lucky to get a super nice taxi driver, PJ Ryan, who gave a run down on where to go and what to avoid in the area.

Yelp
Love coming through Dublin airport I am a flight attendant so i frequently fly in to Dublin for work and it is so easy to get through it has lots of signage so not hard to get lost very easy to get through the pre clearance for the u.s and the staff is very friendly!

Yelp
As of the date of this review, Terminal 1 is a hideous maze of old, outdated, run down, added onto paths with no cohesivity. This was seriously the saddest, ugliest airport terminal I've ever seen. Terminal 2 is MUCH nicer, modern. However, completing check-in, bag check at Aer Lingus ticket counter was a nightmare of inefficiency. We weren't allowed to do online check-in the day before since, I believe, they were required to view our passports - not sure though. We got in line at 8:10 and there were probably 40 people ahead of us. We finished up there at 10:15 - 2 HOURS LATER. We had filled in every required thing online prior to getting too the airport. Yet, we were asked at the counter for our home address and phone numbers, which the ticket agent had to type into some system because she didn't have the info even though all of it was provided to Aer Lingus MONTHS prior when we booked the tickets. Security checkpoint was a total Sshow. I get it that it's a safety thing. However, many many people ahead of us were completely clueless that liquids needed to be in a quart size bag and removed from carryons, clueless they needed to remove watches, belts, coats, etc. Dublin needs to do a better job in those lines telling the clueless herd how to get their poo in a pile BEFORE they reach the conveyor. In addition, the guy manning our line was OCD or something - making people overly organize their things in the bins into quadrants just perfect. Other lines around us moved much faster. I've never seen anything like it anywhere. US Customs and passport control performed in Dublin was quick but still took time and people had to do all the same over again 5 minutes after Dublin security (remove liquids, put stuff thru x-ray, etc.). Why on earth can't US Customs preclearance and Dublin security join forces, be COMBINED with dedicated lines for US destinations? And have people only go thru that fun ONCE. The clueless had no idea they'd have to do A US security check 5 minutes after the first one. So, they had put back on their watches, belts, coats, etc. which then had to be removed AGAIN. After all that, we actually managed to make it to our gate around 11:15 for 12:00 flight.

Yelp
(NOT COVID SAFE) First off, I am vaccinated but I also know that the virus is not over yet. And people still need to follow mandates and even just in general. I have never seen such disorganization in the world. No one was wearing a mask (being that we aren't out of the woods with covid yet.) MEANWHILE, the adults were the ones coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths. Simple common sense is not known here I'm assuming? None of the staff were helpful except the people CLEANING the airport knew more than the actual receptionists. Customs and security allowed people to CUT in front of us. No one used manners. Children literally running wild, absolutely no directions. I mean literally no one was asking if we needed help or assistance. Do not and I repeat, do not come to this airport if you can help it.
google avatar

Sandy B.

Yelp
We were traveling from Dublin to Charlotte today. It took about 10-15 minutes to get through the initial screening. Then we had to head to the USA custom gates. This is where prescreen and global entry really come in handy. When you get to the queue, they will screen your boarding pass again. If you do not have Tsa Prescreen, you will once again go through the conveyor belts have to take your shoes off and have to pull out all liquids and electronics. If you do have prescreen, you will continue on to the next queue. There if you have global entry you were simply walk up in a separate line, get your picture screen, and then carry on to the agent for him to scan your boarding, pass and look at your.passport. You are done in less than five minutes from the time you started in a very long line. Everybody else is looking at you like what did you have to do?

Yelp
I was super happy that we were able to preclear before coming into the US from this airport. We had a very tight connection and we were able to get through USA preclearance very quickly !

Yelp
Yelp 100 Challenge 2019 - #51/100 Free WiFi That should cover it. Lol. Lines at the immigration went through in a breeze as, many counters were open. Officers were friendlier than most but make no mistake they do their jobs and do them quite well. I love how they have U.S. pre-immigration over here so when you arrive Stateside, it's straight to the baggage claim. Not even London offers this convenience.

Yelp
We flew on British Airways on our flights to and from the Dublin Airport recently. (+) This is a smaller airport, but still very easy to navigate. The signage was set up perfectly and I never felt like I didn't know where I was heading. (+) There are plenty of food options available, both in stores and in restaurants. (+) We loaded up on souvenirs at one store because we were shocked at the prices compared to the quality of merchandise. The prices were actually cheaper than the handful of souvenir shops we stopped in that day! Not only that, the quality of the shirts and hoodies is outstanding! I was very impressed. That never happens. A little smaller and a little older, but still a clean and well run airport, IMO. 4 stars.

Yelp
This airport is functional. Not what one would expect of an international Airport. It is NOT a "beacon of luxury" as another review indicated! Lol. Obviously a joke. The staff is mostly courteous, some are abrupt and seem tolerant with an air of irritation they keep to themselves. Definitely not friendly or welcoming. I had 6 hours to spend here Let me just say, if you are hungry, get a small snack and hope your flight crew serves you something you can eat. One actual restaurant with a long line and a I passed by several times to get a view of the food, understaffed and very long wait times to get a seat, and have food brought to you. I saw several tables waiting about 45 minutes without anything. The souvenirs... mostly cheap junk. I passed. The decor? Missing or dated. Interesting picture of a woman serving tea at the Dublin airport in the 60's, I believe. ATTENTION ENTREPRENEURS! There is a huge opportunity here! Travelers with money and nothing really to spend it on. Food. Souvenirs. Coffee. Restaurants. Even a good bookstore. All modern endeavors would make a killing. There is one decent coffee place. The pastries are not fresh or very good. Save yourself for Italy or France. I don't normally rate things so poorly and i personally enjoy my time wherever I am and enjoy different experiences. This airport though could be so much better with a refreshed management vision. Safe travels.

Yelp
Toilets - the stench - and not clean. US Preclearance very poorly sign-posted and marked considering the interminably long walk through nooks and crannies in the labyrinth. Rude cleaning people - their blue bin Sat blocking the walkway whilst they chatted with each other. When asked to get through, I got the attitude of 400 good drag queens, and these were apparently not drag queens. Note to airport - hire with a bit more diversity in the futures. Duty Free was a joke in all three shops where I stopped. The help behind the counters daydreaming and deaf to my calls if "can I get some help, please? They lost that chunk of business. The second place - the only assistant spent five solid minutes discussing the contents of a croissant with a nervous woman. I just wanted a pint of stout. Boarding call lost him that business. Finally, as I'm getting into boarding line which does not move, I nip over for a packet of crisps, but the help is daydreaming to the point if drooling, like a bored child at a bad circus. Please recommend a better airport in the Emerald Isle. The aisles were awful in this airport. Slán agus beannacht.

Yelp
The most unorganised cluster mess of an airport and complete waste tax payers money. Duty free staff say companies are leaving constantly. Selection is very low. Restaurants closed. Gates change constantly. Dirty. Horrible. DAA parking is a mess too.

Yelp
Super fast free wifi. Plenty of seats. Wish they had more outlets though. Had to take bus from one gate to another but was not too bad
