"Across the river in Collingswood, Dulce Artisanal Pastry is a go-to for sweet treats of all stripes, from lime mint tarts to almond plum croissants. But it also has a robust bread program, with French baguettes, white sandwich loaves, chocolate Puerto Rican mallorcas, and sourdough semolina boules, all worth taking home." - Dayna Evans, Sarah Maiellano

We stopped in because we saw the chocolate croissant in the window. The server was very attractive to us. Also bought a scone. We were disappointed in the price but saw the 4.7 stars rating and said well it will be worth it. We were wrong. The scone was heavy, DRY and flavorless. The croissant ... I think I forgot to put the truck running. The little smidge of torch chocolate was delicious. But it could have used 10 times the amounts to make it worth the price. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been to Dulce on 2 occasions, on trips over the bridge from Philly. I’ve found their staff approachable, even welcoming, and their assortment somewhat plentiful - for the time of day (after 12:00) both times. I’d recommend. They’re fairly conveniently located as well. And with abundant parking in the rear, what’s not to like?

We entered this cute little spot with excitement and were thoroughly disappointed by the time we left. Firstly, the person at the register seemed more annoyed that we interrupted his phone scrolling time than he did willing to help. When I asked questions about a few pastries, his responses came across like I was inconveniencing him rather than wanting to be helpful. Secondly, the food. My husband ordered the bread pudding which was very dense and left much to be desired. I ordered a ham + cheese sandwich that at first glance looked delicious. Until I cut it in half + bit into it and noticed there was only two small slices of ham and one thin slice of cheese, which would have been ok in a croissant but it was on a fairly big roll that obviously needed a bit more filling than what they gave. The initial interaction was so off putting that we decided to not even complain before leaving but rather write this review. I rarely put lower than 4 stars on a review but after spending $12 on two small items and leaving completely unsatisfied, I felt it necessary to express our experience. The aesthetic is nice when you walk past the door but everything else was underwhelming to say the least.

Great place. Excellent selections. Their espresso shots are delicious. Their iced coffee hit the spot. So did the croissants. Great location along a charming strip.

Google
Their croissant is nothing special… i think they either added some egg wash on top or burnt it slightly. Either way, it’s not pull apart soft yet still flakey. The pecan maple croissant was very good. The gruyere and onion danish was very nice. The baguette is holey as it should be, but a bit too dense and the bottom was jaw ache chewy.

Dry dry dry dry dry... do not waste your money. I took 2 bites of my dessert and threw it away... It was the bread pudding..🤮🤮

You should be on television on a baking show competition! I don’t like cookies , but your cookies are so good I don’t even need the milk! The tarts , the fancy things you do with flavor is incomparable! I’m older and have never had pastries this delicious! Thank you and Bless You with your G-d given gift !

Google
In one word, dry. I’m not sure why the bread and croissants are left out in the window display in these cold months. The croissants were so cold and dry. We literally couldn’t even bite into the baguette. Also, a set up of a table and a couple of chairs couldn’t hurt.

Yelp
Mmmmmmm.... Two words........chocolate croissants. If you are going to indulge, do it with something well worth the calories. How about a delicious, fresh, flaky, chocolate croissant!?!? Ohhh and how about a cookie, guess what they will probably be warm and fresh out of the oven. Baked goodies are one of the beautiful pleasures of life. If one is fortunate enough to have an artisanal bakery in their town - mmmmm, don't hesitate. Friendly service, delicious baked goods, conveniently located on Haddon Avenue in Collingswood..... what more can one say grab a coffee grab a pastry enjoy life

Yelp
I have been following Dulce Artisanal Pastry for years now on social media but had yet to venture inside. Either I didn't have time before, wasn't in the area, or was telling myself I didn't need to eat pastries - there was always an excuse I made. Finally, it was the perfect time, a beautiful day, and we were right around the corner. I have had my eyes on their artisanal pop tarts for years, so that was what I was most interested in seeking. We first browsed the window and I saw the pop tarts , along with chocolate croissants. We entered the bakery and were greeted by an employee at the register. I asked about the pop tart flavor and tried to get my bearings, as everything is unique. You know when you go somewhere and feel like they expect you to know exactly what you want? Kind of like Starbucks, where you should be prepared with your order and go quickly? That's the vibe here, even without a single other person in the bakery. I glanced quickly at the case and ordered the almond plum pop tart and a chocolate croissant. My husband ordered the caramel pecan blondie. He tried making a joke with the employee, but it didn't land. Trust me, I get it, he's not that funny, but it felt as if they're annoyed. No smiles. No warmth. Just strictly business, which is odd for a bakery selling such lovely pastries. We didn't eat our pastries until the next morning, so it's our fault they didn't taste fresh, but they didn't wow us. I was hoping there was a reason for the pretentious vibes and they would blow me away with their delicious, one of a kind creations. Sadly, no. I wanted to love my experience so badly after being a social media fan for so long, but it wasn't meant to be. I also RARELY give low reviews, so understand I am NOT a complainer by any stretch. I love everything and give everyone a fair chance. If I'm in the area again I will come back and see if maybe it was just an off day for the staff. If so, I will update my review for sure.

Yelp
My mother loves chocolate mousse and I searched all over for a bakery that had a chocolate mousse cake on their menu. On her birthday, I decided to surprise her with it! I submitted an order for one in advance on their website. When I arrived several days later to pick it up, I was so impressed by how beautiful it looked! Without even asking, they added beautiful touches to really elevate the dessert to something I was so proud to show off to her. Although my mother thought it was good but not the kind of mousse she likes, it was enjoyed by everyone! I felt the price to be very fair. Their shop is very very tiny and is not somewhere you can pull up a seat and eat. Most of the usable space is used by the staff and the kitchen. I will say that the service there is quite cold and unfriendly, but I chalked it up to maybe an off day? While I was there, I picked up two croissants that were very delicious. Because of their lucrative location, parking is very hard to come by so be prepared! But this place seems worth a try for sure!

Yelp
My friend and I came across Dulce Artisanal Pastry when walking over to Sabrina's for brunch. The baked goods at the window looked so good, we could not resist stopping to look at every single item. We promised ourselves we would return after brunch to pick up some baked goodies. After brunch, we came back to Dulce and were relieved to find that not everything was sold out. Everything was reasonably priced and big! I picked up 2 croissants and 4 cookies and ate everything within 2 days. I could really use a cookie from Dulce's right now. Next time I'll make sure I get more of everything.

Yelp
This place is just amazing! Unlike many shops, the patisseries here are every bit as good as they look, and they look amazing (check out my pics!). My wife had a chocolate chip cookie and raved about it. I had a butter croissant that was really superb. I can't wait to go back and try more!

Eric C.

Yelp
Great place. Excellent selections. Their espresso shots are delicious. Their iced coffee hit the spot. So did the croissants. Great location along a charming strip.

Yelp
I first visited this bakery before Christmas while walking downtown. I bought one Pecan Roll and a few cookies. That roll was the best pastry I have ever had! I've been back a few times and had placed an order for 6 pecan rolls to pick up yesterday. My husband finally got to try one and said it was a damn good pastry. He usually says everything is "ok!" Their cookies are very good too. Can't wait to try more!

Jacqueline G.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this gem of a bakery today. When I took a bite of the croissant and several baked goods I was transported to Europe. The freshness, flakiness, and buttery was an experience.

Linda L.

Yelp
Dulce has nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan options. I went to Dulce because I saw a review about a Crème Brulee croissant. We had gone on a weekday and they said they don't have that but did have speciality items only on the weekends. We tried the Red Dragon Panna Cotta, Dulce Chocolate Tarte, Pecan Blondie, Chocolate Tiramisu, Sour Semolina Bread and Sourdough Bread. The Red Dragon Panna Cotta was too tart for me but I enjoyed the Chocolate Tiramisu and Sour Semolina bread. The other items were okay but my significant other thought the Pecan Blondie and Dulce Chocolate Tarte were really good. I do wish they labeled the bread displays so you can differentiate more. There is side street parking and Dulce is located in a downtown area of Collingswood, NJ so there is a lot of other stores and restaurants to explore while you're visiting. 3/5.

Mayumi S.

Yelp
It was 5 minutes before closing time. Yes not really had choice for sweet but we got blueberry panna cotta and chocolate browny. Usually cake is very sweet side many American bakery like panna cotta usually very sweet coconut pudding but here is not so sweet ( I amazed) blueberry adding sourness to make good balance. But chocolate browny! Usually dry caky chocolate browny we imagine ( that is why not really wanted but no choice to chooses) but omg different ! Taste like flourless chocolate cake! It I was so good!! Who expected chocolate browny turns out Dark chocolate flourless chocolate cake !

Josie L.

Yelp
Such a lovely place to stop for a delicious pastry. Doesn't really seem like a sit down place - I didn't see any seating but if you're coming in to just grab a delicious treat and walk through the beautiful streets of Collingswood then it's perfect! I got myself the almond croissant and it was huge, airy, flaky and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect treat to hold me over. I loved the flakes of almond and the almond creamy goodness inside. I will definitely be back! My friend got the beer brownie and he loved it as well. It's made with beer and you can taste it! It's not too much tho it's a perfect blend of chocolate and beer - who would of thought those would work well together? Not I! But it does! I can't wait to try more treats here

Allie A.

Yelp
Run here if you want a chocolate chip cookie that SLAPS. Run because it's probably 3,947 calories and you'll need to work it off. Run because the cookie cost $3 and was worth every red penny. Run because they sell out fast. Run because for $3 you get a huge, thick cookie.

Yelp
Dulce is a small cafe/bakery in the middle of the Collingswood business district. The pastries and breads are phenomenal!! The baker chef ( not sure if that's a thing lol) is from Puerto Rico so Island flavors make an appearance in lots of pastries. He worked in some of the finest restaurants in Philly before opening the cafe. He is often in the cafe and happy to chat for a few minutes! The Mallorca is a popular item! It's sort of like a roll but is slightly sweet. The chocolate Mallorca was amazing! I had to have the quince pastry too. It was a Danish type pastry with quince filling and a sweet cream cheese topping. The cookies are also yummy! Pick up a loaf of bread too! The cafe has a counter and bakery case in the front with a few small tables in the back. The tables are currently not being used due to Covid. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices are available.

Timothy M.

Yelp
Felt like I was annoying bakery employees. It was my first time in and it is not 100% self explanatory of how to order and even a menu. I'll go to the others.

Jeff D.

Yelp
Dulce is a must visit whether you live in town or you are visiting. I can't think of anything I've ever had from here that has been subpar - the croissants (especially chocolate), the chocolate mousse cake, the panna cotta - have all been delicious. You can tell that the owner does not take any shortcuts as everything is fresh and made from scratch. I can't recommend Dulce enough. Please pay them a visit. I assure you, you won't regret it.

Liz F.

Yelp
The best in town! The chocolate chip cookies and croissants are fantastic. I've ordered both the carrot and chocolate cake for events and everyone raved. The staff is helpful and takes custom orders. Always worth the extra stop to pick up a few things at Dulce. Don't waste your time or money with other places in town.

Lauren C.

Yelp
I spent $48 on 24 macrons for Thanksgiving. I'm guessing they ran out of the correct size boxes, because they were packaged haphazardly piled on top of each other and some broke as a result. I assumed a dessert at that price point would be packaged beautifully or at least securely. I'll try another bakery next time.

Sharon H.

Yelp
It shows that the owner truly puts in the time to remain consistent with his authentic pastries and breads. I've been satisfied with everything I've ever purchased. Very happy that Dulce is there. I love his croissants. *****

Adam S.

Yelp
Great artisanal bakery offering up a wide variety of inventive breads and baked sweets. I recently had the Crème Brûlée Croissant and Beer Brownie. The croissant was fantastic, while the brownie was delicious, but just a tad too rich for my taste. It should be noted that my friend also tried the brownie and thought it was to die for. Needless to say, it wasn't a question of the brownie's quality, but rather personal preference. Bottom line - great baked goods. Highly recommend.

Tina H.

Yelp
Um no. They have a lot interesting looking desserts but I got a inedible rice pudding and edible but old tasting cheesecake. Perhaps it was the time of day I went and I really want to support a small business but I would NOT go back.

Alex O.

Yelp
The pecan caramel croissant is not good. I don't really like it. It's too sweet and also not enough pecans. I like that crunchy feel of the pecans. However, the croissant is baked too perfection. I am excited to try out the other items in this place and will update my review later.

Lindsey R.

Yelp
I popped into the bakery after visiting the farmer's market this Saturday. I got the peanut butter, chocolate chip and lemon cookie, an almond croissant and sticky bun. I brought them to a friend's house and everyone loved them. They were all fresh, flavorful, not too sweet or greasy like typical bakery items. I was so pleased with my purchase I can't wait to go back and try more. They have a cafe and seating in the back or a counter for quick items in the front.

Megan S.

Yelp
5 stars for the smell and value! 4 stars for freshness. Might have gone on an off day but my croissant was stale but I'm willing to return and try more!

Fred B.

Yelp
This modern open kitchen bakery is owned and run by former Stephen Starr pastry chef Josue Santiago Negron. They have a nice selection of artisanal bread, pastries fruit tarts and cookies. There is a small seating area in the back for enjoying locally roasted coffee and the artfully tasty treats crafted by Josue. If your a bread fan, you must get here to try incredible baguettes. They have become a staple in my diet since the bakery opened. Be sure to try the other breads such as sourdough, whole wheat, brioche, beer bread, etc. All great additions for your home made meals. Take advantage of the loyalty program offered via Perka and earn points towards future purchases. A great addition to the area, this bakery fits in nicely and compliments the many other bakeries in the area and fills a niche they don't cover.

Toy G.

Yelp
My wife loves finding new places for us to get treats from. She found this tiny little bakery in NJ. We decided to grab a few items to try and everything was absolutely spectacular. The pecan caramel croissant was unbelievably delicious we both could not get over how amazing it tasted. Hands down the show stopper here. I really enjoyed the bread pudding but we warmed it up later and put some ice cream with it and it was excellent. Danish dulce de leche was very flaky and crisp. The inside cream was good I just wish there was a bit more of it. We will definitely be stopping back here for sure to try many other items. Fantastic find and stupendous bake goods.

Yelp
Since visiting Paris years ago, I've been on the hunt for local bakeries that can satisfy my need for excellent French pastries. Dulce is that place for me. I tell myself that I will only go in for a couple of croissants or a baguette but I lack any self control once I spot the pastries in the display. The macarons are excellent, the croissants melt in your mouth. My favorite seasonal item is the pecan tarte. Early on during the pandemic, they released a Bread Boxes for pre-order. All of the bread was incredible, especially the croissant loaf. We used the rest to make overnight French toast and croutons. Now if they start making profiteroles, it's over for me.

Richard R.

Yelp
We couldn't help but walk in after pickling up some beer at Devil's Creek. Dulce Artisanal has a very friendly staff and pleasant bright white décor. There is limited number of tables/chairs down the long hall. We ordered two Chocolate Chip Cookies to go and of course being the season of pumpkin, some pumpkin spice Madeleine's. The cookies were excellent and highly recommended. The madeleines had a nice flavor but they were a little more crumbly then I am accustomed to. All in all, a really great little place on Haddon Ave. They serve coffee and non sweet baked items also. Looking forward to returning and trying other items.

Jason Z.

Yelp
I'm a local business owner who sought out high quality artisan bread to use as part of our menu offering. I have been very pleased with working with Dulce. Their baguette is the best around, and we commonly get asked from our guests where we get our bread from. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Noelle T.

Yelp
I had to call 4 times to place a sourdough order - finally I got 3 baguettes and a boule- the worst sourdough I've ever had - don't waste $20 on tasteless white bread (go to Cacias bakery plain white bread but not $20!

Vince S.

Yelp
I seem to find myself in Collingswood early in the week so this small artisanal bakery and cafe had eluded me. That is until a stellar Thursday sushi lunch nearby. I just wanted something small and delectable to cap off that great meal. Walking in around 1:30 it seemed as if a few items were missing in the case, no matter, still a few attractive and unique sounding desserts to chose from. I decided against the cookies and croissants offered, and opted for something I've never encountered, a Kraqueline(sp?) There were two options, lavender or rose, I went with the purplish one. Looks wise it was truly different, kind of like a cream puff but with purple filling and even purple candy pearls. The cream had a distinct floral taste and was just barely sweetened, which I prefer. The pastry part was different than a traditional cream puff, it kind of reminded me of a popover, light and airy but not layers of filo dough. At $4 it did not seem excessive for this town or item, but it just didn't wow me. I might be inclined to try another if filled with dark chocolate cream. But probably not. I'm not writing this place off yet and feel I need to try another dessert or 2 and even their bread. I am a fan of small businesses in general, and specifically ones that try to find their niche with quality and novel food items. This place certainly ticks those boxes. 3.5 further research required Yelps

Yelp
Man could live on bread alone if it was Dulce bread. And they would have gotten five stars in a heartbeat if they had been practicing any type of safety precautions during a pandemic. Having not been here before, we were tempted in by the bread survival box they offer twice a week. You order in advance, and that process was super smooth - although they don't take payment when you order, you pay when you pick up. The bread in the survival box included a baguette, a loaf of sourdough, a loaf of challah bread, and a cinnamon croissant loaf. The bread is fantastic. If there was any complaint, we would have loved even more cinnamon flavor in the cinnamon croissant loaf, but given the fact that half the loaf was eaten in the first night, this is being nit-picky. The biggest issue is that there were two people working when we went in. Neither was wearing a face mask, nor were they wearing gloves. The bread was packaged up, so in theory, it was safe, but the rest of the transactions - handing the box over, taking payment, etc. - were all done without the required safety measures. With so much public awareness of the pandemic and the ways we are supposed to work to "flatten the curve", it was definitely not a comfortable feeling to not see the employees properly equipped for dealing with the public. We will be back - we are hoping this was a one-off kind of thing. It does make me wonder about other safety measures behind the scenes, but somehow, I'll put it out of my mind to give them another chance.

Yelp
Picked up the cutest lavender French macarons to celebrate my coworkers engagement, which were lovely. The owner is incredibly friendly, and I can't wait to come back earlier on a weekend to get a taste of their other baked goodies. Love that this cute bakery is open later than most! I don't work near a ton of great bakeries and it can be hard to shop local when they all close so early. So thank you!

Alina S.

Yelp
Phenomenal. Up there with some of the best bakeries and desserts in Europe. Everything is Excellent - breads, croissants, desserts. Really just a spectacular bakery. Besides being a great bakery, they also have the most delicious and beautiful desserts inside - works of art. Last time I bought the lemon meringue and it was out of this world.

D R.

Yelp
Delicious breads! I'm literally obsessed with their baguettes- they remind me of being in Paris! Can't wait to try more items on their menu!!

Ashley S.

Yelp
Cute little bakery shop. We stopped by to grab dessert to go recently and got the dulce de leche croissant bread pudding and the dulce chocolate tart. The bread pudding was not as sweet as I would have thought, but it was good. The chocolate tart was amazing, nice and crunchy on the outside with a soft caramel center. I can't wait to return to try some more of the baked goods.

Jenny P.

Yelp
A cute hole in the wall with beautiful pastries! My hubby enjoyed their croissants. I liked the coconut scone. I thought it was interesting that they had their pastries laid out by the window in the summer humid Jersey heat. Fresh I'm sure, but I'm leery of bugs having close access since most of the pastries weren't in the closed glass enclosure. The owner seemed a bit stuffy. But I guess as long as the pastries are legit, we'll be returning for more.

Renee B.

Yelp
One of Collingswood's true gems, everything here is a true work of art. I love the thoughtfulness that goes into every tiny dessert detail.

Kristen M.

Yelp
The chocolate croissants are delicious, flaky, and most importantly AUTHENTIC! So happy to have found this sweet gem in South Jersey. Can't wait to try their other baked goods, but I will drive the 15 minutes it takes just for those chocolate croissants!

Ji Young S.

Yelp
We love their chocolate and almond croissants! So crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Found this local bakery tucked away as we were walking to brunch and can't wait to try other fresh baked goods. They have loaves/ macarons/ bread pudding too!

Annie P.

Yelp
If I could give this place a big fat zero I would. Yesterday was my birthday and my husband had placed an order to be made. He told them that I wanted a Tiramisu cake. So on the day of my birthday, my husband went to go pick it up. He brought it home and as soon as I opened the box container it came in, I could already tell they did not make the right cake. A Tiramisu cake is not made with chocolate cake or butter cream. They honestly did not know how to make a Tiramisu cake. It was just a chocolate cake with 2 layers and in the middle of the layer was butter cream and the last layer as well was butter cream. Also you don't put chocolate shavings on top of a Tiramisu cake. I know how a Tiramisu cake is suppose to taste and look like and the cake they made was no where near a Tiramisu cake. The favoring on the cake was very light where there was hardly any taste to it and in the center of the cake it was dry. They really need to step up their game and look at how to make a real Tiramisu cake. If you are looking for a Tiramisu cake, do not come to this bakery for that cake. You will be disappointed. I know I was especially for my birthday since the cake was the thing I was looking the most forward to. My husband paid $32.00 for a 8 inch cake that was not Tiramisu but just a regular (DRY) chocolate cake with butter cream and chocolate shavings on top. But thankfully I have a wonderful husband who went to Olive Garden that was 30 mins out of his way to get the Tiramisu cake that is actually made the right way. If you want a Tiramisu cake I recommend you go to Olive Garden and order a tray of Tiramisu cake. They (Olive Garden) even gave me a discount for my birthday. So thanks for saying the day Olive Garden. Anyways as far as this bakery goes I will never come back here again or recommend anyone to come here. They also tried to avoid calling my husband back after he made a complaint about the cake. Just the worst bakery I have ever gone to in my life. Big Fat Zero for me!!! Btw I will show you in the video what a Tiramisu cake should look like and how the cake this bakery made. You will see the difference. The first picture is the cake this bakery made. The second one is a slice of the Tiramisu cake that I took out of the pan it came in. But that slice of Tiramisu cake is the one from Olive Garden.

Yelp
I had ordered two dozen French macarons for thanksgiving, off the holiday menu, totaling $48. At least this is what I thought I ordered, along with what my receipt said. When I first arrived they gave me a box with only ten. They were very gracious and put two more in the box. However, when I returned a few short minutes later to clarify what I actually ordered, showing both their website and my receipt I was told, by the "older gentleman" who appeared to be in charge, I was wrong and that's "not what he put on his website". After asking another clarifying question He said he'd just give them to me. Rolling of eyes and attitude in tone of voice when you are trying to understand their product is not appreciated. I felt as though I was very fair and respectful, but left feeling humiliated. Safe to say I won't be going back. Beware! There are plenty of other local bakeries and hopefully they're a little more conscious of how they speak to customers in the future.

Michael H.

Yelp
Pretty blah costumer service. Came in with my family and was immediately greeted by "Two people only" -- no hello's or welcoming vibe by any means -- Also when ordering just seemed like we were bothering the person behind the counter. Disappointed today.

Latoya P.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for pastries. And I like to support local, so I decided to try it. I tried three pastries. I tried the devil's food cake, bread pudding, and chocolate habanero tort. The Tort was the best. But I didn't get too much of the habanero, not much of a kick at all. The bread pudding was ok too. Nothing to write home about. And I was surprised by the devils food cake and not in a good way. And it was $7 per slice. Not much depth Of flavor. You can get a boxed cake mix add a little espresso or coffee and it would be a lot better...and a whole cake too lol! But that's my opinion

John D.

Yelp
We were really excited about this place when we found it yesterday, unfortunately everything that we ordered was burned or dry and hard. We got a French baguette (burned and hard) and a butter croissant (hard) and a chocolate croissant (chewy and stale).

Manda W.

Yelp
Eh.....expensive and in all honesty I wouldn't be back. I got two croissants, 1 plan and 1 chocolate. They were both dry and overly flakey, maybe it was because it was in the afternoon....maybe it was the last of the 6 already there...I don't know...but it wasn't all that good...once again I tried something "new" that was hyped up in collingswood and was disappointed. $6.50 for two pastries... On the positive side, everyone was very nice and the shop was very clean, but that's the only upside.

Trixieee F.

Yelp
My favorite bakery in Collingswood! The baker is very nice. I love smelling their fresh breads and pastries in the store. The hot cocoa is also delicious and satisfying treat!

John O.

Yelp
Worth the trip into Collingswood for the French Baguette alone. Paired with the Olive Oils from Blue Moon next door. You can't go wrong!

Donnie M.

Yelp
We had tried one of their deserts when they first opened and wasn't really impressed but I came back knowing they had fresh brioche bread. I ended up getting fresh brioche, big cookie, and a chocolate croissant. The brioche was meant for sandwiches but only ended up making 2 and the rest I just ate on it's own. The cookie and croissant were both good but next time I will eat immediately instead of bring to my gf (haha, yeah i said it!). The real MVP was the gentleman who took my order and was so nice even when I asked what the items were in the window even though there was a nice big chalkboard behind him showing exactly what was baked and ready to purchase. I hate being that guy but after a bit of self flagellation he forgave my sin. Def will be going back for the bread very soon.

Christy L.

Yelp
They have the Best Mayorcas. I am so glad I found this bakery. I go every Saturday for my Mayorcas. Yummy. The owner is always very friendly

Christina J.

Yelp
This bakery is a fine addition to Haddon Avenue in Collingswood, as it fills a more sophisticated niche. We tried three items: a chocolate chip cookie (perfect), a ginger cookie (couldn't ask for more), and what was described as a "danish with dulce de leche on top." But oh, what a mundane word "danish" is to describe this crispy, buttery, little work of art! Magical. Seriously, it was the best thing that happened to me today. I spoke with the amiable chef and his charming husband and they said they will be open to patrons' requests. While certain staples will appear regularly, they do not want the menu to remain static; there will always be new treats to try. Love that. It was only their first day open so the menu was limited, but I'm looking forward to returning soon--and to untold bread and pastry pleasures in the years to come!
