Dubs Tea N' Eats

We've been coming here every week for MC Trivia for about 6 months, and we absolutely love it. The staff are fun and friendly, and we love the food too. We get pretzel sticks (my personal fave is the pepperoni), tea (lots of great flavors- I love "Red Dirt"), and AMAZING cheesecake (love the blueberry cobbler). They of course have more choices too. Great place for community hang-outs!

I love this place. I love the combination of homemade and commercial snacks. The atmosphere is so chill and the teas are good. I just want to say the owner is one of the nicest people I've met. I love how friendly and caring he is to everyone.

I came here for my birthday with some friends, and it was great! The food was very fresh and felt homemade. They had lots of shelves full of different games to play, and the guy working there even recommended some of his favorites. It felt really well-run. Definitely coming here again!

Lance the owner and the crew is super friendly, this is our go to spot for our weekly tabletop game meet up. Very laid back and chill place. Love their stuffed pretzels and unlimited all you can drink specials! 5 stars and best local business!

A great place to hang out, play a board game and have a snack or light meal. Dubs is friendly, has a fun and unique menu and as a bonus has a huge variety of boars games you can play.

Very friendly staff. Really cool mix of ice tea flavors, both sweet and unsweet. You can also purchase gallons for $5. Small food menu. I went with a stuffed pretzel. My partner has diet restrictions and they were very kind and flexible and fixed something not even on the menu. Highly recommended.

Trivia night is awesome. A big room for games. Good food and tea. Great vibe. They have other games nights to attend. Togo gallons of tea and some great desserts.

When you're in England, visit pubs If you don't like thin people, date chubs And when we're down in Plano We never can say no To lemonade fresh made at Dubs I don't like subtitles. Especially when I'm in Plano. If I'm watching a movie in Plano and it's not in English, then I want Dubs. This is a very unique and different kind of place, which basically sells all kinds of nice lemonades. Barbi like several of the flavours - such as the watermelon. We tried a lot of different stuff, and they were the friendliest people imaginable. Honestly I'm not really into American style lemonade anymore because it's a little too sweet, but if I was, this would be my favourite place in Dallas. So I guess I would give it more of a 4-star rating because it's local and its innovative, except that it has some of the friendliest service in Dallas, especially considering they were 5 minutes away from closing and still wanted to give us samples of "Everything Under the Sun" (figuratively). So bearing that in mind, I most definitely have to give them a very handsome 5-star rating.

Food is glorious and the price is most definitely fair. The workers and management are all quite pleasant as well! They have quite the variety of teas and if anyone stops in for their game sessions, you will make many new friends. If you like tabletop gaming and some quality comfort food, you've come to the right place!

I really just like this place. Always good quacks and treats, dome icecream and some great teas.They also refill your 5 gallon water bottles!! Great pretzels and lots of board games and toys to entertain the kids. The owners are usually there helping you decide what to get or try out and are really friendly.

Very calm and casual. A good place for a TTRPG or a Boardgame with friends. The food is good, filled pretzels and quesadillas, as well as a variety of excellent teas. The staff are helpful, everyone is very casual.

Hidden gem, we stumbled onto this place for lunch one Friday afternoon and we can not wait to stumble back. The food was fresh and delicious, try the pretzel stuffed cheesecake and thank me later. The owner was both hospitable and super friendly. This place is kid friendly and we recommend it 100%. My husband said to just ignore the "Steelers" memorabilia and enjoy the chicken sandwich.

Stopped here for the first time after passing by a few times, wasn't expecting much. Service was awesome, not many people in the spot but it was a cold tuesday lol. Got a brisket and cheese stuffed pretzel with cinnamon roll tea, but there's a ton of other flavors of tea. Food was delicious. Definitely going to stop by here again soon.

'Dub's Blend' flavor tea ROCKS!!! It's my absolute goto. Dub's himself is very personable, always great to talk with, funny and REAL.

Dubs is a terrific small sandwich shop that has really good tea and other drinks. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pretzel rolls are made with homemade dough and their super. A ton of great flavors. Games. Plus if you or your kids love playing games then he has a great selection to keep you busy. Me and my kids almost played a whole game of monopoly here one Saturday. You'll love Dubs.

Amazing tea, amazing food, amazing selection of board games. 'Nough said. There is nothing more to say that all of the other reviews have already said. The tea is unreal. Trust me, I am a self-taught tea connoisseur that has had more tea than five average people. The pretzels are delicious, the chicken curry salad is delicious, the cheesecake is delicious. If you are looking for great conversation and a quick bite to eat or drink, you must go to Dubs Tea N' Eats.

The teas and handcrafted sodas were really good and the price we paid for them was only a little more than what we might have paid for lesser quality tea and soda at a casual fast food place and much cheaper than what we might have paid for similar quality drinks elsewhere. Staff was helpful and they let you sample to see what you like. I hope this place succeeds, but the location isn't the greatest and the sign leaves one wondering what this place does since you can barely read "Dub's" on the ice cube. We were curious enough to check it out, so maybe their sign worked...

This is such a cute shop! Thanks to yelp suggestions, I stopped by after an appointment in the area. There were several different tea and lemonades available and little sample cups to try them. There was a family being assisted by the cashier, and he was really helpful with them; explaining the pretzels and recommendations and being patient with the two teenage daughters. All of the ones I tried were delicious and it was so hard to make a decision! The vanilla mint and cinnamon roll and raspberry green tea were refreshing and unique. Both the berry lemonade and blueberry limeade were so good and not crazy, overwhelmingly sweet, and the latter was my choice. (Sorry to take so many samples, I hate committing!) There are sofas and tables to sit and study or hang out and if I hadn't just eaten, I would've been trying the food, so hopefully for a later review. If only this place were closer to me, I would probably be investing in a Loyaltea cup and visiting all the time! Be sure to check out this local business and encourage its success!

I didn't know what this place was and I'm so glad we stopped in! The pretzels are delish, and all the teas and lemonades are so good! I got a coconut black tea and a gallon of mango roobios, both of which are amazing! I'll be back for sure!

Delicious tea! And he has just about any flavor you can think of. If he doesn't have it already made it takes about 8 minutes to brew what you want! Just a little hole in the wall but such a great find. He even has board games to play while you enjoy your tea!

Our boy, Dub, DELIVERS. My personal favorite drink is Berry Pink Lemonade. I go up to T&W almost every single day and it never fails to make my day.

Amazing guy, really nice food and drinks for super cheap. Plenty of games to play, and the firefly ice cream they serve is fantastic. Always nice stopping in, but order ahead if you're in a rush- the food can take a while to come out. I love being able to buy a dubs sticker for my water bottle for discounted drinks too!

Great place for excellent tea and water. My go to place for water. Very friendly owners that go above and beyond to ensure customers experience their great products.

So this isn't the cheapest tea/water place (at $0.50/gallon for filtered water, you could go to any coin-operated filtered water machine and pay around $0.40) but the owner is super nice and friendly and he spent a lot of time educating us on teas. My hubby is really big into coffee and the owner gave us a free cup since it was 4pm and he didn't anticipate selling anymore coffee for the day - what a great guy! I love it when small business owners offer exceptional service and aren't cheap - I know every penny counts but he understood the value of not being a penny pincher. Also, big shout out to their pretzel dogs. 2 for $5 and they taste pretty yummy.

Excellent service and they are so friendly when explaining everything the first time I went there. It's definitely small, but the teams quality and I found a seat to sit and relax while waiting on some things at Plato's closet. I will be back!

An iced tea drinkers paradise! I don't drink soda or sweet tea so I love a good unsweetened tea. This place offers both. The coconut was refreshing and not over powering. The tropical is my favorite. Self serve so you get that perfect ice to tea ratio. They also have gallons on hand so you can take home your favorite flavor. The homemade pretzels looked amazing and I can't wait to try one. Stop by! You won't be disappointed!

What can I say about Dubs Tea & Water that hasn't already been said about the wheel, the internet, or the cure for polio... Hands down, this is easily one of the best tea shops I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. For the longest time, I've been on a quest looking for an awesome place to find tea and very clean, crisp water. I mean people ask me all the time, "Justin, how hard can it be to find delicious tea and what's wrong with the water you're drinking now?" or "Justin, why do you keep stealing all my girlfriends?" Well... to answer the first question, it is VERY hard to find good tea, water too! How was I supposed to know that drinking water from my neighbors' hoses was frowned upon?! Nevertheless, in hopes of fulfillng my unquenchable desire to succeed in this quest, I walked into this establishment and got myself a gallon of water and a thing of peach tea from the wonderful Dance? Ranch? Vance? Oh, whatever his name was, the flawless-looking owner with the level 99 goatee. He had explained everything there was to know about tea, water, and his shop. And, now comes the exciting part. I hope you're still reading kids cause this is where it gets nerve-wracking. I was planning on going home shortly after paying for my drinks, but luckily I decided that no, important events in life are meant to be experienced in the moment. But, was it possible? Could anything I drink from this moment forward possibly top my neighbors' hose water? And then, it happened... I took my first sip of that water. No... I experienced that glorious first sip of water and so many things happened to me at the moment; I saw a bright light and went to heaven, where I saw my grandparents blessing this drink; I went back in time to when I was 17 and my wife was giving birth to our 8th child. But even then, none of these things could compare to the taste of this water. As I neared the final sip of both my water and tea, I came to the conclusion that nothing else could bring me this much joy in the form of a beverage. Dubs is love, Dubs is life. tl;dr Dubs Tea & Water: UnMATCHAble prices. TEAriffic quality.

The cheesecake here is incredible!!!!!!! Made from scratch and so decadent. We are definitely ordering these for our next party. They also sell Sweet Firefly ice cream, which is locally made and delicious. The owner is so nice and personable.

Four words: Strawberry Lime Basil Water!!!! So delicious, so fresh, and completely natural - nothing chemical-y added. Love that they support the local community and schools, too. Friends, please come here; it is locally owned, the owner is onsite and friendly plus they even have some fun family game nights!!!! Also - try the pretzels. Delicious!

Brand new business in Plano. Excellent variety of teas and coffee (personal favorite being the Sumatra blend) Inexpensive and they offer loyalty tea and coffee cups for even more savings. The best part for me, I moved here from the West coast where "water stores" were on every corner. Dallas/Plano has very few places where you can buy quality tasting filtered water and ice for practically nothing.....Dubs is that place. Cozy, "living room" atmosphere with helpful friendly staff. Go visit Dubs!

You must at least check this place out once, you will be hooked. If you haven't been here yet you are missing out! Dubs is great...I wish the sign just said dubs and not tea and water so it was a mystery and drew more people in....coffee, cheap and delicious, you make it the way you like it. All the teas have been perfect, you can mix your own combos. The lemonades, flavored waters and just the plain freaking water is perfect. Owner showed us his system for filtering his water and has me considering even getting all my drinking water from this guy. Owner is nice guy and customer service has been exceptional thus far....I want this place to thrive yelpers.....CHECK IT OUT!!

Vegan options for stuffed pretzels? Yes! Imagine our surprise when we casually asked and Dub not only has some off-the-menu suggestions they make but knows every ingredient down to using a soy wash instead of an egg wash and not using honey in the dough. Not being vegan myself, I got the brisket with pepper jack which was great. Friendly service, good selection.
