Duck Foot Brewing is criminally underrated and an absolute must-stop if you’re on a craft beer vacation. The vibes are immaculate—live music on a Tuesday night, big TVs for catching the Padres game, and an all-around laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. The bartenders are super friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Beer-wise, the Clear IPA and 2am Taco Mexican Lager really stood out. The lager is crisp, refreshing, and would pair perfectly with some Al Pastor tacos. Can’t recommend this place enough—definitely worth a visit!

Super enjoyable brewery to hang out at. They have a large variety of beer styles, tons of indoor seating, outdoor seating, and a cool arcade hidden in the next room over. All of the beer was well made, but the Belgian Tripel was awesome! The staff was great in helping to pick out beer to order. There is a ton of free parking in the attached parking lot. This brewery can accommodate pretty large groups of people with all the available seating. They also have lots of merchandise for sale!

Lots of variety and options on this menu. They brew fun beers instead of the seemingly more common, easy-drinking IPAs. I’m looking for something that tastes like I’m chewing pine needles, and Duck Foot has that (among other, less intense beers too!). Dog-friendly patio and usually has a food truck. We went home a 4-pack to go!

Fun little brewery with good character (and a beer slushy)! The bartender was very friendly and we had some good convo. It is a quaint setup with some bar tables, a few shared tables, some picnic tables outside and a small room with some arcade games and a piano. They also have a decent selection of board games etc. They also host a decent amount of events (comedy, live bands, etc), and host food trucks. Worth a visit!

We decided to check out Duck Foot Brewery for the first time as part of our quest to explore local breweries in the area. The place has a cozy vibe, although it's a bit on the smaller side. However, they've made the most of the space with tables both inside and outside, which was nice. We tried a couple of their beers - the Belgian Blonde and the Sour Love - and found them quite enjoyable. However, we were a tad disappointed with the service. When we asked if we could sample two beers (one each), the lady taking our order seemed a bit flustered, almost as if she wanted us to decide quickly. It put a bit of a damper on the experience, but we went ahead and ordered our drinks and found a spot to sit. Despite the service hiccup, we decided to grab some tacos from Josue, who was set up outside. Despite the long line, he was hustling and got our tacos ready surprisingly quickly. And let me tell you, they were delicious! Overall, while our experience at Duck Foot Brewery had its ups and downs, we still enjoyed ourselves and would consider giving it another shot in the future.

Singularly the best brewery in San Diego Been going there for 10+ years The owners are are family to me & my husband, have been awesome friends for a decade. The beertenders are fun, educated about the beers & are all family to me The beer is some of the best i’ve had in my life, my desert-island beer lives on the board, Drink this or the Bees Die Being gluten-free makes the beer healthier for me, less pain in my joints, no bloating, & tastes amazing. Overall 100/10 for me, now & forever
