They have lot of options. Honestly best donuts ever. So soft and moist. So delicious. If you are craving donuts this is the best place to go. They make the donuts after we place the order, so fresh and warm. We can watch it in the making. So good. Very nice staff. Totally recommend!

Best donuts I have ever tasted hands down. Freshly made to order. Had one with maple icing, bacon and carmel. Was absolutely delicious. Staff was really friendly. If you are lucky enough to be within reach of one of these stores, go there.

The best donuts I have ever had. They make fresh donuts on location, and then create the custom donuts as well. The service can be a bit slow since they have to be made on location. The donuts are also quite cheap, a single donut for less than $2, which is good for homemade donuts. They also have good prices for iced coffee and kind staff members. I’d definitely swing by if you’re in the area.

This place is a special treat for our whole family. We save it for an occasional surprise or reward outing for the kids since it's more of an experience than your average donut shop because you get to see your donuts being made fresh :) They're always amazingly delicious and beautiful and the staff is always friendly! They also work fast. Even when they've been incredibly busy (as in you could barely get in the door on Mother's Day) they still have your order ready really quickly. Definitely recommend it!

The donuts and breakfast items were amazing, as well as their coffee. The staff was super quick and nice.

The fresh made donuts are mouth watering. They melt in your mouth. The service is also so friendly and personal. When I was there Monday, the team member commented on my son's shirt, asked him about Christmas, and let him pick out one of their many rubber ducks to take home. Just lovely experience.

Donuts were warm and tasty, only thing that lacks a star is half of my donut was stuck to the box so that was a little annoying. The service was amazing and honestly very sweet. Will be back to try other flavors just wish the donuts wouldn't stick to the box with the icing.

This was my first time visiting from out of town and I wasn't sure what to expect as I'd never heard of Duck Donuts. Staff was super patient with me while I reviewed the menu options and was able to make recommendations. I walked out with 3 donuts and an iced latte. The Sunshine sounded interesting but was a bit too sweet for me. The Strawberry Shortcake was the best one. I'd highly recommend and would totally order it again! The third donut, Maple Bacon, I did not try as I bought it for someone else, but they said it was good. If you like donuts, you should check this place out. Donuts are served hot and the best part is you can watch them make your selection through the glass.

I think the price for the donuts is reasonable. They are alright donuts and the service was pretty quick. The glaze was very messy so it was hard to hold. I think it's sort of hard to really taste the flavors clearly enough. Like the blueberry part of my donut I was sort of getting... the pancake part, not so much. I went here once by myself and my friend ordered them once for a party. Don't leave them outside in the heat or will be so messy. Sitting at the stools isn't really like a cafe vibe you're probably just going to be in and out of there.

Can the assortment of different types of donuts they create be overwhelming where you can't just pick one? Why yes! **cough cough maple bacon for the win cough cough** A breakfast sandwich donut? Stop right now and just get it. Shhh you're welcome. Can ice cream from Bassets on top of a donut be good? Is a frogs ass waterproof? YES!! Why are there spoons here! Did you not see their ice cream, and oh yea, the different types of milkshakes the have! Are you happy they expanded up north from the Outer Banks? Does a buffalo have bad breath? Yes! So if you ever want to experience any of this, just take a trip here, open their doors, and you'll be greeted with a smile from the lovely staff. Grab a cup of that lighthouse coffee and enjoy it family. You're welcome. Side note~ Remember these two words "Euphoric Bliss" is what your taste buds will be experiencing.

The donuts will literally melt in your mouth. The Boardwalk and Sunrise are my go-to. The coffee roast is always smooth! We tried the egg and cheese in between a donut and it tasted like an elevated McDonald's breakfast item. Looks like they now have ice creams scoops to go on top of donuts!

Delicious donuts! My friends and I came here, got 6 donuts and I got to watch them make the donuts right then and there! The box was delightfully hot when we got it, and the donuts were delicious. Fluffy, great options for flavors and toppings, and a great price. Would definitely come back!

The smell of sweetness makes you feel warm and fuzzy. I love how the donuts are not made until they are ordered. The donuts are cake like texture. I love seeing how the donuts are made. Then iced and decorated immediately. When they show you the doughnuts- they ask if they look good. You bring them out of the store warm. If you have not been to duck doughnuts. RUN and enjoy!

The service and location were great. The donuts were reminiscent of carnival fried dough with powdered sugar. So that's delicious! And, Duck Donuts would have been so much better if the different icings actually tasted better. I eat donuts all over the country and the maple and strawberry icing was marginal at best. Except for the bacon bits, not many toppings had a punch of flavor at all.... they were more like a bland hints of icing. So, fried (insert any food here) is awesome and so were the donuts. They are hot and fresh but next time I would ask for a pleasant amount of powdered sugar heaped on top and forego all the different topping choices. Bottom line: Athough the fried dough was delicious, the quality of the toppings needs to be elevated imo.

11/2/2021 This location is in the busy part of KOP. Free parking down the street. I've heard of Duck Donuts so I had to try it since I was next door. Each donut is made to order so it's guaranteed to be fresh. We purchased half a dozen and every piece was eaten. Not sure if I have a favorite but I'll definitely be back. You can order ahead so I may do that next time. Yum

The donuts are made to order so they are fresh and hot when you get them. Donuts from Duck Donuts are not filled but have icing and toppings on them. When eaten hot, the donut just melts away in your mouth and when they have time to cool, they don't become super thick and cakey. However in terms of flavor, I can't say of any of the donuts I tried I would get again except maybe the Chocolate Crunch or Coconut Island Bliss donut. There is side street parking at the KOP, PA location. At the Marlton, NJ location, there is a parking lot. 3/5

My boyfriend and I came here for some yummy treats. I love this place. It's sooooo good. One of the top choices for doughnuts. I wish they would open up more locations, especially closer to where I am. We got the key lime and peanut butter fluff doughnuts. So many to choose from. Mmmmm... I highly recommend Duck Donuts.

Stopped in while getting some medical care at the Children's Hospital campus here in King of Prussia. The location is great, plenty of parking, the staff was very welcoming and in fact, very very helpful. The gentleman who crafted our donut order, was phenomenal and took great pride in his work. This was the best order of donuts we had ever gotten anywhere. We will definitely be returning to this location. Awesome customer service And great tasting treats.

Mmm. Mmm mm.. MM MM!! Literally me after every bite of these delicious donuts today! I hadn't been to a duck donut in over 5 years and I was excited to buy a few. Little did I know I would walk out with a dozen donuts (split by friends) and their sausage egg and cheese between a bacon encrusted with glaze donut. Watching those donuts deep fry, be lathered with ingredients, and presented in a box to me like a gift brought a foodie tear to my eye. What I didn't expect was to be waited over 30 min, but clearly it was worth it. One little mix up is they don't stick receipts on small orders, just boxes of a dozen so you literally have to stand there and say, "is this mine? how about this one? Every time a box is placed on the counter and the clerk doesn't know who it belongs to. But regardless, just a small issue. I can't remember every donut I sampled, but what stuck out were the french toast donut, the blueberry pancake donut, and the caramel peanut butter donut which was my FAVE. All those bits of peanuts on top of the donut really balanced well with the sweetness of the chocolate on the donut. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich between the donut wasn't bad at all. By the time I ate it, I was already food drunk from all the donuts. Next time I'll take it slow and cut those donuts in half lol

These were so so. The presentation was great, and the donuts were warm, but they had an underlying taste which was odd for a donut. It's difficult to describe. I will try them again, but maybe earlier in the day when I know all of the ingredients are fresh. I think the aftertaste had to do with the dough; it was not the frostings and toppings. It was a great variety for the region, so that's a plus. I intend to revisit and will update the review after that. I will say that the young ladies who prepared the donuts seemed a little preoccupied by their conversation, so that could have contributed to whatever caused the donuts to taste slightly off.

One of the best donuts I've had in a long time. They not only have donuts but they also have Bassetts Ice Cream and can make ice cream sundaes with or without a donut to accompany it. These donuts are made to order. They have an awesome selection to chose from. After placing your order, you then can see your donuts being freshly prepared and come out nice and hot. Staff then prepares your donuts with everything from bacon to Oreo toppings to a drizzle of whatever your heart desires. Do not come here if you don't think you have any self control because, you can't just eat one. Walked in thinking I'd get me a little treat after lunch, instead of one I just had to get a half dozen. They are sooo soft and fresh. The French toast donut was my favorite, then the maple bacon donut and omg just try them. Mask are required Staff was friendly

A fresh Deep fried donut that they make right before your eyes. Then drizzle whatever topping you choose. It's best to eat one right in the shop after they present it to you asking if it's to your liking. There is nothing better then a hot donut. Mainly here for the French Toast donut as they did a collaboration with Stolen Sun Brewing. They made a French Toast Donut Stout which we paired with later that evening, It paired perfectly. You could taste the donut in the beer. Definitely will be back next time we are in the area. Was also surprised to know they were open until 7:00 PM as well. Well worth the price as well! Shop Duck Donuts over Dunkin' Folks! Especially in these trying times.

These donuts were DELICIOUSSSSSS And I am an official donut connoisseur!! They were so warm and flavorful, tasted just like what they said, I had an oreo one I can't remember the exact name I wish we had one in STL!

This was my first time at Duck Donuts and it has definitely become a favorite. I'm used to other doughnut shops that have all of their doughnuts on display and once they're out, you either have to wait for more to be made, or you're just out of luck. That's isn't the case here. After perusing the menu for a moment I chose the flavor that stood out to me: Maple Bacon. After paying, I was directed to wait and that's when I realized that every single doughnut is made-to-order. It may take a few minutes longer than other places, but it's so worth the wait! Once my name was called, the cheerful staff member asked me how my order looked and then wished me a good day. The still warm doughnut didn't just look good, but it was probably the best doughnut I've ever had! It literally melted in my mouth. I don't typically like doughnuts because they can seem greasy or just too sweet. While these doughnuts are definitely sweet, they're also extremely fresh with a light and airy texture. You may get a sugar high, but I doubt you'll complain too much. ;) I definitely recommend Duck Donuts and this location. It's clean and well-kept and the staff is easy-going and friendly. Located in the King of Prussia Town Center, this location is surrounded by shops, restaurants and plenty of seating to just sit back and relax.

Love these donuts. This place is so good. I was surprised when I learned it was a chain. The donuts are freshly made and come to you still hot. They have so many crazy different flavors. One thing my husband pointed out to me is they are really all the same standard "cake" donut and the flavors are just the different toppings/icing that go on them. I've tried a bunch of different flavors and they did not disappoint. Some of my favorites I've tried are the blueberry pancake (really tastes like a blueberry pancake) and the strawberry shortcake. They also sell coffees here. They have a full coffee selection, iced coffees, lattes etc. They even have breakfast sandwiches on donuts which I did not try. The prices here are a bit crazy for donuts, definitely not at the same price point as a Dunkin' Donuts type place. But the quality is way better so it is worth it to me for a special treat.

Ooooo yeah, this place lived up to the hype! Delicious cake donuts with amazing glaze and great flavors. Although there ratio of the maple bacon donut was off to me, the pumpkin roll one was to die for.

Bad coffee. Decent doughnuts. I noticed y'all don't have any Krispy Kremes nearby, and that's why this place is rated so high. Sorry to hear that. But this really isn't worth the calories.

I LOVE DUCK DONUTS ! The service was fast and friendly and I love that you can see them making your donuts and that they show you your order before they close up the box. I am a true sweet lover and this place does not disappoint. I grabbed a half of dozen to bring home on my birthday weekend and they were all delicious. The peanut butter and jelly and the bacon ones were our favorites. Try this place.

Amazing donuts! We tried the s'mores, blueberry, Oreo, and three custom ones. For the custom ones, I order the strawberry dip, graham crumbles and raspberry icing! Absolutely amazing. I am usually a chocolate person but the berry flavors really stole the show. When we walked to the counter, the cashier asked us if we had been here before and proceeded to explain that you can choose your dip, topping and icing! All the donuts had a vanilla cake base and are made fresh in store. The ladies making the donuts were fast and made no mess at all (we can see the whole process behind the counter). We had our 1/2 dozen in a matter of minutes! The price isn't posted anywhere in store but a single is $1.65 and a half dozen is $8.95. Worth it!! I will definitely be coming back whenever I need a warm beautiful treat!!

Oh the nostalgia this place brought to me! I worked with a teacher who loves ducks and this donut shop gave me all the feels. Staff were friendly! I love that the donuts are made to order. Absolutely warm and tasty. I went with the blueberry sugar donut. It was so yummy! I really enjoyed the decor inside. Can't wait to return and try another donut!

First time I had these donuts were in Virginia and was so excited when they opened one in the area. Variety of flavors that you can customize. I like the simple Oreos donut. They're made to order so it's nice and warm when you get them. Best eaten immediately. The donut are now $1.90 each. Slight discount if you get half dozen/dozen. This location is in KOP town center so there's plenty of parking.

Thank god the kid sprinkling the toppings on my donuts was trained by the guy who sprinkles cheese on a salad at Olive Garden.

We popped in to Duck Donuts post brunch while visiting some friends in Philadelphia. I have to say I've never seen this concept before, and the idea that I got to make my own donut was a pretty sweet deal. That being said I feel like this type of business is more of a fad and kind of 'something fun to do'. They have a list of already designed donuts if you aren't feeling too creative when you stop in. Otherwise you're free to make your own donuts with a choice of flavor, toppings, and drizzles. They do limit how many things you can put on it to not compromise the donut, so plan carefully. The fun part (in my opinion) is actually watching the donut get made. It's not a process that you usually get to see. The donuts are served warm and need a minute to cool down. The donuts I had were pretty sickly sweet to be honest, but the flavor combination was nice. I imagine kids would enjoy going here but the line probably gets pretty long with everyone making decisions. Going to Duck Donuts was fun while on vacation, but I don't think it'd be my normal donut stop if I lived in the area. Stop once, enjoy a perfectly acceptable donut, but only go back if you think it's worth the gimmick.

Stopped in after walking past during a day of shopping. Easy to place an order and the donuts were ready quickly. The photos accurately descibed what we received and they tasted great. Great price point and a tasty treat after a long day of shopping!

Hot fresh donuts can't be beat. I def recommend them while they're hot though. My fav are cinnamon with raspberry and the bacon.

I've tried Duck Donuts in Virginia/North Carolina and last year and can't never get them out of my head. Finally, we have Duck Donuts in the greater Philadelphia area. Yes, it's a franchise business model, but they offer consistently delicious, customizable donuts. First, they donuts are made to order, very fresh (forget about DD). Second, you can customize your donuts by having a combination of their toppings. I personally find the menu overwhelming so I usually go for their classic donuts. Third, the donut texture is bouncier than most donuts, my partner really likes it but I personal prefer more solid texture (like federal donuts). Overall, wonderful place to grab some unique donuts!

Fast and friendly service and a fair price. They may be fattening and most likely bad for you but, Yolo!! I gotta have one or two.. why not treat yourself to something familiar prepared differently. I work near here I'm going to keep it down to once a month, a payday family treat. Now home to see who's going to fight over the maple with a lot of bacon crumbles!

Duck donuts am gonna say that your okay! Only because I personally prefer a more lighter fluffier donut sort of like Krispy Kreme ( oh can I say Krispy Kreme in this review) no offense but in terms of the texture, Duck Donuts are more of a cake base like entenmann's. However to each it's own. Duck donuts does deliver in their creativity and their icing is delicious. I ordered the blueberry pancake, french toast and the maple bacon it was yum- the icing that is. I also like that all their donuts are fresh and made to order, they come to you piping hot and your able to see them make the donuts in front of you. You also have the freedom to pick any icing, also any toppings such as bacon or graham crackers and if you want a drizzle like salted caramel or hot fudge you have that option as well! Overall it's a wonderful concept. The staff was very friendly and I'll return to try their other food options such ad their sundaes and sandwiches.

This could be the sugar talking but somehow I doubt it, since this is day two of ordering duck donuts to go. Not only to go but delivered to our door still hot. Yesterday we ordered from their menu or themed choice and lovely assortment of delicious donuts arrived. I found that I missed out on one that looked really delicious so today I honed in on family favorites and designed and each individual donut. The app was easy and we used door dash. We are beyond thrilled with the freshness, quality and the absolute delicious taste of these special treats. Duck donuts provide comfort food to the max. Think freshly made donut that is warm on the inside and ever so slightly crispy on the outside topped with your favorite toppings. The variety and combinations could be endless...cinnamon sugar, glazed, chocolate, strawberry, lemon, strawberry, raspberry, maple and still yummy old fashioned plain. The Toppings are delicious with drizzles including salted caramel chocolate, fudge, vanilla, marshmallow to name a few. Then there are enhancements and other toppings like Oreo, peanuts, coconut, graham crackers sprinkles or Jimmy's... My mind is swimming with options. With shelter in place Forcing folks to get along Duck Donuts is a very welcome treat. I've ordered delicious coffee and iced coffee too. They have breakfast sandwiches as well but we have been sticking to just donuts for now. I am reluctant to highly recommend Duck Donuts for purely selfish reasons....I'm afraid that the wait time will be crazy by next week when the word gets out. Today the delivery was so fast and the product was 5 star!

ok normally i don't even like doughnuts but these hit DIFFERENT!!! i think it's because they are made to order, so they come out super warm and fresh that the texture isn't too chewy/cakey like most other doughnuts! these are soft and just the right amount of density, but i can't attest that they'll still taste like that when cold - so i recommend taking a bite right after you get them! they have tons of options and the best ones i had were anything with CHOCOLATE!

I've heard of Duck Donuts for about a year now, I've never stopped in the store. If you're a donut aficionado, then this place is for you. Not only are all of the cake donuts made fresh, there's virtually an unlimited number of combinations of different glazes and toppings you can put on your donut. If you're not sure as to what combination of glazes or toppings to select for your donut, there are already pre-made donut combinations that can be made fresh for you. You can find vanilla cake donuts here seven days a week, but on Saturday and Sunday, they offer chocolate cake donuts as well. I ordered the Double Donut Combo with a hot coffee, vanilla cake donut with maple glaze, crumbled bacon and a salted caramel drizzle and a chocolate cake donut with peanut butter glaze and fudge drizzle on top. The coffee was very fresh tasting and delicious, but it was more luke warm than hot despite drinking my coffee black. The vanilla cake donut reminded me of a delicious pancake breakfast with a side of bacon and the chocolate cake donut had a delicious peanut butter taste with just the right amount of chocolate between the chocolate cake donut and fudge drizzle. The only thing that would have made the donuts perfect was that the chocolate cake donut was considerably smaller than the vanilla cake donut. All in all, I will definitely be back again to try new donut combinations despite the couple of areas that needed to be improved.

WOW! My mom was not lying when she said these were the best donut she has ever had! Now I am in love these donuts. I didn't have the chance to go inside Duck Donuts I made my husband go in and grab two donuts since we were in a rush. He said the process was cool and there was so many to choose from. But I can say that I have walked passed duck donuts and it always smells like heaven!! My husband ordered the mint donut and lime. WOW WOW! they were so hot when I bit into it but it was so worth it. The donut itself was so taste and moist and melted in my mouth. I will definitely be back to get more! This location is also great there are so many restaurants around that this is a good place to grab dessert or even better breakfast.

What can I say...except BACON makes everything better. There are many things I look for in a donut. However bacon...always calls my name when I see it. Their bacon donut is a cake donut as apples to glazed and it simply superseded all expectations I had. The mound of crispy bacon(not burnt) was simply a mouthful with every bite of this warm delightful treat. I will be back! All the way from GA!
